Showing respect to SCP stories

This will be a long entry, I wanna give special thanks to my amazing wife as well as every person involved with writing these amazing horror stories.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I looked for a proper spiritual successor to The Twilight Zone. Late one night, my wife was on Tik Tok showed me one of the SCP stories. This one was about an ice machine at hotels. Not only this was able to get under my skin in a great way but I quickly gotten into these SCP stories.

First thing I gotta mention, a lot of people came together to make this fictional universe. We go from strangely funny ones to surprisingly pleasant entities to pure nightmare fuel territory. Now this is my vision of Halloween because it plays on many types of fears as well as the possibilities. I know those not familiar with SCP stories wondering what the hell is it?

Don't worry I'm about to explain exactly what it is. The general concept is people, animals, objects, dimensions, locations or a mix of those that isn't normal. A good number of these will bag a lot of questions. SCP stories often involves the SCP Foundation. The short version is it's an organization that deals with such unusual possibilities.

It's actually mind blowing some figures you already know of are actual SCP entities. Such as Cthulhu, God, Abel & his brother Cain and a few others. Some of them affects time in weird ways. This might be difficult to believe, some of them aren't even dangerous at all. Some of those can be triggered getting unpleasant.

I am not going to lie, some of these are actually so terrifying. Even I had trouble not getting freaked out by them. There's also some amazingly awesome SCP machines out there. SCP-1386, SCP-294 and SCP-261 that can give people mostly what they requested. Don't forget to pay SCP-1386 or you won't come back home hahaha.

A good number of SCP entities are contained within the SCP Foundation. Some of them can easily escape from their cell while being at the SCP Foundation. There's even those entities or bigger that can't be contained even with such extreme actions. Some of them can even affect your mind in ways you really don't wanna know.

They even cover SCP entries that could or will end the world in some way. It actually gets even crazier in scope to that as well. I do need to bring up, a lot of entities share SCP-001. There also exists SCP-0000 which is a machine that can destroy the very universe it's activated in. Some of them won't waste anytime killing people while some prefers to torture or trick you into things like making deals.

Boundaries in some occasions is a very questionable topic here. O' Death is a parallel universe similar to our own except every living being already dead. There's also plant theme SCP entities such as SCP-867, a red tree that grows from human's bodies then devours them. I am going to talk about a handful of them that came close of getting me scared, you won't sleep well tonight hahaha.

1. SCP-3280

This one you won't even know how it enters your body. If left unchecked it could doom the world. It also can't be contained by the SCP Foundation.

2. SCP-106

This may appear as an old man at first. He can easily escape his cell at any given time. He knows he can get away with killing people because they don't have much to actual handle him properly.

3. SCP-4666

This mysterious figure stalks during the period of Yule. Even videos mentioning this guy considered him even worst than Krampus. He will do truly horrific things to families during that period. He still on the loose but The SCP Foundation is well aware of his existence.

4. SCP-3333

A lookout location seems normal until you go up a ladder. All of a sudden you are in a replicate of the same location which continues infinitely. There's a mysterious entity that replaces people with doppelgangers.

5. SCP-2852

This person manipulates people at particular events such as weddings or funerals to do truly horrific things. Which also includes having them devour his body. He too is on the loose but the SCP Foundation does know of his existence.

6. SCP-001: When Day Breaks

I had to make it clear which SCP-001 entity I'm talking about. Even the sun itself transforms victims into these creatures that connects together like blobs made of flesh. This too is one of those capable of dooming the world.

In every possible regard reality, time, universe or even your state of mind isn't safe. SCP stories can be truly capable of putting chill right up your spines. SCP also got a few video games inspired by these internet horror stories. As for the surprisingly pleasant SCP entities even those get a bit weird. Such as living Lego people, actual Lego figures that can do things just like normal people.

We even have different dimensions like a famous scientist became trapped for remainder of his days there. Some of these SCP entities is capable of warping reality to a degree. Some of them appear like normal locations but seems to go on like an eternity which does include a particular Ikea location. Not many SCP entities are even aware of their powers like a man who takes other people's luck away from them.

SCP Foundation itself created several of it's own SCP entities. One of which is among a long list of entities sharing SCP-001. Some entities can appear anywhere they want. Not only that, some of them can be easily avoided if you know how or if members of the SCP Foundation saves your life. Some even appears as inanimate object or a form of art which isn't far from the truth here.

We have a creature disguised as graffiti of all things that stalks people. I also need to mention many SCP entities have additional ones in some way. A good example of this is The Devil's Deal despite the name no you aren't actually making deals with the devil. This includes three particular pieces of furniture arranged in a certain way then someone sits down on the chair front of the desk.

Keep in mind, prior to any of those you won't see the actual entity. Not to mention, this being can appear whatever it wants to whoever it speaks to. Most of these stories can be quite scary. I would even say some of them are quite creative as well as innovate in their respective concept. Some entities will do horrific things to you yet there's virtually nothing you can do to stop it.

SCP Foundation isn't perfect, some of these stories is clear proof of that. Even some SCP entities have methods to prevent SCP Foundation itself aware of their own existence. A lot of these SCP entities appears as either strangely similar to actual machines or an out dated variation of those machines. We have a game console that brings you inside of video games.

Sadly for one particular researcher he's trapped inside of a video game. I actually could keep talking about SCP stories all today, they're that well written as well as very inspiring stuff. I don't even have criticism because end of the day, this was meant as a group effort project. I do wanna say please keep the stories coming I always want more hahaha.

Update: I recently learned there's different line up of SCP stories from around the world. No literately several countries has their own SCP Foundations. So if you see additional parts to SCP entities like JP, RU, KO, CN, FR, PL, ES, TH, DE, IT, UA, PT-BR, CS, ZH-TR, VN or INT. You are actually looking at another SCP Foundation line up of SCP entities.

The scope of SCP entities can be either small to multiverse level. You would be mind blown of all the insane possibilities. Especially after learning about the other SCP Foundations around the world. This further implies no one in any dimension is safe. Sometimes they have to do the unthinkable to survive or get a little more time before they die.
