Microsoft doesn't want Postal series rant

Warning this will be a lengthy blog post, please take as many breaks as needed thank you.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I kept noticing posts from Running with Scissors. The indie game company responsible for Postal series confirming several times. Microsoft doesn't want Postal series on Xbox consoles. I been thinking about this particular rant for months. Honestly, that by itself bags a lot of questions with not enough answers!!!

For starters what exactly is Postal series? Especially you may heard of em or never had before. Postal series is over the top, offensive, comical, multi genre games. I could name a lot of games on Xbox consoles that's similar to Postal series in some way. Maybe by the end of this rant you start seeing why the hell not put em on those consoles?

1. Conker's Bad Fur Day (both versions)

One of my first examples on this topic. Conker's Bad Fur Day has a lot of the same stuff going for it. Conker has some similarities with the Postal Dude. Some jokes can be seen as offensive as well. There's plenty of over the top comical moments including disgusting stuff. This is as close to Rare ever came to possibly making an Running with Scissors game.

It's even crazier both versions are on most Xbox consoles now. Conker's Bad Fur Day also had some ties to Playboy. The same also is true for Postal series. There's also a brief period being a different species. I know they allowed both versions since Microsoft owned Rare. Conker's Bad Fur Day and Postal 2 dramatically changed the course of their franchises into the direction their fans wanted.

A small section in Conker's Bad Fur Day a parody of a particular movie The Matrix. Postal 4 has a particular chore with beta testing a game while wearing an VR headset. They also face zombies later on their respective games. Not to mention, a hub world connects most of the locations together in presented as well.

A lot of the humor came from the main characters. They also had a famous terrorist group as enemies. Not only that both helped a lot of people through out their games doing some terrible stuff. I never said any of this was going to be pretty quite the opposite actually. I really would love some form of a crossover to happen too.

2. Saints Row series

Another great example is Saints Row series. The first two entries has a few jokes. From Saints Row: The Third to up ended up being more over the top, offensive, comical multi genre games. Some Postal game has a particular bow weapon not for the kids. Saints Row turned that concept into a bat that people won't shut up about.

Imagine Postal 2 or Postal 4 on a bigger scale. You basically would actually get Saints Row series. You do stuff for a lot of people similar to the Postal Dude does in Postal series. Not to mention Playa or The Boss are somewhat like the character too. At one point some of the Saints as well as the Postal Dude goes to Hell.

In most Saints Row games, you take everything over. In two Postal games with one being a secret ending has a similar concept. They also have a huge world to explore with mostly freedom to do whatever they want. You also have wanted levels you have a few ways to get rid of. There's also racing to a degree in em as well.

Despite Volition got buried, the franchise could eventually return. Which is indirectly similar to many attempts to follow up on Conker's Bad Fur Day that never fully materialized. The closest one being an dlc in another game Project Spark called Conker's Big Reunion. Also both had a famous bad game being Postal III and Young Conker respectively.

3. South Park series

Of course, I had to talk about South Park series. South Park is one of the longest running animated sitcoms ever. Which has majority of the check list Postal series had going for it. Despite being a vastly different game series from those of the Postal series. Everything else virtually identical in every other way. South Park has it's own long list of controversiality over the years.

In all honestly, these recent South Park games been successful. I am not sure about South Park: Snow Day! that recently came out. It's mind blowing some of the stuff they actually allowed in them. Yes they are on Xbox consoles further making me question why the hell not? South Park Funny enough predates Postal 1 by roughly an month.

It's true several game companies made South Park games. The original South Park game was a FPS game. Which is somewhat similar to Postal 2: Apocalypse Weekend. Also included in the more recently added mode, Two Weeks in Paradise. There's also South Park Rally a bad Mario Kart rip off. Postal 4 did had a chore where you race in scooters.

Postal series parodies many game franchises to a degree with Pac-Man being the most parodied among em. South Park: Chef's Luv Shack has mini game parodies of several Arcade classics. I'm sure they parodied more game franchises with the more recent entries. The closest South Park character to the Postal Dude is Eric Cartman yeah no fricking surprise there lol.

4. AVGN 1 & 2 Deluxe

Some of you may already seen this coming. AVGN 1 & 2 Deluxe is a great example of what would be an Postal game done in 2D that's also an unique platformer game. Just like South Park, most of the check list marked. In nearly every possible way this game vastly similar to the Postal series. Both the main characters are similar enough.

Yes this game can be quite over the top, offensive, comical itself. It is based on a famous video game review web show after all. I could easily connect the dots how similar the two are. This also one of my absolute favorite indie games ever made!!! It's virtually mind blowing all of these are on Xbox consoles but none of Postal series is why?

The main characters are strikingly similar in a lot of ways. There's plenty of violent moments with some truly disgusting ones. You also have a particular boss made out of feces I'm not making up that. They also have several different theme locations to play through as well. To some degree both reference other video games, AVGN heavily does from start to finish.

To a degree both has some self aware moments. They heavily involve beer being some form of a health item. I strongly felt out of all my choices, this one actually the closest to Postal series. Yes even more than South Park series, mind blowing I know. You virtually had nearly everything Postal series within it imaginable plus more to boot, there's no excuse for this!!!

Conclusion

Running with Scissors tried several times to make it happen. It's not clear why Microsoft turned them down every single time. Especially when most of these had somewhat notable successes. It's almost like they really didn't wanna take a chance on em. Maybe it's because Nintendo and Sony beating them so badly.

By allowing Postal series may hurt their chances. Not to mention, some Postal games are on some of their consoles too. Therefore, it could've struggled because of that too. Regardless what the actual reasons are. Postal series deserves to eventually get on Xbox consoles one day. It's almost like they looked at these games.

Then they felt Postal series wouldn't differ itself enough from them. Which there's some truth in that no doubt. There's people that really joy stuff like this. Postal are some truly amazing stuff if you could look pass the offensive stuff they have. Obviously people already doing that with Saints Row, South Park, AVGN and Conker prior to turning Running with Scissors attempts down.

Postal series is much more than it appears to be. In the end, they are making parody of the world in an entertaining matter. Most comedians brings out the offensive jokes. Why because if they kept playing it safe people stop coming to their shows. Personally Postal 2 has some of my favorite jokes ever in a video game.

Yes there's some truly violent moments as well as some disgusting ones. Then again most of these games are more meant for young adults. Deep down, parts of us is like The Postal Dude. I don't think Microsoft would lose much money either way of the situation. Maybe more indie developers would support em by allowing such an franchise onto their consoles.

Postal isn't for everyone there's no sugar coating that. But the same also is true about South Park or AVGN too. Also if you need to laugh these games would help to a degree. Majority of them are very replayable games. It's a real shame Microsoft won't allow such an controversial franchise. But they recently allow some of their games onto PlayStation's service?

Postal does deserve more respect than what Microsoft shown to it. Personally when I originally heard Running with Scissors pitched one of the Postal games to them, it would be a slam dunk. Well it was a dunk alright not a good one either. Microsoft been supporting indie developers for years. Which further bags the question why they kept turning Running with Scissors down like this is beyond me.

Covering Fourteen Killer Clown movies

Special thanks to Tubi.

The period I watched all these movies was March 24 and 25, 2024 alone.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, over a few months. A part of me really wanted to do an killer clown movie marathon. Probably because I'm so hype up for Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game. I figured to throw caution to the wind to allow my curiosity guide me. The amount of killer clown movies did differ a few times.

Ultimately stopping at four killer clown movies. I put a lot of hours worth watching all of them with ads just for fun. I got to be honest I surprisingly had a great time doing such an marathon. Considering more people becoming afraid of clowns is growing. It really shouldn't be a surprise covering this many of them still isn't scratching the surface.

Stuff like zombies and sharks has so many movies it's ridiculous. I felt I was due for writing such a blog entry in a long time. I will be discussing all of them just not doing a full ranking. Which would be a little time consuming as well as full reviews of every single movie. Therefore, I figured a more quick review style would fitting here.

Some guide lines I had while doing my recent killer clown movie marathon on Tubi as they follow down below...

1. Every killer clown movie must be labeled in category wise as horror

2. The titles must have either the word clown or alternation takes of it

Clownado (2019)

Despite the title being similar to Sharknado series. It's more of it's own thing with a small group of clowns using tornadoes to travel around. Maybe this is just me, the boss clown was sorta ripping off Killjoy from Killjoy series. I knew about the film from Facebook for years. All the weirdness helps make it truly stand out among killer clown movies.

The Clown Chainsaw Massacre (2022)

Not only it's a rip off of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. It's also technically ripping off Halloween series due to taking place on Halloween. The actual killer clown was essentially an altered Leatherface costume. Parts of this movie got reused in a horror anthology movie released the same year.

Clown Doll (2019)

This is heavily a knock off of Chucky series. Both involve dolls possessed by serial killers. The story ends up being somewhat similar to Curse of Chucky. Which came out six years prior, the actual clown doll comes off being a little creepy. They ripped off a particular Chucky kill from Bride of Chucky too that involved an woman getting electrocuted in a bath tub.

Clowntergeist (2017)

Despite the title sorta referencing Poltergeist series. I kinda have to say this is more of a supernatural clown stalking victims with time limits. The actual clown does come off being creepy. This was another movie I knew about from Facebook for years. Honestly, you aren't missing much by not watching this.

Clowns in the Woods (2021)

This has a more tragedy story reminding me of Slaughter High. Both involve the main character got pranked that ended horribly. Which led to the people responsible getting slaughtered. You won't feel sorry for them either. I'm not used to seeing ghost clown movies myself. Parts of it are a little better than expected just not a home run.

Tickles the Clown (2021)

I'm not going to sugar coat this. Easily among the bottom of the barrel I watched recently. This was the only animated movie in this lineup that's not exactly horror. But it got labeled that with science fiction with the later being very presented in comparison. Around 80 to 85% of the movie is two characters talking to each other no joke.

Amityville Clownhouse (2017)

This is playing of the usual Amityville murders concept. But this involves the spirit of a killer clown with a monkey toy. This movie has some terrible pacing it's difficult to describe. Very ballsy to kill an family off early in a movie like that!!! This is also among the bottom of the barrel. It's more of a possession movie that quickly over stays it's welcome.

Clownery (2020)

Despite it's rating on IMDB's website I say it's roughly actually 5.0 movie. This involved a tragedy that occurred during a little girl's birthday party. I think at a point you start noticing the ending before it actually happens. It kinda reminds me of Secret Window with Johnny Depp but not nearly as interesting or well made.

