Top 16 Killer Clowns in The Killer Klowns Kollection

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I couldn't be any more excited to do this following blog. I finally have the golden opportunity to talk about one of my absolute favorite killers in any horror movies. You guess it killer clowns even normal clowns seem scary to many children around the world.

My history of what led to my passion for them may surprise people. As a kid, DC's The Joker & Twisted Metal's Sweet Tooth were two famous fictional killer clowns that I am still a huge fan of today. Believe it or not, at first trying to get into killer clown movies wasn't easy for me. Not counting school, personal stuff & doing other things.

One of my cousins did introduce me to killer clown movies with IT. Although this was a mini series that's done in two parts. Many people still consider it a movie. Then out of the clear blue I was bored watching a lot of movies on cable. I came across Killer Klowns from Outer Space. This movie kept me wanting to constantly rewatching it. Right then & there I knew I was meant to like killer clown movies.

Over the years I have seen many of these movies before getting this collection. I am realizing in 2017, this is the time for killer clown movies. This month alone a couple of killer clown movies are coming to theaters. Killer clowns is so unique in many possible ways. You can do it as a serious horror movie or a comical one. Just killer clowns themselves have so many possibilities alone. It puts everything else you can possibly name to shame.

Today I want to do a crazy list worthy of the name Killer Clowns. Why not do Top 16 Killer Clowns in The Killer Klowns Kollection? I doubt anyone has a crazier killer clown DVD collection than me. Eventually when the time is right I will make the sequel collection my final purchase to Bloodwave DVD. You know like having a date with someone you really like & really don't want anything to go wrong feeling. I feel just like that towards doing a follow up collection.

I hope you guys will be entertain by how crazy this list will get. I also hope you see how I personally like my killer clowns in horror movies. Of course everyone has different taste in everything. I only ask out of respect to please not be nasty & trolling. Any signs of that, your comment will be deleted on the spot. I do give people as many chances as you might give me.

16. Dead Clowns from Dead Clowns

Fifty years later, these zombie clowns raise from their watery grave for revenge. How do they go about it you asked? By eating everyone they find in town during a hurricane. Oh ok moving on they don't make much sounds except when they're eating. They may not look like clowns at first. They sure don't hold back from killing people. Nothing was keeping them away for long. In the end, a man wrote on a huge paper about you will be remembered. Keep in mind the storm was still going on strong. This led to everybody dies kind of ending. The reason they're so low on this list is they don't do much things you expect from killer clowns.

15. The Laugh from Amusement

The Laugh is easily one of the most disappointing among this list. Only in one story, he wears the creepy clown costume. He does laugh a lot but it's hard for me to consider him for this list. In fact if you timed all of these movies how long you see what you would consider as a killer clown. Amusement has the shortest of a few minutes at best. The only portion of it in my opinion worth rewatching it. The Laugh does have a great clown costume. Sadly I really can't say anything positive beyond this point. He does slightly more than Dead Clowns. If it weren't for that one story & clown costume. The Laugh would've been the bottom killer clown of this list.

14. John Wayne Gacy from Gacy

One of the most famous real life serial killers in American history. John Wayne Gacy has many movies based on his story. Widely known for a body count of over thirty people. Most of them buried in the crawl space of his house. Sadly this wasn't a good Gacy movie. In fact he doesn't wear his clown costume & make up often. Only one kill we do see him wearing it. Mostly this is loosely based on him. Considering this Gacy I do expect more out of him. At least he is more entertaining to watch. Gacy will quickly made after the same director did Drahmer based on another real life serial killer. You knew this had to not be good but I wouldn't say it's terrible.

13. Jack Attack from Demonic Toys series

Jack Attack is hands down my favorite among the demonic toys. You have a killer clown in a jack of the box that goes around killing people. Honestly I do like the concept for many reasons. Jack Attack is creepy in most of his appearances. For some reason counting the unofficial crossover with Puppet Master. Jack Attack's abilities do change between movies. Which by itself does make him more interesting. Clearly one of my favorite killer toys along with the puppets from Puppet Master series & Chucky.

12. Gurdy the Clown from 100 Tears

Gurdy doesn't speak much in the entire movie. What really stands out how much violent his murders are. Gurdy wastes no time to kill as many people as he possibly can. Later on, he brings his daughter into the killing spree. He wields a giant clever that he is a master of using. This clown doesn't make around which isn't known among killer clown movies. Gurdy is easily my favorite characters of 100 Tears. This guy snapped after his girlfriend's sister started a terrible lie. Directly causing him to go insane. I do have to adore the work he does.

11. Captain Spaulding from The Devil's Rejects
Granted if House of 1000 Corpses were in this collection. Captain Spaulding would've been a little higher. Honestly he is one of my personal favorite killer clowns ever. This guy has plenty of rememberable moments. Despite not killing anyone in The Devil's Rejects. I do like we do learn more of his back story during the movie. Captain Spaulding steals the show as soon as he appears. Easily one of the most entertaining horror movie villains. Later on, he does take of his make up. But I won't hold that against him.

