Why I Don't Like The Pig (Dead by Daylight)

I was suppose to get Adept Pig achievement last night but it didn't happen for unknown reasons. I did a few attempts today June 2, 2019 to finally got it.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, it's time to talk about another killer in DBD, I don't like at all. The Pig has always been around the bottom tier for me. I personally don't like Amanda Young from the Saw movies. There is a lot of stuff I just don't like relating to this killer. I am aware a lot of people like her, I could care less.

Although I do like the trailer, most of the chapter fits in it perfectly. The problem is they chose the worst person to be the killer. Obviously it wouldn't make sense to use her mentor since he's a cancer patient. I was actually expecting Agent Hoffman to be the killer. Man I was angry when I found out it was Amanda instead.

I am on board with more female characters on both sides. Usually I don't mine a character much. But in this rare case just like Fake Jason in Friday the 13th, I really do mine. The Pig is Amanda wearing the famous stalker costume. I will say they did chose the right weapon for her. However everything else about her to me just sucks.

She has to down survivors in order to put on reverse bear traps. This by itself comes with a lot of problems. For starters, by default The Pig only has four of them at a time. They don't return or can't be reused making them a total waste. If you are lucky enough, one or more survivors will die by it. Speaking of getting them off, this can be frustrating.

This could have perks or add ons or both that affects them making it much more difficult to do. The Pig is more of a stealth killer that can surprise attack people. Personally I prefer how The Wraith & The Hag does that. Her map I will say is one of my favorites in the entire game. It did take me awhile to learn.

The Pig's reverse bear traps has to be taken off or attempting to escape will instead kill you. Believe it or not, this actually counts as a sacrifice rather than her mori. Oh yes her mori kinda sucks too. I felt we could've gotten a better one than this. I am not trying to piss people off, I simply don't like The Pig at all.

Special thanks to int3r4ct for this following information. In End Game Collapse, you can leave through the exit gates with a reverse bear trap. This is because all power got rotated to those gates. Also the process of getting those traps off can be made worse depending on which add ons are used. For example you might get an extra fifth station or just two stations.

I will be honest The Pig is somewhat fun to play as. I still really do not like her. I do like Saw movies for the most part. I just wish for some major changes that probably won't happen. The Pig is likely getting more costumes soon too. She does have a few perks that are somewhat worth mentioning to a degree but still nothing special.

Why I Don't Like The Nurse (Dead by Daylight)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I am so sick about the hate on The Legion. I figured why not allow myself to get some of it with one of my least favorite killers. There is only a handful I just do not like. But some of these are among fan favorites. I already know a lot of people won't like my opinion on these characters.

Sally Smithson needed a job being low on those & money. She chose to work at an asylum as one of the nurses. As time went on, she experienced a lot of patients that were unpleasant. Eventually this caused an psychotic episode causing her to kill everyone. The Nurse is a good amount of the fan base's choice for the best killer.

I am going to be honest to say I just don't like her. The Nurse can easily move through the map like enabling no clip mode in PC games I'm not kidding. To me that is not familiar since the survivors doesn't have many counters for that. Yes The Nurse herself is one of the most difficult killers to learn. She sorta doesn't even need her weapon.

Sure it is nice she has one but considering she can easily move around or straight to a survivor at any given moment. I strongly felt giving her a weapon makes her even more unbalanced. I am not crazy for her outfits either. She is technically a ghost not to be confused with a spirit. Supernatural made the difference between the two crystal clear.

She is also the first dlc killer added to the game. Her actual map is alright at best. I do prefer Nea who was the survivor that came to the game with her more. OMG, even without add ons, The Nurse is ridiculous. Some of her add ons makes it very difficult for even experienced players to win. At least with Michael, he has to slowly build up to Evil Within Tier III come on.

In terms of teleporting, The Hag makes the process a lot easier as well as more fun to do. You need to spend hours among hours just trying to get that part down. This is not confirmed but she might be inspired by Silent Hill's nurses. Honestly I do see it but I really prefer them over her too. The Nurse is meant for hardcore gamers as well as those sick of those dirty survivor tricks.

By the time The Entity met her, she was already insane making her easier to manipulate. I should mention, it is possible to have her blink up to four times. By default she can do two at best. But the later ones are shorter distances. Also when you don't use another one in time or after using it, you are stunned.

In a sense I get it but at the same time, even a flaw like this is a small thing to her. She ruins the entire experience of being able to have either side winning. I wouldn't be surprised just on PC version 85% of those matches with her, the survivors lose. I am not trying to upset people, I simply do not like The Nurse period.

Update blog May 29, 2019

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, yes there's a reason why I posted so many Dead by Daylight blogs. I am a huge fan of it now getting more reasons to love it. I also felt when it came to Adept Killer achievements. I wanted to see if anyone needed help with any of the ones I covered. I honestly hope what I said in those blogs helps you out a lot.

I found out yesterday the final season of Jessica Jones is coming next month. So after I watched that season, I will be reviewing that with The Defenders. I am still waiting to find out when Arrow returns for it's final ten episodes season. Same with Supernatural with season 15 that will get a record for longest fantasy show on television.

I do apologize if all of these DBD blogs are becoming too much. I am in the process of cutting that back. I am also in the process of doing what might be a controversial DBD Killers I don't like series. Keep in mind, this will be my opinion. Everyone has a different experience as well as their own opinions.

Honestly I do want to cover more horror related stuff in the near future. I can't wait to see the full Ghostface announcement. Today, his trailer came out, I watched it after getting Adept Legion achievement. I think for me that was fitting. There isn't a lot of unrelated stuff I want to cover. I do plan on doing a comparison of IT mini series vs. IT movie series.

If I get to see Pet Sematary remake in advance. I might do a double comparison blog. I haven't did any blogs on just Stephen King in a while now. I really would love to pull this off. I'm a huge fan having most of his books. I am looking forward to see those movies myself. Speaking of Pennywise, I recently gotten this awesome figure with four heads & five hands.

Other than that, I will try cutting back on posting DBD related stuff. I really didn't think I would be posting this much. I do want to announcement something else. In just April & May, I now have ninety achievements in Dead by Daylight. I am such a fan of this game for all the right reasons. I might be able to play a few games on Halloween or the day prior depending on things.

PS. I am supporting an indie horror game called Horror Legends. They are about to release a new update that will further spike up their game. This isn't a rip off of Friday the 13th or Dead by Daylight. Despite some similarities, Horror Legends is it's own game. Eventually I will review it sometime in the near future when all characters planned get release.

Tips on How to get Adept Legion achievement (Dead by Daylight)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, The Legion is underrated in my opinion. I never said my voice is the truth & nothing but the truth. You are welcome to disagree as long you don't act like babies over it. The Legion is kinda unique in a game like this. I highly doubt The Legion is the worst killer in the game. Honestly some fan favorites are on my dislike list.

First tip is learn how to frenzy better. Depending on your add ons, you could have slightly more time or a lot more. Unlike Michael, there isn't one for making it infinite. I also recommend using it to speed around the map. It won't be as fast as some killers but it is quickly enough to help even the odds.

One of his perks allows you to look out for generators with more than one survivors working on it. Instead of the usual red color, they will be yellow. I highly recommend you go straight to that generator. If more than one is yellow then go to the closest one, Quickly head over to the other yellow marked generator.

This perk can save you some head aches in the long run. Using frenzy also lets you hop over the pallets instead of simply breaking them. In fact any attempt for survivors to loop you won't go far. Especially with the right add ons. The Legion is capable of getting dangerously close to survivors. But they will likely have their terror radius going up.

Unlike you are using a particular add on that prevents them from knowing. I been surprised attack by several players as The Legion. I also recommend pay attention to how much interaction survivors have with each other. You can take advantage of it especially when it's down to two people like I did. I would say more maps works for them than most killers.

