All Capcom Games I own on Xbox One so far Part 2

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, officially a follow up/update blog. I recently got more Capcom goodness for my Xbox One. Unlike last time I will be reviewing all the games present in this. Now I can start up by saying all of these I do recommend. I also hope this tells you what I love about Capcom in general.

1. DuckTales: Remastered

I haven't played the classic NES DuckTales games. I am aware of The Disney Afternoon Collection that has both of them. I also never actually seen the classic cartoon either. More recently, a new cartoon reboot is airing on TV. If I'm not mistaken this game was the last time the original DuckTales cast voiced together.

Yes this version has both texts & voice overs. You can skip cut scenes although some of them are rewatchable. They took the classic NES game then brought it up to modern gaming standards. Capcom wasn't as involve as the original DuckTales games. Each level has a map that's easy enough to follow.

The difficulty for the most part is on point. There are a few key parts that can be frustrating. Most bosses are just as easy as the classic game's. Unlike most DuckTales games, you also get the option to swim in his vault through gold coins. Personally the Family Guy parody is more entertaining lol. The cane can be a little off but for the most part it gets the job done.

Sometimes you have to pay attention to particular areas of the level. In order to know where to go like in Transylvania level. You have to memorize which mirror takes you to the correct area. I also like the enemy selection fits this game perfectly. One nice touch is all the money you earn can be used to unlock a lot of cool DuckTales stuff.

Achievements are mostly simple that shouldn't take long to get most of them. DuckTales: Remastered does do the classic games justice. Eventually I'll check out Castle of Illusion: Remastered since I grew up with the Genesis classic. Back to this, I felt the music for the most part is great. However I still prefer the original songs especially the moon level's.

2. Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara (2 games)

OMG I can very surprised I missed out on playing this on Xbox 360. Two classic licensed Capcom beat em up arcade games in one package. The same team behind Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online, Marvel vs. Capcom: Origins and Darkstalkers: Resurrection made this. You can tell in many ways like you can earn particular points to unlock more of the gallery.

You can switch between the games just like those compilations. The challenges are addicting to do for hours among hours. A couple of them will give you a lot of achievements in the process. The actual games are some of the most ambitious beat em up games I have ever seen. Not only in some levels you can choose a path.

You can move away from the path to go into several rooms. The animation alone is virtually mind blowing. The later game adds two more characters that help making the experience more unique. There's a lot of boss fights that can be very repetitive. At the same time you will still have a great job taking them down.

The audio department alone is perfect I have no real complaints. The music is absolutely amazing with very good sound effects. Even with some cheesy voice acting it still doesn't disappoint. They really put so much content into just one of them. But having them both is plenty to justify it's low asking price.

Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles is technically the third games of the franchise I owned. I had the solo Genesis game and a terrible PS1 fighting game. It is no question this is the best Dungeons & Dragons game I have ever played. Trust me this compilation is among the very best I played to date. I also like you can upgrade your characters but you can lose them in record time.

3. Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle (7 games)

I was already mind blown playing Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara. This is even more craziness that only Capcom could do justice. Seven of their classic arcade beat em up games in one place. You already have everything in the gallery at the start. The original pictures to tie all the games in are absolutely amazing.

The achievements are a mixed bag with people. Yes you can in just a few hours get most of them simply by beating all the games. Most points on them are 100 gamer score that can help you go up in the ranks. Honestly I am not picky about that although I understand the disappointment. I am enjoying it since it slightly has more challenging achievements than those of X-Men arcade game.

I am not going to lie some of these games are weird at best. Both The King of Dragons & Knights of the Round is not only similar to Dungeons & Dragons Capcom games but also Magic Sword. All five classic arcade beat em up games represent bringing the RPG experience to arcades. You can level up your characters and equip new gear.

Even the bosses are surprisingly similar to each other I'm not kidding. Both The King of Dragons & Dungeons & Dragons: Shadow over Mystara has a giant red dragon as the final boss. The most well known game among the seven is Final Fight. Originally going to be a sequel to the original Street Fighter.

It quickly became it's own game spawning it's own sequels and spin offs. The same game Sega created Streets of Rage to compete against it. Obviously I don't need to discuss it's SNES port technically having two versions being greatly inferior to the original arcade game. To me, the bosses are a little cheaper than I would like to be.