Gags the Clown (2018)

This was actually inspired by several clown sightings in real life. It also sorta rips some things from Pennywise. Such as instead of having a lot of red balloons, their black balloons. This movie tried to follow multiple points of view that ends abruptly. Don't expect a lot of deaths when watching this. This is more heavily found footage style movie, not something I'm a huge fan of.

House of Clowns (2022)

This is similar to a much better horror movie that also had clowns called The Funhouse Massacre. Where a small group of people gets to explore an haunted house. Unknown to them is a lot of people trying to kill em lurks inside. You won't like the ending it leaves a mixed taste in your mouth.

Clown Nightmare (2019)

This heavily felt like a home made horror movie. Some rather cheesy special effects with no decent actors among em. I'm fine with movies not having a decent cast for B movies. It just doesn't quite work with what they were going for. Even the story itself doesn't make sense. I'm not trying to say this got rushed but sure looks like it.

Beware of the Klowns (2015)

Somehow they made being a clown come off being racist. The sheriff made a new law against clowns. It's as silly as some of the laws Burgermeister Meisterburger in Santa Claus Is Coming' to Town special. This movie surprisingly works way better than expected. One weird positive is it's a better movie than The Mean One with a similar plot.

Clown Kill (2014)

A woman gets stalked at work by a psychotic clown. Honestly cutting a little more than half the movie. Easily would've made this somewhat better than it actually is. This movie is strangely boring for a little too long. By the time, people start getting murdered you likely already stopped watching it.

Clown Fear (2020)

A small group of women came to Clown City. There's a lot of horror movies where almost everyone you see is in on the horrific acts. A lot of the clowns looks more interesting. Some brutal kill scenes especially late into it. Also a rather unexpected ending as well. Honestly, it's difficult to say check it out or don't watch it.

I will confirm my two favorites as well as my two least favorites in this lineup. I hope this isn't too much clowning around haha. I will start with my least favorites since I already gave both of them away. Easily two of the absolute worst horror movies I ever seen. Surprisingly not quite Attack of the Killer Donuts bad though.

Amityville Clownhouse is a terrible take on the concept. Now I actually recommend checking out Amityville Dollhouse it's way better than this!!! Virtually doesn't do enough to differ itself from the usual Amityville horror movies. When the monkey toy started showing up I actually got confused. In nearly every possible way it's so bad!!!

Tickles the Clown is surprisingly even worst than Amityville Clownhouse. This felt more like an animated video while someone reading an audio book level quality. The CGI animation was dinosaur being not much better than the 90s CGI shows like ReBoot. Characters can't seem to stop their movements especially Tickles that constantly moving almost like he's ready to attack.

Kicking off my favorites with the lineup itself not being that solid to begin with. Clownado was vastly different from what I expected. They don't hold back on the gore despite how ugly the actual gore looks. It kinda had the most interesting stuff going on within the story out of all the movies. Clownado is borderline recommend if you want more killer clown movies.

Hands down the one killer clown movie I actually would watch again. Gags the Clown being a lost footage killer clown movie, it still had some positives. The story is kinda mixed with some interesting moments on the way. We had a famous streamer attempting to go after the clown. Not only that, each major points of view brought something different to the table to spice things up

I figured to throw out other killer clown movies I highly recommend checking out. Way more worth doing a killer clown marathon out of these movies instead. A lot of them actually on Tubi making that a great way to get into those great killer clown movies. Keep in mind, this is my opinion alone.

1. Killer Klowns from Outer Space (1988)

This always been my favorite killer clown movie to date. This movie is so unique even with a low budget that ended up being very great. It's a fun time especially when you really need something different horror wise, go watch this!!!

2. IT series

Yes I'm going to include the 90s mini series despite Part 2 got rushed out. Come on all of these are must watch for killer clown fans out there.

3. Stitches (2012 film)

This is one of those must watch killer clown movies. The world actually needs more comedy horror films like this.

4. Clown (2014 film)

Here's a possession movie I actually enjoyed. I usually don't enjoy em very much. Clown was such an unexpected concept that works insanely well.

5. Clownhouse (1989)

Despite the controversial what the director done during production. I still enjoy the movie itself for what it is.

6. The Funhouse Massacre

I highly recommend such a blood fest of a great time. This movie really doesn't hold back at all. It's like the greatest roller coast ride with screaming so loud a few cities could hear you.

7. Terrifier series

Terrifier series is very nightmare fuel stuff. Art is still among the creepiest slasher villains I have ever seen!!!

8. Slaughter High

A spiritual successor to Friday the 13th series that I surprisingly like more than the best of them. This movie kinda goes under the radar for a lot of people, it's quite a great movie indeed.

Hell's Kitchen (2005-present) review

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, today I really wanna review one of my favorite shows ever. A show I used to watch with my mom for many years. Thanks to Hulu, I finally gotten caught up to date with the seasons. It's another long running Fox show, Hell's Kitchen. Easily my favorite show of his by far. To be fair, MasterChef is no joke to what it brings to the table either.

Hell's Kitchen (2005-present)

I watched twenty two seasons with most of them I seen as they aired on TV. Hell's Kitchen is one of those long running realty competition shows you hear about over the years. Chef Ramsay acts like a drill sergeant for majority of the show. He breaks every chef down then rebuilds em into great chefs. Every challenge is designed to help better em in many ways.

Let's be honest he isn't going to give such opportunities to anyone. You really gotta work for it as proven by every season of the show. The main prize is the winner gets an executive chef position in a new restaurant somewhere in Las Vegas. I know some people might get thrown off by the name itself. Yes it's one of five sections within the state of New York.

Hell's Kitchen is actually the name of the restaurant used for this Ramsay show as well as the title of the show too. Maybe a little confusing for some people I apologize. I used to watch several cooking shows for many years. This was among the ones I looked forward to the most. Along with Top Chef as well as Chopped to name a few.

Yes a lot of challenges gets used a lot. More recently later in the seasons Chef Ramsay throws more curve balls the chefs don't see coming. A lot of them aren't that great at cooking. He does get some truly amazing chefs from time to time. Usually he splits the chefs into two teams using funny enough the two colors of military versus games.

Red and blue with red mostly being the women team while blue being the men team. Chef Ramsay barely does non eliminations on his show. It's more likely more than one person gets eliminated. Although those happens due to how disappointing their performances truly were. Most their dinner services doesn't go well.

Anyone thinking otherwise needs to get their eyes checked lol. Chef Ramsay is constantly putting pressure onto the chefs there's no breaks. He also has two sous chefs that helps both kitchens out. Yes he made two kitchens roughly the same size right next to each other. The only major difference is parts of it being either more blue or red respectively.

Chef Ramsay is constantly throwing curve balls. Even when the chefs starts to expect things. It's almost like putting more paranoia on them knowing Chef Ramsay going to test em more. In all honestly, he does want to be an mentor. He wants the very best chef among every group. Yes his standards are incredibly high with his reputation to meet it.

You can bet this is drama central for cooking shows. People getting upset at each other for so many reasons. Eventually a handful of them receive their black jackets. More recently, you have to earn em, which I actually respect Chef Ramsay for. Only the final two at a point during the conclusion gets head chef uniforms.

This isn't Chef Ramsay's first cooking show but close to it. There's a huge chance this possibly the one he's the most known for. Yes even throwing in Kitchen Nightmares or MasterChef. He doesn't hold back on either giving the rewards or the punishments. Some of these rewards are mind blowing. Sometimes rewards has unexpected surprises that makes em even better.

A random fact about the show not many people knows. The original version being the British version aired for four seasons. Chef Ramsay was the original host only in season 1 of that version. It also was done notably different from the US counterparts including how elimination works. Season 2 on that version made it closer to the US version's format.

Some of these punishments can be rather unforgiving at times. End of the day, regardless you won a lot of rewards or kept getting the punishments. Chef Ramsay still wants you to compete harder than you ever had before. He expects greatness out of every single person that competed on his show. This quickly became a timeless classic in every sense of the word.

Hell's Kitchen means so much to the right people. Some might view it being the cooking variation of The Jerry Springer Show. I strongly believe this show is way more than that. You do learn stuff from watching it. Not just about people but some great cooking tips as well as how restaurants works. You get to see people grow as you watch each season of the show.

Chef Ramsay could easily make any compilation from this show. Many people would have a great time watching em. Hell's Kitchen is easily among the best Fox shows I ever seen. Almost one of the most inspiring I ever gotten into as well. The world needs more shows like Hell's Kitchen. I just don't think it can be recreated by anyone else not even Chef Ramsay himself.

Very recently I fully watched the most recent season deeply surprised how damn great it was. Easily within my Top 5 Favorite Hell's Kitchen seasons to date. For me, the bar is set insanely high after watching it. Chef Ramsay must've been deeply proud. Honestly, it's a very strong recommendation go watch that season.

I know I don't often review cooking shows. But this particular one always meant so much to me. It actually got me into Chef Ramsay with MasterChef. I already lost count how many cooking shows he's hosting now. A handful on other channels with majority of them being on Fox channel. End of the day, thank you so much Chef Ramsay for a truly amazing cooking show.

What If...? show Season 2 review

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I previously reviewed Season 1 of Marvel's What If...? show. Now I'm back to review Season 2 of this show. The same amount of episodes for another crazy season filled with some rather interesting possibilities. How does it stack up to Season 1 only one way to find out.

Season 2 (2023)

A few alternate universe counterpart characters from Season 1 returns. I will try to not spoil much to help prevent ruining it for people. I can say parts of it was a little more ambitious this time around. Some of these stories turned out to be very interesting. Unlike Season 1, there is no stories I disliked. Already heading into the right direction.

I also loved they help give us more of an idea how the multiverse works. I seen similar events in The Flash show on The CW before. Somehow it actually lived up to the hype. Honestly I love they took risks with many concepts. Some supporting characters got more time than they previously did in the main canon universe.

I already knew with such a concept the possibilities are insanely high. It is very difficult to predict which stories we're going to get. I don't think any story over stayed it's welcome either. This includes how most the episodes ends. Not only that they didn't hold back on epic moments. This is full blown fan service.

I would support this over Super Dragon Ball Heroes any day of the week. They nailed it out the park once again. I don't have much actual criticism either. I would say the closest issue I had is trying to imagine how these events differ from those of the main canon universe's events. Although the Watcher does help things a bit by explaining it.