I would say The Legion is more in the middle of the pack rather than being at the very bottom. Which most of the fan base has them even below Freddy is kinda sad. I recently seen a cosplay picture with a lot of people dressed up as The Legion. Clearly there are people out there like me that likes them. The Legion really does not deserve this amount of disrespect.

Why I Love The Legion (Dead by Daylight)

On May 29, 2019, I gotten Adept Legion achievement. I am very surprised since it was the first match of the day. Sorta like Adept Hillbilly but I would say it was a better match.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, ever since The Legion got added to the game. Majority of the fan base put The Legion at the very bottom even below Freddy. Honestly I really do not think they're that bad of a character. Yes I said they I will explain why as I talk about the character. This was the closest they ever gotten to doing Ghostface.

The Legion is a rather unusual case for a killer. Usually it is just one person that gets further transformed into a monster by The Entity. Four people Frank, Julie, Susie and Joey were close friends that did everything together. Even to the point, The Entity agreed to fused their souls into one killer. They already were acting like the same person so I guess that made a lot of sense.

The Legion is essentially this game's answer to the survivors. They can vault over things just like survivors. When they do their frenzy attack, The Legion must quickly attack another survivor then the previous one. If done correctly they will be downed by it. Otherwise you can still be attacked by the regular slashes.

Some of the costumes are weird even for killers. I do sorta like the mask as it is creepy. The trailer for The Legion does a great job with suspense. A true fact as of right now, the top Xbox players are mostly using The Legion. Hard to believe considering a lot of people really doesn't like them. I think The Legion deserves a chance like anyone else.

I kinda like the idea four people fused into one killer concept. Probably their best way of using legion theme that involves many beings with the same purpose. The Legion sometimes can be difficult to avoid at times depending on their add ons. I also like you can choose any of the four people to be the main killer.

This by itself allows a lot of possibilities. Honestly The Legion is a clever idea that could've easily went south. I do understand a lot of the hate for this particular character. I highly doubt anyone who dislikes them who like my blog series about killers I don't like. Some fan favorites are among that list too.

The Legion is easy to learn but difficult to master. There's a few ways you can play as them in any match. Sometimes you know something is wrong right off the bat while others you are about to get surprise attacked. The Legion does deserve some respect. Sure they aren't the best killer in the game but in my opinion they're much further away from the bottom.

Tips on How to get Adept Wraith achievement (Dead by Daylight)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I figured to help put together what I think would greatly increase people's chances of getting Adept Wraith achievement. I would even say he's one of the trickiest killers in the game to learn for many reasons. Do not feel people it takes you hundreds if not thousands of matches to get this one.

I will start right away with my first tip. You really need to pay attention to how he interacts with the survivors. Both cloaked & not cloaked since he can't attack, pick up or grab survivors while he's invisible. Depending on your add ons, you can speed him up in many ways. I highly suggest one of those add ons needs to be your cloaking.

This will allow you to go right in to attack them. Keep in mind, unless you're using a particular add on while being invisible. You have no terror radius which means you have a very high chance of blocking their path or attacking them. Some of his add ons does alter his regular speed as well as being cloaked.

Maybe this is just me but he seems to be faster while being invisible. Trust me this is a great thing since you can stay on top of their process on the generators. This also allows you to find the hatch before them too. He does attack a little further than many killers. Now trying to loop him can be tricky due to his add ons.

At regular speed, it's 50/50 he lands a blow or one of the survivors drops a pallet or both happens. But his speed add ons makes looping & vaulting seem like bad ideas. On many maps, it is easy to pinpoint where to go and which generators to keep an eye on. The Wraith can be difficult to spot in some maps due to his regular color sorta bland in.

The Wraith should pay attention to how much interaction the survivors have with each other. If it is a lot, chances are they might attempt to body block you or try healing each other some distance away. Sorry if some consider this following tip as playing dirty. I waited late in the same match I gotten Adept Wraith in for that.

I quickly knock the two remaining survivors down and I hooked one of them. Then I went searching right away for the hatch. I knew the remaining survivor couldn't get back up. Sometimes you have to use strategies like this. The Wraith can easily work around his flaws that survivors can exploit. I highly recommend using him often to get yourself ready to start trying for this achievement.

By the way, when I was starting to get great with him a few weeks ago. During a match, I ended up getting his surprise attacks achievement. Chances are you are more likely to get that before Adept Wraith. Do not worry practice will greatly help you get better at using him. This guy doesn't mess around at all.

Why I Love The Wraith (Dead by Daylight)

On May 28, 2019, I gotten Adept Wraith achievement. I been trying on and off the last few days to get this. Beyond it, I'm not sure who the next Adept Killer achievement going to be yet.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I am going to be talking about another original killer in Dead by Daylight. To be honest, like The Hag I originally did not like The Wraith. More recently, all of that changed once I figured out how to actually play as him. Now he is one of my favorite killers in the game. I would even say getting him down can own a group of survivors with ease.

Philip Ojomo aka The Wraith came to America to have a great life. He was working for an automobile company dealing with cars. Until one day, one of his employer's victims was still alive in the trunk. He quickly approached his employer that led to killing him in blind rage. He took his skull & spine to turn it into a weapon.

Among accepting to be one of The Entity's killers, it gave him a bell as a present. Keep in mind, he was the most normal person prior to becoming a killer. Due to his connection to the Spirit World, he can turn invisible as well as becoming visible. But he must be visible to do anything to the survivors. Some of his add ons makes this guy very ridiculous especially in moving speed.

The Wraith is more on the lines of a surprise attacker. For the most part while cloaked he has no terror radius making it easier for him to get in close. He does have some sick costumes you can get. The Wraith is a surprisingly solid original killer for a game like this. I felt he can easily go from one end of the map to another faster than most killers even without add ons.

I won't lie going against him as a survivor can be challenging. You kinda feel sorry what led to his madness, sometimes you are happy he wins. I actually love his weapon since I have a thing for skeletons. It is a rumor that the bell might be a reference to a old story about Death itself. Which would make him the closest thing to a reaper, the survivors goes up against.

The Wraith can be a little difficult to get down. I actually think learning how to cloak & uncloak close by survivors is more difficult. Your timing has to be more perfect otherwise you won't land a blow or caught em. It can tricky to spot him while he's invisible. Trust me this guy really means business.

I must say The Wraith is a great addition for this game. Even experienced players has trouble dealing with him I'm not kidding. It is sad so many players use him for camping when he was more meant to prevent survivors from getting far at close range. This character is unique in ways I can not fully explain.

Which is a better portrayal of slasher villains in video games?

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, today I want to do a few quick comparisons of a handful of slasher villains. All of them are still heavily being talked about by everyone today. To clarify I will not be covering Michael Myers since I don't own Call of Duty: Ghosts thus doesn't have a particular dlc. I will say this should be interesting.

Round 1: Freddy Krueger (Dead by Daylight vs. Mortal Kombat 2011 game)
This is a rather interesting case since both are dlc characters directly taken from 2010 film. Freddy gets a map as well as a survivor from that movie. In Mortal Kombat 2011 game, he has two claws. At first I did question it but very quickly made sense. I would say in just comparing the appearance MK has the advantage.

Although Dead by Daylight did stay more true to his concept. Where he stalks teenagers in their dreams. I should mention Freddy does have an ending in that MK game. Freddy is also called The Nightmare in Dead by Daylight. The biggest surprise is Robert Englund himself voices Freddy in that MK game.

Not only that he does have finishers all referencing some of his best kills from his franchise. I have to be honest to say he fits in perfectly. Even better than some of the later horror icons in the following game. Sure in Dead by Daylight you can use add ons, offerings and perks. It does take longer to master Freddy than it is does in that MK game.

