Yoshikage Kira
Yoshikage Kira was a serial killer with a high body count that was secretly committing them. He was involved with a particular bow & arrow that can transform people into Stand users. He has an unique Stand called Killer Queen that's going a lot to explain in what he can truly do. Kira has proven to be one of the smartest characters in his universe.
Gladius
Gladius is a member within former warlord Doflamingo's crew under Pica. He ate the Pop-Pop Fruit that allows himself & inanimate objects he touches to explode. Seriously I know you are a bomber but do something about your hair lol. Anyway Gladius not to be confused with a real life sword, ends up being well explosive in his anger as well.

It is debatable but Gladius might bring a pistol with him. Regardless he is a pirate so he's likely going to do that. Just like if Kira gets Stray Cat Stand for this fight. So I think they should get those too. But that's just me lol.

Weaknesses
Yoshikage Kira
Kira can be overconfident at times. Sometimes his emotions gets in the way but quickly pulls himself together. Killer Queen's Bites the Dust works separate from Kira himself. Which is why, he can't use other abilities from Killer Queen while it's activated. Despite this, he isn't much different from a normal human being.
Gladius
Gladius has an explosive temper that can easily blind his judgment. He can be arrogant to a fault as well. Some of his techniques in a way helps his opponents more than himself. Over time, using haki can cause his energy to speed up losing. This also includes his usage of his devil fruit powers. Like most devil fruit users, there are ways to disable those powers.
Verdict
I bet a lot of you are surprised I chosen to go with Kira in this fight. This isn't an easy bomber fight maybe among first impressions. But this fight really comes down to whose explosive powers are actually worst to go up against. Gladius has superior stats since those who ate a devil fruit have greater default stats than most normal humans.
He can use inanimate objects like rocks to cause them to explode rapidly at multiple targets. He has techniques to blow himself up. Not in that way sick bastards lol but among a closer look. Kira had some advantages I couldn't over look here. Kira himself can cause anything he touches to explode. Killer Queen has several methods doing the same exact thing.
He has blown up several Stand users before. It is likely Gladius will tank several of these before dying. Gladius isn't capable of blowing people up unless Sugar was involve. No not that sugar or that either lol. No there's another devil fruit user in his crew that transforms people into toys. Yes folks I'm not kidding, Gladius can kill them with his devil fruit because of her.
This by itself makes Kira more dangerous in close range combat. Killer Queen can also fight well enough to hold it's own against Josuke Higashikata's Shining Diamond aka Crazy Diamond. This proves Killer Queen aka Deadly Queen can hold his own with Gladius. Obviously Gladius whose likely beyond Killer Queen in stats.
Yet Gladius can't harm, kill or prevent anything Killer Queen, Heart Attack or Stray Cat throws at him. Although he can use Observation Haki to see invisible air bombs. Kira himself isn't that different from a normal human being. I should mention, Bites the Dust ability. Yes it will prevent Kira from using other abilities while it's activated inside someone who doesn't have an Stand.
This is easily Kira's scariest power by far. He put strict conditions on a little boy named Hayato Kawajiri. If he breaks them, someone will die by being blown up. This ability isn't a normal among Stand users. Oh wait, it gets crazier among blowing someone up. Killer Queen rewinds time back to one hour.
If nothing changes enough, around the same exact time they originally die. They will be blown up again without warning. There is only two ways to prevent the time loop. Either Gladius has to outright kill Kira or convince him to deactivating it. Which is a strong possibility in this particular case.
I haven't even talked about Heart Attack yet. This small device is incredibly durable. In most cases, Kira's explosions are just enough to blow one person up to kill em. In some degree, all of his methods could blow up on multiple targets especially Bites the Dust. Gladius only has one direct method of blowing you up.
He has to grab you then blow himself up using whatever part he wants then explode. He can even transform him into a big round bomb. Now why does that look familiar coughs Cell did it lol. Gladius can fight without using his devil fruit powers. He prefers to rely heavily on using it with haki that can wear himself down over time.
Gladius obviously can generate more powerful explosions at a much faster rate. However Gladius is more likely to get upset during this fight. Kira himself was smart enough to stay on top of most Josuke & his allies were doing. Among getting that arrow inside of him, Kira was close to being emotionless.
Sure Gladius could over whelm Kira with explosions but Kira can attack him multiple ways. Hell he could simply touch him to cause him to blow up. Keep in mind, Gladius is only immune to his own explosions. It never implied, another explosion from something or someone else couldn't harm him. On the surface, it looks like Gladius could easily take this fight.
Among a closer look, Kira can easily work around his defense multiple ways to killing him in this fight. Yes I know a lot of people will question a regular guy with a rather unusual Stand could beat a devil fruit user. But he technically has four methods to blow up people that can be lethal. Sure Gladius does technically have more explosive techniques.
The problem is some of his bigger ones leaves him open to getting blown to death by Kira. Also Killer Queen could protect Kira from explosions. He still likely tank some of the force himself to a degree. Yes, Kira can harm himself from his own explosions too. Kira was smart enough to keep attention away from himself a few decades worth of murders from an entire town.
In comparison, Gladius has a bounty on his head. Thus the world government is aware of his actions especially after the Dressrosa event. This alone is more proof that Kira easily the most dangerous out of the two. I should mention, Stray Cat's attacks & Heart Attack are homing. They are very difficult to avoid.