This show really lives up to it's name in every sense of the word. I'm not saying this is the best MCU show. It would deserve being labeled as the most unpredictable MCU show hands down. Some of these stories seemed bigger than some of the events in the actual movies. Which is rather impressive how they went about the most ambitious story to end an season on.

My thoughts on The Crow (2024) trailer

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I knew about the trouble development of The Crow (2024 movie) for years. It had been in development hell a long time. At one point we almost gotten a movie with Jason Momoa. The actor that played Aquaman in DC Extended Universe movies. I actually got a lot to say about The Crow (2024) trailer.

I'm a huge fan of the concept The Crow centers around. Most these characters suffered horrific ends to life with someone that loved. Enough pain in fact, their spirits can't rest. Crows would bring em back to life to get revenge on the people responsible. It almost comes off like The Punisher style but more justified as well as even the playing field.

Bill Skarsgard that previously played Pennywise in two movies going to play Eric Draven in the upcoming movie. Which is going directly against the one thing I really didn't want em to do. I strongly felt they should've made an entire original story with characters. So many people felt at it's current state, it's leaving a horrible taste on the late Brandon Lee.

The original film is easily one of the absolute finest 90s comic book movies ever made!!! I personally dislike the actual Crow look of the character. People are getting rather tired about Woke stuff. Which already another red flag for the movie. Just going by the trailer itself I say it's way better than The Crow: Wicked Prayer.

Let's be honest it isn't hard to be better than that. Right now it's currently going head to head with The Crow: City of Angels. I highly doubt it would be good enough to take on The Crow: Salvation. Now that was a surprisingly great movie despite it's obstacles. I don't think Skarsgard was a good pick for the film either.

Don't get me wrong he is a good actor. It just one of those roles unless you have the right person casted. Whatever it is doomed to fail, a very true reality for the film itself. I also wished some moments weren't revealed in the trailer. Like how the couple died or how one of his targets gets killed off. I felt removing both of those would've made the trailer slightly better.

Not a big enough change to make me wanna go see the film. I'm just as funny about Edward Furlong being casted in The Crow: Wicked Prayer too. At least, he was a little more fitting of the role. Neither compares to Brandon Lee or Eric Mabius though. Even parts of Vincent Perez's performance in The Crow: City of Angels is somewhat rememberable.

I know a lot of people dislike that film. I kinda liked it despite many things. Still way better than the game so there's that. Not to mention, the new Crow character looks just like The Joker in Suicide Squad movie. I will be brutally honest pathetic!!! I don't think the punk look fits well with the actual concept. It would be difficult to feel sorry for someone like that in comparison to a regular person.

At least Jimmy in The Crow: Wicked Prayer looked more like the character. Even Perez made his Crow look worked surprisingly well. Personally Mabius had my favorite Crow look with Lee having my second favorite. In comparison, the character comes more off like an poser. Kinda like the Jokerz gang not led by The Joker in Batman Beyond show.

Therefore, I already felt quite rip off. Even the 90s Spawn movie was better than this. Especially considering John Leguizamo's performance. He spent a lot of the movie in a suit while laying on his back. What's this film's excuse for anything? Words can't properly describe the insane level of disappointment I felt from the trailer.

I also felt hiding the main antagonist could've helped the trailer as well. Just having that removed could easily led to those interested in the movie. Start throwing out guesses who they think is rememberable? Which is way better than this old man got revealed within the trailer. The actor was previously in 30 Days of Night, likely much better film than this.

There's no question he's also a good actor. It just felt like parts of what they're going for doesn't line up. It's almost like trying to find an jigsaw puzzle but you're missing pieces. You obviously incapable of finishing the puzzle. The Crow itself had a lot to live up to. Even the short lived show that's also based on Eric Draven's story better than this.

Again they easily could've made original versions rather than recycling old ones like this. At one point, The Crow was going to be a woman. A concept partly done in the show to a degree. It's more fully done within the comics. It felt like everyone has their own take on the same concept. This felt more like rushing it out with the worst possible direction imaginable.

I won't be surprise if this bombs in theaters. I'm kinda hoping for it honestly. It doesn't deserve the name on such a film. I'm actually more less sold on the film just going by that trailer. I highly doubt another trailer or two going to change my mind. Sometimes a film is doomed but they just won't let it die. Perfectly describes the film in a nut shell.

The Crow is meant to be dark. You may get some light moments as well. Ultimately, you felt bad for those it happened to. When they come back alive, you root for them to get even with the same people responsible. I can't honestly felt the same way towards this movie. Even Ghostbusters with a female cast was more of it's own thing than this.

To clarify, I'm well aware people hated the gender swapped. Personally it never bothered me much. What actually did get under my skin is the film itself simply a retelling of the original Ghostbusters. Not a great one at that either. It's sad it took this long for another movie in the franchise to happen. I can't even say they took their time with it because the truth is it's the opposite.

I would even say the entire history leading up to the actual film going to be ten times more interesting. All the confirmed major changes alone you quickly see why this is going to fail. They were so desperate to bring the franchise back. They already stopped caring about what they should've done. Which was simply let the film die!!!

Eventually we may gotten another movie in the franchise. But continuing something that's in a notable development hell period usually doesn't end well long term. The Crow deserves way more respect than that. I hate to say it, fan films could better justify many things than Hollywood ones fail at. There's a good Spawn fan film that's widely popular on the internet.

I felt a fan film in the right hands would be virtually thirty times better than this. I have seen some rather impressive fan films over the years. The possibility is quite real indeed. I would rather watch a well made The Crow fan film over this. I'm aware Crow (2022 fan film) exists. The comics went through several comic book companies over the years.

Based on what I heard about them more constant than this. The Crow shouldn't be a one time wonder. I would welcome a female Crow character or a small group of them working together. Both of those way more interesting than what we're actually getting. The Crow is something truly special to the right people.

I can't even say I liked anything about the trailer at all. Sometimes trailers can be much better than the actual film. This is a time I may prefer the trailer due to not being long at all. I'm also sure the other Crow movie trailers are better than this. I just went out of my way to watch em for this blog entry. Even The Crow: Wicked Prayer trailer worked a little better than this kinda pathetic in all honestly.

I have no reason to support such a film. This is as much of The Crow movie than Leprechaun: Origins was a Leprechaun movie. Again that really isn't a Leprechaun movie!!! Sure you have several characters from the comics that previously taken from two other adaptations. Sadly none of the soul that made those stand out in their own right.

The Crow is doomed to sink the franchise once again. I never understood why kept a sinking ship floating much longer than it should. You can't simply do quick fix ups then call it a day. Virtually the movie version of the same concept. They chose to go the easy route that they knew Crow fans really didn't want in the first place.

I actually would have a reason to laugh if The Crow: City of Angels made more money than this. Very likely in the same matter as Perez in that film. This felt like a major missed opportunity. This could've been a surprise hit in so many ways. But instead they chosen to do the controversial safe option. People wondered why Dead Rising 4 failed?

People want something different. For starters, there's so many stuff within the concept alone. They easily could've done if they were more willing to go the distance. Sadly, the only distance I'm seeing is Crow fans not going to see this!!! Honestly I am truthfully deeply disappointed in this. Then again my expectations hearing about this development hell over the years kept things small.

Therefore, I can quickly write it off as no sir I rather watch several other movies over this. It's truly amazing how this movie franchise started so great to fall overtime. The Crow: Salvation being second best in many ways. I am not even sure if the comics still going on or not. I felt those would be way more worth your time than this!!!

Fallout: New Vegas review

Warning this will be an length review post. Please take as many breaks as possible.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I waited for the perfect opportunity to get every Fallout game on GOG. They had a limited time bundle deal. Right now it's been replaced by The Elder Scrolls bundle. They been doing several limited Bethesda game bundle deals. I predict either Quake or Doom could be next.

I previously had three of these Fallout games on Xbox consoles. Up till recently I only fully played Fallout 3 with all it's dlcs. Around 2AM today in fact, I finished up Fallout: New Vegas' dlcs. I put a lot of hours into this since I considered finishing the game as a gaming bucket list I always wanted to do. Keep in mind, I'm not a huge fan of RPGs.

Then again Fallout series has a rather unique take being several game genres rolled into one. The closest thing I played to this series is BioShock series. Very likely something always on my mind when playing either franchise. They got plenty of major differences but the striking similarities are very difficult to ignore.

I know the introduction is a little longer than planned. Fallout: New Vegas is a game more recently gotten much higher among my absolute favorite games I ever played. For so many great reasons, this was a true classic everyone needs to play at least once. Maybe I'll eventually return with reviewing Fallout 3 while giving a new perceptive on things.

In all honestly, this quickly felt like something I waited too long to do. Something this great yet I didn't play it all these years is kinda mind blowing. I know I'm already hyping the hell out of the game. Fallout: New Vegas set a new standard for a few genres. Which I will explain in greater details shortly. You simply aren't alive if you haven't play a game this good!!!

Fallout: New Vegas (2010)

In a few ways it's actual development was surprisingly interesting. Bethesda previously developed Fallout 3 that came out two years prior. Back when Interplay owned the franchise, Black Isle Studios developed the first two Fallout games. They attempted to make their Fallout 3 game that ultimately got canceled. Then Bethesda bought the franchise not long afterwards.

There's a few reasons why this matters. For starters, Fallout: New Vegas was essentially developed by members of the original team now working at Obsidian Entertainment. They got to finish their Fallout 3 game while reusing several things from Fallout 3. They also weren't a fan of Fallout 3 in a few major areas.

Bethesda gave them permission to make Fallout: New Vegas. This is technically treated as a canon spin off game with more direct ties to the first two games. You also could say it's virtually Fallout 3.5 since it happened a few years after Fallout 3. But a few years before Fallout 4 being sandwiched by two great games.

It's very important to note for whatever reason gave Obsidian a strict amount of time for the game's development. More recently considered one of the absolute greatest rushed games in history. Yes it does suffer from technical issues more of a problem on consoles though. At least on PC, there's updates as well as mods that helps with several issues.

If you played Fallout 3, a large amount of stuff also presented in this. I actually felt there's a lot of major improvements making that the better Fallout game. I am dead serious, Fallout: New Vegas is a fantastic game. Both of them is a clever lineup of several game genres that works incredibly well. It's widely stated to be an FPS RPG Survival game.

