My thoughts on the new update for Postal 4

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, not too long ago I played then reviewed Postal 4. Which had a lot of problems at the time. Running with Scissors promised the new update would fix most of these problems. The real question is does this update fix the game enough to make it somewhat decent or further ruin the experience?

I am happy to say it doesn't ruin the experience. Postal 4 now feels more like a true sequel to Postal 2. Already a huge improvement than the state I previously played of it. They notably placed more stuff around the map. Which was one of my major complaints in the actual review. A few sections just needs a little more of that then we're good.

There's still some technical issues but the game quickly balance back from it most of the time. Sometimes I had to reload a previous state mostly autosaves. Which also means I fully got to play the entire game as it was meant to be. They did fix a bigger problem I had on Friday. In particular, they made the final boss easier.

Also it no longer seems to have the glitch. Where each death another Dude's dad spawns. Which easily made the game unplayable for a final boss fight. I also liked how they labeled each section of Cheats. The descriptions can be a little confusing though. I did notice another notable issue while I was playing. Sometimes they send a little too many enemies after you at several points.

Let's look at Postal 2, it felt more balanced despite what was going on. Here sometimes you have to quickly find cover even low on ammo. Then do what you can to survive. Either reduce the amount of enemies or give us a little more of a fighting chance. Stocking up on stuff is notably better. Sometimes it helps killing most of them to get enough ammo to continue on.

The tasks are virtually the same in general design. I do actually like seeing how rapidly the game loads up the map. There's no question Running with Scissors is going into the right direction. We also have an extra item meant for outfits, I love the idea. Maybe they add some more outfits into the game in the near future would be nice.

I also liked Rick Hunter sounds more like how he did in other Postal games. I may criticize that a little bit in my review of the game. I would say him & Zack Ward are my two favorites among the four people voicing the character. I love they added in a particular weapon from Postal: Brain Damaged as well. Yes it got renamed as Dilbow, it was a great weapon in that Postal game.

You also can arrest people despite not actually being a police officer. Probably one of my favorite things added is vehicles now has a working radio. No longer the Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell treatment. This alone helped a lot into wanna keep playing the game. I do got to mention, people might be a little too accurate with firearms especially during the apocalypse on Friday.

It was so annoying to kept getting gunned down even trying to get to the next area to end up dead on the spot. Sure Postal 2 which had three apocalypses altogether counting Paradise Lost had a similar problem. At the same time, I felt those were more forgiving because they weren't constantly hitting you regardless of distance.

I would like if something was done to make it a little more fair. Keep in mind, you face a lot of bosses on Friday too. So during Friday you may have to use up a lot of your resources in hopes at beating the games. Virtually every task on Friday, there's so many enemies. Not counting people outside each location attacking each other.

There's no question Friday is the hardest day. Well in a sense it should be because it's the last level. I just felt please do something to give us more of a fighting chance guys. Postal 4 is miles better than Postal III. It currently has a shot being better than Postal Redux, which is saying something. In it's current state if the update would've came out last year.

Postal 4 would've gotten a little higher on my Games of 2022 list truthfully. Sadly, it came out early 2023 instead. I will say I mostly had a decent time playing it on Normal without codes. I wish some tasks like Dam Inspector wasn't so repetitive in nature. I'm sure some people was able to fully do it within the time limit, I didn't though.

I also notice some parts of locations like a few walls inside the Casino. My bullets were getting blocked despite being fired at a angle that should've hit the enemies. I had to risk getting closer to them at a point. In turn suddenly got around that problem to continue on that task like normal. Clearly, this is the very update a lot of bigger games simply don't seem to deliver.

Sure this update might not be enough to start loving the game. I always felt since the company working closely with it's community. They wanna make sure we are enjoying their video games. Which is saying a lot compared to a lot of bigger game companies including Rockstar. Yeah you guys dropped the ball big time on GTA Trilogy Remastered, what a joke!!!

Postal 4 makes exploring more worth your time. I even liked I leave one part of the map then go back to there. I can go to the same exact spots for a few items to stock up on them. Not only that, doing Rampage will give you rewards. Which mostly helps if you are low on money critical before attempting Friday.

I also hope they may consider making Saturday and Sunday expansion levels to the game. Like in Postal 2, we had Apocalypse Weekend. Someone did make a mod with all seven levels into one long game. Obviously, they likely do it again with Postal 4. After all, it is the true sequel to Postal 2. Yes I did criticize a lot of jokes didn't necessary land.

The game is still a great time especially if you wanna play something different. Well sometimes for just that purpose you should consider checking out indie video games. Postal 4 is in a more finished state now. Of course, there's some notable issues they need to fix. Otherwise, this made my purchase on GOG suddenly felt totally worth every penny.

Of course for fun, I made this very meme that Running with Scissors liked off of Twitter down below...

Why Johnny Gat would destroy Trevor Philips on Death Battle?

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, yes there was a secret reason why I wrote my recent Saints Row blog. I also felt because a lot of people are still requesting a particular GTA vs SR fight. We are talking about Johnny Gat from Saints Row series taking on Trevor Philips from Grand Theft Auto series. I strongly felt this is a huge stomp than an actual fight, which I will explain why.

I don't even think this deserves a more proper blog prediction style coverage. Obviously all of this is strictly my opinion. Yes I played all Saints Row games with Gat as well as GTA V. All I ask is please hear me out before you say anything. Also I will be revealing different takes to better display my entire argument to prevent confusion.

First off, it's obvious Trevor is only in GTA V. Gat is in five Saints Row games in a row no less. Thus there's a lot more to go on Johnny. I actually wanna start with the version of Johnny that I felt would destroy Trevor the fastest. Which would be him inside the main simulation of Saints Row IV. Yes other members of the Saints do receive super powers there as well.

The golden example what Gat could possibly do is Playa, their boss. I don't even need to cover the powers because Trevor is virtually screwed in a nut shell. The next not as powerful but still going to destroy him badly is Gat Out of Hell version. Gat & Kenzie while in Hell had a particular power in place of Telekinesis that could be over whelming.

I am talking about Summon where Gat can use it to summon Imps, Towers and Titans respectively. Two of them alone, Trevor would be virtually screwed. Keep in mind, GTA doesn't have super forms neither real aliens and demons. Gat can be a notable distance away from them too. Which means they don't disappear if you go too far in the game.

Both versions of Gat notably stomps in stats alone. I'm not considering infinite ammo otherwise Trevor's demise being even more guarantee. What I am considering though is more resistance to things like bullets, fire, explosions, vehicles and falling. Trevor has to use body armor but Gat packs more powerful weapons too.

Hell Gat can easily switch between his powers as well as weapons on the fly at a much faster rate. Gat is a lot faster slightly slower in Gat Out of Hell version. Both versions is way too fast for Trevor to keep up with. Super human strength to throwing people a very notable distance with ease. The same goes for powerful punches too making melee not a option for Trevor.