You can die very fast in this game without warning. I do enjoy the bonus stages since I don't have to worry about getting owned repeatedly. Several things from this game does transfer to most games presented in this compilation. The music is easily the best part of the game. When you do successfully pull off moves the game does become a little more fun.

Now it's talk to talk about the last three games. Armored Warriors is a mech beat em up game where you take on other mechs. Honestly there's two particular games it really reminds me of. Cyborg Justice since you can swap out parts during the combat. Shogo is a FPS based on the same concept that franchises like Gundam are continuing to this day.

Basically a similar art design for this & Shogo with both having a great soundtrack. Although Shogo's does come more off like an anime game. Cyborg Justice isn't that great but I am glad someone did that feature justice. Armored Warriors is addictive due to swapping out parts. You also have several characters to play as.

Battle Circuit is possibly the strangest game included. Both this and Armored Warriors being on consoles as well as PC for the first time. Battle Circuit up til this compilation was only available in Japan since not even it's arcade cabinet came to the United States. Oh wait it gets much stranger than this.

The playable characters alone are just the topping of this pineapple up-side down cake. You can play as a mutant plant, a cat woman, a little girl riding a pink ostrich or a guy that can shape shift body parts. There is a lot of strange humor that does remind you of anime. The artwork itself is worth checking out.

There's a twist at the end where you can decide to simply remove the disk in question or destroy the program. Basically the raw data on the actual disk. You don't delete it like normal you beat it to deletion. Unfortunately this final boss really doesn't go easy on you. I should've started this by saying you will die a lot in these game.

But here imagine dying all the games it took to beat those games in just one boss fight I'm not kidding. Finally we get to Captain Commando, if you played Marvel vs. Capcom 1 and 2. You probably seen Captain Commando in action. The commercial Capcom made for this is nostalgia. You see Captain Commando come out of no where to take kids to the future.

He shows off this compilation with a mess up way of ending the commercial. The fact they got Captain Commando on that commercial scored high with me. This game is very unusual in many ways. Just like Battle Circuit, the playable characters is questionable at best. To clarify none of them sucks.

Ninja Commando is probably my second favorite among all the characters. I never actually thought I would say Baby Commando ended up being the best character. Yes a baby piloting a powered suit that's human size oh okay Capcom. This character has some great moves to help in some boss fights. Mummy Commando reminds me of the dual knives enemies in some of the games.

Most of them has a great pace that shouldn't take too long to fully beat them all. For twenty bucks you get seven truly amazing games. Not only that online coop makes these even better. I highly recommend you play this compilation folks. Final Fight was my least favorite among the seven. I would have to say Battle Circuit ended up being my favorite.

Jack Red reviews the rest of Killer Toys Collection movies

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, it is time to review what's left of my Killer Toys Collection. I already reviewed a good number of movies in several blogs to make it easier to keep up with. Some of the strangest horror movies you will ever see. Awhile back I seen these movies waiting for months to watch Annabelle: Creation with my wife.

1. Magic

Anthony Hopkins and Burgess Meredith are the big stars of this movie. It is about a man trying to make it big through stand up comedy. Eventually he found success through combining stand up comedy with a ventriloquist act. This guy was secretly under a lot of pressure to the point he believes his dummy is alive.

Magic isn't about the kills like many horror movie classics. This is more of a disturbing end of what could've been the next big thing in entertainment. This role landed Hopkins to being Dr. Hannibal Lector in three movies. This is an obscure horror movie classic that's more about watching someone's madness unfolding.

2. Ghosthouse

Ghosthouse is a lost film on several video formats. This is a ghost movie with some gruesome deaths. I kinda like the creepy clown doll. Some parts of this movie can be a little confusing. Mostly a recording of what was going to happen several hours before it actually happened in that house. Ghosthouse has some strange sounds that's difficult to get use to.

Trust me you will be hearing those sounds a lot during the course of the movie. Man this is a creepy late 80s horror movie. I think this even got a Blu-ray release. Ghosthouse has some okay characters that reminds me of several franchises. This movie might come off dated but sometimes a true scare is one you won't expect or see coming.