10. Killjoy from Killjoy series

I am going to be direct if this collection had Killjoy 4 and 5. Killjoy would've be a little higher on my list. Killjoy series has some over the top moments especially in Killjoy 1. For the most part, Killjoy is entertaining to watch. Some of the strangest kills in this collection comes from him. Killjoy is known for messing with his victims. Another thing is the first three Killjoy movies are more different than the last. Mostly due to Killjoy 1 and 2 was made by another company not bridging to each other. By Killjoy 3, Full Moon got the rights to continue the franchise. Seriously all of their movies is worth rewatching. Killjoy is sorta hard to recommend among killer clown fans. I do enjoy this character a lot but not so much in Killjoy 2.

9. Marty Rantzen from Slaughter High

Marty isn't technically a clown but he does become a prankster of death. Which does make him more of a jester than a killer clown. I guess anything that involves comical has to count as clowns. He does laugh late in the movie like a maniac. I will allow Marty to stay since I do enjoy his kill scenes. He does come off as the next best thing following Jason Voorhees since the same team made the movie. Marty has some creative deaths among this collection. I would go as far to say he might be the most underated killer clown of any horror movie.

8. Lunatic Clowns from Clownhouse

As soon as I seen all three of these lunatics dress up as clowns. I knew I was going to like them a lot. Yes they don't speak but they do smile often. They don't kill many people yet this plays perfectly for anyone afraid of clowns. Considering Casey is afraid of them he does help. Each one of them is creepy almost like a real clown. I never was afraid of clowns, my brother was. These guys are constantly waiting to strike. There is just something about these clowns I really enjoy.

7. Cloyne from Clown

Kent puts on what he thought was a clown costume after hearing the clown isn't coming to his son's birthday party. Later you find out this actually was skin of a demon that looks similar to a clown. I do like the clown origin came from this creature. This demon devours five children for every month of Winter. The longer parts of this demon is on him, the more monster he becomes. Even a small part of it can possess someone. Honestly I really enjoy the movie Clown with a passion. Cloyne is hands down one of the scariest killer clowns yet.

6. Horny the Clown from Drive-Thru

Horny the Clown was an employee at Hella Burger. Until a horrible prank led to his death. In fact something just bad happens in Slaughter High to Marty. Clearly Horny wants revenge for what happened to him. Like Gurdy, he wields a huge cleaver to kill people. Everything about him I like very much. I love his personality & outfit that truly stands on it's own among other killer clown movies. Horny has some of my favorite kills in any killer clown movies.

5. Der Klown from Krampus

Yes this movie is more about Krampus punishing a child & granting his wish of getting rid of his family. Der Klown is the one taking most of his family out. Obviously I have to bring up Demonic Toys' Jack Attack. They're both killer clown jack in the boxes that kills people. They both laugh often that creeps you out. I knew as soon as I seen Der Klown that I loved him. One of the creepiest killer toys I have ever seen. This thing can handle many shotgun shots while traveling in the snow. Easily one of my personal favorite killer clowns.

4. Art the Clown from All Hallows' Eve

Art the Clown may not be in a great movie. But everybody does agree Art the Clown is easily the best thing about it. Art is not only creepy but also one of the most evil killer clowns I have ever seen. He has a strong present in all the stories in this movie. This demon doesn't know the meaning of staying away. He prefers to kill you in such a brutal, disgusting way. Art is clearly the director's mascot character. Which I highly support if he does decide to do that. Art the Clown doesn't speak either but his laugh is one of the creepiest.

3. Rocco the Clown & Stitchface from The Funhouse Massacre

Let's be honest both Rocco & Stitchface earn a spot together for many reasons. I honestly can't put one over the other without pissing myself off. Rocco has one of the biggest body counts of my killer clown movies. Stitchface is essentially Harley Quinn of my killer clown movies. I should mention there isn't many female killer clowns in this collection. Stitchface has some intense kill scenes to sorta match Rocco's. Believe it or not, both of them survive. These two are easily two of the most inspiring killer clown characters to me.

2. Stitches from Stitches

Stitches had to be this high on my list. He starts entertaining at Tom's birthday party that led to a horrible accident. Six years later on Tom's seventeenth party. Stitches raises from his grave to get revenge of those kids. I got to be honest I really enjoy his kill scenes. Not only they're over the top but creative as well. Stitches is one of my absolute favorite killer clowns. This guy to me became my favorite character after returning from the grave. I should mention he sorta had a lover as the opening shows us. Everything about this movie is ridiculous but I love it.

1. Klowns from Killer Klowns from Outer Space
You all knew Klowns from Killer Klowns from Outer Space had to be my number 1 choice. I don't think any killer clowns can top them no matter how hard they try. They do almost everything horrible you can imagine. They trick people, kidnapping some in large balloons & directly kill people in other ways. One of them uses an invisible car to knock a guy off the road. The same clown uses shadow puppets to entertain a small group of people. Then his shadow becomes darker into a vicious T-Rex eating them. Clearly they have the biggest confirm body count of any killer clown movies. At their core, their aliens where supposedly our ideas of clowns came from. Hard to believe, they came all the way to Earth to eat people. Not only these clowns are creepiest but also the most unique. Yes their weapons are laughable but it fits perfectly with their character. Klowns has a giant clown often called off screen by as Klownzilla. These creatures nearly wipe out an entire town over night. They're truly amazing at what they do. In my eyes they're legendary in every sense of the word. Maybe I really love that movie or I can't get enough of them or both who really knows. This is my list, I say Klowns gets the number 1 spot.

