XboxClown89 reviews Capcom Fighting Collection

Update: on June 28, 2022

I got every achievement in Capcom Fighting Collection. Also I did in fact preordered this on Steam. I'm very happy with the game Capcom.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I been waiting to play Capcom Fighting Collection for months. Ten solid Arcade fighting games in one package. This is a must have if you are a fighting game fan. Honestly, I made a short video why I'm aiming to get this over Sonic Origins. I always been a huge Capcom supporter for a long time.

This is an anniversary game compilation for Street Fighter but more directly for all of their fighting games in general. I know that sounds ambitious because it is. At the same time, I felt Capcom clearly cares about their fans. I also wanna say I waited very patiently to play this for months. I knew right away I wanted this on the spot.

1. Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition

Of course Street Fighter II needs no introduction. The first major fighting game hit that changed gaming forever. Capcom made several versions of Street Fighter II. For some one, it's debatable which version is the definitive SFII experience. I would argue it should be Hyper Street Fighter II. Mostly it is very similar to Super Street Fighter II Turbo.

The one big notable difference is this version lets you play as every version of all the characters. To clarify from the original Street Fighter II up to Super Street Fighter II Turbo is sixty five character combinations. You no longer have the bonus stages in previous versions. Single player wise, it is Super Street Fighter II Turbo. Multiplayer with all the versions of characters is where this version shines.

I should point out Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection has most versions of SFII. Parts of each Arcade version title animations are present here. In other words, imagine having the first five Arcade SFII versions rolled into one anniversary game that's this game. This was virtually an all-stars SF game that was done amazingly well.

I should point out some stuff that applies to most versions of SFII here. There's actually four boss characters in a row. However if you play on a hard enough difficulty without losing. When you reach M. Bison, Akuma will quickly defeat him to become the final boss. I would say in most categories they done an amazing job.

Personally I always considered SFII a little too repetitive for it's own good. I'm actually more into SFIII myself. Hyper Street Fighter II doesn't have many rereleases making this a must own if you are a SF fan. This is fan service at it's core. This was released to directly tie in for the 15th anniversary for the franchise. Funny enough with Capcom Fighting Collection it's doing that again with 35th anniversary.

2. Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo

This is technically labeled the first entry in Pocket Fighter series. Although it also has characters from other Capcom fighting game franchise. This was the first entry in a short spin off series. Capcom was inspired by Compile now Sega's Puyo Puyo 2. This is a competitive puzzle game that has some cool character animations.

This might not be a fighting game in the usual sense, it still somehow feels like one in it's own way. There's three hidden characters to play as. I should point out I also recently gotten earlier Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix on Xbox One. Which has more modes of play in comparison.

You can stack up gems to possibly form bigger gems. You'll get different colored orbs that can break em up. The bigger the gems as well as the amount of them, the bigger your combo will be. You or your opponent will get these counting down squares. If it runs out of time, they fully become gems.

It is possible to break them prior for combos. I do like there's some interesting background artwork while you play in matches. It's a little tricky to get started but so satisfying to come back late into a match to win. There is more humor than normal here as well.

In single player, it's one round matches. The roster is decent enough with slight differences in game play among the characters. Honestly, it is a straight forward game that does have a notable learning curve.

I should point a few more things out. Sometimes the AI can be cheap or very unforgiving depending on difficulty. The more recent entry Puzzle Fighter was short lived on mobile devices. It so happens to be the only Capcom game Capcom Vancouver released.

Capcom wouldn't allowed them to do anything other than Dead Rising series. Which led to being shut down sometime after Dead Rising 4 kinda sad. Back to this, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo is a fun puzzle game. The characters are represented in this chibi style which I'm not used to.

Sadly this is the only game included in Capcom Fighting Collection not to have practice mode. But considering Puyo Puyo series has that why? It's one of the more interesting, unexpected games included. Overall, I do recommend people give this one a try.

3. Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix

This is a lighter parody of several Capcom fighting franchises. This felt like a good mixture of their styles. Unlike Capcom Fighting Evolution, seriously don't play it. There's some rememberable animations including cameos of other franchises.

I do like everyone has their own final opponents. There is some story that's not meant to be taken seriously. Like in Akuma's ending, he begins training by fighting zombies. It's notably simpler than your traditional fighting games.

I felt some characters to me plays better here than in their respective franchises too. The artworks is amazing stuff with all these cameos. There's a lot of characters you'll see in all the stages. I felt this game in particular bridges the entire collection together.

Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix is all about gems. Collecting them will increase the power of your attacks. I also liked performing after a lot of attempts sending your opponent around the world. Yes you actually need to do this for an achievement.

You will feel like you're in their multiverse. This doesn't play like Marvel Super Heroes in Arcades or Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite with the gem system. But in a way it works in a weird way. I also liked Capcom didn't hold back on the humor.