It also covers Open World, Sandbox and Action as well. Most of those I felt from start to finish. The actual RPG elements being leveled up or presently involves dialogue. Maybe I never was crazy for an traditional RPG game. At the same time, being such an unique combination of genres really spices things up.

I don't have many favorites that's labeled or considered in some way as RPG. My favorite classic style RPG game is Phantasy Star IV, truly amazing stuff. If Dead Rising series counts in this discussion. I always been a huge fan of them. Fallout: New Vegas very likely my favorite multi genre RPG game I ever played!!!

I also should point out Fallout 3 is more Eastern section of the United States. Fallout: New Vegas is virtually it's Western counterpart. The actual story can change depending on your decisions. Like a lot of Telltale games especially The Walking Dead series being the perfect example. Now that franchise is owned by Skybound Games that holds every The Walking Dead game in existence damn.

Both heavily tells the story while given the actual direction where it's going in the hands of the player. There's a lot of good and bad decisions allowing a lot of replay value in the long run. Yes these Walking Dead games are somewhat linear for the most part. But both do embodied survival horror to a degree. Also some rather impressive voice acting in both as well.

The short version of the story without spoilers is you play as The Courier. You were tasked delivering a particular package. Unfortunately you get ambushed then left for dead afterwards. This is more than an revenge story. Especially when the main story of Fallout 3 was more of your Vault Dweller's dad than your actual character kinda takes you out of it.

So I do highly respect this actually The Courier's story we're playing. No disrespect towards Fallout 3 by the way. Late into the main campaign you quickly realize your decisions will lead up to either side winning. Yes your character suddenly in between this conflict with your decisions leading to one of several endings.

This was a major factor Fallout 3 lacked. No matter what it would end the same way. Although that also had Broken Steel campaign that starts right after the main campaign ends. The point is choice ends up being incredibly important. Yes you can do some truly stupid things. Some of which requires having enough of a particular skill to pull off.

From start to finish every major decision greatly impacts the entire experience. This game really felt like they covered virtually every possible angle imaginable. Fallout: New Vegas at it's core truly felt like the true definitive Fallout experience. Nearly every character you meet ends up being really interesting.

A great variety of enemies you could face. You also could eventually get companions to help you except dlc campaigns. A lot of items including weapons you can find. Plenty of outfits while exploring the wasteland. It's actually fun to go around exploring even when the odds are against you. There's always a chance you may find something that could help you out unexpectedly.

The main map is massive taking a lot of hours to fully explore. I will explain all the major factions this game centers on. I will save my favorite for last just don't be that surprise what it turns out to be. Mr. House was a business man that put his legacy keeping the Silver Strip going. He is more like if Andrew Ryan from BioShock was more of a dictator in a nut shell.

Basically he wants the Silver Strip to keep on going while everything outside of it simply isn't his problem. Yeah what a leader right? Caesar's Legion led by a man named Caesar. A nasty group of raiders that's inspired by Ancient Rome. The most evil faction among them hands down. NCR is virtually the closest thing to military.

Although the Brotherhood of Steel is somewhat presented. Just not nearly as much as in Fallout 3 or 4 respectively. NCR is collapsing making it the most neutral faction. Now my favorite is essentially Independence with Yes Man. Yes Man was created by the same guy that nearly killed you at the beginning of the game.

Yes Man is an AI program with some ambitious plans to change how Negas Vegas should go. This ended up being the most chaotic out of the four factions. I'll break it down why I'm ultimately Independence over the other three factions. Two of them is treating you like a dog. You do these things that's it kinda disrespectful.

You quickly felt like you're being used rather than assisting them to achieve their goals. NCR isn't constant with desperation playing a major role in that. I actually felt in different ways these three factions would quickly die out rather than lasting as long as they imagined things would go. At least with Yes Man, he promises a more possible future.

Not only that, fully assisting him makes you the new leader of New Vegas. How much of an actual leader depending on the player than anything else. This also successfully bridges everything to together perfectly. Unlike Caesar's vision that would be too much for a lot of people to handle. Which also could lead to a war in due time if left unchecked.

Maybe I'm really over thinking things here who really knows. What I do know is there's plenty of things to do in this game. For me, it's rare when such long games ends up being constantly fun. Fallout 3 had a karma system while it's more evolved into how things going to go here. This game does take it's sweet time delivering stories.

A large amount of them are very interesting stuff. To me, this felt ways Fallout 3 could've been better in. Fallout: New Vegas nailed em right on the money. It's kinda how I felt about a similar topic with Resident Evil 4 Remake, another fantastic game. You really are getting the full package here. Despite some technical problems including game crashing.

Dead Money (2010)
Honest Hearts (2011)
Old World Blues (2011)
Lonesome Road (2011)

Of course I can't review the actual game without discussing it's major dlcs. Yes there's a few smaller dlc packs that helps getting you started. New Vegas has four huge dlcs minus one from Fallout 3. Although I actually could say these are technically better in comparison. You can do any of them after you leave the house you started in.

Although it's highly recommended to be leveled enough to do em. They all have their main dlc campaigns meaning you got five main campaigns to complete in the game. Dead Money is virtually a more intense BioShock style experience. It's very easy to say a more survival horror experience at that. You go inside an abandoned Brotherhood of Steel location to get kidnapped.

Everything you had going in removed. You got an explosive collar that's linked to three other people. Concept wise this is like Suicide Squad meets Army of the Dead. Suicide Squad because it's a small group of unlikely people working together while wearing explosive collars. Army of the Dead since both plots involves breaking into the vault of an abandoned casino.

What's more interesting is this predates Army of the Dead by couple of years. There's a few endings with one being tricky to get. There's a trick before you talk to the man forcing you to do all of this. One option on a particular terminal do not access it or you automatically get the bad ending. One of it's last surprises you likely won't see coming.

Basically shortly reading that, you get locked in to die. Then the system recreates you as an hologram. I do like they went for this concept. Unless you know how to avoid it don't use that terminal yet. Thankfully you can save right before using it. So you aren't forced to use an older save or worst start all over again.

I know I'm talking about the ending portion more than what's left of it. Majority of it involves dealing with these ghost characters. There's two major variations of the concept you got to deal with. You got these DC's Scarecrow like creatures. Unless you do one of the following methods to put em down. They will quickly get right back up.

It turns out either you dismembered or vaporized em to kill em. There's also one of your allies Dogs that eats em. I know kinda mess up that's an actual method in the game. You even could get a perk from this to help you take em faster too. The other ghost type of enemies is holograms. Yes you can get killed by holograms.

I would even dare to say the most accurate enemies I ever faced. It's better to quickly run past em or sneak your way through. In one particular location, you can destroy these hologram devices that removes some of them out the area. We still haven't talked about the more annoying aspects yet. Relating to your collar are these annoying speakers that attempts to limit your options.

You have two options how to deal with them. Either quickly move into a spot the beeping stops or take em out. However the later has some weird placements of speakers. I couldn't find a few that kept beeping late into the dlc campaign. There's a few traps you can easily avoid or skilled enough disarmed. Some traps you can use an thrown melee weapon or any firearm to trigger em.

The worst traps is the explosive one wrong move could either take a good chunk of your health or flat out kill you. Some angles is a little tricky to shoot em from a distance. They explode too quickly to safely disarm. I did like how trapped played into this. Not only you had tricky enemies to kill off. But traps as well as poisonous gas.

Oh right I haven't brought up the poisonous gas yet. These reddish poisonous gases is another annoying obstacle. Sometimes you got to find another route around them. Other times you got no choice but head straight into it. Unlike most of the game, this new map location uses it's own currency. No bottle taps, it's more casino chips to better fit the theme.

This is important because you got these venting machines you use em to get stuff. I mostly bought ammo for my more powerful guns. There's a lot of these chips around the map itself. Now I talked about all that back to the ending. You get to face Father Elijah over what he's done. You do have a tricky option to trap him inside the vault.

You are more likely going to face him as a boss that's not too hard. The turrets ends up being a bigger threat. You simply escape the casino to leave this abandoned location altogether. I actually felt this was a great start to what's to come. I actually played these out of order truthfully. Dead Money was surprisingly decent but a little unforgiving at times.

Honest Hearts sends you to a new map. But they threw a monkey wrench before you go there. You get told by the man in charge of this caravan group. To drop your total weight you're carrying down to 75 pounds. This alone can be rather annoying what not to take with you. It actually doesn't seem to matter if this caravan survives or not, you still continue playing.

You quickly ally yourself to a few tribes to stop another tribe joining forces with Caesar's Legion. Joshua ends up being the most interesting character. Sadly the actual stuff we really wanna hear about isn't presented here. When you previously heard stuff about the Burned Man that's him!!! The actual main campaign for this was alright at best.

I kept having enemies coming after me. A large amount of this I had assigned companions to help. I do actually like this new map but parts of it are somewhat confusing to navigate. Your decisions ultimately decides several character's futures was a nice touch. Honest Hearts is very true to it's name. You either allow Joshua kill an tribe leader or having enough skills convince him not.

To me it felt they easily could've done more with this if the team had more time. I'm not trying to say it sucks, it doesn't. This simply felt lacking compared to the rest of them. I do like I can return to any of these added dlc locations after I played em. There isn't much more I could say about it. Then give it a try to see if you like it or not.

Old World Blues ended up being my favorite. This was truly an unique experience I won't forget. You get teleported to a new location that's heavily technology theme. This quickly grabs your attention to never ever let it go. I am very serious they reveal so much stuff that's really interesting. I do actually like this new map as well.

In every possible way this nearly felt like it's own game. Easily the most complete dlc experience this game has to offer. It really set the bar incredibly high for me. You got these scientists that willingly became AIs to keep on their never ending quest of bettering humanity. Surprisingly the most clean water you can drink.

Which also a notable factor in Honest Hearts. A rather interesting variety of enemies with people that had organs replaced with technology. Also I hope you like scorpions because there's a lot of robot scorpions. Personally I rather have Mortal Kombat's Scorpion!!! There's even a giant robot scorpion boss too.

Which oddly reminds me of facing Dr. Proton in Duke Nukem Forever's The Doctor Who Cloned Me dlc campaign. Both of these dlc campaigns came out in 2011. Although Old World Blues came out a couple months prior. I was mind blown by a lot of stuff including bottle caps I kept finding. Hey sometimes you gotta enjoy the small things.