Bad Horror Movie Sequel Wednesdays #15 Children of the Corn Part 1 (2-4)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I believe it's time to tackle possibly one of the worst series of bad horror movie sequels. Children of the Corn franchise started by a short film called Disciples of the Corn loosely based on the short story called Children of the Corn. A year later we got the original Children of the Corn movie.

To be honest this is the only movie in that franchise along with the short film worth watching. Why because you have to read both #15 & #16 entry of this horror blog series to find out. I will spoil one thing all of these sequels are guilty of the same major problem. If you recall as a bonus entry I talked about four bad Hellraiser sequels just before doing Hellraiser: Revelations. Trust me when I say Stephen King is regretting allowing all these movies to happen.

I felt the best way of doing this justice is by making such a big line up of bad horror movie sequels. In two lengthy blog entries that could be some of my finest work yet. Let's be honest by now those whose heavily into horror would completely agree. Most of these movies should be avoided at all costs.

1. Children of the Corn 2: The Final Sacrifice (1992)

Believe it or not, Children of the Corn 2 is the last movie of this series to be release in theaters. They had a smaller budget from the previous movie. Already a bad sign for what's to follow. Trust me this is a common trend among the series. This has nothing to do with the short story or the previous movie.

Instead we have a new similar cult believing in He Who Walks Behind the Rows. You can tell within the first ten minutes. This isn't going to be a great horror movie. What's mess up is in one particular scene. People are gathered in a normal church. Micah the cult leader starts cutting into a voodoo doll to kill a man.

First off wouldn't voodoo be completely against this cult's way of doing things. I should mention the scene where the cult uses a toy controller on an old woman's wheel chair. Which leads to her getting hit by a car to sent her flying into a place playing bingo filled with old folks. Why was that so necessary to have in the movie? This kill felt more like a sick joke done poorly than anything else.

The reporter & his camera man get terrible death scenes. The camera man is constantly on the ground being shocked by corns. Suddenly a part of a corn stalk stabs his throat. The reporter tries driving off to only be a corn stalk forced through his throat. Seriously what does corn have to do with people's throats.

Oh come on, the cult surrounds the old woman under her house looking for a cat. They cause what was holding up the house a few feet off the ground to start lowering. They crushed her to death similar to The Wizard of Oz with a house crushing a witch to death. Clearly this movie has no taste or doesn't even cares who they offend.

The goal of the cult is to keep giving their god sacrifices. In this case means forcing people into the corn field trapped waiting to die painful deaths. Now this is something from the original short story. At the same time this was done horribly wrong. Some of the weirdest kills in all of Children of the Corn series can be found here.

I should mention Micah is possessed by He Who Walks Behind the Rows. It is bad but I seen worse things in this franchise. They quickly stop their god to kill Micah shortly after. This movie doesn't bring much else from the original. What it does bring are simply not meant for a Children of the Corn movie.

The original title was Children of the Corn 2: The Deadly Harvest. Oh okay I could stand behind that title. I felt Children of the Corn 2: The Final Sacrifice is a terrible title. Why because it tricks you into thinking this might be the last movie. When in fact it's only the second movie of this series. I really don't like when the titles doesn't mean what they appear to be.

This movie felt more like a remake of the original movie than an actual sequel. Yes we got the same cult believing in the same god. But very quickly everything else is changed. This movie opens up to a lot of death people. Already setting things into the dark nature. Some members of this cult are from Isaac's. Possibly the only movie to have members from a previous leadership.

As stated before a lot of things were cut from the movie due to budget. One of those things actually affects the ending of the movie. Last I checked this ending was never filmed. By the way it sounds a slightly better ending. Too bad the reception of the franchise starts with this piece of filth. No body should suffer from watching this.

2. Children of the Corn 3: Urban Harvest (1995)

This might be a tough pill to swallow for some people. I started watching this series by seeing Children of the Corn 3 a few times growing up. Eli played by the same kid in Demonic Toys a few years earlier is the new cult leader. Very quickly we went from the usual setting to a urban location. I am not kidding within the first few minutes. You see Eli & his brother get put into foster care briefly.

What happens during that particular scene in secret does get revealed later on. Eli quickly starts up a new cult with the same basic concept. The big twist is Eli actually possessed by He Who Walks Behind the Rows. I bet you didn't see that coming now did you lol. Eli uses his powers way too much in the movie.

Early on he had a lot of corn stalks growing in his foster family's yard. Some of the absolute worst effects among the entire series is found here. Sadly so are some of the hardest to take seriously kills. I'll give you a few great examples. A priest was looking into Eli as the movie goes on. Eli does confront him about his past.