4. Cyberbots: Fullmetal Madness

This is a mech fighting game with a lot of story. More than you are actually expecting from an 90s Arcade fighting game. You play as six pilots but a lot of mechs. I do love the artwork it's truly amazing stuff with some stage animations.

Cyberbots is a little sluggish in controls but that's to mimic what piloting a mech should be like. I felt there's a lot of great characters. I loved all six pilots regardless of mechs gets their own stories fully told.

Not only that they aren't the same making each playthrough felt more like their own than in most fighting games of that era. Cyberbots has Jin who some remembers from some Marvel vs. Capcom games.

Devilotte cameos in Marvel vs. Capcom 1 has one of many support characters. She later becomes playable in Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo. To me, Gawaine ended up being my favorite pilot character. He essentially was like the one knight everyone loves up to.

The combos in this game are insane. There's a good variety of mechs to choose from. I still felt story wise it's better than Armored Warriors. Yet that game ends up being more enjoyable in comparison. It's a little tricky to explain if you haven't play both games.

Honestly, this game might not click with some people. But hey it's mechs fighting other mechs. Which wasn't common among fighting games at the time. I would say check this one out before judging it. Cyberbots does some things in a way only those who played it understands.

5. Red Earth

This is likely the least known game in the entire compilation. There's a great reason for that until Capcom Fighting Collection, there's no ports of this game anywhere. Red Earth plays off a similar concept some of their Arcade beat em up games done with RPG elements. This also has a password system to not only continue where you left off but also what level you were on.

Not many fighting games done that concept. Four characters from this appeared as playable characters in Capcom Fighting Evolution sadly I once owned. Two of them were previously unplayable being Hauzer and Hydron respectively. Of course Mugen allows you to play as anyone you want so that's an easy situation to that problem.

The story is about stopping a wizard from destroying the world. One area this game truly shines in how well done all four playable characters are. Not only they have different moves but also feels like they're own experience. Which was some fighting games around the 90s struggled with. Also Red Earth among losing in single player depending how much health any boss had left.

You don't have to fully start over. In most these games depending by default you'll need two wins. Considering all your opponents are the bosses, that's surprisingly more fair. Keep in mind, facing them again they are given a little health back. There's one round matches in single player while the traditional style for multiplayer.

The password system also has additional codes that do affect game play. Not only that by default you only have four playable characters. Which is very small for an Arcade fighting game roster. But they do bring a lot to the table to greatly make up for it. Such as fatalities if performed correctly that works on everyone including the bosses.

Another major difference is there's more bosses than you are expecting. Usually you get one or two sub bosses before the final boss fight. Here in the single player mode, every single opponent is a boss fight. Thus their health bars are notably larger than yours. The final boss has two forms with a health bars making him the toughest opponent by far.

Multiplayer wise, both players can only choose among the four playable characters. Both players can use the password system. Yes it does allow mirror matches as well. Sadly there's only one Red Earth game ever made. Which is kinda sad because this was such an unique fighting game they made. I strongly felt everyone should play the hell out of it.

I felt Red Earth does deserve way more attention than it currently receives. There's some amazing animations as well as the artwork. The audio department knocked it out the park too. Red Earth through a leveling system does help with tougher opponents unless both of them are at max level. Honestly, this is a strong recommendation.

6. Darkstalkers series

There are five Arcade Darkstalkers games. I got to discuss some rather weird things. Considering these games are similar, why not cover them together? Of course, I will make sure to clarify at times which entries I'm talking about. In order to help prevent confusion in the long run.

Darkstalkers aka Vampire: The Night Warriors was the first Darkstalkers game. The next entry is when the confusion started. Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge aka Vampire Hunter: Darkstalkers' Revenge. Night Warriors is strikingly similar to the original Darkstalkers with some notable differences.

Although Night Warriors is labeled as a sequel, it actually a reboot of the franchise. They changed the character's stories from the previous entry including endings. Parts of the game play are unique for it's time with these interesting character animations. I should also mention the original Darkstalkers predates the original Killer Instinct.

I do want to mention a few quick things. The original Darkstalkers has this terrible mechanic. Simply because of it in my own ranking of the games it won't get high up there. You know in most fighting games you fill up meters to hold a certain amount of supers? Yeah the original Darkstalkers thought it was a great idea (sarcasm) as soon as you reach one meter filled to force the player to use it.

What I mean by this is your meter quickly drains. You can't prevent this so either you just focus on fighting or somehow perform your super. Honestly this is so unnecessary Capcom. This alone made it unfortunately the worst out of five Darkstalkers Arcade games.

There is some truth to Night Warriors being virtually an updated version. The same endings plus newer character's endings. Most of the art work are directly pulled from the original Darkstalkers. Most of the songs are also pulled from the original too. There isn't many actual differences between the two games, yes they are that similar.