Even getting close to Gat can be fatal because of a particular power he has. Yes Buff & Aura is virtually the same power despite things. Gat also has weapons that easily destroys Trevor in record time especially including some of the Seven Deadly Sins weapons. Gat is virtually a tank with bullets, explosives, fire weapons and vehicles becoming useless due to being immune to all of them.

This greatly limits what Trevor could do if anything at all. Not to mention, Gat did defeat the Devil. A God with several millennia worth of experience. Gat also used to fighting gangs, law enforcement, aliens, and demons. Also it's no guarantee if Michael or Franklin might show up to help Trevor. Even if all three of them came together against Gat, they lose badly.

Also there's a huge chance being a member of the Saints as well as being Playa's best friend. Other members of the Saints could show up too. If Trevor wouldn't over whelm before, this would make it even more of an overkill. I hope by now you are starting to see how much of a stomp this fight actually is.

I still have a few other things I need to mention here. Like Gat was kidnapped by Zinyak then forced into his own simulation for a few months. The closest thing he experienced to Hell before actually going there. If he can survive such a fate, Trevor is in trouble. Gat also had to fight off aliens nude for a little while before returning to the Saints with a huge kill count of aliens.

Alright how would Trevor fare to Gat from the first two Saints Row games? Let's see he was a major factor in taking down a few gangs. He did helped fighting the police and Ultor too. I didn't mention Gat from Saints Row: The Third because his role was notably cut down. Durability wise, Gat got shot in the knee with a shotgun.

He still able to move around to a degree. Now something like this would've killed people in GTA universe. Gat also survived getting a fatal slab from a katana. It didn't take him long to get back on his feet but notably took longer than that shotgun blast. Again something that would've killed you in GTA universe.

I felt Gat would have more notable experience. He also nailed some impressive kills just in Saints Row 2 alone. Like a member of the gang Ronin rode past both him & Playa while wielding a katana. Gat ends up killing them with a single shotgun shot. Keep in mind, this person was a noble distance going away from them at the time of that shot.

There's also a direct attempt with two members of the gang Ronin tried killing Gat. He ended up killing both of them in style. This involved a car too making it more impressive since the said car wasn't actually used by Gat here. He had to time perfectly getting a hold of a opened car door before gunning them down.

Yes I know that's more of a speed feat but I don't see GTA characters doing stuff like that. Also confirmed early SR2, Gat on record killed nearly four hundred people. Even he knew he was very likely going to get the death sentence if Playa didn't interrupt the court process. One of the later SR games even states Gat is known for killing a lot of people.

There's also the issue of Trevor's mental state. Let's be honest, Gat as crazy he is. Well he has it more together even after Aisha's death than Trevor. Of course, both helped other people for ambitious plans. Gat wasn't afraid going that direction even in SR1. So I felt even limiting Gat down to the first two SR games, he wins.

You knew there had to be more right? There's a few alternate versions of Gat I wanna talk about. Like Zombie Gat, non canon zombie homie. Johnny Tag whose their play on DC's Bizarro concept with being a Gat clone that's more like a Brute. There's also Gat in Agents of Mayhem universe. I even felt all of them also would beat Trevor in a fight too.

Zombie Gat is a zombie version that still acts like the regular, alive version. This means the previous stuff I said for earlier SR games applies here. Yes I know this version actually appears in Saints Row: The Third. Gat did help with a heist earlier in that game's campaign. Before this "He's dead" but later revealed to be alive concept happened.

Johnny Tag has similar stats to Brutes. Brutes can easily throw people as well as push moving vehicles away. They also take a lot of punishment before going down from bullets to explosives. Just one of them is like nearly three vehicles worth of rival gangs alone. This is considering without any upgrades. Tag isn't that bright with memories being mix up.

It's easily to say his mental state actually worse than Trevor. At the same time, I don't think Trevor can take advantage of the situations because the Saints struggled doing the same in comparison. Plus Tag mostly uses his fist than anything else. Obviously, Trevor isn't going to survive anything Tag could do. So that's a stomp in itself too.

Now I gotta talk about Gat from Agents of Mayhem universe. He was a police officer that had to deal with fighting machines. Despite the notable changes, he actually compares stats wise to earlier Gat versions. Also being a cop, he will likely notice things faster than Trevor too. So I felt Trevor is going to lose but it's a more fair fight than some options I already discussed here.

I know some people wants GTA vs SR fights. However you may have to be extreme selective about choosing them. Otherwise we get stomps like this. Death Battle already done plenty of those. This would be similar to Tommy Vercetti vs Playa, you already know Playa easily wins more so. I just felt Saints Row universe might need a different franchise or two that's similar enough for a better fight.

Why Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell is the worst Saints Row game?

This will be a lengthy blog entry.

One Saints Row related thing, mid January I gotten an 100% completion in Saints Row: The Third Remastered a second time. But overall being my fifth across both versions of the same game.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, the reboot Saints Row game is in a new time line. I figured to reveal why I personally felt Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell was the worst among the original series games. There's a lot of reasons to cover, I recommend take as many breaks as you need. One more thing, this is a full blown rant blog entry.

I also wanna say Thank You Volition for making these games. Regardless what criticisms you're about to receive, I'm still a fan of the franchise. Also I officially gotten an 100% completion in this game three times. Maybe I should earn an medal or something for putting up with the game that much. Who really knows but I will try to cover virtually everything about the actual game as I possibly can.

Story

Story wise it's the shortest, worst, most boring and lacks essential stuff to make an impact. The story takes place sometime after Saints Row IV, it is Kenzie's birthday. The Saints decides to play with an Ouija board. This led to Playa, their boss getting sent into a portal that's connected to Hell. Both Gat & Kenzie decided to go to Hell to rescue their boss.

Oh okay I got a lot of problems with just the opening cutscene to the game. First off why would Zinyak had an Ouija board? Second, why would Kenzie play with one on her birthday? Isn't there better things she could've done on the ship? Third, you would expect Playa to do something to prevent getting sent through a portal.

Also Kenzie uses this as an excuse to go to Hell. Yeah just because this happened on her birthday, she forces Johnny to take her to Hell with him. As much I'm happy to finally play as both characters. I hate to say there's a lot of major issues that prevents this being a decent Saints Row game. You might have a good time but most people rather go play something else which I recommend in this case.

We actually can start with the first person that allies with them. Now take a guess who it is waiting for you in Hell? Would you ever guess Dane Vogel? The same guy who ran Ultor up to his death. Who got killed by Gat very late SR2 from getting pushed out a window of a tall building. A man who looks, acts and sounds like Jack Frost from Santa Clause 3.

I wouldn't trust him, I rather see him suffer. Whatever, Vogel points out some strategies in order to piss off the Devil. Obviously the Devil is the main antagonist of the game. They got to recruit some famous faces to their cause. Let's do a roll call we have Vlad Tepes, Blackbeard, William Shakespeare and the sisters from Saints Row: The Third.

This alone bags a lot of questions with not enough answers. First off why would both Vlad and Blackbeard help you? Vlad was considered a monster to his enemies. A man widely known for impaling them on spears. The very person was direct inspiration for the fictional vampire Count Dracula. Blackbeard is a famous pirate from the golden pirate era.