One advantage Dead by Daylight does have is among prestige him three times. He will have bloodier versions of what he's wearing. Personally this version of the glove is better than both his claws in MK game. Honestly this is a close one but I have to give it to MK this round for doing the extra touches. Also because Englund later voiced The Scarecrow in Injustice 2, which I highly praised.

Winner: Mortal Kombat 2011 game

Round 2: Leatherface (Dead by Daylight vs. Mortal Kombat X)
Obviously it is confusing to follow all of these movie time lines. But both of these games took Leatherface from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. But MKX also brought his 2003 remake look in. Now this is kinda strange because most characters has an option to switch out costumes/outfits. In his case, his three fighting styles comes with their own costume.

Keep in mind, originally Leatherface was coming to Dead by Daylight in a chapter. It's not clear what happened to turn it into a paragraph. Basically just releasing Leatherface without a map or survivor. Of course there already was a similar character based on him named The Hillbilly. Let's be honest if I chose to use him instead of Leatherface from the same game, this would've been a lot closer.

Leatherface does use his chainsaw in both games. In fact both does have a finishing move involving it. Honestly I felt MKX simply done more for this character. He does look better but not as much as my previous comparison with Freddy. In Dead by Daylight, you can only use his hammer or chainsaw.

His chainsaw for the most part can down survivors in one hit. He also can down multiple survivors at once being one of the select few to do that. I don't need to mention chasing people with him can be fun at times. I felt playing as him in MKX to me was simply more fun in the long run. You get three costumes with some truly sick finishers.

I do need to mention a few things. Leatherface more recently got four additional faces he can wear in DBD. But this requires sacrificing the original four survivors twenty five times. Yeah no thank you, also I will be honest to say his achievements in that game are a lot of fun. Leatherface simply works better in MKX but he still works well enough in DBD.

Winner: Mortal Kombat X or XL

Round 3: Jason Voorhees (Friday the 13th: The Game vs. Mortal Kombat X)
There is so many reasons I chose to save this one last. Both games involves a similar method of creating kills involving motion caption. Unless the previous two comparisons, both of these following games does a lot for Jason. In MKX, Jason has very different fighting styles with one allowing him a temporary second chance.

I am not going to lie, Jason looks truly amazing in both games. I would say controlling Jason is slightly better in MKX. In both games, he delivers some truly brutal kills. Yes he does have an ending too. But I felt Friday the 13th: The Game does even more with him. You can play up to eight versions of Jason.

NES game Jason remains as an alternate color palette for Part 3 Jason. Uber Jason came very close becoming playable until a lawsuit. Although through modding people got to play as him. I should mention if you were one of those that funded this game. You are given an exclusive Savini skin created by the legend himself Tom Savini.

Each Jason has their own pros, cons and kills. Yes it can be annoying to find the counselors at times. I will say MKX Jason does a great job displaying why so many loves him in the first place. Sure there is some weird glitches in Friday the 13th. The fact you have some of the songs on maps taken from several movies.

I felt this game was more fan service than his dlc in MKX. Keep in mind, the online portion to me is terrible in many ways. It is simply better to play as Jason online in MKX. It is way faster even for King of the Hill matches. There's a lot of great things about both versions. I believe the best reason why Friday the 13th takes this is Kane Hodder.

Yes the man who played him in four back to back movies from Part VII to Jason X. Clearly MKX took more inspiration from Freddy vs. Jason. Which is still one of my favorite crossover horror movies ever. I highly recommend playing both these games if you truly love Jason. But if I had to choose, it has to be Friday the 13th without question.

There is a few things I do need to mention. In Friday the 13th, there's three dlcs that adds more kills to three basic versions of Jason. Some of these are brutal possibly difficult to watch. There is also an offline mode as well as challenges but you can only play as Jason. I do like challenges has mode exclusive kills that really do stand out.

Winner: Friday the 13th: The Game

Tips on How to get Adept Nightmare achievement (Dead by Daylight)

On May 25th, I gotten Adept Nightmare achievement in a very intense match. I beaten four players with much higher gamer scores than myself. I am truly very proud of myself.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I finally gotten the very Adept Killer achievement I wanted above everyone else. I'm a huge fan of Freddy for a long time. I was super excited when I found out he was in the game. Of course that happened before I even got to play it. Freddy is done well enough to make a rather interesting experience.

Keep in mind this isn't based on Robert Englund's version in the original movies or Freddy Nightmares show. Freddy must bring survivors to the dream world in order to caught, pick up or attack them. I loved his gloves yes I said gloves since you get a bloodier version after prestige him once.

Now there's a lot to take in even before attempting this particular Adept Killer achievement. First off, learn his add ons since most of them are effective to survivors asleep. He does strike faster than a lot of killers. I also like his map it fits in perfectly for this game. Of course you can play as any survivor or killer on any map.

Freddy requires some patience in order to get great as playing him. His version of the maps actually makes some of the more difficult to see ones much easier. Freddy's lullaby plays when he's close to survivors. One of his perks allows him to track asleep survivors from a great distance. This is sorta like using Vanity Mirror for Myers.

For Freddy you really need to use your head in order to win. A lot of people learned how to counter him. I still say he's one of the trickiest to go up against. Freddy does take a little longer to vault due to being short. I highly recommend add ons that increase difficulty in some form to the survivors. I also recommend using one of his add ons to reduce the amount of time for them to fall asleep.

Remember you can't do anything to them while they're awake. This also means you have to wait longer than most killers to prevent another survivor from saving the hooked one. This also can affect generators going up. Freddy will appear invisible to those awake due to him being in the dream world.

There actually exists an add on to make him invisible in the dream world to the asleep survivors. Even if they did tone him down. Freddy is excellent once you get him down. His ability to track is easily one of the best perks for that in the game. There's another add on that works when any survivor is asleep where the rest of them are showing up on the map regardless of distance.

Freddy really isn't that hard from what a lot of people told me. I would even say his Adept Killer match was the most fun. Not only it proven I was meant to play as him but my passion for him was meant to be. Freddy is a sleep based killer keep that in mind when selecting his add ons. The other two perks he got are alright at best.

Why I Love The Hillbilly (Dead by Daylight)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I quickly came to like The Hillbilly. Out of the original three killers, he stood out the most to me. Obviously he is inspired by The Texas Chainsaw Massacre's Leatherface. I actually believe he is actually the better of the two chainsaw killers in the game. He is among the most popular killers for many reasons.

Some of the costumes this guy gets is amazing. Some can be disturbing while others are clearly jokes that works very well. The Hillbilly does use his hammer faster than Leatherface's. Using his chainsaw does allow you to stay on top of generators due to how fast it goes. You also can use it to break pallets.

His back story is one of the most tragic among all the killers. In a way you feel great he wins at times because of it. You can go through most of the map to hit someone in a few minutes is crazy. This doesn't involve teleporting like The Nurse & The Hag has. His hammer can be changed out to some crazy designs.

I already stated this in a recent blog but his rarest hammer I got is Pro-Pain. It was from an event that I did very early in my experience of playing. I am very proud to use that hammer like in the match I got Adept Hillbilly in. I recently gotten his chainsaw achievement done a few days ago. The Hillbilly is a well rounded killer.

Short range he can quickly hit survivors with his hammer while at mid to long distances with his chainsaw. Speaking of his chainsaw, even if you are simply using it. You will get blood points being one of the very few killers to do that. The Hillbilly is a character a lot of people love. His original perks are easily one of the best selected among the killers including The Clown.

The Hillbilly also has a great map that has a corn field. Due to his height, he is one of the few killers I recommend using on maps with corn fields. The fact I can customize him in many ways is already a lot of fun. He is also one of the easiest killers to learn in the entire game. It shouldn't take too long to get use of playing as him.

I will say the only two ways Leatherface is better does involve his chainsaw. He can down several survivors at once while hold onto his full charge. Sure that might be a problem for The Hillbilly but he does really make up for that. He does have a larger attack range from just his hammer than a lot of killers.