Officially came out four months prior with some strong similarities. I previously talked about that in another blog entry. Next up is Darkstalkers 3, I felt this was a refreshing entry. Unlike previous Darkstalkers games, you quickly move into rounds. One of my favorite characters Baby Bonnie Hood got introduced her.

A lot of people would recognize her from her appearance in Marvel vs. Capcom 2. Now here comes the most confusion part. It starts with the Japanese title, Vampire Savior. There also exists a few months later in Japan two updated versions of Darkstalkers 3. Vampire Savior 2 and Vampire Hunter 2 respectively.

Wait what's going on here? The titles in Japanese releases is very confusing. There are some select changes from these. Both of them removed most endings. There's a new intro cut scene with a handful of characters removed. In their place is three previous characters.

Regardless which version of Darkstalkers 3 you're playing. You have ES as well as EX special moves you can trigger. I strongly felt Darkstalkers 3 has some interesting stage designs that really sticks with you like the train stage. Another notable change is the boss line up.

This will get a little confusing but surprisingly straight forward. For Darkstalkers 3, most characters faced Jedah. For Vampire Hunter 2, the sub boss is Huitzil. The final boss is Pyron virtually the same boss set up as the first two Darkstalkers games. For Vampire Savior 2, the sub boss is Pyron with Jedah being the final boss.

Darkstalkers 3 has the most hidden characters. I'll start with Darkstalkers 3, we have Dark Talbain & Oboro Bishamon being alternative versions of characters. The updated versions adds Shadow with Marionette. Marionette is virtually mirror matches for the entire run.

Shadow is a weird concept even for fighting games. He is meant to force the player to play as the opponent you just beaten for matches. Which does prevent mirror matches but also why? Shadow will appear on the screen before versus picture shows up, he's in all three versions of Darkstalkers 3. The weirdest part is his name doesn't show up where character names shows up at all.

Keep in mind, Vampire Savior 2 removes Jon Talbain, Rikuo and Sasquatch. Vampire Hunter 2 removes Jedah, Baby Bonnie Hood, Q-Bee and Morrigan's sister Lilith. This means only Vampire Hunter 2 has all the hidden characters within the Arcade game. Up til this compilation, both updated versions never got released outside Japan before.

I can say I always loved the artwork of this series. I absolutely love most songs within Darkstalkers series as well. I know some might not like this series took up half the compilation. I am glad we're getting all of them. Although, I do prefer an exclusive game selection option just for Darkstalkers 3.

Which would've allowed more games on the main game selection screen. But you also can choose which version of Darkstalkers 3 including region you wanna play. Capcom loves bringing back Darkstalkers characters in a lot of their games over the years. The fans still wants a new Darkstalkers game.

Sadly a producer for this compilation strongly felt even with success. Capcom won't be interested in enough to make a new entry. Which is a real shame because Darkstalkers series was their second biggest fighting game franchise in the Arcades. Just behind Street Fighter, personally I never was crazy for SF myself.

Now I will directly talk about the actual compilation itself. Honestly I'm very impressed in every category. The artwork is truly amazing stuff with all the songs you can listen to. Also if you own this on Steam, make sure you check your dlc for this game because it may not install with it. I loved how they done Fighter Awards which does include every achievement.

I do have some minor complaints but nothing to flat out ruin the experience. Although some of these may annoy you from time to time. For starters, playing either Vampire Savior 2 or Vampire Hunter 2. It automatically switches to Japanese which I'm fine with. But the problem here is it doesn't automatically switch back to US versions in the other games among game selection screen.

Speaking of that screen, considering we got three versions of Darkstalkers 3. They could've been put in one slot with an extra option before stating any of them up. Instead of including all three versions separately. Unlike Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle, saving process is more limited this time around. Yeah instead of a separate one for every game included.

You only get to hold on your save. Which means in another game you select that option, it replaces your save there. Thankfully this process does work very fast. The controls are very solid, I used my controller. The achievements I felt are very well selected indeed. Honestly I'm very glad I went for this compilation, easily from Capcom alone one of their finest I ever played period.

I should mention from Marvel vs. Capcom 1 to up has some Darkstalkers characters. They also appeared in several video game crossovers as well over the years. Stuff like that further bags the question if Capcom would eventually reconsidered making a new Darkstalkers game. Regardless of it's fate, Darkstalkers series was unique in several ways from many fighting games.

Here's an idea that I felt more than enough people would quickly get on board with. Considering Capcom refuses to do Mortal Kombat vs Street Fighter game. Although they did make Street Fighter x Tekken. Why not make Darkstalkers vs Killer Instinct? Two similar concept fighting game franchises.

Even one particular team worked on both franchises in recent years. Which further bags the question when is that going to happen? I will confirm my favorite hero character is Jon Talbain. My favorite villain character is Demitri. He is sorta like M. Bison but more interesting.