A man hated by members of his own crew that led to his demise. Would you trust a pirate? No most of them in that era were selfish with Blackbeard being one of the biggest names among them. I do have to explain a little more on the sisters Viola & Kiki. Kiki got killed during an argument with Killbane. Which led to her sister Viola joining the Saints true story.

Sadly Viola died when Zinyak blew up the Earth. Yet the sisters didn't wanna work with you despite demons coming after everyone. Eventually they join the cause to take the fight to Satan. Such stories as Hamlet and Romero & Juliet that's still getting plays based on to this very day. These classics were written by Shakespeare.

Why would he even be in the game? Also when you go to recruit him, he's a DJ? I guess he has to bust a few beats. The actual campaign if you remove everything else is surprisingly shorter than expected. Oh wait, it gets worst within a few hours in. Keep in mind, the other games didn't do this so why all of a sudden do it here?

At a point, the game will rush things by throwing out rescue missions including Vogel. Sadly, there's slight changes making all of them felt repetitive in design alone. I should point out some previous enemies like Killbane does cameo in a cutscene confirming he's dead as well as in Hell. They missed a major opportunity to make the game more rememberable.

Yes I know some missions in SRIV, they recreated particular situations from the first three SR games. This could've been better with the actual villains. Yet they are simply pushed to the side. So why even confirm they're in the game if you never had plans to fully bring them in? The final mission is hands down the worst as well as shortest in the series to date.

It's just a boss fight with the Devil with such a lackluster design. He will summon demons as well as seem like appearing at a few spots at once. Of course, you know one of these is the real Devil. There really isn't much more to directly say about it. Most boss fights, yes there are boss fights in this series is notably better.

Considering this was a stand alone expansion to SRIV. This was a major set down from Zinyak's boss fight. It doesn't even come close to that!!! Virtually that was the perfect boss fight to end an series on. Gat defeats the Devil not kill him because he submits. Yes you heard me correctly the Devil submits to a human!!!

A being that's been around for several millennia surrenders to Johnny Gat. Don't worry we're about to get to the monkey wrench. Both Playa and Kenzie gets sent back to the ship while God personally took Gat. He offers five options as a reward for defeating the Devil. Satan planned to have Playa married his daughter since his army gotten much bigger because of Zinyak blew up the Earth.

Afterwards, the Devil was going to storm Heaven. Confirmed by God, the Devil would've won. Yes the very reason Playa got kidnapped was to being forced into marrying the Devil's daughter. Playa is very notably absent in the game itself. You would expect Playa would do something but nope. Somehow the Devil has done what no one else couldn't.

He was able to contain Playa from fighting back. Which does bag questions especially if you are a big fan of the series. Yes the Saints have done some bad stuff. However considering their enemies, they were the good guys. In fact, the 3rd Saints were originally founded to stop the actions of three gangs. Then Vogel got taken down by the Saints Hans Gruber style after another three gangs.

The main antagonists in the first two games weren't leaders of gangs. We had people in power that ultimately would've made things much worst. If the Saints didn't take action against them. The Saints were mostly decent people considered to the monsters who ran the rival gangs. If anything getting those people off the streets saved a lot of lifes in the long run.

Eventually they took on the Syndicate made up of three gangs. They also faced a military unit named STAG. Killbane was the last leader of the Syndicate chose to run away while STAG got ordered out of the city. Of course you know what happened next? Zinyak conquered Earth enslaving the humans like The Matrix franchise.

At one point in anger, Zinyak blows up the Earth. Playa does kill Zinyak to take over his Zin empire. There's plenty of clear proof the Saints aren't that bad the Devil made them out to be. I also got to point out most their enemies got taken out by more people. Yet two members of the Saints with help from those in Hell took down the Devil!!!

You would expect Hell to be among the toughest the Saints ever faced. This is ridiculous logic but moving on. Going back to the five endings, yes there's five endings you can choose from. Before I break all of them down, what was the most endings they previously given you? If you guessed two then you are correct.

The final mission is replayable you can select another ending. Considering how they went about it. How about you let us done just one ending but have access to all of them in another feature? Why should I replay the same boss fight just to see another ending or two? Oh okay let's cover what's involve with all five endings here.

Ending 1: Gat gets to know all the secrets of the universe
Ending 2: Gat becomes the new ruler of Hell
Ending 3: Gat goes to Heaven to be with Aisha
Ending 4: The Saints finds a new home
Ending 5: An universe reset

I highly doubt Gat would wanna know the secrets of the universe. However the other four endings do seem like difficult choices he may choose. Sadly Kenzie fans, she isn't present in the endings neither given her own endings. A major missed opportunity if you ask me. Not only that it's being highly implied Gat might've chosen the universe reset option.

For those that doesn't know what an universe reset is. Imagine what was your universe suddenly ended. Then a brand new one ends up taking it's place. Essentially making the original series no longer exist. This kinda felt like the worst option to me. At the same time, some good might come from it as well. This also means Gat never gets to see Aisha again period.

This ruin how they chosen to end the original series. I do need to point out the same option may also triggered Agents of Mayhem universe as well. Which does have some ties to Saints Row series. It is confirmed to not actually be an Saints Row game. At least, the canon each of them were given makes sense.

Also if all of this were a simulation, then nothing major would've changed. Sadly this actually happened outside simulations. This was a major slap to the fact to everyone. Yes I do need everyone in general. There is a surprise cutscene for getting an 100% completion but that's it. Well it's something at least so I'll take it.

Vehicles

There is a surprisingly low vehicle amount in the game. Ambulances are replaced by Rambulances because the Devil thought it was hilarious those ram into people. Comets are small cars that at random will start to explode, a few challenges as well as an achievement/trophy involves them. There is virtually no vehicle customization at all.

The weirdest thing is when you are driving around in vehicles. There's no radio but random NPCs in vehicles do why? I guess Hell can't reach the satellites lol. Most vehicles being so similar with a handful being just different enough to stand out. There's an armored vehicle you have to steal a few times for a challenge but no tanks.

Your playable characters

Neither Johnny & Kenzie can be customize. The only real exception which I'll cover more in detail later is theme within their powers that's it!!! A lot of powers from SRIV returns with some new ones replacing some of them. You can drive around in vehicles. You can use the gun vending machines since there's virtually no stores in Hell.

You get a lot of weapons, which also getting covered in full detail later. You can fully explore the map at your pace. Two particular powers moves way faster than most vehicles in this game. You can do Diversions, Activities and the challenges. It's a real shame for a franchise widely known for customization, this game really lacks it.

Map

This is the smallest, most boring, lifeless map they ever done. You would expect this to be among their finest, you would've been wrong. In this particular case, dead wrong. Of course, everything else you can do I previously mentioned. Also get use to seeing a lot of red because it's nearly everything in this game.

Weapons

Most of the weapons are similar to the previous weapons of the other SR games. There are some different ones mostly those based on the Seven Deadly Sins. DLC weapons are Lil' Croaker only in newer version & Skull, which isn't great. I will say I absolutely love it's appearance since I love Ghost Rider.