This dlc is incredibly amazing stuff at it's core. I can't really criticize it much. If I die a lot it's my own damn fault. Some enemies can be more frustrating to avoid than actually fighting. For me this was one epic of a fun time. I just wanna see more of the location as well as learn more of the back stories. You also got to talk to the scientists.

What I really love is how you can go from and to this location after you beaten the main campaign. You are given a particular weapon. It's more of getting beamed up that only works when you're outside. Which also more directly ties in with the theme. Old World Blues really nails exactly what it sent out to do.

Obviously I'm a huge fan of Resident Evil series. A large amount of this reminded me of that. This would be it's answer to Fallout 3's Mothership Zeta. Both heavily represents science fiction. Although this is easily the superior of the two. I know it might come off rather ballsy to say it's the best New Vegas dlc.

Lonesome Road is essentially the conclusion to New Vegas. It turns out an man named Ulysses secretly involved with everything. He nearly delivered the same package you previously nearly got killed for. Essentially acting has the Courier's true enemy. He was allied with Caesar with several marked men being former members of his legion.

Surprisingly some marked men also turned out to be former NCR members too. Which further supports the current collapsing state of NCR itself. I do like you're giving a Laser Pointer. No not that one you used to play with your cats lol. We are talking this laser weapon that causing warheads to explode. This does take a little bit but still kinda awesome that's an option.

Especially if you never gotten your hands on an Fatman. As in the nuclear launcher weapon that fires mini nukes. This difficult is more meant for the more hardcore Fallout players. They do have Death Claws here making it an challenge. Prior to this in my recent time playing the game. I surprisingly never ran into any Death Claws.

There's a couple of them at this location. The new map itself is very Fallout in every sense of the word. You get an Eye Bot companion for majority of the main campaign. I do like he can be upgraded with stuff you find. The actual campaign itself is surprisingly straight forward. You are on your way to meet Ulysses to confront him about many things.

I will confess lacking two particular skills being maxed, lacked armor and not many damaging weapons. We are talking little to no actual explosives, I had a rather difficult time killing him. I couldn't even convince him to back down either. Maybe someone can explain to me what happened? I had to adapt to a rather unforgiving boss fight.

I actually looked some stuff up, it turns out Ulysses one of a very few maxed Fallout characters. He also has the most health in the entire game too. He also has different Eye Bots that helps prolong things. One Eye Bot can repair other Eye Bots. The other main Eye Bot he has is Medical that heals him. Now throw in a lot of marked men trying to kill you.

When enemies come at you in this, be thankful for a brief break. Some sections there isn't much breaks at all like going down this elevator while enemies comes after you. After all the final enemies are downed go to a particular terminal. You are given a few choices with some upsetting other factions. Including an option to send nukes at two of them.

Ultimately I went with stopping the launch at the cost of my Eye Bot's companion. A large amount of it was very decent. It was a fitting conclusion to such a great story. What a solid way to end a great game on dlc wise. Lonesome Road can be unforgiving but somewhat rewarding at times. You are force to take such risks if you really wanna survive.

My thoughts on Crazygamingdayz' recent subathon

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, suddenly I went from one streamer's subathon on Twitch right into another streamer's subathon. On and off, I would watch Crazygamingdayz live. Without question, one of the most interesting Resident Evil streamers on the website hands down. I figured to cover his recent subathon that turned out to be even crazier than Bawkbasoup's Resident Evil Franchise Marathon.

Most of the game lineup is Capcom especially Resident Evil series. A few mods got played like both Kendo Cut mods yes again. Four Resident Evil randomizer mods as well. One of them actually got played twice with both runs being vastly different from each other. This is also why RE1 OG Randomizer shows up twice in the actual lineup.

I do apologize I don't have the actual lineup available to show off here. I also didn't want to trouble any of his moderators trying to get as close as a completed lineup as possible. I guess in this particular case you gotta stick to what I reveal about it. Which also kinda makes reading this more interesting than actually having that lineup.

Excluding every Sunday while this subathon was going on. He streamed for twenty nine games for two hundred thirty two hours. On several accounts more impressive than Bawkbasoup's. Sure the other streamer made sure every run was done within a day very constantly. Just like Bawkbasoup he worked well with his community delivering a truly solid fun time worth every hour of it.

I know that's kinda difficult to imagine. He is a very kind person answering questions as well as constantly letting people know what's going on. He's widely known for playing games including speedruns with controllers you may not expect. Which he plays very strongly towards during the entire subathon. At one point he plays with an Switch's unique controller pads to play two classic RE games.

There's more to that particular challenge. He only allowed one hand per RE game. Even if he finishes one of them early, he isn't allowed to use both hands to finish the other RE game. In all honestly, this was something I really didn't expect to see live. I even held off playing more Fallout: New Vegas to witness this myself.

There also was a major surprise no one including him saw coming. Both these RE speedruns ended up being no deaths at all. There were a few times he nearly died between the two games. It's tricky to play a game with one hand unless you got the right controller setup for it. But to do that with both hands playing a different Resident Evil game at the same time much harder.

He had to constantly swap focus between the two games. Which is also why he got attacked a lot during this. I would even dare to say the most interesting RE section of the entire lineup. Sure he speedran both these games a lot in the past. But the concept of doing both of them at once is pretty insane. He quickly shown why he's a great RE player in this one section alone.

I highly respected him for majority of his subathon. He really shows off his creative methods of playing games in ways that's surprisingly refreshing. He played Ride to Hell: Retribution with an RE4 chainsaw controller for crying out loud lol. He had to swap out versions of RE4. Originally he planned to play the Wii version but later played the later PC version instead.

A little quick piece of RE4's PC history not a lot of people knows. Excluding RE4 Remake, there's two different PC versions of RE4. The original PC version was by Ubisoft having even worst graphics than the famous PS2 version. The later PC version was meant to be the more "high definition" version. But it's a slightly improved graphics version that's also on Xbox 360 and PS3 respectively.

Now I didn't criticize this change in plans. He had another version of the same game available. Just in case, the original version he's suppose to play doesn't work out for some reason. RE4 is the only real time this happened during the subathon. He even had to push the game down a little bit in the actual lineup.

Eventually he went with his backup plan to make it work. He does take his time making sure each game plays with a different controller setup. Just watching him play with such an style is something you just can't recreate. He clearly has a gift with technology as well as having more patience than most. I do prefer wireless controllers over wired ones.

If you grew up in the 90s you perfectly understand why. A major part of gaming in general is how controllers works for each game. This alone adds layers to the overall experience. Either being into the bad direction or a great one depending on several factors. Usually controls is always among either topic.

A little spoiler of my game review. There's a few games not by made in the lineup as well. Two Silent Hill games, The Evil Within 2 and Ride to Hell: Retribution. Before we talked about one of two elephants in the room. Early on he would do polls on his chat for Twitch to decide games. At a point he put a long list of games into a program.

Where it randomly selects what he's going to play live during the subathon. This turned out to be a huge factor why this subathon was so much fun to watch. Unlike Bawkbasoup, most of it isn't recorded. Although he did stated that impressive RE challenge playing two of them getting a video soon. There's a few things I really wanna make crystal clear about this subathon.

I'll start with my most negative beyond this it's very positive. He briefly had MediEvil PS1 version into the subathon. No he didn't chicken out due to difficulty. He played around half the game before making the decision to remove it from the lineup the next day. I will be very honest, this decision didn't set well with me.

In his defense, he was playing it through an emulator. The game does play notably faster than on actual hardware. He was getting notably motive sickness just by playing it. He clearly had some fun playing it. I realized a few days later I shouldn't held this against him. I didn't tune in much for parts of this subathon over it.

At least I'm finally coming out saying how I felt about it. I actually wanna publicly apologize to Crazygamingdayz, the last thing I ever wanted was you getting sick in some form live. I think end of the day you made the right call. I know this might not mean much right now. I eventually came back to continue supporting your subathon.

A few sections he does a few runs. Such as TMNT: Shredder's Revenge or more RE speedruns being two runs each. I'm even happier for a few game runs I didn't even expect to see. RE0 Wesker Mode as well as two The House of the Dead games respectively. Easily, some of the happiest moments in the entire subathon for me.

He doesn't fully play RE6 thank you chat for not making him fully play the game. There's a lot of Resident Evil games in this subathon. He is also widely known as an RE streamer. His name actually got added into BioRand mod. Obviously this man a huge deal to the RE community. Now I was trying to avoid discussing the other elephant in the room.

He had to fully play Ride to Hell: Retribution live. This took a few hours but to him felt like an eternity. This is worth noting because it's on a long list of famous bad games. Often regarded as one of the absolute worst games in existence. It was virtually mind blowing he ended up playing it last night. What a way to end an subathon right?

One of his moderators got him to do this jump challenge in a more recent version of Super Mario RPG. He later finishes up Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth run. Which he technically started off stream. But a lot of people chat were talking about the game. He figured to do what's left of it live. Personally I was more into Final Fantasy VI myself.

I was even happy to see Knights of the Round get played. He later stated in a future stream. He will be playing mostly beat em up games, I'm looking forward to that. He also played Streets of Rage 4 as well as previously mentioned TMNT: Shredder's Revenge. This might surprise a few people. Beat em ups is one of my favorite genres for Arcade games.

Not only you get a few characters to choose from. You might get to play with other people. You can have a ridiculous amount of continues. Therefore even if you aren't good at the game. Either having enough money or playing one of many compilation games like Capcom Beat 'Em Up Bundle. You can continue as much as needed to finish the games.

It's also critical I mention this started as his anniversary to being an Twitch partner. He's been one for a couple years now. This was something that meant the world to him. I do recall he was waiting for an email that confirmed he's got it. He was so nervous about it at the time. You can really tell he truly loves his job.

Who wouldn't wanna play games while other people watch as well as interact with you all day? I personally would love that way too much. But my marriage is too important. I rather stay with my wife never getting that than getting it to end up losing her. I know a lot of Twitch partners are married too. My wife is a gamer as well to clarify.

The actual lineup itself from start to finish truly solid. This felt like the most epic showdown ever!!! He's gonna play em all live. This would've been something if someone had enough of the footage with permission from him to release it publicly. As long as they don't suddenly stolen his footage in the process.

I meant in terms of claiming they not Crazy done all of this. Which YouTube in particular really dislikes stuff like this. I previously got a video taken down mostly used fan art by many people. This is a rather serious topic to discuss here. Despite not much getting actually pulled from the subathon. Like the one YouTube streaming period or the previously mentioned two RE speedruns at the same time video.