Honestly I'm glad Capcom is giving more attention to Darkstalkers series. These games have withstand the test of time. I strongly felt without them, I easily could refuse to buy this. Along with Red Earth, this series was the main one I wanna play. I have previous experience with Night Warriors & Darkstalkers through Darkstalkers: Resurrection.

Considering two other games includes Darkstalkers characters. I couldn't be any happier to own this. Darkstalkers is a great franchise that's becoming loss to time. Capcom Fighting Collection is very worth every penny. There's so much depth across majority of these characters. I highly recommend it especially to fighting game fans, it's very good.

How Buggy the Clown became an Emperor of the Sea? (One Piece) plus bonus facts on the current Four Emperors

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I'm a huge One Piece fan. I did read the newest chapter with one surprising announcement made very late into the chapter. By the way, spoiler alert if you don't wanna hear this. You can't avoid it anyway because the title of this post already gave the surprise away. A lot of confusion over why Buggy ended up getting the final position among the Four Emperors of the Sea.

Let's start from the beginning, Buggy was one of the youngest members on Gol D. Roger's crew. Which also had Red Haired Shanks whose around his age on the same crew. Roger later became the Pirate King but hid his incurable illness from even most members of his crew. One of his last orders was for his crew to go their separate ways.

Buggy does get his own pirate crew. Former crew mate Shanks not only gets his own crew. After a few years, Shanks became an emperor of the sea. Whose currently the only activate emperor from the original Four Emperors who were introduced to into the story. After Buggy's defeat in Loguetown, he got sentenced to become a prisoner in Impel Down.

During Luffy's time in Impel Down whose not a prisoner, Buggy's popularity starts to notably rise. During the war at the Marine headquarters, there was an announcement of Buggy's past to the world. After the World Government ordered turn off the broadcast, Buggy with help keep it going. The aftermath of that war led to more people wanting to serve Buggy.

The World Government personally invites Buggy to be an warlord. This led to Buggy getting an mercenary business with some underground stuff. Although his best workers being five giants left to join Luffy's Grand Fleet. Luffy defeated former warlord Doflamingo notably helped out Buggy's business. Sadly at the Reverie aka Levely made the decision to disband the Seven Warlords system.

The marines wasted no time going against Buggy with a vice admiral. More recently, it was revealed along with Luffy taking Kaido's spot on the emperors. Buggy ended up taking Big Mom's spot on the emperors as well. This is where confusion for a lot of people set in. I believe I figured it out on my own what happened?

This is how I viewed the situation that led to Buggy becoming an Emperor of the Sea...

Law was an actual member in Luffy's alliance that took down both former emperors Kaido and Big Mom respectively. Therefore, he wasn't able to take Big Mom's position. The situation is a little more interesting in Kid's case. He actually wasn't a member in that alliance but most treated him & his crew as if they were.

Even in the eyes of the World Government believed Kid was working with Luffy. Which also made him unable to take Big Mom's position. Despite the fact he was the one to defeated her with help from Law. Another good reason is neither had a following among people like Luffy. It is also possible neither had the set up to handle an army under their command as well.

Keep in mind Law was trying very hard to work under the radar. This strategy does help in getting some good tactics in but not so much in becoming an emperor. I also have reasons to believe Law doesn't actually want to become an emperor either. Clearly Kid really wanted to become an emperor. Sadly those problems prevented Kid from taking Big Mom's position.

It is very likely Buggy was the most set up for that position out of all the pirates. It's very clear his servants are doing all the work kinda like former warlord Gecko Moriah. They virtually helped put him into a more favorable position overtime. When the time came it paid off big time. Which means Buggy was automatically given that spot despite not defeating any previous emperors.

My thoughts on the emperors themselves.

I strongly felt Shanks wants to make sure the right person becomes the Pirate King. Therefore like former emperor Whitebeard, he actually never wanted the legendary treasure One Piece. Which makes the remaining current three emperors paths rather more interesting than expected. We have Luffy who worked very hard to go to his position in a few years.

Blackbeard cheated by hiding within Whitebeard's crew. Then he made risky moves that led to him cheating the process of becoming an emperor. Then we have Buggy whose done absolutely nothing at all yet he's an emperor now too. It's a race between three emperors for One Piece. This could even turn into a war between three of them now that's something crazy to imagine right there.

Some surprising stuff related to this.
Keep in mind these are facts about the current Four Emperors!!!
Very likely the most interesting section to read in my opinion.

It turns out the cover for Volume 25 predicted these four men being the Four Emperors for the ending portions of the story. Now in Japan, that came out almost twenty years ago. A long time to predict something like this from the author himself. Buggy's devil fruit after Luffy's true devil fruit revealed more recently confirms Buggy's was the first Paramecia type devil fruit introduced.

Blackbeard has two powerful devil fruits at once. His original Dark-Dark Fruit has some unusual traits of a Logia type devil fruits. His second devil fruit was stolen from his former captain Whitebeard, Tremor-Tremor Fruit. Shanks maintains his position with one arm like it's nothing. He also doesn't have the same structure most emperors has for his crew.