Gluttony has a few interesting functions. The default being this weapon fires pink icing out. This icing can cause enemies to be on fire, act as explosive weapon or enemies eat each other. Wrath is actually one of my favorite weapons in the series. It's a play on Ark of the Covenant you know like Raiders of the Lost Ark movie.

This gun can suck in enemies as well as act as an explosive weapon. Which can be increased to have more projectiles. Can you guess who is wielding this weapon in Hell? If you guessed Professor Genki you are right. Sadly this is all they done with the character. The previous two Saints Row games have plenty of Professor Genki related stuff.

To me that felt like an after thought. I do strongly agree they chosen the perfect person to wield Wrath. Lust is a Shotgun that causes anyone fires at to fall in love with you. In other words, even Archdukes won't fight back then dies from this gun. Envy is the trickiest of the seven to find. It is a huge flaming sword, now that's what I am talking about.

If you are going to do an Saints Row game in Hell, they better be a flaming sword. Pride is unusual since you have to keep killing rapidly to active it's Overkill mode that increases firepower. Greed is very important for a very particular reason. You may have notice not once I didn't mention any method to get money in the game.

Well that's the kicker this gun is sadly your best method at getting a lot of money. Be prepare to do a lot of rampaging for hours to max out all your weapons. Yes there's no going to your cribs since there's virtually none of them in Hell. There's no getting wired money at all too. So you are stuck with this money method regardless you want to or not since there is no cheat codes funny right?

I saved what might actually be my favorite comical weapon in the series. To me, the only joke I actually laugh when I found out about it. Here it is Sloth is a recliner chair with two Gatling gun as well as rockets when it opens up. This actually moves kinda like a vehicle but according to the game it's labeled as a weapon.

Honestly, this was beyond perfect for Sloth for the game. Easily, my favorite thing in that SR game hands down or should I say put my feet up? The weapons do get as op as in the previous two SR games. It's a better selection than you would expect while going in. Most of them are fun to use even the ones with notable differences.

Activities

There is a handful of activities in the game. Three of them are Hell variations of classic ones. Like Hellblazing is Trail Blazing mostly being done while flying. Torment Fraud would be that for Insurance Fraud or Fraud in SRIV respectively. Of course, there's Mayhem it's one of a very few activities along with Insurance Fraud in every SR game.

The new activity is called Salvation where you must fly around collecting souls for points. If they hit the ground or go too high up they disappear. I actually wanna talk about Torment Fraud for a very important reason. The game doesn't make it clear but there's actually three more playable characters. Yeah three older SR characters just for Torment Fraud activity alone.

Representing Easy is Tobias from the first two SR games. Next up representing Normal is Troy. An undercover cop later chief of police that was in the Saints gang for a time. Finally representing hard is Luz who got stuck between things when Carnales and Saints went at it. She hopes to one day be back with Manuel Orejuela.

This by itself represents not enough variety among the activities. Thus things quickly becomes boring after a while. Some of that variety is there in Diversions but even those don't help much. I will be covering those shortly. They didn't even spice up the old ones by much either. Honestly, this felt like another missed opportunity.

Diversions

We will start with a weird curve ball change, City Takeover. Unlike the previous SR games that offer this. You have to use this to continue the story. Basically pick any neighbor you wanna claim right off the bat. You also got to do Barnstorming which is mostly done through flying. Epic Flight Quest is similar to Epic Jump Quest from SRIV just a little trickier.

You got Chest, there's several chests around the map that requires three hidden sigils to unlock. Armor I partly talked about earlier involves stealing an armored vehicle to drive to the spot. This is as close the game gets to Chop Shop & Vehicle Theft respectively. Sadly you have to steal a certain amount of the same vehicle.

Which quickly becomes boring too. I rather have a variety of vehicles to go for here. Pledge Rush that ends up being my favorite among them. You have to hit enemies through goals within a time limit. This felt more like an activity to me. Revenge brings up some controversiality. You can kill Dex several times for an achievement/trophy.

Yes the same guy who left the Saints to end up as the new Head of Security for Ultor before running away. Dex even set up both Playa and Julius for an ambush. Which occurs in a secret story mission in SR2. There was a canceled SR game where you were suppose to kill Dex. Also in Corporate Warfare DLC, Playa stated they would find Dex then kill him.

Sadly Playa never found Dex in canon. What a slap to the face once again guys. Sometimes Dex is accompanied by demons and imps. Dex himself is rather easy to kill. Obviously that also felt like another missed opportunity. Especially those into Hitman, Assassination and Security Deletion. Keep in mind, majority of game play stuff is involved with the challenges.

Targets

There's five Marshalling Grounds where you gotta claim. Expect a lot of enemies here with one Archduke near the end of the process. Next up is similar in concept, four Extraction Facilities. You have to claim all three spots long enough to take the location over. Which can be tedious as well as repetitive at times.

Thirteen Survival you gotta fully complete. If you played the previous two SR games you already know what to do. Either timed or a certain amount of enemies to kill. You got to either survive or kill enough enemies to win. Then we have eight Altars that can be claimed. They do alter which powers to use for them.

Twenty Six Spires can be quite annoying while flying around the map. You have to shut these things down since they have homing projectiles. It's very tricky but you may pull off a projectile of your own taking theirs out. Mostly felt the same but not as good compared to SRIV. It actually kinda felt like I wasted my time.

Vehicles (Activities and Diversions)

There's three vehicle diversion in the game. Rampage you have to select it while driving a Predaceptor. This is the game's counterpart to Atlasbreaker. I already explained Rambulance earlier but it can be quite annoying to hit people though. Finally we get to my personal favorite (Sarcasm) Balls of Fire. I also previously talked about Comets.

Well you have to car surf on these. If you actually do so while it blows up that's an achievement/trophy. You just don't know when it'll blow up. Also you can't slow down since you're suppose to be constantly moving. Honestly, I rather car surf on other vehicles. Which you had to do in the two previous SR games.

Arcane Powers

The game's counterpart to Super Powers in SRIV. A lot of the same abilities while removing Telekinesis with Summon. Although additional Elements for Telekinesis is still present in the game. Aura replaces Buff but works incredibly similar. Let's be honest it likely was a simple renaming. Then again who really cares?

Don't forget about Flight, which will quickly become your main means of traveling. You don't run as nearly as fast as in SRIV but still faster than most vehicles. Your flight speed with all upgrades is the faster than the fastest flying vehicles in the franchise. However in this particular situation, I would've greatly prefer remove flight with aircrafts.

Aircrafts may or may not have weapons. Personally I'm directly comparing the ones with weapons even if it's just one weapon. You have more free angle to attack your enemies while traveling. Basically doing two things at once. In vice versa, if you see enemies while flying. You have to stop flying then quickly use your powers.

Then you have to either land or find a way to continue flying. Also you probably already knew this was coming. I greatly would've rather listen to the radio even commercials to cut some intention down a bit. Also I could count this as a missed opportunity on the count of they could've added in humor but didn't. Summon also replaces you calling up homies to help you.