His chainsaw if timed correctly can hit the vaulting survivor thus downing them. You can't do that with Leatherface folks. The Hillbilly is a likable killer I do see more people will enjoy. Even facing him in matches can be fun depending on how those players use him. The fact he can very quickly stay on top of generators at a rate a handful of killers can match is very impressive.

Tips on How to get Adept Hillbilly achievement (Dead by Daylight)

On May 24th, a few hours ago, I gotten Adept Hillbilly achievement.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I get to talk about my favorite of the three original killers. The Hillbilly was a replacement since they couldn't get Leatherface in the beginning. Later on, he got added with some clear differences. I'm not here to discuss that topic. I'm actually here to talk about how to get Adept Hillbilly achievement.

Max Thompson Jr. aka The Hillbilly was treated like a prisoner by his own parents. Eventually he had too much killing both of them. This led to a lot of animals getting slaughtered. In due time the farm was never up for sell. Parts of it was instead sold off. It is a rumor the reason why no one bought the actual farm was because of the chainsaw noise you can hear in the distance.

The Hillbilly is a rather interesting killer since he has two weapons to attack survivors with. He is one of the fastest killers with & without using his chainsaw. Using it is like driving a vehicle. You do get add ons that make using his chainsaw a lot easier. Without add ons by default, chainsaw can down survivors in one hit.

I like even riding his chainsaw around gives you some blood points. I would say master using his chainsaw while sticking more to his hammer. Especially when you're in a area you can't use it. The Hillbilly actually has some great perks. Enduring is a fan favorite among them since you quickly come back from being stunned by survivors.

Tinkerer allows you among a generator repaired for your terror radius to o for a few seconds. This means he can surprise attack survivors. Lightborn prevents him from getting blinded by flashlights. Another popular perks of his a lot of players use. I recommend on some maps where it's difficult to use his chainsaw to rely more on his hammer.

You will be surprise how far he can strike after a survivor is vaulting. I got to be honest in the match I gotten this achievement in. One survivor did escaped yet I still ended up getting this achievement. Simply because most of them were dead with Merciless Killer ranking. The Hillbilly is one of the easiest killers to learn in the game.

Why I Love The Hag (Dead by Daylight)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I figured I didn't have the biggest change in disliking to liking a killer than The Hag. Originally I didn't care about her until I figured out how to play as her. Then I realized I love being her. I would say her mori is hands down one of the most violent in the game by far. She is one of the worst killers to go up against in my opinion.

Lisa Sherwood aka The Hag was tortured to the point. Her body was in a horrible state following how she freed herself. This led to her using the symbol her captors turning into a vicious creature. Let's just how this story ends is terrifying. She is a defensive killer capable of using traps to surprise attack or appear suddenly behind survivors during chases.

To clarify she is technically a wendigo is mythical man-eating creature evil spirit native a few particular locations. The show Supernatural has done two episodes with these creatures. The Hag may or may not be inspired by Pumpkinhead & the witch from that franchise. Even if she's not, I could easily compare her to Pumpkinhead.

She is the best killer to use when generators are likely to start going up. Her three perks turns three dull totems into hex ones. Each one greatly affects the survivors in many ways. A lot of people freak out on just Hex: Ruin since that makes getting generators up very difficult. Hex: Devour Hope requires hooking survivors five times before gaining her mori.

Only her & Michael Myers has an alternate method of doing that. The Hag uses mud & decay to create her traps. Which makes a illusion of her complete with a terror radius. It is up to the player if they want to appear there or not. Some of her add ons greatly increases how far on the map she can teleport.

This is easier to do than teleporting with The Nurse. She is one of the fastest killers in striking speed. She so happens to be one of the smallest killers in the game. I love we have a creature like this. Some maps work better with her traps while others you have to rely more on actually chasing survivors. The Hag can easily turn a bad game into a win if used correctly.

You get a lot of blood points for everytime a survivor triggers her traps. I should mention she automatically gets her traps back. Survivors can use flashlights to destroy them. The Hag in many ways can create paranoia that can get the best of people. She also makes sounds that does put chills down your spine, I love it.

Tips on How to get Adept Hag achievement (Dead by Daylight)

I gotten this achievement on May 21st.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I am working to the best of my ability to getting more Adept Killer achievements. I was very lucky how a particular match led to me getting Adept Hag achievement. She is one of the first dlc killers added to the game. I am already considering doing another blog with her.

Today I will give tips how to get Adept Hag achievement. For a lot of people, The Hag can be more frustrating to get use to than going against. Honestly The Hag is a defensive killer that can quickly control the match. Similar to some killers, she uses traps that allows her to instantly teleport to where a survivor or survivors triggered it.

This means depending on your add ons, she can move a great distance in a very short period of time. Simply by teleporting to that trap's location. A few add ons does remove her ability to teleport but does come with great pros to make up for it. The Hag does strike fast enough to hit vaulting survivors faster than some killers.

Basically the best way to attempting this achievement is carefully place traps. I recommend close by generators and likely areas survivors will work. Plus The Hag is excellent for getting a lot of blood points. You actually could go the entire match without sacrificing anyone to still come out with a huge amount.

The second best advice to making this a bit easier. Some maps simply work better than others. In some maps, you have to rely more on chasing survivors more directly while others teleport all you want. I should mention her default three perks are all connected to Hex Totems. These transforms three totems already on the map into Hex Totems.

Each one greatly affects the survivors in the match. To sum it without fully going into details about each perk. All three of them forces the survivors to go out searching for Hex Totems. Thankfully The Hag can see them at a distance. I also recommend putting a trap or two close by. After a survivor cleanses any totems, they're gone from the match.

Yes the game does tell you when one or more of your totems gets destroyed. Sometimes they get hide in great places while others ends up in areas survivors likely spot it. The Hag also through one of her original perks can mori someone after survivors been hook up to five times. Now I do not recommend using them since these Adept Killer achievements are meant for sacrificing.

The Hag is also one of the shortest killers in the game. Which is partly why I said some maps works better than others. Trust me some of her add ons allows you to travel huge distance across the map. It doesn't even matter if you put one in the basement or high up in a building. The Hag can still teleport there after it has been triggered.

Although there is a particular add on that does allow you to choose which trap to go to with no distance limit. I will be honest I didn't use that add on yet. I recently learned of it myself so I was very surprised. The Hag can quickly turn a bad game into a win with the right strategies. She doesn't even need to do all remaining generators being close by strategy I'm not kidding.

Tips on getting Adept Survivor achievements

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I feel survivors more alike than those of the killers. Therefore I will be making a guide that applies to all of them in some way. I could use some have great advantages over others but you still need to escape with their original three perks. Otherwise you have to keep on trying to the best of your ability.

Unlike Adept Killer achievements, you don't need a particular rank. What you do need to know are the maps. Memorizing a couple will greatly increase your chances of survival. Do not use a fourth perk of any kind since that will cancel out getting the achievement. Some survivors are trickier than others like David King with Mither.

Mither puts you into a dying state but if downed & not picked up. You can get yourself back up running in a few minutes. Some survivors can see parts or items on the maps. I don't even need to mention how important those skills are. A healing survivor may not need a medikit to keep going. In fact I recommend using those survivors to heal other survivors when possible.

Jake use Saboteur that allows him without a toolbox to take down hooks. Thus preventing killers from hooking you or other survivors in that location. You can quickly get use to it therefore greatly decrease the killer's chances of winning. Most survivors has one or two perks that won't help much. But they all have at least one perk worth mentioning in the long run.

I also recommend as simply this sounds to change your survivor's clothes. This could require shards or Auric Cells that requires real money to get. Thankfully there are dlcs already put in console versions. You still need to buy the other two of those dlcs though. The reason I'm even bringing this up is to make it more difficult for the killer to see you.