Monkey is heavily inspired by Goku from Dragon Ball. Not only that both characters with several other anime characters are heavily inspired by Chinese mythology/Journey to the West character Sun Wukong. Clear proof is Luffy's Fifth Gear form has very strong similarities to Sun. The World Government quoted Luffy's devil fruit is the most ridiculous among all devil fruits.

Shanks is currently the only emperor confirmed to not have a devil fruit. Now two current emperors has direct ties with the late Pirate King. One of Luffy's brothers Ace was the biological son. Which technically makes Luffy family in a weird sense to Roger. Luffy's other brother Sabo is second in command among the Revolutionary Army.

Which is led by his father Monkey D. Dragon. Keep in mind, his grandfather was a high ranking marine as well. Luffy has some interesting power connections on most sides already. Buggy was previously defeated by Luffy very early in the story. Which means if the two were to face each other, Luffy likely comes out the victor.

Shanks & Buggy knows Blackbeard from his time serving Whitebeard. Shanks has a scar from Blackbeard using a claw weapon. Shanks was direct inspiration along with his brothers for Luffy to become a pirate. Luffy was even given Roger's straw hat by Shanks which quickly led to him being called Straw Hat Luffy.

Blackbeard early on targeted Luffy for his power play moves to become an emperor. Which he confessed to Luffy while in Impel Down. He defeated Ace prior to becoming an warlord that led to the war where his brother died. Obviously Luffy & Shanks were deeply hurt by this. Another interesting point is suddenly we're right back with how the story started off with the Four Emperors.

Originally we had two villains among them being Kaido & Big Mom. The other half being the good emperors respectively. More recently Blackbeard & Buggy are the villains among them. Shanks maintains his spot with Luffy being the good half of the emperors. Despite being a joke character, Buggy likely has a higher bounty than Blackbeard.

Which would make Blackbeard the lowest out of the Four Emperors in bounties. Luffy's Grand Fleet are more independent than most emperor crews. Blackbeard rips off his former captain's emperor layout rather than making it his own, cheap bastard. Luffy has the most unusual main crew among the current Four Emperors.

Blackbeard's crew widely known for killing then stealing other devil fruit users powers. Usopp's father actually a member on Shanks' crew. Shanks was the first emperor introduced into the story. Luffy is the only emperor to have transformations. Speaking of that Luffy also the only Zoan devil fruit user among the emperors.

Luffy is the youngest emperor at the age of 19. Blackbeard by being a year older than both Shanks & Buggy is the oldest emperor at the age of 40. Blackbeard goes by the title admiral in his crew. Shanks goes by the title of chief in his crew. Luffy is the only emperor to not previously served under an emperor or pirate king.

-Harder to rebuild his body

Weaknesses

Chucky

Despite being a possessed doll or an army of them, Chucky still has some limitations of a human. Also more likely to be quick to anger during this fight. Most of his spells takes a while to perform.

Slappy

Usually cocky as well as arrogant in his own right. This often led him to not pleasant situations with kids. Also some stuff he gave life to likely going to turn on him. He can be broken with some effort.

Verdict

Slappy

I know what some Chucky fans are going to say. Just hear me out on why Slappy would win this fight before you lose it please. To be fair, Chucky does have some good advantages of his own right. Mostly the other bodies he's possessing working together, stealth and more used to dealing with adults. Sadly there's a lot of great reasons Slappy would easily win this fight.

For starters, Chucky likely have a weapon but Slappy possibly have more notable strength. Which suddenly makes that a bad idea. Not to mention, Chucky's bodies is mostly plastic with a handful also having rubber. In comparison, Slappy's body is made out of wood which can withstand a lot more punishment.

Magic wise I'm not even going to hide it. Slappy has a lot more crazier magic usage in comparison. Even if we limit to what both characters has. Such as some form of body manipulation, possession, giving life to dolls, etc... Most of those Slappy can perform at a much faster rate. Also Slappy has to be dead in order to possess people.

Unfortunately on a few accounts Chucky is in trouble there too. He lacks a counter for this type of possession. Slappy can counter Chucky's possession quite easily. In his ghost form, he maintains majority of his powers with some additional abilities making this even worse for Chucky. It's true Chucky can use a spell to split his soul into multiple Good Guy dolls.

Which does trump Slappy doing something similar. Like when the dummy Rocky turned on Slappy late into Night of the Living Dummy 3 story. However Slappy does have a few quicker methods getting an army during a fight. Chucky use Slappy's revive spell to stun him. The problem is Chucky won't be easy to speaking that particular language making that rather tricky to do.

Oh wait there's more, if Slappy already is alive when it gets used against hi. He won't get back to sleep, which puts Chucky in a bad spot. I didn't even mention all the resistances Slappy has. I'll bring up stuff that happened to both characters to save time here. Both of them got caught on fire.