This scene ends with Eli briefly animating a Jesus statue to killing the priest. I kid you not this actually happens in the movie. Another great example is Joshua goes with Malcom to find Eli's bible. Malcom gets brutally killed by roots of the corn stalks. I really wish I was making this up. Let's just say this is very difficult to watch.

One interesting note Eli's bible is actually a hard cover copy of Night Shift. The director behind this movie haven't seen the first two Children of the Corn movies. You already should know this is where things start going a little too far away from it's source material. Also I can't name many Stephen King adaptations to have his books.

Not because how violent it is no because how poorly done the kill actually was. Honestly it looks very laughable instead of scary to me. I should mention while in school Eli uses his powers to kill his foster mother in such a ridiculous matter. Even if I told the time to fully explains how it all plays out. All you really need to know is it broke canon with it's source material often in this movie.

The most surprising thing about this movie is this so happens to be the movie debut of Charlize Theron. One of the best actresses of all time got started in such a bad movie. Clearly her career is much better overall. She got some of the absolute best roles playing both heroes & villains in movie classics. She wasn't credited for appearing in this movie maybe that's a good thing.

Therefore I don't even need to bother doing that. Sadly I can't believe I'm about to say this. This is one of the longest you will ever see He Who Walks Behind the Rows. Unfortunately the actual creature is laughable in every sense of the word. After Joshua stabs through the bible to kill Eli. The ground shakes for a while. Very quickly a lot of people are being killed by such a terrible looking monster.

If you need a example how bad it looks. Just imagine if Sesame Street characters were killing people. Now that would be a horror movie worth checking out. Please don't torture your souls by watching such a bad movie. It quickly broke how things work in Children of the Corn story. Way too much usage of their god in such laughable death scenes.

3. Children of the Corn 4: The Gathering (1996)

Children of the Corn 4 in some ways is more ridiculous. We do get a origin story behind He Who Walks Behind the Rows. Unfortunately it doesn't make a lot of sense after thinking about it for hours. A child died filled with rage decided to start up a cult as revenge against those that anger him. I am not lying this is the rough idea behind his origin.

Although in the original story still a mystery. Some proof heavily suggests He Who Walks Behind the Rows was the same person as Randall Flagg & The Man in Black. In a lot of Stephen King stories, he would bring forward corrupt in many different ways. A good number of these are in The Dark Tower series. Widely known for corrupting people into doing horrible things.

Among further looking deeper into this movie. I found out the leader Josiah died by mercury poisoning after being buried alive. He Who Walks Behind the Rows doesn't actually appear in this movie. In a weird sense we got a cheap replacement of their god instead of the actual one. Now I know believing in false idols & gods is one of ten among the ten commandments. This movie felt like a false entry in the franchise.

Sadly we have this dead child controlling his cult from beyond the grave. The first cult leader to be already dead in this series. In this particular movie, most kids are having their teeth rooting causing them to fall out. I will say most kills are easier to take seriously from the previous two movies. Still not much of an improvement.

In one scene, someone testing the kids blood is being stalked. Later in the same scene, their cult leader comes into our world through their blood to kill this lady. If he is suppose to be their god & leader. Why didn't he just have some of the kids take care of her? Also how the hell did he bring his scythe with him I'll never know.

Maybe he's related to the Grim Reaper who really cares. Some adults take on the kids by using medicine to knock them out. Oh ok I can accept that but what follows next is a little too hard to take seriously. Some of the kids are volunteering to drown to death in this area of the farm. Among the last child, their leader gets revived.

They face him with a shotgun filled with drugs killing him. I will give him credit it took a lot of them to take him down. Not like Peter Griffin in a episode during a company picnic lol. Oh yeah I should mention in one scene corns kills two parents. I am not kidding this actually happens. I get it corn is in the title but why?

I seen better food theme deaths in horror movies not centered around them. All the kids act like they're already dead walking when servant this ghost. Which by itself took away from the original short story. Children of the Corn 4 is have to take seriously in it's own right. I don't have any scenes I would rewatch. This is another bad horror movie sequel not worth even watching once.

Bad Horror Movie Sequel Wednesdays #16 Children of the Corn Part 2 (5-8)

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, welcome back to Hell because I got some more terrible horror movie sequels. Last time I talked about Children of the Corn 2 through 4. Now I am going to do from Children of the Corn 5 to 8. I will not be including the TV remake movie since that's meant for it's own franchise. Even if I did include it, I honestly don't have many good things to say about it.

I hope you really don't have to watch any of these movies. Especially if you love corn & Stephen King. Why because it will give you a great reason to dislike them. Honestly I am punishing myself in one of the worst tortures for horror movies imaginable. I hope later in life you will thank me by not watching these. Otherwise you will quickly regret doing it. I know I already do for many reasons.

1. Children of the Corn 5: Fields of Terror (1998)

The movie debut of Eva Mendes is the only fact about this movie worth noting. Everything else works in a huge way. This movie makes you want to eat straws for the rest of your life than to watch one more minute of it. Usually most of these movies centers around one couple with some exceptions. This movie has two couples that got loss close by the corn field.