Some survivors love looping a killer in a particular section or a good amount of the map. Looping is a risky strategy since you may not be able to predict the killer. There's a chance you or someone else can waste some much time to the point it's time to escape. If you have a particular key or the last survivor.

It is critical you quickly find the hatch since the newest update now allows killers to shut them. The worst scenario is a killer makes sure you can't open either exit gate with the timer running out. When possible go save survivors off of hooks. This may increase or decrease your chances of survival. The reason I said that is if the killer isn't around you guys can start right back on generators or exit gates.

But in the event you or someone else takes a survivor off a hook with the killer nearby. This could ruin everyone's chances surviving. I should mention there's camping players that will go out of their way to make sure a survivor dies on the hook. I highly recommend ignore those hooked to keep working on generators.

Some survivors are better at getting generators up like Feng Min. Some survivors are more meant to caught the killer's attention like Laurie more likely to be the killer's obsession due to her perks. Keep in mind, the killer is more focused on those who are the obsession. You will have the biggest targets on your backs watch out.

Other than all of that you need to pay close attention to the music playing. Unless it is Myers, most killers it will get more intense telling you how close the killer is. In Myers' case you will have his theme playing instead. Some killers can quickly make up ground either by speed, traps or The Nurse's teleporting.

Once you learn the basics of survival. It sometimes depends on how good the player playing the killer is. Sometimes they aren't very good making it an easy match while others can be difficult. This may come off like something of lucky but that's more true with Adept Killer achievements than anything else.

Tips on Adept Killer achievements I have so far

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I recently gotten my third Adept Killer achievement. To clarify it works differently from doing Adept Survivor achievements. For the survivors they need to use their original three perks & escape. But for the killers, not only they need to use their original three perks. They also need to kill everyone hoping to get Merciless Killer rank.

You can kill everyone to get Ruthless Killer at best. I am here to give some tips on a handful of killers to help others. Now these are my strategies but you are welcome to try them. I will say this a few weeks I gotten all Adept Survivor achievements currently in the game. It nearly took me a year to get another Adept Killer achievement.

Although I did get lucky with Michael two days later the shortest gap. There's a lot of information you could look up. I felt what I will be telling you could greatly increase your chances of getting them. Sometimes maps do matter regardless pay close attention to every single one of them. You never know when your Adept Killer achievement will come.

To clarify do not use moris since these achievements are meant to be done by sacrificing. By the way the Endgame Collapse when the timer runs out will also count towards these achievements. I hope my advice on these three killers helps a lot of people. I would say Michael is the hardest one out of the three by far.

You have to get Merciless Killer with all three original perks for that killer. I usually fail getting it after sacrificing all survivors due to lack of chasing. You need to make sure there's a lot of that in order to get that rank. I highly recommend watching some videos on these killers to learn what you need to know before even attempting.

1. Adept Cannibal

Thankfully Barbecue and Chill makes tracking survivors a lot easier. I highly recommend getting this to tier III to make even attempting this a lot easier. I also recommend get use to his chainsaw since it is possible to hit multiple survivors at once. Depending on your add ons, for the most part your chainsaw can down survivors in one hit.

Keep in mind, he is slower than The Hillbilly. But he can hold his charge as long as needed. Yes this will slow you down but you may end up using it to hit another survivor you may not seen coming. I also recommend getting use to his hammer since it won't work well on vaulting survivors. Leatherface does have some great add ons making things easier depending on how you want to do it.

2. Adept Clown

My strategy for this came to me after a lot of attempts. I recommend throwing some bottles to trick survivors. Basically you can lure them away from pallets thus preventing getting stun by it. Some of his rarest add ons makes downing survivors a lot easier. I will say The Clown has some great original perks that will come in handy.

Madam Butterfly can attack like some killer's weapons making striking vaulting survivors easier. Of course that depends on the timing too. I would recommend using a powerful version of his bottles to make it more difficult for survivors to see through. I also recommend try using it on multiple survivors to increase your chances of sacrificing them.

3. Adept Shape

I have a easy strategy for getting this achievement. Use Vanity Mirror that allows you while stalking to see survivors including parts of the map. Some of his rarest things does make his Evil Within op. But do not use Judith's Tombstone or similar add on since they allow you to mori survivors. I should point out some add ons will stop full procession of Evil Within.

Evil Within Tier III allows Myers to down survivors in one hit. There's several add ons to increase length. Surprisingly there's actually one to make it infinite. It does take time getting use to attacking with his knife since some add ons does alter his attacking speed. I highly recommend near the end to close the hatch.

Keep in mind these must be done outside of Kill Your Friends. Although you could with a couple friends use it as practice on some killers. You have to beat four players during matches. You never know when one or more is toxic that will easily ruin your chances. Do not add a fourth perk of any kind as that will cancel out getting those achievements.

Some maps like The Game or Haddonfield can be more difficult to keep track of for multiple reasons. If you have other map offerings you should use them. Easily on maps you're great at regardless being a survivor or the killer. Trust me this will greatly increase your chances of getting these achievements.

They're very difficult in fact I chose to write what you see here to help others. Depending if I can get more of them. There might be a follow up blog. I will say Adept Survivor achievements are simply too easy in comparison. In fact I may considering doing a blog on an overall guide that applies to every survivor including future ones.

Jack Red reviews James Bond movies

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, this might comes off as a surprise but I'm a huge James Bond fan. I have seen every single Bond movie including two unofficial Bond movies. I figured to finally talk about one of the longest movie franchises in the world. To date there's technically twenty six Bond movies altogether with twenty four being official Bond movies.

Simply because I got a lot of movies to cover. The unofficial Bond movies will get their own review in another blog. Also this movie franchise still going over fifty years. Not many movie franchises have been going for that long.

1. Dr. No (1962)

Believe it or not, Dr. No wasn't originally going to be the original Bond movie. They were going to start with Casino Royale but eventually decided to do Dr. No. In this movie Sean Connery plays James Bond who an spy of MI6 that has to stop terrorist attacks especially those towards his country. Dr. No also introduces the beginning of the long standing rivalry between Bond & Blofeld.

Dr. No is one of Blofeld's top people in his organization. He also so happens to have metal hands. I would say this is a fantastic spy movie everyone needs to see. I would say it's one of the finest Connery performances to date. This is a great way to start a long standing movie franchise. It is a great early 60's movie that stands the test of time.

2. From Russia With Love (1963)

Now this is interesting because a couple years ago. Connery reprise his role as Bond in a licensed game based on this movie. Even if that didn't happen, this is a great movie. Connery does an amazing job once again. I do like how they went about the twists. It may not be as good as Dr. No but a solid movie.

From Russia With Love in just title wise gets parodies a lot. I would say this is still a great early 60's movie. Connery shows you how Bond is meant to be done. I do apologize it's been awhile since I last seen this movie. I do recall this being one of my favorites among his portrayals for sure. I do recommend this movie to fellow Bond fans.

3. Goldfinger (1964)

This is in my opinion one of the absolute best Bond movies ever made. Goldfinger is a true classic that very likely made him more of a household name than any ever Bond movie. Obviously Gold Member from the third Austin Powers movie is a parody of Auric Goldfinger. Whose obsessed with making everything gold including a laser.

Yes a laser actually golden that cuts now that's just weird. From start to finish you really want to watch it all play out repeatedly. It is really that damn good of a movie. Of course I need to mention Oddjob whose still one of my favorite henchmen characters. This hat has a metal hand whose tough as nails.

4. Thunderball (1965)

Thunderball is interesting since it was the first Bond movie based on a particular book. Yes I will be reviewing the other Bond movie later. This has the second highest person in Blofeld's organization. This has more of a water theme that works very well. Connery delivers yet again as everyone's famous spy.

Honestly this is a great Bond movie I highly recommend. Thunderball reveals more about Blofeld's organization. You probably notice that the last few Bond movies. Everything in this movie is done very well. Easily among the best of his take on Bond hands down. Thunderball is a true timeless classic among spy movies.