In Chucky's case, he was badly burnt while Slappy wasn't affected by fire at all. Slappy also able to move in Panic Park, a realm that is suck in time. Chucky never shown anything remotely as impressive. Slappy also was able to withstand the Haunted Mask which caused the death of it's previous owners.

Not to mention, Slappy wasn't affected by his sister Goldie's death spell. Chucky also has no counter for The Mind Stealer. At one point before the actual story Slappy stolen around twenty people's minds. Chucky used electricity to kill a few people. However comparing Snappy whose built similar to his brother Slappy withstand over 9000 voltage.

I don't think Slappy is going to be fried tonight. The big problem this fight is Slappy has all of these powers. At the same time, there's notable character differences among Slappy. I'm not saying they aren't the same character. What I am trying to say is depending which story he's pulled from.

Actually could greatly impact this fight. Death Battle likely give all those powers to Slappy. Of course, there are different versions of both characters for quick what if scenarios. How would Child's Play remake Chucky do against Slappy from the books? Not much better I hate to say.

Both Goosebumps movies have different versions of Slappy which further makes the big problem more notable. There's clear differences between the two Slappy characters. Slappy from the first movie is more likely the earlier books Slappy. The later movie Slappy had more magic abilities in comparison.

I felt Chucky has more of a chance against the first movie Slappy but likely loses to the second movie Slappy. Slappy also have methods to control people. As stated before Chucky is similar enough to humans so Slappy could steal control of his army with ease. All of a sudden, Slappy got a huge army.

Slappy also can use another power to control a swarm of insects as well. Which Chucky won't be easy to dealing with. Of course, both have experience facing similar characters. Chucky face Tiffany & later his son Glen. Slappy fought Rocky as previously stated. He also gets on his sister Goldie's nerves.

Slappy got into a fight with Marie-Ellen that led to both their deaths. Obviously both didn't hold up well in that regard. Slappy still done some impressive things. Slappy did hold his own against other monsters before. He even survived being absorbed by Monster Blood.

Monster Blood differs in effects within it's stories. The most common share aspect is it's a mysterious substance that absorbs things within reach. Once again, Chucky has no counters for that too. Chucky also lacks counters for transmutations while Slappy so happens to be protected from his usage.

Slappy is going to be very annoying for Chucky. This might come as a surprise Slappy actually the better strategist. Slappy lacks human traits makes a lot in this fight. Chucky can't quickly put him down how he wants to. This also means the longer this drags on, Chucky likely get tired while that isn't even a problem for Slappy.

Chucky can control separated body parts but in a sense so can Slappy. Also he could have abilities that makes such an ability useless. Chucky also lacks counters for getting frozen in place too. Which could be game changing here. Sadly, Chucky doesn't have much that Slappy haven't seen before.

I highly doubt his voodoo trick would work on Slappy for a few reasons. It was meant to work on humans or beings similar to them. Which means Slappy counts as a loop hole for that not working. Also even if Chucky were able to attempt this. Slappy likely has powers to work around the problem or destroy his body to become a ghost.

Although in Voodoo lore, there exists a method for zombies. No not those zombies, I meant those you raise from the dead to be your servants. It doesn't apply to spirits making it virtually useless as well. We never seen Chucky do this spell either. I don't even think bringing in more similar characters would help Chucky here.

Tiffany hid her betrayal from him for years. Glen doesn't like his own dad either. Already two going against Chucky, we don't know where his daughter Glenda stands. Slappy has three brothers with one sister. Slappy is mostly on good terms with them. Snappy also likely going to betray Slappy as well.

Two of his brothers likely stick with him in this fight. I don't think some of them want to be involve with this fight either. I felt this is largely going to be strictly between Chucky vs Slappy, the way it should be. I think I put most of my arguments out on the table, I do think Slappy going to come out as the winner of this fight.

Winner: Slappy the Dummy

Death Battle: The Batman Problem

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I think it's finally time to discuss one of my biggest problems with the web show Death Battle. I confess this is a bigger problem in some similar concept web shows. I just felt to get something like this off my shoulders. The show has a serious Batman problem.

Of course we start from the beginning with Batman vs Spider-Man. These two have a lot in common with the list getting bigger overtime. Obviously, this had to happen on Death Battle. Yes it technically was a stomp but not a bad one. Also there were ways Batman could win. We got lucky with this being the start.

Next up is one of their backup episodes in the event of delays. Remember when delays would occur with this show, virtually no longer a problem. Batman returns to face Captain America. Although, this was a good, close fight with plenty of ways both characters can win. The episode including the fight itself seems to be a little on the short side.

Honestly, I'm happy with the episode but Batman didn't do much differently from his previous episode. Even some people question how did Captain America die like that. I was fine with this episode happening just caught me off guard at the time. I will say I do like Captain America as well as Spider-Man to a degree.