3. Silent Night, Deadly Night 5: The Toy Maker

A toy maker running a local toy store. Some of their toys killed people in such horrible ways. One kid was lucky enough to survive a trip to the hospital after stealing skates meant for another kid. This movie embodied the spirit of killer toys. This installment is similar to Halloween 3 in it's franchise. It acts as it's own movie that's not connected to the previous movies in any possible way.

Silent Night, Deadly Night 5 is a disturbing Christmas horror movie. The big twist is the toy maker's son not only the one behind all of it. He also is a huge robotic toy that's more of a giant male Barbie doll. Trust me this movie gets weirder as it goes on. The fact you see all kind of different toys killing people is the one thing this movie has over other killer toy movies.

4. Dolly Dearest

Dolly Dearest is a rip off of Child's Play. Let me break it down to you. Although the actual dolls aren't the same kind. Both of them have an evil spirit inside the doll that's given to a child. Which led to a couple people getting killed. Honestly after watching this I just wanted to watch any of the Chucky movies more.

It comes off as a shameless rip off movie. Instead of voodoo with a soul of a serial killer. We have a demon that's possessing several similar dolls. Now I think about it Chucky ripped that off with Cult of Chucky. Although I really felt that movie needed it a lot better. Dolly Dearest is not a great movie but hey you enjoy killer toy movies you should check it out anyway.

5. Amityville Dollhouse

Some Amityville movies takes place or centers around a similar location. How about a replica dollhouse I am not kidding. Some weird death scenes that make this a very different horror movie. At first you think this might be another ghost movie but it is another demon movie instead. This is probably the weirdest toy featured in any of these movies.

The characters are mostly forgettable with a strange love triangle. This movie does have some spirits involved as well. It is weird by destroying the dollhouse the house they were staying it got destroyed too. This movie has a little off on the pace. Amityville Dollhouse is better left not being touched unless you really need to see every movie in Amityville franchise.

6. The Boy

The Boy involves a baby sitter paid to go a long distance to watch over a doll. Trust me there's a lot more going on than you will realize. Unlike the last few times I talked about this movie I will spoil the big twist. It turns out that doll was simply just a doll. The real Brahms was hiding within the walls of the house.

He wants his baby sitter to be his. Basically this is a stalker movie of the strangest order. The Boy has some great suspense moments. Among watching it the first movie you do think the doll might be alive. I would say having the actress that played Maggie on The Walking Dead helps too. This is a great movie of it's time in my opinion.

7. Dead Silence

One of the creators of Saw that later worked on Annabelle movies made this. Dead Silence deals with a man suddenly given a dummy. Shortly afterwards his lover got murdered, he wants to figure out what's going on. Some of the locals treat Mary Shaw just like Freddy Krueger I'm not kidding. Dead Silence also has Donnie Wahlberg who also appeared in the some of the Saw movies.

This is one creepy movie that does a great job making dolls & ghosts scary. Yes it is one ghost but her spirit being connected to a large amount of her dolls. She kills people after they screamed. Where she cuts out their tongues. WOW some of these dolls are just palm creepy to look at. There's a great twist at the very end.

8. Making Contact aka Joey

Depending where you are in the world you either know this movie as Making Contact or Joey. In either case both titles does fit the movie very well. This kid gains a power while a strange dummy causing terror. There isn't kill scenes but it sure is an unsettling movie. Making Contact does center around a boy named Joey for majority of it.

I like some of the special effects especially later in the movie. This movie is very different from other toy theme horror movies. Later in the movie you discovered the truth of what's actually going on. The movie can be a little misleading at times. I would say it is aging better than many horror movies. Making Contact is a strange toy movie with some weird twists.

9. Triloquist

This is one off the wall comedy horror movie. Triloquist has one of the weirdest looking dummies I ever seen. This movie has a story that's clearly rushed but at least some good moments. Unlike Hellraiser: Revelations that has absolutely nothing good to offer. Honestly I can't say enough after seeing a mess up movie.

This dummy being alive isn't made clear. A good amount of things happening with him was done by the lady. It turns out she had feelings for her own brother. Like I said this is one weird movie that's very hard to take seriously. I rather be watching the original Leprechaun movie. WOW this is a movie I would even say if you are drunk or high you may enjoy this.