5. You Only Live Twice (1967)

I remember being confused by the intro scene. Where it looks like Bond got killed. Usually when someone tries to kill Bond they end up dying. You might think by the title the movie might be saying you got a new life away from danger or something similar. Nope Blofeld attempted to have Bond assassinated.

Interesting enough Donald Pleasence later appeared in Halloween as Dr. Loomis played Blofeld in this movie. This so happens to be the very appearance of him Dr. Evil from Austin Powers is parodying. Honestly this is one you have to pay close attention to fully get what's going on. I do like how they are connecting them.

6. On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969)

The second Bond actor George Lazenby only Bond movie. This movie is usually very high among fans. The main reason this was his only movie was because he didn't like how they went about it. Also he wasn't crazy being James Bond. This is unusual since most Bond actors play Bond in a couple movies.

This is where the famous rivalry gets more serious. Bond does whatever he can to stop Blofeld from succeeding. I would even say this is a very good Bond movie. It is a solid take from another actor that still remains to be one of the finest Bond movies ever made. Not only that it has a lot going on making it a little tricky to follow but trust me it's worth watching.

7. Diamonds Are Forever (1971)

Diamonds Are Forever is the last official Bond movie with Connery. Trust me he still got in this movie. Two particular henchmen characters inspired a lot of characters in shows alone. There is one scene where Bond had to choose to kill Blofeld or his clone. Yes the concept that got parodied the second Austin Powers movie came from this.

Personally I'm a bigger fan of Mini Me. I would say this is a great Bond movie to go out on. He came back after Lazenby wasn't happy with production on the previous movie. So they asked him to come back one more time as Bond. Obviously it is up there among his Bond movies. Diamonds Are Forever does spice things up.

8. Live and Let Die (1973)

In my opinion this is the second strangest Bond movie I ever seen. They bring in voodoo culture with Baron Samedi. For those that doesn't know Baron Samedi is a god figure in their culture. It isn't clear if Baron Samedi character in this movie actually him or several people. I do need to bring up there's a hidden level in GoldenEye 007.

Where you kill him three times in the same level yet still appears during ending cutscene. OMG some of the weirdest Bond moments you will ever seen. Like someone gets forced to bite on a bullet that essentially turns em into a balloon. Yes I'm not kidding, Roger Moore is the third Bond actor whose very great at it.

9. The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)

One of my favorite Moore Bond movies. The Man with the Golden Gun has Christopher Lee whose in so many movies. As the title says yes there is a golden gun. The same golden gun has appeared in several Bond games including GoldenEye 007. This guy can only fire one bullet but will kill anyone. Mini Me is also parodying this guy's henchman Nick Nack.

This is a solid movie that never fails to amaze or disappoint. I would even say it likely might be in my personal Top 10 Bond movies. Keep in mind, this is going during the 70's. The Man with the Golden Gun has the strongest firearm ever seen in any Bond movie before & after. A similar golden magnum in Perfect Dark with tiger stripes as well as Gold PP7 in GoldenEye 007 do the same thing.

10. The Spy Who Loved Me (1977)

The second Austin Powers movie title parodied this movie's title. This also has a famous henchman named Jaws. He is a tall guy with metal sharp teeth. He also appears in a hidden level of GoldenEye 007. I would say he is among some of the absolute tallest any Bond actor ever faced. Jaws is sorta like Leatherface in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies since he is only following orders.

Deep down he isn't that bad of a guy. Moore once again delivers a solid performance. I would say this is one of his finest Bond performances hands down. Honestly it's a great movie that has just about everything you love about the franchise. Also Moore has some great moments in this. By now you are noticing a major change let's see whose paying attention.

11. Moonraker (1979)

Moonraker is a hidden level in GoldenEye 007 with Jaws. They essentially put the movie into one level. This is the only time a henchman returns. Jaws is now helping someone else whose stealing space shuttles & satellites. Jaws gets one of the most mixed reacted scenes in the entire franchise. He finally found love but ends up dying in an explosion in space.

I also like we get to see laser guns getting fired. I also got to give them respect for even attempting a space theme spy movie. Which likely was the main inspiration for the second Austin Powers movie. Moore delivers yet again in such a great performance. It's hard to believe the movies are still very good at this point right.

12. For Your Eyes Only (1981)

This returns to Bond against Blofeld story. It turns out the reason why the last couple Bond movies went away from that story arc. Believe it or not was over a lawsuit. The same one that led to us not fully seeing Blofeld at all in this movie. At least he gets to be more mysterious this time so I'll take it. I would say this is a good movie that could've been just a little bit better.

I am still say it's worth rewatching often. For Your Eyes Only is essentially the last to follow this story arc. It isn't clear what happened to Blofeld at the end. I got to be honest it is a solid Moore Bond movie. There's a lot of positives to help cover some of it's negatives. I do think if things were different this would've been up for the very best Bond movies.

13. Octopussy (1983)

Octopussy is actually referring to a particular female character. No not that you sick bastards lol. It literately is her name in this movie. This is up there among Moore Bond movies. I would actually say it is better than half of them without question. Octopussy does a few things a bit differently but still comes off being familiar at the same time.

Moore delivers another solid performance as Bond. I swear nothing can stop Connery or Moore when they're playing Bond. Honestly Octopussy if I remember correctly goes a little bit into the 00 system MI6 has. This is a solid Bond movie everyone needs to see. Especially for being an early 80's movie aka the period of best horror movies.

14. A View to a Kill (1985)

Believe it or not, this was the first Bond movie to get a game based on it. A View to a Kill was sadly Moore's last Bond movie. Christopher Walkern, one of my favorite actors ever appears in this movie. I always remember that famous poster picture that's in this cover growing up. Mayday was suppose to appear in GoldenEye 007 but only later played in multiplayer.

Honestly it is a great Moore movie but just isn't as good as some of his Bond movies. I will say it is a great Bond movie regardless. I always liked this movie's title because I felt it was interesting. A View to a Kill is something you don't expect from spy movies. More on the lines of a hitman/assassin films. Moore does go off with a bang with his final performance.

15. The Living Daylights (1987)

The fourth actor Timothy Dalton takes over from Moore. I will say he is one of the better Bond actors. Obviously no body can hold a candle to both Connery & Moore. I will say he is better than other Bond actors not to piss anyone off. The Living Daylights in name is an option in GoldenEye 007's multiplayer where you or your team or your opponents must steal the other's flag.

Dalton gives us an amazing performance as Bond. I would say this is his best Bond movie in many ways. He started out with a bang in his first Bond movie nailing it. I would also say the story to this movie is more interesting than our next entry. I would say it is likely among the top 20 possibly top 25 Bond movies easily.

16. License to Kill (1989)

License to Kill in name gets referenced in many Bond games. License to Kill for this movie is Bond loss that license. Therefore he wasn't allowed to kill anyone on duty like he usually does when it is necessary. So I will say that's a great twist to the format. Bond is trying to stop this guy by getting dangerously close.

Some great actors are in this Bond movie. This is also Dalton's final Bond movie. By this point, he didn't want to do Bond after this movie. But clearly he had a lot of fun making both those movies. License to Kill is an unusual in other ways too. I would say very likely around Top 25 at least on my list.

17. GoldenEye (1995)

The fourth Bond actor Pierce Brosnan started off with a great movie. GoldenEye is easily one of my favorite Bond movies period. Sure it may not hold up as well as other Bond movies. But I really love the twist that the master mind is a former MI6 agent whose a higher rank than Bond. Yes he has to beat one of his own whose likely to kill him.

Hands down Alec is one of my favorite Bond villains of all time. He was a close friend to Bond to end up betraying him. I don't need to further mention the game based on this which is better. I will say this is an awesome Bond movie that's surprisingly refreshing in concept with great actors. Sadly Electronic Arts with the game license attempted to cash in on the game with GoldenEye: Rogue Agent.