His next appearance was helping Terry in his fight against Spider-Man 2099. Yes Batman Beyond vs Spider-Man 2099, which seems to be one of the bigger comic book fight debates that's virtually everywhere. This was a different usage of the character I quickly got behind. Then they done the unthinkable next.

One of the very few episodes just from the announcements that really piss me off. It still one of my absolute least favorite Marvel vs DC episodes to date. Batman vs Black Panther, yes I do agree they have a lot in common too. This episode presents a few major problems. First off why Batman only facing Marvel super heroes?

Clearly they covered so many franchises by that point with even more since then. So I felt they didn't wanna risk Batman facing someone not from Marvel on purpose. Just hear me out, to them they can get Batman episodes out faster simply by putting him against an Marvel character.

The very definition of cheapness in my book. Batman does even less stuff new in the actual fight. Not that it mattered because he virtually was screwed against Black Panther. He got slightly stomped stats wise, not as bad against Spider-Man. The big issue is Black Panther's suit itself.

This suit was insanely durable with the ability to absorb force. Which Black Panther can use a few ways during combat. The level of tech alone trumps those Batman himself uses from his own company. Most of Batman's arsenal virtually useless right off the bat. There's no way Batman could out fight Black Panther on his own.

Let's go a step further down the crap scale. Spider-Gwen vs Batgirl, this is when we know the show had too much Batman. Not only this virtually was similar to Batman vs Spider-Man with the only real different being a female variation of that fight. Batgirl was even less prepared than Batman to face someone like this alone.

Spider-Gwen is a weird take on Spider-Man concept. In most universes, Peter Parker whose Spider-Man failed to save Gwen Stacy from Green Goblin. But in this one universe, it's reversed that Parker dies instead. Gwen decided to become Spider-Gwen virtually being that universe's replacement of Spider-Man.

This means Spider-Gwen ultimately was more prepared for everything than the more experienced Barbara Gordon. A fight that virtually no one was even surprised Spider-Gwen won. I would even say one of my least favorite among Marvel vs DC fights as well as 3D fights. To me, it truly doesn't even deserve to be done in 3D but here we are with a poor decision.

DBX itself had two episodes with Batman. Batman vs Scorpion which took place shortly after Venom vs Bane episode. The later one also became it's own Death Battle episode. A fight that got publicly refused by the team a few times. Technically making this Batman's fifth fight on the show to date. The predictable Marvel vs DC pattern the Dark Knight can't escape.

We are talking about Batman vs Iron Man. Before I talked about that, we also had several versions of Batman in an episode of Death Race as well. Don't you think that's too much Batman? To be fair, I still enjoyed that episode a lot. I wasn't a fan of either DBX fight, I heavily disliked that spin off show myself.

Batman among a handful of characters got revealed late into Season 7. They started a few months gap for Death Race, a lot of us knew who exactly he was going to face. I was very upset by the announcement but the episode actually won me over. I would even say this was the best portrayal of Batman so far hands down.

There's plenty of stuff Batman haven't done before that was very interesting. If it weren't for the Hellbat suit, this fight would never get an official Death Battle episode. Clearly these two have a lot in common as well. This turned out to be the most refreshing usage of Batman to date. I should point out The Desk of Death Battle, another spin off show I can't stand done a lot of Batman theme episodes.

Even the guys responsible for the web show heavily are Batman fans. There's plenty of potential opponents away from Marvel universe unless you are too chicken to do it. Clearly they are Batman obsessed to the point you are becoming tired of such an awesome comic book character. Here's the bottom line either use another universe against Batman or stop using Bruce Wayne altogether.

Also allowing the abomination that Spider-Gwen vs Batgirl means inevitably. We are going to get more unneeded fights. I will say this out of respect, Winter Soldier vs Red Hood was a more balanced fight. Even for a live action fight, it's done amazingly well. It can be considered a follow up to Batman vs Captain America.

So I felt that's part of what's still good from those episodes. Sadly, some of the big requests among the villains is very clear cut. I felt they're hype will quickly die out faster than the one dying in those episodes. End of the day, Batman usage among all these Death Battle shows is becoming too much. We get it you love Batman but you are making some of us not want to be Batman fans anymore.

Yes there does exist ways to ruin one's love for things. Batman doesn't need a lot of these videos made. By this point, I no longer want Batman Who Laugh on their show. All that's going to do at this point likely follow the usual, predictable pattern. Obviously facing someone from Marvel once again. Rather than a more interesting choice from outside both Marvel and DC universes.

Please lay Batman down to rest. He's done plenty already on your show don't add much unneeded salt to his legacy. Also, most of us are very tired of so many Marvel vs DC fights. We demand either stop using those characters altogether or actually give us a truly decent fight among them. I hate to be the one to tell you guys this, the way Season 9 is going.