Yes that's right you can't even do that. You can summon Imp, Tower and Titan (Archdukes) to help you out. Imps doesn't last long, easily the worst homies in the franchise. Towers are surprisingly effective in attacks tougher enemies. Of course, you gotta use Titan since you get the biggest demon available. Just one of this guy can mess up a lot of demons.

Conclusion

I won't cover the full upgrade set up since it's incredibly similar to the previous two SR games. Which I liked a lot to begin with. I will say this however a lot of missed opportunities strongly hurts this game. Even fewer amount of content, this would've been an DLC mission pack for SRIV. Even I say Enter the Dominatrix is way better than this!!!

Lacking customization, one of the biggest things it had over GTA was a terrible idea. The story was too short, messy and bagged too many questions with not enough answers. Especially with the five endings situation they caused. Lacking radio by itself greatly affected the game's replay value too. In every possible way, this was a major set down from the previous SR games.

Did Jump Force rip off Sonic Forces?

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, today I wanna focus more on a topic I previously done a short video on. Where I compared Jump Force to Sonic Forces. Not for the game play itself but rather their respective general concepts. I felt doing it this way I can fully explain my argument. The real question is did Jump Force rip off Sonic Forces?

I wanna point out, I do own both these games on Steam. You can not buy Jump Force anymore as of early last year. Trust me, for those that haven't play it. You will be very glad you didn't . Sonic Forces turned out to be more fun than all the mixed stuff I was hearing. So I say Sonic Forces is the better game hands down.

Sonic Forces came out in November 7, 2017. Jump Force came out in February 14, 2019. Sonic Forces was Sonic's 25th anniversary. Jump Force represents the 50th anniversary of Weekly Shonen Jump. Now you can see how this is suddenly a huge deal here. Sonic Mania ended up being the best part of both their anniversary game plans.

For starters, both were anniversary games. Believe it or not, our real first major difference is here. Along with Sonic Forces, there also was Sonic Mania made by fans under the permission of Sega. Sadly game wise Shonen Jump only had Jump Force during that period. I know this is an obvious one but both have similar titles.

A good amount of their respective campaigns has some strong story similarities. Both quickly introduced avatar characters that's treated like an actual character in their respective canon. Avatar characters got previously attacked then saved by members of a team. Their respective teams operates similar as well. During both campaigns, you travel around the world to stop the bad guys.

In both games, you can customize avatar characters. You get a lot of choices on appearance alone. To clarify, Jump Force does offer much more regarding what your avatar character can do during matches. Both games also has a leveling system that works a little differently. Sonic Forces, you can switch out different animal species to level all of them out.

I do got to say there's a lot of fan service in both games when it comes to the customization process. Most of them in Sonic Forces was pulled from the fans themselves. There's a lot of franchises represented in Jump Force that could be mix matched to a degree. This is also more true with the attacks in the avatar's move set.

The avatar characters in both games doesn't speak neither display much facial expression. I still say Sonic Forces nailed that aspect notably better. You do play as the avatar characters a lot in both campaigns especially true in Jump Force. Honestly, game play is notably different in Sonic Forces since the avatar character isn't like most Sonic characters you played before.

Jump Force including your avatar character, all the characters has their own leveling process. Which can be increased a few times by completing particular missions. Speaking of missions, there's some hidden stages in Sonic Forces that are among the most fun stages in the game. Your general hub on selecting missions is vastly different but operates similar enough.

Sonic Forces was one team of resistance fighters trying to get the world back from Dr. Robotnik. Jump Force has three major teams to protect their universes. This is important because avatar character early on gets the decision. Which division they wanna join with leaders being Goku, Naruto & Luffy respectively. It doesn't change the fact you have to do missions from all divisions during the campaign.

Late into both campaigns had a similar main antagonist reveal. Both avatar characters are also revealed to be among the best of their respective teams. Both main antagonists uses something red to create clones. Which is more notable in Jump Force's case. Dr. Robotnik & Infinite uses the Phantom Ruby. Prometheus himself uses the Umbras Cubes.

Other universes gets involved well Jump Force it's a crossover game. A lot of big named franchises including a few I didn't expect would actually make it into the game. Like Rurouni Kenshin, Fist of the North Star, Saint Seiya and Death Note. Sadly you can't play as Light or Ryuk in this game. They both do appear a lot in cutscenes though.

Sonic Forces, classic Sonic returns from his dimension which is treated as another universe. The actual logic how it went from an alternate time line somehow becoming it's own universe is rather confusing. Both also has dlc story portions that have little to no real impact on the main campaign. I should point out both games were released on the same exact platforms.

1. Steam
2. Xbox One
3. PS4
4. Nintendo Switch

Episode Shadow is a three stage story campaign. It's suppose to explain a little more about Infinite's appearance. Jump Force has a lot of dlc characters with their own missions to boot. Mostly in there for fun purposes nothing more. In both cases, you'll quickly play through these. At the same time, you want more for the right reasons.

DLC characters for Jump Force
1. Toshiro Hitsugaya (Bleach)
2. Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez (Bleach)
3. Yoruichi Shihoin (Bleach)
4. Majin Buu (Dragon Ball)
5. Biscuit Krueger (Hunter x Hunter)
6. Meruem (Hunter x Hunter)
7. Giorno Giovanna (JoJo's Bizarre Adventure)
8. All Might (My Hero Academia)
9. Katsuki Bakugo (My Hero Academia)
10. Shoto Todoroki (My Hero Academia)
11. Madara Uchiha (Naruto)
12. Trafalgar D. Water Law (One Piece)
13. Seto Kaiba (Yu-Gi-Oh!)
14. Hiei (Yu Yu Hakusho)

At times, you play as a few characters with three being the most in Jump Force. Sonic Forces has two of them in a few stages except for the final boss with all three characters. Yes you can switch between your characters. A large amount of the story is told through texts which is slightly better in Jump Force's case.

Both do have climatic cutscenes as well as parts of the game play depending on things with voice overs as well. It's a little mixed because all the texts you have to go through at times. Also voice acting in both games is alright at best. I still gotta pick Sonic Forces in that regard. Just be prepare for some amazingly bad lines from time to time.

There's more languages included in Sonic Forces. Sadly even in US version of Jump Force, you will only hear the characters speak in Japanese. Personally, I don't mind it that much. In rare cases like Death Note it's actually better in Japanese than in English no lie. There's also transformations in both games as well.

Mostly Super Sonic to a lot of different forms in Jump Force. In both cases they can be temporary depending on things. I don't plan on comparing all the stages of Sonic Forces to those in Jump Force. Yes a handful of them are somewhat similar mostly a destroyed city. Parts of their actual graphics is kinda similar with the way they colored everything.

I am not saying Jump Force directly ripped off the general style of Sonic Forces. I just felt because they are strikingly similar I should point it out. Mostly shown in a few cutscenes, we see the team fight a lot of clones. Both the main antagonists so happens to be bald. Also Director Glover aka Prometheus was manipulating things behind the scenes.