In a weird sense there's two cult leaders in this movie. You would think this could lead to something worth watching right? Wrong they killed off Luke to quickly reveal Ezekial is the true leader. Does anyone remember in Leprechaun 3 when Scott got bite by the leprechaun. He stabbed him in the fore head with a knife while blood from the leprechaun went into his wound.

This eventually cause for a confrontation between two leprechauns. Now that movie put such a concept to use why not this one? Think about it, in the original Children of the Corn & it's TV remake. Malachai felt like Isaac wasn't doing the right things. This led to several heated argument leading up to him screwing over Isaac.

Let's be honest the titles were already not great following Children of the Corn 2. But come on Fields of Terror. I guess they didn't want to be sue over calling it Fields of Screams. I hear a lot of great things about Fields of Screams over the years. A place you go a few times in October & sometimes on Halloween to enjoy with others. Of course most of you will be scare even before half way through.

Oh you got to like a bad horror movie that doesn't explain why this kid named Ezekial gets possessed by He Who Walks Behind the Rows. This kid uses his powers to lift an older man into the air to be hit by a bolt of lightning. Seriously you already know things are about to get ugly or this particular case uglier. This movie very quickly doesn't even feel like a Children of the Corn movie.

Most of the cultists are notably above the age limit. In otherwise from a realistic stand point. This kind should've been the only member. Clearly this movie is ignoring their gold rule. Which makes this easily one of the worst among Children of the Corn movies. I can't believe they keep crapping out this movies almost like machine gun fire.

Also how this cult goes about members being too old is a little hard to take seriously. They jump in the silo filled with fire from He Who Walks Behind the Rows to feed him. One of the main characters in desperation joins the cult to end up doing that. This is the only movie where one of the main characters joins the cult of their own free will. This is also the only one where they commit suicide for the cult.

What's worst is the movie really makes it obvious whose leading the cult. They have the nerve to try tricking us whose the leader later on. Of course Luke was already dead prior to this. Ezekial uses him like a puppet to trick people who been abused by their parents to join his cult. Some of the worst scenes in Children of the Corn series you will ever see. Same can be said for one of the worst among special effects.

My pick for the single worst kill is Luke's corpse has his head split wide open with flames burning the sheriff's face. Follow by a blast that went right through his head. Everything about this kill is so bad that it's good vibe doesn't work here. This kill does split open heads but not in the way you think. Honestly I prefer Scorpion's toasty fatality way more than this crap.

One interesting fact about this movie is Alexis Arquette. This person was in both this & Bride of Chucky the same year. More recently Arquette passed away but the roles she played will be remembered. Both David & Patricia Arquette have been in several horror movies. They're sidling of Alexis Arquette that more people know about. I still think Alexis does deserve some respect.

The final scene ends abruptly when suddenly the shot at the baby stops. You see fire moving in the baby's eyes. I seen better endings that are trying to shock horror movie fans. This is one of the absolute worst final scenes in any Children of the Corn movies. Also it felt like a last minute decision to do this. I wonder if they had more time if any maybe something a little better would've been here.

Clearly that concept has been done before but it felt like a missed opportunity here. Simply having that would've made the movie a little bit better. Maybe from not considering doing it for my blog series. This movie is incredibly boring from start to finish. At this point it felt more like a retelling than an actual sequel.

2. Children of the Corn 666: Isaac's Return (1999)

My first problem is the title itself. First they brought voodo into the second movie. Although in title only we bring in satanism. Both of which aren't what the cult worships at all. You already know it's bad if the title is where we kick things off. John Franklin returns as the original cult leader Isaac. Wait what didn't he die in the original?

Yes he did after He Who Walks Behind the Rows possessed him got taken out shortly afterwards. But no according to this movie, all this time Isaac was in a terrible coma. Considering this cult usually kills most adults in town & close by the corn field. This further bags the poor excuse of bringing back a dead character to alive again.

Some adults are aware of the cult including the town doctor. In this movie a prophecy of a woman giving birth to paradise by getting it on with their god. Oh ok what the hell is this crap? No I am serious this by itself is already one of the absolute worst things I ever seen in a horror movie. But having He Who Walks Behind the Rows doing it with a woman not from there is pretty stupid.

Usually some movies with the devil does that concept. Yet it makes more sense for many reason. Also we barely get to see their god in action. I guess he's worse in bed than we all guessed. This is a poor excuse to try wowing us but failed horribly. Honestly most of the kills aren't worth writing home about. You find out one of Isaac's sons is possessed by He Who Walks Behind the Rows.

How He Who Walks Behind the Rows gets killed by is very stupid. He quickly kills Isaac by forcing him on the ground while he's floating up. He sends a large pipe to impale him to death. Then remembers the lady is still in the room. She causes a explosion with him making no real attempt to escape. In other words kill me bitch I dare you.

Seriously how many times have I seen in horror movies make the same mistake? Come on give me something little more creative maybe original. This movie can't be canon since Isaac was technically dead since the original. Which by itself made the events of Children of the Corn 2 not canon. Are we heading into a possible universal explosion here.