It isn't you dodge each air bomb or a charge attack once. No these will constantly follow their target until they hit them or get prevented in some way. We already discuss due to the Stand rules, Gladius can't directly do anything about Stray Cat or Killer Queen at all. So he has to keep dodging possibly using whatever he can find to blow up to attempt avoiding contact from those attacks.
Let's be honest, personality wise Kira is more like his captain Doflamingo. But that fight would've been a stomp for Doflamingo in record time thus not fun to do. Gladius is a skilled combatant in his own right but Kira has scarier usage of similar powers. This could end in one huge mistake. Also Kira has proven to be a better strategist as well as being the more determine out of the two.
I will say out of respect, I really enjoyed covering this fight. It turned out to be more fun than I originally thought. I'm a huge fan of both franchises. Honestly Kira's Stands simply couldn't be directly dealt with ultimately gave him the win. Also it is likely Kira could figure out water could disable devil fruit powers.
It does states that it can be any kind of water that will take away their powers. Obviously in vice versa, Gladius couldn't actually take away Kira's powers. Not only that, two ghosts sees Kira's victims souls being destroyed. This means, Kira doesn't simply blow up your body but your soul too. Also Stray Cat can fire several invisible air bombs to counter Gladius blowing up rocks or pieces of several things.
To sum this fight up, Kira can easily work around Gladius' defenses even in ways he can't expect. There is clear proof Kira being the better strategist. His usage of explosive power ends up being more terrifying. Gladius can't do anything to Killer Queen, Heart Attack & Stray Cat at all. Also it is possible to work around Gladius by using destroyed parts of the environment.
Thus is very likely what Kira will do in this fight. Gladius will become more predictable as the fight goes on. Which is a bad thing considering whose he's up against. Even if it takes multiple attempts, he or Killer Queen or Heart Attack can finish him off that will also destroy his soul. Not to mention, Kira is smart enough to figure out his devil fruit's weakness to water.
The real question is would a time loop actually happen in this fight? Well no because it happened due to killing an Stand user. Considering we didn't see him kill an non Stand user during this portion of the story. It is likely that wouldn't cause a time loop to happen. Also when a devil fruit user dies, they'll lose that power.
Although Blackbeard did stole his former captain's devil fruit for himself shortly after his death. Which means, he had a short period of time to get it or go find a new Tremor-Tremor Fruit somewhere else. Therefore, the moment Gladius dies, he will officially count as an non Stand user. Even if that weren't the case, it was likely Kira would caught on to stuff that previously happened during the fight.
This technically gives him an advantage of learning more about his opponent than normal. Each reset would start the timer counting down to the moment he got killed by Killer Queen's Bites the Dust. It even proven if some of what happened doesn't take place that the person who died will end up dying again.
Winner: Yoshikage Kira
One more thing, I didn't do this fight to prove One Piece characters could loss a fight. Hell no, I did this fight because it's an unique concept of a fight that more people would enjoy if it actually happens. Also considering both these characters came from two of the longest running manga series to date.
I figured why not do this fight for fun. I am a fan of Kira while I do like Gladius just wasn't as crazy about him. Truthfully, a regular bomber fight would quickly lose it's appeal in my opinion. I rather have something like this where the explosives get wilder. To be fair, I also wanted to show a little more of my otaku side by doing fights like this.
Additional thoughts on this fight section
Kira could cause anything he or Killer Queen touches to explode. This will likely use parts of Gladius techniques like using a lot of rocks against him. He could touch some of it then wait for Gladius to lift them up. This is where Kira will detonate those he touched to surprise attack Gladius. Unfortunately, neither can over write it is blowing up.
In that regard, it is likely who detonates it first. If Gladius figures something is wrong. He could detonate them on the spot or quickly send them at Kira. Obviously Kira doing it first will severely injury Gladius to a degree. I am not going to lie, Kira will likely need a lot more explosive blows than normal to killing Gladius to win this fight while Gladius could do it in just one if Kira isn't careful.
Yes I am aware Gladius can cause much bigger explosions. But he only has one direct method of blowing his enemies up. Obviously having the more powerful bombs in this case works against him. Also Kira could pretend to be knocked out or killed by one of his explosions. Thus giving himself a rare chance to dealing a fatal blow.
Sure Gladius' usage of haki could alert him not to get too close or something else is going on. The problem is Gladius usually an angry person. It is likely Kira can quickly get under his skin. Usually pissing off Gladius is a bad idea. But Kira has what he needs to take advantage of it. Kira is more likely to caught on to other things due to his history of being on top of anyone that could expose him.
One more thing, let's say I would've used Mr. 5 instead of Gladius. I felt Mr. 5 obviously much weaker than Gladius in comparison. His devil fruit allows him to spawn bombs from any part of his body virtually being well a bomber man. Sure, he would be smarter than Gladius but still not as intelligent as Kira himself.
So I imagine that fight just wouldn't be as entertaining or even as intense. Plus it turns out in their particular story arcs, both Gladius & Kira was thirty three years old. Honestly I didn't plan on that at all, it literately is something that happened. Just like many things in both universes. This fight may seem like a stomp among first gasp but there's a lot going on in it that makes it so interesting.