Your fans is growing tired of the constant comic book character usage, why don't you spice it up? There's plenty of other stuff to pull characters from like video games, shows and movies to name a few. You could remove all other episodes to make Marvel vs DC fights their own show, that's how many of them they are now.

My response to Limited Run Games rereleasing two of the worst video games

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I already made a short video on this following topic. But let's be honest, everyone in one way or another going to discuss this. I figured let's go even further with it. Two famous bad games that done more than made their respective consoles look bad. It's mind blowing to me, this isn't a joke, they actually are planning to rerelease such games on newer platforms.

Yes this is my follow up to my own video.

Here's a link to that video...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JKyEvA0C8JU

Bill & Ted's Excellent Video Game Adventure
It's not even close to what excellence is, don't pretend it is. You mostly play as one of them seeking to return historical figures back to their time period. Which parts of this was from the first Bill & Ted movie. Sadly, they found a way to flat out ruin the entire experience. We are talking about a game potentially worst than Back to the Future Part 2 & 3 on the same console. Both these licensed abominations are from LJN!!!

It didn't help there wasn't as many decent licensed games back then. The compilation also comes with the Game Boy Bill & Ted, I'll let that one slide. The NES game is so amazingly bad even by today's standards. It's notorious among most video game reviewers by this point, that's how terrible the game is. Honestly, I felt like do things rather than punishment myself trying to play this.

A massive waste of time as well as my brain cells!!! Seriously, they couldn't come up with a better way to find things. "Oh I'm an idiot, maybe doing this a few times something pops out." The game doesn't even follow it's own rules, which means your entire view on things will be pulled right out from you. Bill & Ted, even you guys are smarter than this garbage.

Plumbers Don't Wear Ties
Let's see what else about this I could rip a part. The story just isn't horribly told. No it doesn't even make sense in the slightest. Two of the characters are being pressured by their parents to settle down with someone. This shouldn't been considered for a story of a video game. Based on what I seen, you have to listen to voice overs again if your cursor goes back to the previous choice.

Some choices do leave to game overs but the way it's set up you wouldn't notice which ones. Yeah it's that bad the game does a horrible job explaining even choices to you. This was meant to be a porn game but there's little to none sexual things in the game at all. I seen footage of porn games on Atari 2600 games that surprisingly displays more than this.

The length seems to be a little over half an hour long. Really because it seems from the first beginning the game really drags on for an eternity. The editing is laughable at times as if they couldn't put more time & effort into it. There's a director that even got a movie based on his career for similar techniques, Ed Wood.

Plumbers Don't Wear Ties is slightly I do mean slightly more of a game than CrazyBus. All you do in that is literately go left or right that's it. Oh you got to love the theme song lol. Back to this, Plumbers Don't Wear Ties doesn't even follow it's own rules either. There is a plumber that does wear a tie!!! Oh wait we haven't even got through the pits of Hell yet.

3DO didn't do what most game consoles do where they openly allowed people who could make games make some for 3DO. Why am I brining this up all of a sudden? There's some amazing (sarcasm) games on the system that we gotta mention. The stuff of legends like Way of the Warrior and Shadow: War of Succession.

Now you know a game is very bad when it's reputation even higher on the crap scale than those. AVGN made it clear Shadow: War of Succession to him was the worst Mortal Kombat rip off he ever played. It's kinda impressive actually to make a game even worst. There should be some kind of an award for something this terrible!!!

This game has variety but in a way that's more wtf territory than anything else. Like a guy in a chicken mask, it just happens nothing virtually at all to go. Some cheesy bad filters that could get a small room of people to throw up. The music, you gotta love the music (sarcasm) it should be in everyone's playlist. Plumbers Don't Wear Ties is mind blowing levels of bad games.

Conclusion
Even the NES Bill & Ted game had slightly better audio usage than Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Also you get to explore several locations within history helps with the very limited stuff the 3DO game. Neither wins in color usage because in ways both outdone each other to the point. Yeah I could see the overall colors present in Plumbers Don't Wear Ties is easier on the eyes.

At the same time, what's rougher to keep looking at is those filters. I would even say for Bill & Ted NES game, the aspect of time traveling with flaws is easier for me to look at. I didn't say it was any easier to play. Bill & Ted has a slightly we're talking the bare minimum effort imaginable on character dialogues.

Of course that gets ruined by the horrible dialogue system. Neither gets a passing grade on those, in fact they both received a nice big fat F!!! There is a password system in Bill & Ted, that's helps to get through the suffering faster. There isn't even a pause feature in Plumbers Don't Wear Ties. Which means you should probably use the bath room before playing this one, yes I stole that from Console Wars.

Which means your suffering keeps going until either you give up very likely in this case or somehow you pulled through to beat it. Plumbers Don't Wear Ties still goes out of it's way to give you the option which ending. Now that kinda defeats the purpose, I rather play more Harvester a better game. Also Plumbers Don't Wear Ties appears to have infinite continues, that by itself makes it torture to play!!!
