Ranking all games in The Disney Afternoon Collection

Hello everyone I'm Jack Red, I already reviewed this compilation as well as the games included. Yet I didn't give an official ranking for how I stack the games. So why not finally getting around doing just that. I am here to rank all six NES Disney games from worst to best. Now even the worst isn't that bad of an experience honestly.

6. DuckTales 2

DuckTales 2 is a follow up to DuckTales on NES & Game Boy. Your continue on another adventure as Scrooge McDuck to finding more treasures. Honestly, this game felt like it attempted to recreate the original game. It just wasn't as close as good. Yes, it does have a lot of good things going for it in the long run.

5. TaleSpin

Usually TaleSpin gets called the worst among their many NES Capcom Disney games. Honestly, I don't think it's that bad. I could actually argue it attempted more than DuckTales 2. Yes, the mechanics can be confusing for people I do get that. I do like how they went about the boss fights. The levels aren't long yet they have an appeal that usually isn't found in that style games.

4. Chip & Dale 2

Chip & Dale 2 is not as good as the original game but unlike DuckTales 2 does come a lot closer in comparison. Yes, some boss fights do drag out longer than necessary. Yet I felt the overall level designs are solid. This also has a great soundtrack with not many changes from the previous game. This also would be one of the easiest games included in this compilation.

3. Chip & Dale

Now we're at the very best of their NES Disney games. If you are a collector, you probably already know about Chip & Dale like a million times over. It is a very solid coop game that's very addicting to replay. This game is a must have for anyone whose into Disney or NES games in general. Honestly, this is a game that won't over stay it's welcome.

2. DuckTales

I got to be honest, DuckTales was a truly solid platformer. Some of the actual songs like the famous Moon stage theme were timeless. Almost everything works in this particular game. Yes, a few key points you will need to use your head a little bit. Mostly an easy game with some tricky platforming. The bosses are easy to memorize with all of them being very different from each other.

1. Darkwing Duck

Hell yes without question for me, the absolute best game in this compilation has to be Darkwing Duck. Well, this does sorta come off as another NES Mega Man in a few ways. This was a solid run & gun platformer experience. You really need to pay attention to everything to get far. Some of these boss fights are surprisingly well designed.