What makes this movie worse is this terrible prophecy actually becomes true. Well oh ok we never got to see how things play out after this movie. We do know she gets pregnant by their god. This is the only Children of the Corn movie to have a sex scene. A movie about a cult filled with children & teenagers to have a sex scene.

Now that would be like allowing The Muppets to cross over with Sesame Street. Out of the clear blue a few bad words get said. All hell breaks loose just after one of them. Just imagine they didn't stop airing that episode. Just makes as much sense as that garbage. You know what I would throw this movie into the machine to crush cars & similar stuff into cubes.

3. Children of the Corn 7: Revelation (2001)

This completely broke the canon of the original short story. You go most of the movies wondering where the hell is the corn field. Where it actually is you wouldn't believe me even I told you. This corn field is hidden in the basement of the apartment. Yes I'm not kidding this raises a lot of questions.

Clearly in the previous movies, we do see a corn field often. Why we do barely see the real one until the end? Yes I am aware there are a few flash back scenes. What the hell just stop guys. Jamie's grandmother was a child during the cult being alive. This movie's cult leader Abel brings everyone inside a text.

He starts burning it down with everyone inside. Only Jamie's grand mom survived such a tragedy. It so happens the very spot they all died is this apartment. Most adults that die in this movie become kid ghosts. Oh come on that doesn't make much sense. Jamie has been getting dreams related to these ghosts. This sorta makes sense like anything actually does in this piece of crap.

Most of these kills are too forced for my taste. They seem to go on longer than they need to. How some of them dies is pretty stupid. Can you believe Michael Ironside is in this movie? I am not kidding how the hell did they get such a great actor in such a horrible movie. I believe Nostalgia Critic once said there is no insult worse by having a great actor in a terrible movie.

I do agree because Ironside was in some great movies. I bet even his other bad movies are better than this. The pacing of this movie can drive a room full of people to lose their crap in seconds. This movie doesn't even feel like a Children of the Corn movie. No it feels more like a terrible ghost movie well it is. So I guess the joke's on me, it better not.

Children of the Corn 7 moved too far away from the concept as possible. Some of these kid ghosts are actually adults. If I'm not mistaken there exists a rule anyone 18 & older must die. This completely ignored that rule without a care in the world. All of them are already dead basically making all of them like their god.

This is the second Children of the Corn movie to not feature He Who Walks Behind the Rows. Considering this being cause one of the highest known body counts in any Stephen King story. Why isn't present in this movie is puzzling. Although the previous versions of the characters aren't great. So maybe by not having him here sorta helps the movie a little bit.

Oh yeah guess how this cult gets defeated this time? Would you believe by destroying a corn field? A haunted corn field that looks much better than it should be. I guess instead of water, the souls of their victims makes this grow. I think by now you can see I'm really losing myself trying to take these seriously.

4. Children of the Corn 8: Genesis (2011)

Of course I saved the best I mean worst for last. I felt this one is really high on my movies to avoid list. Children of the Corn 8 is a very low budget movie that isn't even worth checking out. Can you believe there exist a DVD collection with Hellraiser: Revelations because it's real. You already know at this point the series already hit rock bottom. Why the hell do you have to make another one?

Yes there is a cult despite not being much in the movie. Now for a Children of the Corn movie that's rare. Also by doing that makes it unfaithful to the original short story. Seriously how many movies can one short story inspire to make? No really I'm curious to know the answer if there actually exists one.

A couple is trying to save a child not realizing he has powers. Some of the absolute worst special effects in possibly horror movie history is found here. It makes those of Children of the Corn 3 look like a master piece. WOW that bad is right, a movie that not even the cover got nothing to hide. You already know you wasted both your time & money.

The priest is an old man instead of someone around their age. Now that's similar to the previous movie since Abel was haunting this apartment for a long time. Therefore both of them already broken the golden rule of the cult by being too old to be a member. In the canon, He Who Walks Behind the Rows kills all the members whose too old. So where the hell was he in this movie?

Unless that child is suppose to be him. Now this is already sounding like one of those rare kind of bad movies. Once you seen it, you will regret it for the rest of your life. Clearly no real effort was put into making this. They made it crystal clear they only wanted the money. This child has some of the most ridiculous kills in the franchise history.

Not only everything in every possible way is really bad. Not even the story itself holds up in fact it felt too rushed. I don't know if they wanted to quick get the movie out like Hellraiser: Revelations or simply wanted the money. This movie doesn't even come close feeling like it's complete. I seen bad movies that have way more to offer than this.

Just like Children of the Corn 3, this child is using his powers too damn much. It quickly further cements the movie faster than anything worth saving can be recovered. Think about this movie actually being a empty black hole trying to suck you in. All it does in return is take all excitement right off your face.

What's worse is the previous movie came out ten years prior. You would think by this point, one of several things are going to happen. They do a movie reboot to start over. Keep in mind two years prior was the TV remake. They would have to pull the plug from making any more movies. Honestly that's the option I'm voting for.