10. Love Object

Love Object centers around a guy under a lot of stress at work. He meets a new employee that he has feelings for. Sadly he ends up buying a realistic sex doll I'm not kidding. Her designs were based on that lady at work. Obviously there is some sex scenes. This movie is more about a man going into madness.

In other words imagine Fifty Shades of Grey with a sex doll lol. This movie is an obscure movie not many people know about. WOW some parts implies the sex doll actually doing stuff. For example he believes she was walking towards him at work. Love Object is very unusual among horror movies. It isn't about the kills but more of a strange obsession that turns one man into a monster.

11. Pin

Pin is based on the book of the same name. Two kids spent time with a medical dummy. They didn't realized the dummy was actually voiced by their father. Later in life, one of them starts speaking through the dummy. This obviously led to have him another personality based on Pin. There's some strange moments you won't see coming.

In a weird way you could imagine someone in real life doing some of this to someone. Pin has one strange looking medical dummy. This movie has some great acting with some twists you may not see coming. The ending involves he becomes one with his Pin personality. The dummy got destroyed by his sister with an axe.

12. The Pit aka Teddy

The Pit is loosely based on a book. Originally was going to be much closer to the book. Instead a bunch of people are getting on this kid's nerves. His teddy bear of all people tells him things. After discovering Tra-la-logs in a pit. Believe it or not, his teddy bear convinced the boy to feeding people to those creatures.

Thus the killer toy in this case is a teddy bear convincing a child to do horrible acts against people. The Pit is a strange movie that has a good pace. This movie has some weird moments like how he tricks people to falling into the pit. Thankfully you won't see much gore but trust me except these creatures themselves, everyone dies the same way including the boy.

Humble Brawler Bundle overview

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, earlier this year at Humble Bundle. They had a bundle that really caught my attention. Humble Brawler Bundle despite the name there wasn't any beat em up games. It was filled with plenty of fighting games mostly from Arc System Works. I donated all the money to a charity about Autism since I have it.

1. Skullgirls

I already owned Skullgirls with it's dlcs prior to purchasing this bundle. It came with an DRM free copy of the game and it's soundtrack. I already covered this in greater detail in another blog.

2. Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R

Guilty Gear can be repetitive but a lot of fun. The artwork alone is enough to buy this game. The soundtrack is very good with amazing sound effects.

3. BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend

BlazBlue: Continuum Shift Extend I played on Xbox 360 prior to playing on Steam. This is similar to Guilty Gear since it was made by the same team.

4. Arcana Hearts 3 Love Max!!!!!

This was ported by a different team from a cell phone game. This is very different from most fighting games. You can jump much higher and fly since the levels are very large in size.

5. Street Fighter X Tekken

I played this on Xbox 360 prior a great Capcom fighting game. I will be honest I couldn't get it to work without the community patch.

6. Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN-

If this looks familiar it is because the same team made Dragon Ball FighterZ. Story Mode is mostly cut scenes with great artwork.

7. Rivals of Aether

This is a clone of Super Smash Brothers. There is more dlc characters now than when they did this bundle.

I can honestly say all of them do work with an controller. Sure there are better fighting games you can play on your computer. But to a fighting game fan there's no end to wanting more of them.

Annabelle series review

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I will be reviewing the first two Annabelle movies. Considering they are two movies in my Killer Toys Collection. I figured to make a follow up blog with me reviewing the rest of the movies. Oh man my wife loves these Annabelle movies. I seen so many memes and pictures with that doll now it's not funny.

1. Annabelle (2014)

This is a spin off of The Conjuring franchise. WOW people wouldn't stop talking about this doll. This was inspired by a true story centering around a doll. One of the guys behind Saw series is working on these movies. Annaebelle isn't what you may expect among the first time watching. This plays on suspense than anything else.

Obviously they weren't allowed to use the real Annabelle doll or a similar one for this movie. I do apologize if parts of this might spoil either movie. The doll isn't actually possessed by a demon. The demon using it's powers through it in order to attempt corrupting someone to possibly taking their body.

This doll keep returning after stuff like being put in the trash can. There are some death scenes but those aren't a major focus of the movie. No that would be them attempting to turn a strange real life story into a horror movie. I think they did a great job in doing that. I would say one of the creepier dolls in horror movies.