I do wish Crazygamingdayz luck for the future. He really deserves much needed praise for his performances. He is surprisingly skilled at what he does. Easily, one of my top picks for Resident Evil streams. Even just lurking you get to hear what he says especially to the unexpected stuff. You know your streams going to be a lot of fun when just listening to it ends up being nearly as fun too.

Why I prefer Composite Goku vs Composite Sonic over Composite Goku vs Composite Ryu?

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, you know a particular matchup from Death Battle's Tournament of Champions. Composite Goku vs Composite Ryu gotten Ben Singer's radar. Personally, I'm siding with the other side saying don't do that one. Do Composite Goku vs Composite Sonic instead. There's plenty of great reasons to back up why that would be a more ideal DB episode in comparison.

Composite Goku vs Composite Sonic
Every Goku Appearance vs Every Sonic Appearance

You bet I really want this!!!

1. Connections

Both are the main characters of their respective franchises. Obviously they share a similar mindset to take on the impossible. They also have seven magical objects that often go collect. Sonic recently gotten a new super form, Super Sonic 2. There's a few factors involve with that. Goku has a lot of transformations, it's quite a list.

Most of their allies are strikingly similar to each other. There's two particular DB episodes that perfectly showcased this fact. Both has an evil scientist enemy that also created something to destroy our heroes. Dr. Gero created the androids while Dr. Robotnik created Metal Sonic respectively. They also fought gods too like Goku took on Beerus whose an God of Destruction for his universe.

Sonic with help took on Solaris on multiple plains of existence. Both had been killed off then revived before. They also prevented an planet's destruction before. After Whis rewind time which was illegal in their universe. Goku quickly took Frieza out to save the world. In vice versa, Sonic defeated Dark Gaia that was set on destroying the world.

Considering this would be both full composite versions. Both also fought a powerful genie enemy. Majin Buu and Erazor Djinn respectively. Everyone knows Goku is a insanely powerful being. Not a lot of them knows a few versions of Sonic from different comic series also insanely powerful too. Goku fought Hit that can attack forward in time, a weird time concept I know.

Sonic once fought Time Eater that was used to alter history to erase every defeat Dr. Robotnik had. Some versions of Sonic also more used to working in teams. There's a few times Goku works in teams just not an natural team leader. Both also had a few temporary transformations like False Super Saiyan and Darkspine Sonic to name a few.

Another connection not many people realizes is funny enough dealing with particular anniversary games. Jump Force and Sonic Forces involves a rookie that helps the heroes against many doppelganger threats. Then again I previously labeled Jump Force a rip off of Sonic Forces. For those anniversaries stick with Sonic Mania later updated to Sonic Mania Plus instead.

Speaking of crossovers, both of them are in a lot of them over the years. Goku is in some great fighting games. Sadly Sonic was in Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. In many areas, this one crossover fighting game destroys most of Goku's. Obviously Goku also in Fortnite, a major factor for people going for Goku vs Ryu matchup.

Personally you guys really wanna ruin both these characters by giving em guns wow!!! Yes I know what even some Sonic fans are going to say. Shadow did use guns in his own game. People didn't exactly liked it there either. Just not doing the guns would make so many people happier. There's still plenty of other ways they can fight each other though.

2. How it differs from Composite Goku vs Composite Ryu

I'm going to be brutally honest. Composite Goku vs Composite Ryu could get a little crazy. But ultimately at it's core, the matchup itself kinda boring. Most versions of them are so similar to each other. You kinda wish something to happen to spice it up. One of many reasons why it loss to Sailor Moon vs Madoka.

In vice versa, this concept of creating an full composite Sonic rather ambitious. A lot of versions has their unique differences that easily can be difficult to see coming. For example he would have access to virtually everything he ever had in existence. Obviously Sonic getting toon force from The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog or Sonic on The Ren & Stimpy Show inspired direction.

He also likely could use a bigger arsenal pulled from spin off games, shows and more. Which also means he still can fight to a degree as the fight goes on. Yes he also would have access to a few vehicles. It's very likely he'll get his car from Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed. Where depending on the track automatically transforms to continue on the race.

Basically it can be a car, an hovercraft and an aircraft depending on the situations. Also considering Goku a bad driver from a short filler episode from Dragon Ball Z won't help much. This also means despite Sonic's reckless nature actually the smarter of the two characters. For laughs, Sonic could be given sports equipment from the crossover Olympic games with Mario.

Keep in mind, we haven't even brought in raw power yet. As stated before Composite Sonic actually a truly insanely powerful being. I would even dare to say Composite Goku being more powerful isn't going to help much. Two particular comic canon versions of Sonic get ridiculous. Archie Sonic was last used on the show against Wally West (The Flash).

He still lost despite using Ultra Sonic. A big difference is Goku won't figure out the same loop hole Wally used. Not only that a particular version of both characters has some form of negativity. Which wouldn't help Goku using the Spirit Bomb much due to Sonic mostly being a good person. We aren't even sure if it lands the attack would affect Sonic or not.

If it isn't obvious by now, Sonic a lot faster than Goku. I know some Dragon Ball fans are going to argue otherwise. You got to realize these comic book versions speed is virtually mind blowing. It's almost where you can't accurately calculate the actual speed. Therefore, even Goku using his Instant Transmission going to help much either.

The insane level of speed Sonic moving almost like every movement virtually that technique on the fly no joke. Goku simply wouldn't be able to understand some of those godly powers Sonic has either. Yes an Saiyan gets stronger from every battle is true. The big issue is Sonic already reached a point such concepts are essentially meaningless.

He actually could end the fight at any given time he wants. Sure Goku could attempt taking him out before any of those surprises comes out. Sonic very likely has more actual battle experience. You also need to realize Sonic's in a lot of games too. Adding in all his fights from the shows as well as the movies, I say Sonic going to be a tricky opponent to beat.

Archie Sonic is in one of the longest comic book franchises that isn't Marvel or DC in the world. Sonic also could be given his suit of armor with sword. Yes Sonic can use Super Sonic with them as well. Goku is a natural born fighter while Sonic more of an adventurer with a great heart. Sonic even held his own against Dr. Robotnik in several canons where Robotnik took over the world.

Let's be honest, Sonic been in trickier situations than Goku. Yes I'm well aware about Super Dragon Ball Heroes, I absolutely hate it exists. Which had several different Gokus. Which would make fully compositing Goku tricky. I also could argue Sonic even trickier with some versions being their own unique takes on the same character.

3. Why Death Battle should do it instead?

You already have both Vegeta vs Shadow and Archie Silver vs Xeno Trunks respectively. This would be going as far as they possibly can with the concept. Sadly for Dragon Ball fans, Goku going to lose once again. This would more likely go in with much more hype in comparison. It's very obvious the Death Battle teams is a huge fan of both franchises.

Another great reason being they really can show off exactly why everyone loves both these characters. Hell they could make jokes towards the versions people dislikes. Such as Dragon Ball Evolution Goku and Sonic Underground Sonic respectively. Yes this would be more ambitious than Composite Goku vs Composite Ryu.

It's going to be a real challenge to showcase as many traits representing every version of Sonic as possible. Goku is virtually the same character in every canon, boring. This also would help spice things up when they need it to very well. Sonic could easily do something another version of Sonic would do without warning.

There's even the possibility of Sonic doing some of them together making it tricker for Goku to counter. I would even say the potential for this particular matchup is insanely high. There's so many ways this could be a truly great Death Battle episode. This also could be seen as a huge fan letter to both fan bases as well.

Also considering they had fights that changed the animation styles. This would be a great one to do that on. They do some amazing animators on their team. They might need em all to do this particular one justice. Hell getting this months before Christmas, I'll consider it as an early Christmas present.

This actually could be a decent one to end an season on. Thirty times better than Vegito vs Gogeta!!! Yes blasts thrown moving on, This could be mind blowing stuff at it's core. It's just one of those really great ideas, why haven't it happened yet? Which is becoming rare for me to say in recent years.

Composite Goku vs Composite Sonic very likely would be the very last time either character gets used on the show. They really would want both of them to go out with a bang. I don't think doing Goku vs Ryu would have end as smoothly. For all we know, this could become the next Goku vs Superman situation.

The fact we now gotten three episodes on the same matchup is getting rather ridiculous. Also Goku had more interesting opponents like Sonic. Look I never was much for the Man of Steel, I'll publicly confirm that here. They also could start the matchup with an eating contest. They end it in a tie that leads right into a fight.

Another possible way to start such an iconic matchup is both really wanna know whose the best? Now this is a stronger possibility of actually happening. They both love an challenge, this could be the ideal way of kicking it off. A lot of us are going to treat it like NFL's Superbowl or WWE's Wrestlemania or any major sports event in general.

You can tell I'm extremely hyped for this matchup. In a few months time, this became one of most wanted matchups to date. It's hard to say if it finally gotten in my Top 10 or not at this point. What I do know is Goku vs Sonic is virtually guarantee to do incredibly well. More so than Goku vs Ryu that likely won't get as many views in comparison.

People don't want two fighters that's so similar. Their very differences is what getting people interested. No they rather watch an matchup where both characters with strong similarities. Actually ends up being incredibly different with plenty of episodes to back that up. Which is why going for Composite Goku vs Composite Sonic, the way to go.

My thoughts on DEATH Battle - MAJOR Episode Leak for Season 11! video

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I been watching The Rappter's Death Battle videos. I never thought a particular one actually triggered an entire blog post. I clearly got to discuss every supposedly confirmed matchup from the leak. I'm excluding the only confirmed one being Tom Cat vs Wile E. Coyote. Otherwise, this is a lot to take in.

I realized as I typed every matchup in, this was a well put together joke video. Damn it sir you got me lol. To be fair a lot of these I could see happening on the show.

Match #1 Joker (Persona) vs Giorno (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)

This is a particular matchup I kept seeing for a few years. Clearly a lot of people are rather curious who actually would win a fight with reality warpers. This also going to be a rather unique game of wits as well. Easily going to be one of their greatest episodes especially for Persona they ever done!!!

Match #2 Captain America (Marvel) vs Kamen Rider Ichigo (Kamen Rider)

This was a popular request that didn't win one of the champion polls a few years ago. They do have some strong connections. It's another East vs West matchup that's going to be very interesting to discuss. I actually felt this could come down to the tiniest details.