It becomes obvious they didn't learn from the last couple of movies. I don't even think they care anymore. Their long standing horror franchise based on a short story from Stephen King is a mockery in & of itself. I bet Stephen King would sue them if they continue to keep making these. I know if I were the author, as soon as this franchise went into a bad direction. I would have it quickly canceled as soon as possible.

Bonus section
So what did we learn about this movies? All of them believe in the same things. Mostly found in corn fields killing outsiders &adults. The rules kept changing pushing it further away from their source material. In this particular case a short story by Stephen King. I said it once & I'll say it again. How many times can one short story inspire movies to make?

Some movies are bigger offenders than others for many reasons. Children of the Corn usually happens in one state with Children of the Corn 3 being the only exception. How some movies portrays He Who Walks Behind the Rows is questionable at best. Some movies heavily implies he is actually a demon that's using kids to murder people.

It seems like every time we actually seen him, his appearance & how to kill him changes. Some movies break the golden rule of the cult by having members too old. Very true in Children of the Corn 7 since all of them are ghosts. Some movies uses too much powers like Children of the Corn 3 & 8. The original short story doesn't have much of the super natural happening. Most of the cultists in Children of the Corn 5 were teenagers. Although just looking at them, you can tell they're older than they appear to be. Already a bad sign regarding the age canon rule. Oh screw it these movies doesn't even take themselves seriously.

Also we still don't know who or what their god actually was in that story. Of course I honestly wouldn't be surprise to hear it actually is The Man in Black. It felt like each movie was getting worse with a new low with Children of the Corn 8. Honestly no body is seriously buying these so why are they still being made?

I could ask the same question about Hellraiser franchise except the first two movies of that are better than most of these. This movies stand together as one of King's biggest mistakes because clearly the people making them doesn't care about the story. In fact the way the short story was set up. It couldn't have a sequel to begin with. Which further complex me how or why this was even possible. Bottom line don't even take the time to watch one of these. Now I think about it, these movies may have came from Hell!!!

The Killer Klowns Kollection Review

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, it took me two weeks to watch all these movies. I am very honored to have something like this in my horror collection. I figured what do I think about the actual collection session. This is directly from me since I was the guy who contacted Bloodwave DVD to have it made.

Before I go further, I do have a message for real life clowns. I am not saying the following because of movies like IT. I felt you deserve a lot more respect, money & opportunities than most people. You go out of your way to harm yourself or other clowns for people's entertainment. I really respect circus & birthday clowns. You guys have a lot on you that I'm amaze you stick through it. You are truly amazing people that I would like to be around. The very thing I want is you finding out about my custom killer clown movie collection & hate on me. Trust me when I say I really don't justice horror movies on any of you. Anyone that does isn't understanding several important things. Most clowns are kind, energetic people that continue to entertain. I doubt most people dress up as clowns killing people actually worked as a real one. Some clowns go the extra mile to cheer up a sad child. I hope you can respect my decision behind my collection.

https://www.facebook.com/BloodwaveDVD/photos/a.481345701903552.105539.189905777714214/1548084528562992/?type=3&theater

I really like how he about the title on the front cover. I requested before giving him my movie list to have that particular cover of Killer Klowns from Outer Space. To me this movie has a special place in my heart. It is difficult to imagine life with such a great movie. I really like how two words of the title is done in bloody letters. The remaining two words of the title stand out more for many reasons. I also chose this cover because I felt out of all the movie covers for these movies. This one was screaming the theme of killer clowns.

The side session of my DVD horror collection as I stated in a video was most of his idea. The only part of it that was my idea is how the title got presented. This time the entire title is done in bloody letters. I never knew why I love seeing bloody letters on anything horror. Mostly black covering most of that side. An awesome original killer clown picture at the top of it. To me it looks very sick that belongs.

The back cover has all movie titles done in white letters on both sides. The actual picture itself has endless amount of colorful balloons. Some of these killer clown movies involve balloons. I knew very early on I had to request those to be there. I don't think many people will see anything else like it afterwards.

As stated before Bloodwave DVD gave me Stitches as a bonus movie. I still haven't asked him why but I am very thankful to have it. Stitches is easily one of my favorite killer clown movies in this collection. I knew something like Stitches had to be in this collection. Twenty of these movies are killer clown movies.

I promise my next collection from Bloodwave DVD to have every movie within the theme. For now I want to take some time to explain movies that aren't killer clown movies that made the final cut. I hope most of you that reads this understand how I thought about my collection. I knew some of these movies were going to be hard to take seriously while others in their own way does fit in to some degree.

When I ordered Carnival of Souls, I didn't revealed I was getting the original version. I already own it in another smaller DVD horror collection filled with public domain horror movies. There isn't much connecting this to my killer clown movies. Carnival is a known place in a handful of my movies. You probably wouldn't notice this without color. The actors playing the dead are wearing similar white make up to those of clowns. Obviously they're very different from each other. One of them that is stalking our heroine is often seen smiling. Later in the movie, we get to see him laugh. This is an unusual movie that you just need to be in the right state of mind to understand.