I mentioned this because up to a point, the team thought Infinite was the one behind everything. Same with Kane in Jump Force's case. Another obvious similarity is both games moves amazingly fast during the cutscenes as well as game play. Both stories led to different outcomes with the avatar characters. Sonic Forces, the team disbands while the avatar character continues being a hero.

In Jump Force's case, they continue being teams with the avatar character becoming the new director. This is because their general goals are different. Sonic Forces was more about saving the world from Dr. Robotnik. In vice versa, Jump Force was more about the heroes protecting the multiverse from all threats.

Both games had a particular major fight with the avatar characters. Due to what's going on were the only one capable stopping Infinite & Prometheus respectively. Some of the heroes as well as Kane who gave up his life to help the avatar character to beat Prometheus. I should point out the avatar characters do take down the main antagonists with help.

Both games also had a similar reception with both critics & fans alike. Despite the differences, I strongly felt story wise as well as a major game concept. Jump Force did in fact rip off Sega's Sonic Forces. I also felt Sonic Forces had more of a balance. They made the avatar character more of their own character in comparison.

ClayFighter 63 1/3 is a worser sequel than Duke Nukem Forever

Special thanks goes to WhatCulture Gaming on YouTube

A link to the video that inspired this following blog post down below...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=irb4GxkVvVw

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, this will be a rant blog entry. WhatCulture Gaming recently made their Worst Video Game Sequels of All Time video. I'm not here to fully go over the list in question. This is more about how much I agree ClayFighter 63 1/3 is worser than Duke Nukem Forever. Honestly, I got plenty of reasons to back up that was a great call on their part as someone who played both games.

First, most people would agree Duke Nukem Forever was a bigger disappointment. It was a sequel to one of the absolute best FPS games, Duke Nukem 3D. A lot of people waited a little over a decade for a surprisingly lackluster experience. To be fair, it does have many things over ClayFighter 63 1/3. For starters, the multiplayer as well as The Doctor Who Cloned Me campaign was better.

Duke Nukem still had some rememberable new lines. It technically was more playable in comparison. Yes they made bad calls but still better than ClayFighter 63 1/3. There's two versions of ClayFighter 63 1/3 with both costing more than DNF online especially true with Sculptor's Cut version. By itself will cost you easily a couple thousand dollars.

Yes I'm about to compare a lackluster FPS game to a bad fighting game including the updated version. I strongly felt if you are among the majority that haven't played either game, stay under that rock. You don't wanna experience these games!!! Trust me when I say neither is Sonic 06 level bad, thank frickin' god for that.

Yes both these games effectively killed off their franchises but I still think the damage ended up being worst in ClayFighter's case. Neither had a new rerelease since except for Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour. Later on, you'll be surprised I even brought this up in the first place. For now let's continue on with the comparison.

Duke Nukem was done somewhat well enough to get the job done. I can't say the same about the characters in both versions of ClayFighter 63 1/3. Some older characters aren't even done well. Like Bonker had a dramatically redesign. He went looking like a silly punk character to a piss off clown. Yes he's a clown but man he isn't happy with his job maybe I prefer the classic version more.

Hoppy from ClayFighter 2 got altered by Dr. Kiln to become T-Hoppy. Only Bad Mr. Frosty & Taffy been in every ClayFighter game. I strongly felt Taffy didn't change much though. I confess I actually liked Bad Mr. Frosty's new look. Blob has sillier facial expressions but mostly the same from the original ClayFighter.

Yes ClayFighter isn't done referencing Terminator franchise. I felt even discussing the newer characters, still doesn't fully describe how terrible the game was. Kung Pow not to be confused with the parody movie of a similar name was a cheesy parody of the late Bruce Lee. He also could be seen as being offensive towards Chinese people too.

Houngan is a witch doctor, N64 sure loved witch doctors. Baron Samedi in GoldenEye 007 as well as Mumbo Jumbo in Banjo-Kazooie series. Dr. Kilnklein aka Dr. Kiln is a parody of Dr. Frankenstein who wants to take over the world. Sumo Santa is an evil santa that sumo wrestles, really guys? The next four new characters bags many questions with not enough answers.

High Five so happens to be a giant hand that once belonged to Dr. Kiln. Oddly voiced by a female voice over oh okay then. Lady Liberty is a parody of the Statute of Liberty!!! Yes you play as a parody of a famous statute in a clay based fighting game. Lockjaw Pooch originally appeared on the original game's cover with no signs in the actual game because he got removed.

Lockjsaw with a handful of characters got added to Sculptor's Cut version. He is a vicious dog playing off the usual jokes you expect. Zappa Yow Yow Boyz is three brothers that worked together fighting other characters. I know their name sounds like a weird band but they aren't a band at all. Oh wait we still got two guest characters to talk about.

Boogerman & Earthworm Jim respectively. Both are strange cases for the franchise. Boogerman was one of the most disgusting hero characters Interplay owns. A character that flips boogers, burps, farts, and going down toilets. Such an odd choice for a guest character. Earthworm Jim has more of a story behind how he ended up in there.

Shiny Entertainment got bought by Interplay. Interplay chose to get a different team to make Earthworm Jim 3D. Which came out not long after Sculptor's Cut version. Which means in just a few years, Interplay virtually destroyed Earthworm Jim's reputation. I can kinda see why they had to go for Earthworm Jim in these ClayFighter games.

Not even Jon St. John could save DNF. But I still felt ClayFighter 63 1/3 done a greater injustice in comparison. A lot of big name voice actors like Frank Welker & Jim Cummings to name a few voiced in both versions. You would think with a cast with such reputations these should've been a home run but no they weren't.

I felt a major problem DNF had was too focus ripping off Half-Life 2. ClayFighter series was the non violent answer to many fighting games at the time. It's a shame they went for the worst jokes in ClayFighter 63 1/3 imaginable. Including the stages that got added in, some of them simply felt out of place.

Originally everyone would face Dr. Kiln as the final opponent. Thank god, Sculptor's Cut version changed that. Story is mostly meh in comparison to DNF's story. Yes there's several meh moments in that too. But at least they spice things up much better. Like one level took place inside a strip club, a small thing sure.

The best route to play either version is through emulators. Even there you may wanna expect some technical issues. I played DNF on two platforms, it played just fine. I also felt majority of moves within ClayFighter 63 1/3 were flat out cheap as well as stupid. Originally they had Killer Instinct style combo system but it got removed to fit in more stuff they planned to be in the previous version.

Keep in mind, DNF was either disc or digitally release while ClayFighter 63 1/3 was on an cartridge. Especially an N64 cartridge that are known to lose saves overtime. Not that you needed that for ClayFighter 63 1/3 because you don't. You still need to input the hidden character codes in though. The endings themselves are lackluster with some bad jokes thrown in.

At least DNF did offer some variety within the game play. Like some vehicle sections or being shrunk down. You also could interactive with some stuff within the environment like pinball machines or shoot some baskets in basket ball. Audio, DNF has better songs with some great voice overs. Sound effects is alright still way better than what you're going to hear in ClayFighter 63 1/3.