2. Annabelle: Creation (2017)

This is a prequel to the previous Annabelle movie. Most people prefer this over the original for many reasons. Honestly I do believe it is the better movie. There's more characters with some great surprises. Annabelle is at the center of most things going on. This movie do keep you on the edge like a great horror movie does.

Annabelle: Creation does many things better than the previous Annabelle movie. You do learn more about the doll. I love the surprise at the very end I won't spoil it. Let's just say it should look very familiar to you. This is one of the best prequel horror movies I have ever seen. For a newer horror movie it won my respect.

I do recommend this movie especially to those loving killer toy movies like myself. One of the best movies in my Killer Toys Collection. This doll is much scarier in this movie. Some rememberable death scenes with one place possibly opening the door to more stories. I am very impressed with this movie.

I will be taking my time writing the conclusion to reviewing the last movies in my Killer Toys Collection.

Five Hellraiser movie reviews

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, awhile back I reviewed a lot of Hellraiser movies for one of my discontinued blog series. I figured to complete the set by reviewing the other movies I haven't done yet. I hope this gives you an idea what I want in a hellish horror movie. Honestly this franchise started high then fell very low.

1. Hellraiser (1987)

This is one of the absolute scariest 80s horror movie I have ever seen. This is based on the novella called The Hellbound Heart. Originally the character Pinhead didn't have a name and suppose to be a female character. OMG this has some sickening special effects. The movie starts off with Frank Cotton opening the box.

Early on in the movie after blood hit the floor upstairs. Frank escaped Hell back to our world. The cenobites aren't the main antagonist of this movie. No that honor belongs to Frank for some of the stuff he's done. This movie is no question not meant for those with a light stomach. When you see people being ripped apart trust me that image stays in your mind for years.

Doug Bradly started as the lead cenobite being one of the longest actors to reprise a horror movie villain. I can't exactly call these movies a slasher since it doesn't follow a lot of the tread as well as rules. I would say watch this in the dark close to or on Halloween it is worth doing. For an original horror movie people still keep talking about it today.

2. Hellbound: Hellraiser 2 (1988)

The second Hellraiser movie is one of the best in the franchise for many reasons. Kristy from the previous movie as well as Julia return in one horrifying tale. This time Julia is attempting to get revenge on the cenobites. She returns to our world the same way Frank did in the previous movie. You do learn more about everything.

I like when Channard Cenobite takes on the cenobites & kills them all. Especially Pinhead that ultimately plays a major role in the following movie. You get to see a lot more Hell with most demonic creatures returning from the previous movie. Kristy discovers the cenobites used to be humans a long time ago.

Honestly after watching Re-Animator I realized those movies are similar in a few ways. Both involve a crazy doctor attempting to live beyond death willing to do whatever it takes. I would say one of the better 2's in horror movie history. Doug Bradley gives an amazing performance as Pinhead as always. There are some twists you won't see coming the first few times watching.

3. Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth (1992)

Hellraiser 3 is very true to it's name since Pinhead goes on an rampage. You see in Hellraiser 2 due to how he got killed off on the pillar. His soul split in two halves with Pinhead remaining on the pillar. When he escapes from the pillar is where Hell breaks loose. There's a famous scene where Pinhead kills everyone in this place in horrible ways.

A couple new cenobites are added although they do come off being sorta lazy. I did like the camera cenobite he does stand out. Doug Bradley plays both halves of his characters very well. If you weren't scare of Pinhead before this movie will. In this movie he isn't working for Hell like in most Hellraiser movies.

Instead he decides to literately make our world the new Hell. Why does that remind me of a particular Adam Sandler movie lol. Granted it doesn't tell a great story but it does have some great special effects. There is a high body count if you are into that kind of thing. This was where the franchise started to go down.

4. Hellraiser: Bloodline (1996)

In a few previous blogs I criticized this movie. I feel like giving it a real review since it's just weird. Parts of it are covering not only the origin of the box. Also the bloodline connected to the person that created it. Parts of it takes place in a distant future on a spaceship. A group of people get brought in to question a descendant of the guy who created the box.

He was clever in using a robot to open the box. Obviously whoever opens it they come to take that person to Hell with them. This is where different variations of the Chatterer cenobite started. He was one of the original cenobites after all. The overall pace of this movie isn't great. Some new cenobites with the twins standing out the most.