18. Tomorrow Never Dies (1997)

Let's all forget that god awtiful PlayStation 1 game. The movie is way better end of story. Honestly I would say it's better than Die Another Day. It isn't Brosnan's best performance but does have some of his best lines. I felt for a late 90's movie it was good enough to get the job done. Tomorrow Never Dies is a great movie in what it brings to the table.

Sadly it kinda gets over looked by other Bond movies with it's similarities. I'm not saying this movie wasn't original enough. I am only stating some felt parts of that concepts are done better in other Bond movies. I will say they did a great job with how the story plays out. Yes it does become predictable more than it should.

19. The World Is Not Enough (1999)

This is one of my favorite Brosnan Bond movies. The World Is Not Enough also got a great game on N64. Two people let me try it, one of the best Bond games. It felt more like a sequel to GoldenEye than Tomorrow Never Dies. Back on topic, this has one of the strangest Bond villains ever. This guy survived a bullet to the head to no longer feel pain.

Obviously he becomes crazier since he no longer hesitates doing anything. Like holding a hot rock in his hand with no problem. We technically have a good & bad Bond girl. Not the first time but it's still interesting to see. The World Is Not Enough killed off a great support character too. Do I even need to mention that helicopter with circular saws cutting through things?

20. Die Another Day (2002)

This is one of the absolute worst Bond movies ever. Die Another Day already makes me question another Brosnan Bond movie's title. Tomorrow Never Dies so wait it goes from tomorrow never dies to die another day how does that make any sense? Maybe I'm just over thinking those titles in my mind, but I'm very sure I'm not the only one.

Die Another Day has Halle Berry whose in a lot of movies. This is hands down the worst Brosnan performance by far. I honestly can't say a lot of positives about it. The story itself is more laughable than what you expect from a spy movie. Like using a satellite like a giant sun laser to burn through the ice during a chase come on you are better than this.

21. Casino Royale (2006)

Due to how poorly Die Another Day done. Casino Royale is actually a reboot to the franchise. Thank god someone out there actually cares. The next current Bond actor is Daniel Craig whose also in a lot of movies. I would say he probably works the hardest since he does do some of his own stunts. This isn't as based on the book of the same name but it a new beginning.

No we don't learn much about his past here. Craig delivers a solid performance in every since of the word. Casino Royale is a great reboot that does many things differently from the previous Bond movies. This is one of the best among newer Bond movies. Craig could probably be the only actor worth comparing to Connery & Moore.

22. Quantum of Solace (2008)

Quenatum of Solace got a game based on it with a few portions pulled from Casino Royale. This is his second time doing the character. Where we start seeing how resourceful he actually is. Craig does deliver a good performance for what it is. I would say among his movies it is not as good as the previous movie.

This also led to things getting very serious. Bond isn't taking any crap from anyone including people he works with. I would say Quantum of Solace is a great Bond movie that's currently getting over looked. Maybe that's just me but not a lot of Bond fans talk about it. Honestly Craig did the best he could for this movie.

23. Skyfall (2012)

OMG Skyfall was a great movie in every sense of the word. This reminds me of GoldenEye since it sorta plays out like that. Obviously there's several major differences. We do get to learn more of Bond's past. Which is rare in these movies then again it's about a spy after all. I guess they wanted to kept that a mysterious or what they do reveal with not everything coming out.

Skyfall does improve many ways over the last Bond movie. I absolutely love the action scenes in this movie. It comes off almost like John Wick but John is more of a killer by trade. Bond is more like let's prevent the world going into chaos. Craig delivers a solid performance indeed worthy of the name Bond.

24. Spectre (2015)

I have to be honest this is one of the worst Bond movies. I am glad they finally took their sweet time bringing back his nemesis. By now you are probably noticing we are actually going in full circle. The first couple Bond movies connects to Blofeld with one later Bond movie. While all Craig Bond movies is re imagining all of that.

Some parts like the drill to the brain scene didn't make a lot of sense to me. It is true there's a particular part in your skill if you drill there. You can survive with some problems you'll have for the rest of your life. But how do you survive a drill that can go into a particular section of your brain & live?

Trust me this movie is better left forgotten. Most Bond movies with these two are excellent movies. I felt they could've did many things differently. Instead we got something they tried to be different with a poor result because of it. Spectre is by all means Craig's worst performance although he's among the best actors in the movie if that makes any sense.

Jack Red reviews Casino Royale (1967) and Never Say Never Again

I decided to release this first before the main Bond movies. It will be awhile before that massive blog entry appears. I been wanting to do these reviews for years.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, now I get to talk about the unofficial Bond movies. Both of these were made by different companies without the parent company's permission. Therefore they often go under the radar when compared to official ones. I will say both of them have interesting histories worth talking about.

1. Casino Royale (1967)

Casino Royale not to be confused with the more recent film is more of a satire movie. It can be confusing to watch with some weird jokes. Personally Austin Powers is more funnier with better jokes. They also have several people playing as James Bond. I thought he was one man, how is this even possible?

I don't even need to say it this is the single weirdest Bond movie I ever seen. Yes even stranger than Live and Let Die. Basically it really doesn't feel like a Bond movie at all. I am not even sure how they got this movie made. I believe why it's so confusing to follow is they knew they didn't have permission to make this.

So they wanted to do what they can while still making the movie. Therefore it is almost like several short films into one movie. I would say this is to me one of the worst Bond movies. I think to the right people they may enjoy it but even they would prefer the official Bond movies more. I don't think a lot of people would have interest in seeing it.

2. Never Say Never Again (1983)

Never Say Never Again is a rather unusual case for two reasons. Sean Connery the original Bond actor reprise his role in this movie. This movie is another take on the same book Thunderball was based on. You heard me correctly the same actor played Bond in both those movies. Essentially following the same plot with some changes.

Now this movie actually led to a lawsuit. However it did get to compete with one of Roger Moore's Bond movies. In this particular case Octopussy in the same year. All of that haven't happened before or since. Never Say Never Again is a Bond movie that's sorta underrated. I would even say it's a great Connery Bond movie.

This does feel a lot more like a Bond movie. Obviously Connery is playing an older Bond whose about to retire. A concept like this I felt it was done just right. Of course his nemesis Ernest Blofeld although played by a different actor shows up. Never Say Never Again is a true gem among Bond movies.

Jack Red reviews The Simpsons

To clarify I have seen every episode from the beginning to the most recent episode. Yes the complete thirty seasons of The Simpsons. I'm that huge of a Simpsons fan. I even have a nice Simpsons collection in my house.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I been waiting a long time to do this. I finally get to review The Simpsons. One of my favorite cartoons of all time. Last night, they finished out season 30 can you imagine that? This show has been on the air over thirty years including shorts in another show. Many states does favor The Simpsons over many cartoons.

The Simpsons started out as a minute long shorts on The Tracy Ullman Show. It eventually became the most successful TV spin off in history. It won a lot of awards over the years actually more than most cartoons usually wins. The Simpsons follows a family in so many different situations. If there is always something this show had it has to be creative.

You never know what to expect when you're watching this show. The main reason most characters are yellow is there's people who keep changing channels. By making majority of them yellow actually grabs their attention more likely. What's crazier is this wasn't Matt Groening originally about to pitch for a cartoon either.

No he was going to pitch his rabbit comic strip story. But he wanted something to be on television a long time. So he erased what he had then quickly came up with a new concept centering around a dysfunctional family. As stated before, The Simpsons had a lot of shorts in a sketch show. Some of the people on that show are still voicing members of the family.

Dan Castellaneta in particular is one of the few cast members who voices so many characters. I do have to mention sometime after season 10, the show started not being as good. To be honest for many years I did question how they went about some interesting concepts in questionable directions. Thankfully a few seasons ago it started getting better.