Some of those are just so bad. Maybe this is an cartridge issue or simply wasn't great to begin with. Who really knows or even cares in the first place!!! ClayFighter 63 1/3 led to two franchises getting buried other than just one in DNF's case. Not only that, it was even more dated than DNF especially during it's era.

Duke Nukem Forever has a more satisfying multiplayer experience. It quickly blows away playing against another player in either version of ClayFighter 63 1/3. Also The Doctor Who Cloned Me was better than doing every character in a row playthroughs. I felt that had the game's best jokes as well as facing two enemy armies was a nice touch.

There wasn't even a notable demand to do ClayFighter 63 1/3 either. There was one for DNF for the longest time. Which directly makes ClayFighter 63 1/3 even worse than DNF in a nut shell. Oh I'm not done yet folks. DNF also had unlockable features after beating the first campaign. Sure it wasn't done well but what do you get for beating ClayFighter 63 1/3?

I'll tell you absolutely nothing even with all the characters. Difficulty wise, DNF is still more fair as well as balanced. ClayFighter 63 1/3 is heavily unbalanced even on easier difficulties. Which means trying to beat it on harder ones is going to suck hard. I rather play two campaigns that takes hours rather than the same shorter game repeatedly with all the characters.

Now if it were a good fighting game then I would've chosen that over The Doctor Who Clone Me campaign easily. Of course it's not, DNF isn't even that bad of a game to begin with. By the time it came out, Serious Sam and other FPS franchises were killing it. ClayFighter never had that level of expectations from people.

By that point, some got to play ClayFighter 2. Considered to be the best of the franchise. It's amazing how we went from the best to the absolute worst!!! DNF has plenty of things over ClayFighter 63 1/3. I don't just agree ClayFighter 63 1/3 was actually worse than DNF, it deserved more negative attention. I am not kidding, easily among the worst fighting games of it's era yet not a lot of people talks about em.

Jeez I wondered why? It was never going to be the next Street Fighter, Killer Instinct, Mortal Kombat, Tekken or any other decent fighting game franchise. It even failed trying to properly parodied the genre itself. I would even say the fans themselves quickly distance from these games. More likely true than DNF's case.

DNF is a failure yes but it's still playable. It has a few over looked decent things. Which is just enough to say it was way better than ClayFighter 63 1/3. Not only that, ruining older characters is a sin among fighting games. Adding poorly done newer characters is over salting the wound. I can't even say one somewhat nice thing about ClayFighter 63 1/3 other than only those on N64 suffers playing it.

Let's be honest, that's not nice either. It's torture, there's plenty of great fighting games to play. It's a real shame something like ClayFighter fell this low. Maybe not Bubsy 3D & Superman 64 low. But low enough you can't even tell what's down that hole anymore. I can still see parts of DNF down the same hole though.

Another major point I wanna make is usually the updated versions of fighting games ends up being better. Somehow in this rare case, Sculptor's Cut ended up being even worst. It doesn't change the fact you have to buy both versions separately while I only need to buy DNF once for much cheaper!!! Honestly, I don't recommend either game but DNF has a few good things making it lesser of two evils.

Death Battle Fight Prediction: Jesse Fox (UnMetal) vs Abobo (Abobo's Big Adventure)

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I'm a little picky how I like joke fights. I recently got board with a few I loved with an passion. Thanks to a lot of trailers the fans themselves made. It eventually led to me making my own joke fight DB fan trailer. Surprisingly, no one even made a trailer on this following fight. You could even say this is the smallest profile fight I'll ever predict to date.

For the record, I checked the internet I'm the one who started this joke fight hahaha.

If you wanna see my trailer here's the link down below...

Other joke fights I'm currently supporting as they followed...
1. The Postal Dude (Postal series) vs Conker the Squirrel (Conker series)
2. Ernie the Giant Chicken (Family Guy) vs AVGN Bugs Bunny (AVGN)

I also predicted both those fights in videos too.

The Postal Dude vs Conker

Ernie the Giant Chicken vs AVGN Bugs Bunny

I also recently made a connection blog between The Postal Dude and Conker as well

Today I will do a joke concept I don't think a lot of people considered doing for a fight prediction. Which is exactly why I had to make that trailer in the first place. Most joke fights have factors that make them kinda silly or flat out ridiculous to a degree. It's no secret the web show loves joke fights with an passion. What if we covered two characters whose entire parody games didn't actually happened?

UnMetal is a parody of 80s action movies as well as Metal Gear games on MSX2 computer. Abobo's Big Adventure is a huge mess up of NES video games rolled into one crazy flash game. Jesse's huge lie to get laid & Abobo's dream makes this a rather interesting topic. Obviously canon wise, we got more to go on with Abobo.

Let's say we are going to consider all that crazy stuff that never happened in the first place instead? This actually turns into a somewhat fun fight to discuss. Maybe this concept is a little too outside the box. Considering we are now in 2023, I felt such concepts needed to be explored. Even if I have to become the Guinea Pig for this myself.

Also I got so much to cover I don't think I could do this enough justice in a video prediction. Trust me, I tried with some difficult fights. Only here you're going to get the full experience like it or not. Hey I did write that so maybe I'm some sort of genius after all lol.

Jesse Fox

Jesse got arrested for a crime he didn't commit. He took on an army that's involved with Operation Jericho. He also had to survive some weird situations that can't be explained. Somehow Fox found a way to do so.

You wish it was the wrestler Chris Jericho didn't you?

Abobo

Usually a henchman in Double Dragon series. Abobo is one of the most recurring enemies the brothers faces. In his own game, he goes through a rather crazy adventure. Let's just say not even he can believe what's going on.

I cut those short because I don't wanna ruin the surprise coming up soon. I hope it's a good enough description to help hold you over like giant sea creatures in underwater levels.

Powers, Arsenal and Abilities

Jesse Fox

+Slightly stronger than a normal man
+Faster than a normal man
+Tougher than a normal man
+Standard arsenal
+Repaired flame thrower
+Bulletproof vest
+Medkits
+Coins
+Strings
+A slingshot
+Experienced vehicle driver
+Useless junk
+Some chemicals

Abobo

+Stronger than a normal man
+Slightly faster than a normal man
+Tougher than a normal man
+Uses whatever he finds in the environment as a weapon
+Somehow gains abilities for any situation he's in

In his defense, he isn't wearing a shirt. What if it's winter, Abobo would be freezing his balls off.

Advantages

Jesse Fox

+Smarter
+More victories
+More reliable arsenal
+Faster
+Could cheat victory by telling the fight in a story

Shut up it's a real power!!!

+Could hold a lot of Medkits to prolong the fight
+More experience with using vehicles
+Strategist
+Survive the maze

"I'm not worthy, I'm not worthy!!!"

+Uses the environment to hide
+A lot of ammo depending on particular decisions
+Could have access to camouflage ability making him virtually invisible in some angles
+Some decisions notable change things for him
+More experienced taking on vehicles
+Doesn't get upset as easily

Abobo

+Tougher
+More ridiculous powers
+Bigger

Not in that sense you sick bastards!!! I meant height god that isn't going to go away anytime soon.