Match #3 Eren Yeagar (Attack on Titan) vs Ken Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul)

Here's another matchup I been waiting for. This was one of the most sent in fights for Tournament of Champions. Very strong connections with some impressive potential. I really couldn't think of a better matchup. Not only that I really wanna see Yeagar die lol.

Match #4 Gohan (Dragon Ball) vs Invincible (Invincible)

More recently I been seeing this particular request. I actually prefer it over the other big Gohan request against Superboy. Yes this technically could be a spiritual successor to Goku vs Superman. At the same time, these two are different enough from their fathers for a great episode.

Match #5 Carnage (Marvel) vs Darth Maul (Star Wars)

I will be honest I don't quite get this one. You would kinda expect Spider-Man vs Darth Maul. Carnage himself has done some crazy things. Maybe they seem to love the color of red who really knows. I might watch it depending on a few things.

Match #6 Yang (RWBY) vs Bakugo (My Hero Academia)

Despite RWBY sucking more as time goes on. Some also felt that towards My Hero Academia to a degree. This is still a popular request for the show. I actually love this, a rather intense brawl that can be quite explosive. I don't like Yang's story anymore there I finally came out publicly to say it!!!

Thank you The Rappter I just confess to something I didn't plan on confessing in the first place.

Match #7 King K. Rool (Donkey Kong) vs George of the Jungle (George of the Jungle)

Here's a rather unexpected one. I see a few matchups get thrown around with Rool's name. Such as a three way evil ruler Nintendo matchup. Another huge request being Blackbeard vs Rool could be entertaining. But why against George of the Jungle bags too many questions but not enough answers.

Match #8 Three Green Lantern (DC) vs Ben 10 (Ben 10) episodes

At this point Death Battle you have two options here. Either do a rematch with different rules. Which also could replace Jordan with a different Green Lantern character. The other choice being just leave it alone. Personally no one wins either option, I hope DB you are happy with yourselves!!!

Match #9 Luffy (One Piece) vs Spring Man (ARMS)

There's a few popular requests for Luffy. There's Plastic Man or Mr. Fantastic being famous comic book rubber men. Spring Man in my mind would be too recent to have on the show. Also considering how ridiculous Fifth Gear Luffy becoming, I prefer someone else facing him.

Match #10 M.O.D.O.K. (Marvel) vs Hector (DC)

I just knew somewhere Marvel vs DC had to sneak in there. This is a more mental showdown from Martian Manhunter vs Silver Surfer. There's not much else they possibly could do for this rivalry that nearly has thirty episodes!!!

Match #11 Battle Royale

No opinion next!!!

Match #12 Superman (DC) vs Scarlet King (SCP Foundation)

This is another wow where did that came from? We recently gotten a new version of Goku vs Superman. Already Ben was dangerously interested in that Goku vs Ryu matchup. I rather have Goku vs Sonic matchup way more.

Now what the flying hell is this? We're putting the Man of Steel against the Scarlet King!!! A being that's a threat to all of existence. I don't even understand how Superman going to deal with such an entity.

Match #13 Cocaine Bear (Cocaine Bear) vs Meth Gator (Meth Gator)

Personally this has a higher chance of being an DBX episode than an actual DB one. This is actually a joke fight concept the show seems to love. They done some rather interesting joke fights over the year. Maybe they wanted an excuse to do more animal fights on the show or just curious enough.

We got two animals on different drugs facing each other. Anyone requesting that has to be on some serious drugs too. This would be a concept Syfy or Full Moon Productions would do. PETA would be ready to stop DB from doing such an episode.

My thoughts on a lot of huge horror theme Death Battle requests

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I am going to do something a little different. I been considering this particular topic for a few months. There's a couple huge horror theme Death Battle requests I'm simply not on board with. I figured I not only talk about those. I also should throw out my recommended matchup I felt that would either works better or simply makes more sense.

1. Pinhead (Hellraiser) vs Tall Man (Phantasm)

This is one of the most recurring requests I kept seeing horror wise. I actually do get why a lot of people really want these two to face each other. Both are supernatural entities that leads a group well an army in Tall Man's case. Parts of them used to be human with Tall Man having a stranger story. These two are heavily remembered for many years among the horror community.

I do have several major issues with this particular matchup. Most of which actually shown up on a web show similar to Death Battle covering this matchup. Tall Man does have the numbers advantage. He also has access to a giant orb capable of destroy skyscrapers with ease. He also has an entire army of himself no joke revealed in Phantasm: Ravager.

It even states there's ten of thousands among Tall Men alone. Which makes Pinhead would have to kill Tall Man over 10,000 times to win. Which simply isn't going to happen in the long rung. Another issue is Pinhead can be sent to Hell. There's virtually nothing preventing Tall Man going to Hell to finish him off.

The later Phantasm movies heavily implies not everything you're seeing actually happening. But let's say for argument purposes it is. Tall Man has been terrorizing our world for a few hundred years. He also can command a lot of orbs at once. Pinhead can alter his chains to make killing more brutal as shown a few times in Hellraiser: Bloodline.

Matchup I recommend to happen instead
Tall Man (Phantasm) vs Vecna (Stranger Things)

This already makes a lot more sense in comparison. Very strong similarities in nearly every possible way. Parts of them used to be human with an human nemesis that's a powerful telepath. Oddly, both main character groups has someone named Mike. Both are invading our world with an supernatural army.

They also share a lot of the same powers too. This would be incredibly ambitious of a matchup. This easily could be an army theme fight. Which would be a better portrayal of both villain characters. The potential alone is already enough reason to request it to happen. I also aware many people wants Vecna to face Freddy.

Let's be honest, Freddy likely going to face Princess Twilight or Pennywise respectively. Both of those requests I see a lot. Freddy doesn't have much of an actual connection with him. Another thing I liked about Tall Man vs Vecna is their very differences a major factor. How exactly this matchup going to play out.

2. Chucky (Chucky) vs Springtrap (Five Nights at Freddy's)

I'm a huge Chucky fan, I do get a lot of their connections. I would even say this would be my second choice to happen on the show. Some of Chucky's other notable requests I had major issues with. Like Chucky vs Megan, I do get the appeal. But the actual matchup that makes sense for her is facing Remake Chucky.

Both of them are advanced robot toys with a similar horror movie. She virtually would be his Dolly Dearest technically speaking. Another huge one I'm just not a fan of is Chucky vs Annebelle. My big matchup for Remake Chucky vs Major Chip Hazard. Which is way better than those matchups. Obviously I'm here to talk about Classic Chucky.

Annebelle isn't a possessed doll in the movies. The doll itself is sorta anchor for an demon to remain in our world. This demon would be too strong for Chucky to handle. Even if you have an army of him. Honestly, it would be too obvious who wins that fight. Chucky vs Springrtrap actually makes a lot more sense with deeper connections.

Both died while possessing an inmate object an doll and animatronic respectively. They were responsible for a lot of murders. There's more deeper connections making this a good alternative for Chucky indeed. I do see the potential but I highly felt both of them has a better matchup than this. I will say they have such an legacy in horror that shouldn't be ignored.

Matchups I recommend to happen instead
Chucky (Chucky) vs Slappy (Goosebumps)
Springtrap (Five Nights at Freddy's) vs Junko Enoshima (Danganronpa)

I bet you weren't expecting me to recommend an matchup for both of them. The truth is I really felt these alternative matchups is way better than Chucky vs Springtrap. Springtrap vs Junko has some strong connections. Both started an tech company that's involved in someway with a bear mascot character.

Both are wick evil characters that manipulated people for years. They caused a lot of deaths in different ways. They also originated in video games does help ties things in better too. Personally I could see Junko winning this fight. Honestly, just from the presentation alone enough reason to do it.

Can you imagine attempting to mess Five Nights at Freddy's gameplay mechanics with Danganronpa's? Now we are talking some truly sick stuff. This is also one of those requests I see a lot since then. I actually really wanna this happen on their show one day. There's not even much I could criticize either.

The interaction alone is enough reason to request this. The dialogue would work way better than Chucky vs Springtrap. I also felt their mind sets would be rather interesting to watch. Junko does have multiple personalities. I strangely reminds me of a particular classmate in Elementary School. This matchup would be the very definition of greatness for both these characters.

For a long time, I always wanted Chucky vs Slappy. It makes perfect sense with rather strong connections. Both being possessed dolls well Slappy a dummy that terrorizes people. They also have magic that makes em even scarier to face. The jokes alone would be a major factor. Both of plenty material to make it a rather fun Halloween episode.

Just the interaction with these two is going to make such a rememberable episode. They virtually are the same character with several major differences. The more recent Goosebumps show's Slappy oddly similar to Chucky. There isn't many Goosebumps matchups thrown around. This would be the biggest among them as well as Chucky's most requested to date.

Chucky vs Slappy is essentially the ideal perfect horror DB episode. These two are legendary in what they do within their respective franchises. This is a matchup many people would really enjoy. Not only that, it's a rare one people just looks at it. They instantly get it, I absolutely love that. For plenty of reasons why this really needs to happen on their show soon.

3. Ghostface (Scream) vs Fisherman (I Know What You Did Last Summer)

I'm also a huge Ghostface fan, I'm actually wearing Ghostface socks as I'm writing this. Look I am going to be rather direct how I feel towards his biggest request. Yes they do have some strong connections. This matchup would slightly be more entertaining than Michael vs Jason. Which in itself was the better overall fight.

Now I know Ghostface is usually a small group of people share the mantle killing people. Inspired by horror movies with one usually having a motive of revenge. Fisherman wanted revenge against the survivor group of teens that put his body in the water rather than tried to save his life. I Know What You Did Last Summer movie franchise started in the late 90s.

We're not going to bring the novel into this since the author made it crystal clear. This movie isn't based on her work. It's kinda what happened with The Lawnmower Man movie situation. Except author Stephen King used to get his name off the film, it virtually isn't his story at all. Therefore, we're excluding the novel from the 70s here.

Scream franchise also started in the 90s. Obviously this is another slasher matchup that gets thrown around. In Scream 2 and I Know What You Did Last Summer had Sarah Michelle Gellar. Who gets killed off by em in the same year of 1997. They mostly wear black with a short range blade weapon.

Personally I'm not a fan of the idea. I even think Michael vs Jason is way better than this. Death Battle likely has to composite a lot of characters into one Ghostface. Also we are excluding I'll Always Know What You Did Last Summer. This is obviously an non canon sequel that rips off Jason Voorhees!!!