Largely a lot of writers left the show with a few major examples. Conan O'Brien was briefly involved with the show before landing a few shows of his own. Greg Daniels later worked on King of the Hill with Mike Judge aka the creator of Beavis & Butt-Head. It is a miracle such a show still has a solid fan base to stay on the air.

What's even crazier is early on Fox signed a contract allowing them to make jokes towards them. More recently, Disney now owns The Simpsons. Although it is debatable if the show would continue or end following that. There's something to love about this show. A fact there's a board trivia Simpsons game the fans can send in questions.

I actually got two of my questions in that game. Therefore I'm technically a small part of it's long running history now. For me it was such an honor to even be involved. The fact two of my questions even made me really surprised me. They sent me two of the same board games. I given one away to an ex.

I played a couple of The Simpsons games including three of the best. The Simpsons Arcade, The Simpsons: Hit & Run and The Simpsons Game are all classic done by different companies. Seriously guys you need to make those Simpsons games playable on Xbox One. The Simpsons is a show you never take seriously.

There's a lot of holiday episodes with majority being fan favorite Treehouse of Horror episodes. These are non canon allowing a lot more crazy possibilities. Where they reference horror shows and movies in a parody form. I'm a huge fan of several early ones like Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace story.

This show has predicted the future over twenty times now. Yeah twenty times, wow someone must be from the future lol. Maybe in the near future I'll talk about Futurama. Back to this, It does suck due to massive complaints more recently about Apu. Here is how I see it why now all of a sudden you all voice your opinions about him?

Also the fact they removed him could led to other fan favorite characters getting removed the same way. Therefore it could end up killing the show maybe one day the entire industry. I felt Apu was alright for what he brings to the table. I do get he is a parody of their culture. They never meant to insult anyone they are parodying like some cartoons coughs Family Guy & South Park.

Even the people of Australia was happy with their episode. Sadly a few places in the world aren't happy with the show like Brazil. Honestly this is a sitcom show. There must always been a problem with a situation around the end to make it that. Otherwise it comes more off like a cartoon like The Looney Tunes or Tom & Jerry.

Speaking of Tom & Jerry, this show does it's own shorts in the form of Itchy & Scratchy. Clearly their parodies of several cartoons like Mickey Mouse, Tom & Jerry and a few others. They even make The Animaniacs would sane in comparison I'm not kidding. This is the closest the regular episodes gets to Treehouse of Horror level violence.

I could write non stop about this show for hours. Honestly I just wanted to say thank you Matt Groening for making such an inspiring show. I will always support it up til my grave & possibly beyond. This show is itself a parody of pop culture referencing so many things. The Simpsons still maintains the record for the most guest stars on any show.

This show really meant a lot to me growing up. For the longest time it was only on one channel. Now it's on several channels with recurring marathons. They love doing Ever Simpsons Ever marathons. They air most episodes in several days. The first of these had The Simpsons Movie. I actually watched the original Treehouse of Horror marathon from start to finish.

I do recommend this show for so many reasons. It may not be as good it once was. This show has live in it like the Energizer Bunny I'm not kidding. They do put a lot of work in several episodes. They also put their fans first beyond everything else they do. I always felt The Simpsons will never stop amazing me.

Jack Red reviews Into the Badlands (AMC show)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I don't watch a lot of shows on AMC channel. I first watched Into the Badlands from the beginning. My wife loss interest during season 2 thus chose to not watch season 3. I do have a lot to say about this show. But let me go directly to the elephant in the room. I usually don't watch material art shows with some animes being an exception.

Into the Badlands changed so much from how it was. I don't have the time to fully break down major key moments that led to a very different story. Originally the badlands was ruled by several barons. These barons are cruel people that wants all of the badlands for themselves. At one point, a former baron was on the verge to going to war.

To sum it up season 3 is more about actually saving the badlands from someone worse. A lot of major twists leading to most fitting moments. Some of them however led to questionable directions. The written wasn't great but at least the fighting scenes are great. The kill scenes are mostly beyond what you would expect.

It can be more brutal in some ways to The Walking Dead shows on the same channel. Obviously fighting is present in every single episode. The story is still there but it could've been more flashed out. As much I would've used the perfect example, a particular fan base would eat me alive over it. So I will say something else instead.

The actors do their characters well enough. I have to say my favorite character has to be Bajie played by Nick Frost. You know that fat guy from Shaun of the Dead or Hot Fuzz. Some of his moments in season 3 are hilarious. Ever since the beginning, we hear stuff about a place called Azra. Season 3 fully confirms everything about that place.

I do enjoy watching Sunny doing what he does best. He reminds me of a particular manga/anime character Kenshin Himura. Both of them used to be the top killers that wanted to live the rest of their lives in peace. In both cases, they had an enemy that has a connection to them in some way. Season 2 is more of the way of barons was dying out.

The Widow almost loss what she believed in until a particular moment with The Master. Before she was willing to do whatever it takes to get what she wants. Now she knows how horrible she's been to people. Season 3 also explains more about the gift. Yes I know not the best name for those powers. It is usually used to increase their ability to fight without holding back.

We do get to see a few alternative versions like Pilgrim's woman can see into the future. In one part her eyes turned red kinda like Crowley's smoke in Supernatural. Yeah I don't want to discuss Supernatural just yet but it is on my list. The Pilgrim has his own gift capable of deactive the gift in other people.

He forced his brother Sunny to give him his son's gift. Which turned him into a monster. Basically because that wasn't his, the darkness within consumed him. You see your gift can be stopped from taking you over with help. In his case, he chose what he believed to be power. I should mention the character M. K. not what you are thinking has a roller coaster of a story.

He started as an apprentice of Sunny's over his old baron. But Sunny knew he had to hide things from him. Over the course of the show he starts becoming more of a monster. In his mind, everyone except The Pilgrim lied to him. After an explosion, he virtually lost what was left of his humanity. By this point he was essentially his right hand man.

All three seasons do connect to some survivors of Azra. There's a lot of stuff that quickly becomes predictable over time. The simple break down is talking to fighting to talking to fighting again. It comes off like Batman 1966 show in that way. Except that show was more entertaining to watch. I am not saying this show is terrible.

I would say for AMC at least it could be seen as a gem. Other than that, Into the Badlands might get a chance to continue on other channels or on Netflix like Lucifer. I highly doubt that would happen though. The final episode left some things unfinished like a former clipper wants revenge. By the way for a few seconds as Sunny dies his eyes changed colors.

Supposedly if the show continued, his gift would've resurrected him. Although we know so little about what his gift actually does. The barons are all pricks in their own right yet I can respect them over Pilgrim. All he wants to do is destroy the world. His way is you join us to bring a new world or die with everyone else.

Into the Badlands is a strange show indeed. At on point a previously killed off character gets revived. Which also led to a quickly second death of another character. I never seen a show where someone dies very quickly even after a resurrection before. The badlands went from being ran by barons to The Widow for the better.

Season 3 is filled with a lot of deaths too. We had to wait several months not hearing much  to find out it got canned. But they did sign a contract allowing the final eight episodes to air. I am glad Pilgrim got what was coming to him. I should mention the Black Lotus, they are a secret community committed to killing the gifted to protect the world.

Despite the name this is very different from the capital wasteland of Fallout series. No one is every safe for long on this show. I am still surprised about the part when The Widow owned M. K. with her gift. I was actually mind blown this happened. Usually I was hoping for something bad to happen. Her new thing of doing things won me over.

Now the big question do I even remotely recommend this show? To be honest it's a rather tough sell. If you enjoy material art shows you may enjoy it. Otherwise I have to say no I can't. Into the Badlands changed dramatically in a few seasons. Sadly it didn't changed for the better in time. I will say out of respect there are some good episodes if you are patient enough.