+Stronger
+Packs more powerful punches
+More used to fighting without protection

Oh come on it's not that either guys!!!

+More game appearances

Yes I went there so what?

+More likely to not back down from an challenge
+Survived the Battletoads

Yes it actually happened once, I swear I'm not licking toads either.

+Potentially the more powerful being
+Survived more game play variety

Yes that's a power too you wanna keep going?

+Took on a bigger variety of enemies
+Defeated bigger enemies too

We aren't comparing their dick sizes, you guys are the worst!!!

+More determined out of the two
+People have some control over lies

Now I know what we all are thinking, you are exactly right this time hahaha.

Disadvantages

Jesse Fox
-Outside his huge lie barely has much to go on
-Abobo can stop Medkits from healing him
-Potentially could lose places to hide during a fight
-Prefers other methods rather than using his fists in situations
-Vehicles are only used in particular situations
-Some choices doesn't work in Fox's favor either
-Flamethrower could break or explode killing him in the process
-Isn't as determined as Abobo

Isn't choices fun kids?

-Isn't used to dealing with someone inside a dream
-Relies more on his arsenal
-Rather confusing mixing in a huge lie with a dream logic

Let's be honest the two do not mix. It's like comparing experiencing an acid trip to getting hypnotize. It just doesn't make sense!!!

Abobo
-Outside his dream usually loses to the heroes often
-Abobo's additional powers are situation based
-Lacks actual protection
-Much smaller arsenal excluding his powers
-Dumber
-Could lose because Jesse telling the fight in a story to his advantage
-Isn't used to dealing with stealth characters
-Could get over whelmed by Jesse's arsenal
-Could get tricked by Jesse too
-Without some of his additional powers couldn't go further in his own dream
-You question his state of mind after seeing the full dream

If you aren't something is seriously wrong with you.

-Lacks vehicle skills
-Fox defeated smarter enemies too
-Could get angrier faster
-Can't control his dream

Weaknesses

Regularly I would break those down too. Considering these characters are pulled from a parody game where their respective events didn't actually happen. I felt there's no real need to cover their weaknesses. Sure I could do that but it just bags more questions than actual answers.

Verdict

Jesse Fox

Wait what? I thought it was going to be Abobo!!!

Calm down there's a few great reasons why Jesse Fox wins this fight. Despite other factors that among a first look appears to be a stomp in favor of Abobo.

If we were to stick with what actually happened. Abobo in canon was a recurring henchman that kept getting defeated by Billy & Jimmy. Sometimes by other characters including a crossover with Rare's Battletoads. He actually lacks a canon victory. In his fan flash game, he usually wins most of his fights. In vice versa, there's virtually little to nothing to go on regardless Jesse Fox himself.

Canon wise, I would have no choice but give the fight to Abobo on those grounds. For the actual joke concept itself or non canon as many people would say. This is a rather interesting fight for parody video game characters. Yes technically Abobo would stomp in stats here. Some of that comes with it's own baggage.

Again guys it's not that!!!

For starters, Jesse had to use certain vehicles for particular situations. Majority of Abobo's additional powers also works for particular situations. For example, we could made this into an underwater fight. Except both characters would get penalized from attempting the concept. Therefore, we can't actually do that concept under fairness.

Yes I'm not about to compare whose defeated a bigger sea creature either contest, not a dick contest.

It's no secret, Abobo isn't very bright either. He kept getting defeated by the same two brothers repeatedly. In this fan flash game, Abobo has some intelligence. Look I'm not calling him an idiot. It still doesn't compare to Jesse's wits as well as changing strategies on the fly. I know trying to bridge a huge lie with a dream is a bad idea.

I will confirm this version of Abobo is smarter than the usual canon video game character. Sadly not by much though, still smarter than a Goomba!!!

Maury gives us a quick lie detector test.

Maury said, "Did you Jesse escape from an military base? Our lie detector determined that was a lie."

Maury said, "Did you Jesse defeat a nuclear submarine?" Our lie detector determined that was a lie."

Maury said, "Did you Jesse came up with a huge lie to get laid with a woman?" Our lie detector determined that was a lie."

A dream could have good or bad endings that isn't even decided by the person having those very dreams. A huge lie however is something people have some control over. Especially true in Jesse's case because he can alter things to his advantage in his own story. Of course, some decisions doesn't actually help him out with one particular choice killing him.

The entire point is Abobo lacks a counter to this. Which means Abobo at any given time could be defeated by Jesse simply changing the story. It seems cheap actually more so than Abobo in beat em up games for that matter. Yes Abobo would be more tedious out of the two. Some of his additional powers would be regularly overkill for Fox to survive.

Abobo also needs time as well as scoring enough blows on Fox to charge up his bigger attacks. Which also plays under situation based scenarios. Abobo isn't used to dealing with a stealth character. Sure Abobo could remove particular stuff Fox could hide nearby during a fight. Thus removing spots to hide but there's a chance Fox could use his camouflage ability.

This ability allows him to quickly turn invisible while hiding. Also Jesse has more weapons on him by default that quickly puts Abobo at a disadvantage. Not to mention, Jesse is faster on foot making getting his charge for the bigger moves not possible either. Sure Abobo defeated a bigger variety of enemies. You also need to realize both were heavily parodying the 80s differently.

Abobo's Big Adventure was more of a huge mesh up of NES video game characters. UnMetal was heavily inspired by 80s action films as well as Metal Gear games on MSX2 in Japan. The original Metal Gear with it's NES game came out in the late 80s. Basically Abobo represents variety among games for a particular game console while Jesse represents action films as well as stealth.

Abobo is directly a parody of himself while Jesse more of a parody of Solid Snake from those Metal Gear games. Jesse also could heal faster in general or using a Medikit faster. He can't have both of those abilities. He also could gain holding up to 10 Medkits. Sadly Abobo can easily prevent him from healing.

Then again Abobo himself lacks methods to heal by default. Obviously ridiculous stuff happens in both games. Abobo survived a bigger variety of situations while Jesse had an upgrade system. A major factor Abobo himself also lacks. Jesse also directly fought a tank on his own too. It's also worth noting General X stated to know everything Jesse was going to do.

A major antagonist that knows everything our hero could do oh no. Let's be honest both major antagonists fought dirty but still lost. Jesse defeated a man who predicted virtually every move he does. It trumps a drugged up Little Mac oh sorry Big Mac in comparison. By now you are starting to see how Abobo loses this fight.

A fight he could've easily won if he had more direct access to those additional powers right off the bat. Abobo is more about overpowering his enemies, heavily represented in this fan flash game. Not the best idea against a guy who can alter the story to his advantage at any given time!!! Sure Abobo did slam the Amazon with enough force for a nuke despite destroying only one building with the force.

Which also trumps the fire power Jesse has in comparison. Then again Abobo allowed four wrestlers to do stuff to The Amazon before he finished him off. The big problem is most of what Abobo has going for him takes time as well as landing blows to make happen. Which isn't even an issue for Jesse. I just felt Abobo with his advantages is doomed to lose this fight.

Winner: Jesse Fox (UnMetal)