Last I checked neither of them has actual powers. Although some of these feats might not make sense to a degree. Another major problem I have with this matchup is Ghostface likely won't be portray right either. The character widely known taunting people on phones for years. I highly doubt Fisherman is going to add much to make it worth while.

At it's core, it would be a decent fight. Which is possibly the nicest thing I could say about the actual matchup. I strongly felt it isn't exactly the right Ghostface matchup to do. It's sorta how I felt about James Bond vs John Wick situation. I do highly respect Wick but Bond absolutely no joke. Who knew Death Battle virtually gave Bond everything?

Matchup I recommend to happen instead
Ghostface (Scream) vs Imposter (Among Us)

I know some people might get confuse by this. Just hear me out on this, their concepts are strikingly similar. Both are hidden among a group of people to attempt killing the others off. Imposter is armed with a knife like Ghostface. Yes Imposter could attempt eating Ghostface. At the same time, Ghostface can adapt on the fly to possibly kill you in different ways.

The very concept itself causes paranoia for the groups they're in. I could see them have Ghostface without the costume in the meeting area at the start of the matchup. As soon as they get an opportunity swap out becoming Ghostface. It would be incredibly cool we see them kill someone at the same exact with a split screen shot.

They easily could make a story fitting of these characters. Animation wise could be somewhat similar to Among Us with some notable changes to spice things up. Hell if Imposter doesn't know who Ghostface is could be a great moment. Then again in vice versa also would work wonders too. If they attempt to kill Imposter to nearly get eaten.

This is a concept they surprisingly never done on the show. It's been way overdue to happen eventually. I strongly felt this would be a great one to do it on. Not only that they easily could have Ghostface taunting Imposter. There's plenty of ways this matchup works insanely well. You could even say currently my favorite Ghostface match idea to date.

4. Dr. Herbert West (Re-Animator) vs Ash Williams (Evil Dead)

Here's another popular horror request I'm not crazy for. Although I do get why a lot of people really want it. Both faces the undead that they risen a few times. Not a lot of people knows these two previously crossed over in comics. Sure this could be a sick fight allowing some of their enemies in.

Oh okay a few times you got me lol. Personally, I felt it lacks in areas my recommended matchup fills perfectly. Dr. West is a fan I'm not a fan of. I'm a way bigger Ash fan in comparison. This matchup wouldn't scream a stupid fun time. Not only that, I simply felt both has better matches. I don't even wanna say they're wasting Ash by doing this matchup either.

I do see ways it could be somewhat entertaining. Maybe it's just not for me who really knows. This oddly would be similar to Leon vs Frank episode. Not nearly as good as that either. Obviously they are famous horror icons people love. I felt this would be a little obvious who wins as well. It's more of a fight than some horror matchups out there.

Matchup I recommend to happen instead
Ash Williams (Evil Dead) vs Frank West (Dead Rising)

I absolutely love this a thousand times more!!! This actually makes perfect sense in so many ways. Both have a connection to Marvel comics. They're in their 50s in their recent entries. They were the heroes from the beginning in their respective franchises. Their personalities is somewhat similar to a degree.

Frank can build stuff on the fly with Ash having that sick metal knight from the Medieval ages. Both widely known for facing the undead. Let's be honest, they are somewhat comical. They easily could put in some funny jokes during the fight. This would be a surprisingly close fight as well. In all honest, this is one of my biggest horror requests to date.

Virtually everything about this could be a truly great Death Battle episode. We are talking so good from start to finish you easily kept rewatching it. These are such iconic characters that's perfect for this. Creativity alone is going to be surprisingly high with this one. Not only that, I can't name a matchup more fitting for either character either.

5. Leprechaun (Leprechaun) vs Turkie (ThanksKilling)

Here's a weird holiday horror matchup, yes it's quite weird indeed. Leprechaun vs Turkie virtually St. Patrick's Day taking on Thanksgiving matchup. They have somewhat similar personalities with mostly lackluster movies. They are somewhat comical as well. To clarify, neither ripping off Chucky unlike a few horror icons I know.

I know we're comparing an angry turkey to an leprechaun!!! Obviously they're both short creatures that kills humans off living a few hundred years. It's a matchup that works more as a quick meme than an actual DB episode. Still not as funny or rememberable Jack Frost vs Gingerdead Man though.

They don't have much of a connection either. I don't even think this could work as an DBX fight either. I felt it's missing what my recommended matchup has going for it in comparison. For a lot of people they likely won't get the joke or why these two for that matter. I kinda see it as one of the absolute worst horror requests.

Speaking of that, this so happens to be Leprechaun's biggest request no joke. Even a few people heavily preferred the other Leprechaun matchup over it. In all honestly, it wasn't even a contest. This felt more like an matchup you may enjoy more being on drugs. I highly doubt for those doing em are going to get much enjoyment out of this!!!

Matchup I recommend to happen instead
Leprechaun (Leprechaun) vs Djinn (Wishmaster)

Before I discuss this, sadly Leprechaun vs Djinn also a strong unlikely going to happen. But at least it has many things over Leprechaun vs Turkie. Both debuted in the 90s as a twisted take on magical creatures. They are both surprisingly broken op horror icons. The dialogue for this alone would be comedy gold.

They got a long list of abilities making this a rather interesting showdown. Similar to Freddy vs Pennywise without exploiting people's fear. At one point, both caused chaos at a casino. There's so many ways they can spice things up. This is my biggest request for both these characters. Not sorry Turkie, I just not a fan period.

I also sorta have more nostalgia with the first two Wishmaster movies. I know we have several magic fights on the show. We haven't done many magic fights with villain characters. There's a couple of ways to help differ it from those. I do think there's a lot of potential for such an matchup. It's just a shame Leprechaun vs Djinn isn't even on the DB community's radar.

6. Freddy (A Nightmare on Elm Street) or Jason (Friday the 13th) vs Treehouse of Horror Homer (The Simpsons)

My friend Simoun recently told me about a rather unusual horror request. Oh okay it's kinda two horror icons vs Treehouse of Horror Homer matchups. We are heading towards some rather out there ideas folks. Jason vs Michael was the perfect matchup for Jason. Despite the fact Michael had no solid way to put him down for good.

They got some strong similarities that made it work. Once again Freddy vs Pennywise makes just as much sense. Obviously if there were regular Homer, Jason or Freddy easily wins. The big issue is Treehouse of Horror Homer has many abilities. Keep in mind, we're combining every Treehouse of Horror Homer together here.

Some versions of em gets rather bizarre. More recently Homer gain burps that transforms people into Homers. Another version was Death for awhile. We also have the blob version as well. We aren't even discussing Treehouse of Horror comics either. You can only imagine how much weirder Treehouse of Horror Homer going to be.

Assuming everything canon stuff Homer's done with those versions getting added in. Homer going to be quite scary to face on the show. In all honestly, I'm wondering how high some of these people requesting either matchup are lol. The big issue with either request is how exactly they're going to attempt an composite Homer this ridiculous?

It's safe to say Freddy would need the Necronomicon. Although if given his Death powers that won't help much. Also Death should be capable of putting Jason down as well. Neither would have solid counters for his blob powers either. One wrong move they get devoured the end. Obviously this is going to lack a proper balance.

Treehouse of Horror Homer likely going to be much harder to kill than Canon Homer. An robot house tried to kill him before. He also had his brain put inside a huge robot before. Assuming they allow an accident or either slasher villain cuts his skull open. Thus his brain goes flying outside his body into that robot would be a nice surprise.

Obviously it would be very debatable how killable this version of Homer actually be. Throwing in every job he had in canon plus those within these Treehouse of Horror stories. We got an even more experienced Homer with insane possibilities. We could have that terrible Spider-Man parody Homer that passes gas to communicate that also shoots webs.

Look I really wasn't kidding how ridiculous Treehouse of Horror Homer was. In fact, I actually can say for the record. Either slasher villain vs this version of Homer easily among the worst horror requests I ever heard of. I don't think Freddy or Jason can put Homer down for long. Especially when something could prolonging the fight in some way.

Even they said on some occasions. They mostly wanna focus on the more sure death or defeat worst than that method possible. This would be a rather tricky one simply because of Homer. He easily has a lot of advantages making him rather impossible to predict. Homer with a few characters defeated Krusto the Clown, a parody of Pennywise before.

Keep in mind, this version of Homer doesn't have any powers. The point is unless they force in guide lines. Either matchup is going to be inevitably be Homer's to lose. Yes both Freddy and Jason cameoed in a couch gag for a Treehouse of Horror episode before. End of the day, I highly recommend one of these other matchups I'll be discussing down below over these!!!

Matchups I recommend to happen instead
Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th) vs Victor Crowley (Hatchet)
Freddy Krueger (A Nightmare on Elm Street) vs Pennywise (It)

I will start with Freddy vs Pennywise for a few reasons. I kept bringing it up in this not to mention I voted for it in Death Battle's Tournament of Champions as well. Obviously this was going to be my big recommendation for Freddy. These two are fear exploiting god like beings that terrorize an small town. They also cameo in some of the same shows like The Simpsons and Robot Chicken respectively.

The crazy part is these two have a short gap in their original appearances in the 80s. Keep in mind, the internet was still somewhat recent back then. There were little to no way either Stephen King or Wes Craven would know about each other characters in a few years gap. More recently yeah it's very common knowledge.

This is actually one of my biggest horror requests to date. This would be perfect for Halloween in so many ways. It's simply too great of an idea that I'm mind blown it haven't happened yet. I can't even criticize it because this matchup nails virtually everything perfectly. I would rank it above all other Freddy requests too.

Other than Michael vs Jason, there was another huge Jason request I seen a lot. Jason vs Victor has some surprising connections like Kane Hodder played both killers. Obviously, this is another slasher matchup. They still strikingly similar in a few ways. It's almost as much as Michael vs Jason in fact.

Sure I could see the same flaw of Victor lacking a solid kill method. At the same time, I actually felt watching these two go at it be more entertaining. They are vastly known for such brutal kills in their films. As a slasher fan, of course I would love to see these two go at it. I don't think the appeal as great as Freddy vs Pennywise though.

This would be a lot smaller scale compared to that as well. What it does have is two huge blade weapons in a fight. Victor is going to be tougher than Michael to bring down physically. There's no secret Michael is smarter than both of them. End of the day, you simply wanna see a blood bath. This could give just that if done just right.