Some gruesome death scenes that makes it easier to come back to watch more. Trust me the story isn't that great. You can tell they didn't know to do a prequel or a sequel so we ended up with both of them. This was the last Hellraiser movie to hit theaters since later movies became direct to video titles.

5. Hellraiser: Judgment (2018)

The newest entry in Hellraiser franchise. I got to be honest I knew it was going to be better than the last couple movies. I didn't actually think it would be one of my favorites. Hellraiser: Judgment is a surprisingly great entry. Pinhead is much better than Revelations Pinheads. This has a great story with some great twists too.

Some great special effects that you don't expect to see in a direct to video movie. Honestly I do like some of the new cenobites added. One of them is played by the director of this movie. You can tell this wasn't rushed out. This was the fifth Hellraiser movie originally planned as a Hellraiser movie. As stated in another blog Hellraiser: Inferno to Hellworld were going to be different movies.

This is one of the best horror movies of 2018 in my opinion. I do recommend this to those loving the good Hellraiser movies. They did a truly amazing job going back to it's roots. I am blown away how much I enjoyed watching it.

Let's be honest I should do two rankings since the bad Hellraiser movies are essentially legendary in being so terrible. At the same time the good Hellraiser movies really do stand out against other demon horror movies.

Bad Hellraiser Top 6
6. Hellraiser: Bloodline
5. Hellraiser: Inferno
4. Hellraiser: Hellseeker
3. Hellraiser: Deader
2. Hellraiser: Hellworld
1. Hellraiser: Revelations

Good Hellraiser Top 4
4. Hellraiser 3: Hell on Earth
3. Hellraiser: Judgment
2. Hellbound: Hellraiser 2
1. Hellraiser

Games I would like to see included in PlayStation Classic

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I grew up with PlayStation 1. I had so many games that I quickly loss count. It was my first CD based console that had some clever designs. For example some game discs and music CDs will play music on your console. There are two main controller designs that could affect playing some games.

Today I want to talk about games I would like to see included in PlayStation Classic. I heard about this thing awhile back. More recently it got confirmed coming in December at $100. Honestly if it had a lot more games & allowed controllers as well as add ons then I would be fine paying that. This thing is even smaller than the later white model with the small screen.

1. MediEvil

MediEvil is getting a reboot although on PSP it had a remake. The original MediEvil is a simple hack & slash platformer with some clever mechanics. The map screen is inspired by Super Mario World but incredibly detailed. The soundtrack alone is enough for anyone to play this game. A great variety of enemies & weapons to keep you busy for hours.

2. Metal Gear Solid

I would be very upset if this wasn't included. This is one of those games everyone knows was on PlayStation 1. Metal Gear Solid was a masterpiece showcasing the console. Very great voice acting with amazing sound effects. They did an amazing job updating game play mechanics from Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake.

3. Resident Evil 2

Considering Final Fantasy VII is in this. Why not give us Resident Evil 2? It also has a remake on the way that's already blowing people away. This game packed so much content that it needed two discs. Resident Evil 2 improved many ways over the original. It is likely they could be doing the original version although you aren't missing much either way.

4. Pepsiman

Sure why not I haven't played this game but I heard a lot about it. For some odd reason this is the first PS1 game to appear on searching the internet. My wife is a huge Pepsi fan herself while I prefer Coca Cola. This is a rather unusual licensed game. They do have Tekken 3 that has a guest character so I think they could do this.

5. Crash Bandicoot 3

Everyone agrees Crash Bandicoot 3 was the best among all Crash games on the console. Yes recently there is Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy but a lot of people still want to play the original versions. Which is exactly why this could make a lot of people happy. This game in many ways tested the limits of the console.

6. Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage!

Many Spyro fans considered this the best of the series. I haven't played any Spyro games but I heard a lot about this. Spyro 2 is one of the absolute best PS1 sequels there is. This game improves over the original in most possible ways imaginable. This game further pushed the capabilities of the console.
It is debatable it would be featured since Spyro Reignited Trilogy will be coming out soon.

7. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Some fans consider this the best Castlevania game. A truly complex PS1 game that a decade people didn't know they only played half of it. Yes you heard me correctly this game is lengthy but a lot of fun. It was the beginning of bringing in Metroid mechanics while adding Castlevania to the mix. This game nails everything it does in a way no one can recreate it.

8. Mega Man X4

Let's be honest Mega Man X4 is the most likely out of the PS1 entries to be featured. Mostly because this is the one most PS1 fans remembers playing. Mega Man X4 further pushes the envelope of the franchise. This does display some truly amazing graphics. A solid experience for anyone into Mega Man series.

9. Chrono Cross

Chrono Trigger surprisingly not included in SNES Classic Edition. This would be Sony's way of stomping on them. Chrono Cross is like most main Final Fantasy games greatly distant from the previous game. At the same time it is a truly difference experience from Chrono Trigger as well. This is a multi disc PS1 game that holds up amazingly well today.

10. Tomb Raider

Come on how could you not want any Tomb Raider games on this? If I had to pick I have to go with the original Tomb Raider. These games were ahead of their time. There wasn't many game franchises with a female lead. Lara Croft helped put them on the map. Tomb Raider is inspired by Indiana Jones that also inspired Uncharted franchise.

11. Dino Crisis

I will make it this simple if we don't get any Resident Evil games. Then give me Dino Crisis instead otherwise I will be angry. Dino Crisis was created by the same guy who made Resident Evil. Instead of zombies and monsters make way for dinosaurs. Likely inspired by Jurassic Park movie. Dino Crisis has a stronger action elements while maintaining survival horror.

12. Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee

I know what a odd choice to want in this. Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee is still being talked about today. You play as Abe trying to save his planet from another race. I like you can control some enemies to attacking others or help you through some puzzles. This game is much more than it appears to be. After all it was the beginning of it's own franchise.

12. Bushido Blade 2

I wouldn't be surprised if Square Enix doesn't allow any Bushido Blade games. Bushido Blade 2 in particular improves many ways over the original. You can strike your enemies with blade weapons or guns. There is plenty of modes to play to keep you busy for hours. I also like cutting down trees during battles it is so satisfying.

To clarify I didn't plan on limiting myself in advance for my selection. I can only hope a great number of these actually appears on PlayStation Classic Edition. If not I am only hope we get a later version having those games to make it for not having them in the first place. I know kinda confusing & a waste of money but if you grew up on that console.

Chances are it probably will be worth it in the long run. There is a strong chance they could be doing PlayStation 2 Classic Edition. Now regardless which games they picked too many people will be very picky which games should've been on there. So for that reason I won't reveal my picks for PS2 games I would like to see on that.

My Sega Genesis Beat Em Up Past

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, believe it or not I grew up with a lot of beat em up games on Sega Genesis. Some of them I could play for hours among hours. Although I officially played more fighting games I always enjoyed beat em up games more. There just something about them that I found replayable.

Sadly I got to exclude Alien Storm and Streets of Rage 2 since I was much older when I first played those games.

I am leaving some notes on those I haven't talked about before to speed up reading. I am also doing this because a couple of these games I talked about before. Some of them could be getting reviews in the near future it depends on things.

1. Golden Axe

2. Golden Axe 2

3. Cyborg Justice

One of my classmates gave me this game in school. This is a rather unusual beat em up since you can alter his character in many ways. I would say it's one of the least satisfying on the console.

4. Streets of Rage

5. The Punisher

6. Altered Beast

I found a copy of Altered Beast at one of those old clothing stores. Man I came to like it over the years. Also considering this was the original Genesis game you would get with your Genesis. This was made by the same guy who also created Golden Axe.

7. Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers The Movie

8. Last Action Hero

One of my absolute hated Genesis games. I grew up not getting very far dying very quickly. I didn't know about other versions until I got older.

9. Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage

10. Venom/Spider-Man: Separation Anxiety

11. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Hyperstone Heist

I remember waking up often as a kid going straight to playing this. I usually get around half way through the game. Yes it took things from Turtles in Time but I felt it did them better. Sure this is still considered one of the best TMNT games. I always wondered why the boss rush stage doesn't get brought up much.

To clarify yes I got to play Comix Zone as well. Probably before Streets of Rage 2 another forgotten classic. I had all of these games on Sega Genesis at one point. Some of them still hold up amazingly well by today's standards.