The Funhouse does take place mostly within a funhouse at a carnival. Killer Klowns from Outer Space & The Funhouse Massacre had a place similar to it. Most of these movies are slashers, one of the most common among the genre. The Funhouse is somewhat similar to Slaughter High in a few ways. Despite a few years apart, both of them has a killer wearing a mask killing people. Some covers of The Funhouse has a creepy clown. Although this clown doesn't appear anywhere in the actual movie.

The Gingerdead Man trilogy is some of the weirdest movies in my collection. Yes Gingerdead Man has dirty & dark jokes like some of these movies. Gingerdead Man laughs often like some of these killer clowns. Some of these clowns are undead further bridging Gingerdead Man since he got revived as a gingerbread man. Krampus is easily the one movie that connects Gingerdead Man trilogy to my collection. In both movies, gingerbread man attacks people. To clarify, a small group of gingerbread men are shown working for Krampus. There is a scene they use a nail gun on someone. In Gingerdead Man 3, a threesome sex was going on. Gingerdead Man firing a nail gun like a machine gun killing all three of them. Killer Klowns from Outer Space & Stitches does get ridiculous at times. So does all three of these Gingerdead Man movies. I knew I simply don't want just those three movies by themselves. I figured since I'm getting Krampus to go for them since I am trying to get more Full Moon movies. I hope this convinces some people why I had them presented on The Killer Klowns Kollection.

Overall I was very happy with the case & artwork. The case itself is easily one of my favorites among my collection. Some of the artwork is up there among my favorites. The front cover is my favorite of anything killer clowns. I really wanted people to say now that's a killer clown collection. Bloodwave DVD made sure to neatly package it & Stitches by itself. This guy is working hard for those that want more horror movies but there never seems to be enough. Newer ones are quickly becoming more expansive. I felt like Bloodwave's Box of Horror deal for sixty bucks was hands down the best movie deal. You get so much included in this deal that I'm already considering doing another collection. I will only give two hints to what it is. I'm avoiding any direct hints otherwise you already know what it is.

1. It is not a follow up to The Killer Klowns Kollection & won't have any killer clown movies
2. Everybody knows his name

I recently watched the last of The Killer Klowns Kollection this morning. I got to be honest all of them play just fine on my parent's DVD player. Sadly less than half works on my Xbox One. Although this is only a small setback. Please support this man to keep his business alive. The world really needs something so awesome to stick around longer.

Bad Horror Movie Sequel Wednesdays #14 Saw VII

Just in case I get busy later in the week. I am releasing this entry earlier. I hope you guys enjoy it like my last one.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, it takes a lot to disappoint me when it comes to horror movies. I seen a few disappointing conclusions to a few long horror movie series. I felt none has anger me more than Saw VII. Let's be honest we all knew by Saw III. The series was starting to go down but Saw 4-6 weren't that bad. Some interesting concepts in those three movies. Sadly I can't say the same for Saw VII.

Before I even talk about the movie itself. There is one major thing that's annoying to me. Usually for a final horror movie for a series. They stick with one title but not this one. Saw VII also goes by Saw 3D, The Final Chapter & Saw: Train Wreck my personal favorite. The actually 3D effects were very poor. There isn't a lot of good horror movies to nail those effects.

Look at Friday the 13th Part 3 & Freddy's Dead. Both of them gave you the option to watch them in 3D. If it doesn't work back then why attempt it on a Saw movie? Also you know how they tried to get their movies out before Halloween. Their excuse relating to Saw VII's 3D being poor is just stupid. They stated they wanted to get it out the door.

Therefore we could've had a slightly better movie if they would've delayed the movie. In order to improve the 3D effects. Although I doubt that would've helped much. This had such a horrible story that even Saw 5 had a better story than this garbage. You know how one of the main characters has some kind of connection to John Kramer aka Jigsaw?

Guess what the actual connection is so small it didn't even matter to the plot. Please allow me to explain in Saw, Dr. Gordon was a doctor that worked on John. In Saw 2. some of the police officers were on the same case since the beginning. In Saw 3, Jeff felt the same way about Timothy killing his son. John felt about Cecil killing his baby. He wanted Jeff to make a difficult decision to forgive.

In Saw 4, Daniel Rigs a SWAT Commander whose been involved with the case since the beginning. In Saw 5, John knew the horrible lie five people were hiding. Also two agents are playing a game of cat & mouse. In Saw 6, William Easton a insurance executive Umbrella Health denied John coverage. In other words he is letting John to die from cancer.

I hope you are just as excited as me about what possibly connects John to Saw VII? Bobby Dagen was a man lying about surviving a death trap from Jigsaw. Oh wait it gets even worse John came to one of his signings to tell him about I know you lied. Really are you telling me that's the personal connection to John aka Jigsaw? It's like they didn't try to give us something worth our attention.

I am going straight to one of the biggest disappointments of this movie. Usually everybody raves about those death traps. The horror classic Reverse Beartrap that got used more than most tests. Knife Chair meant for Cecil to bring the ugly of his soul out of him. Even some little traps caught my attention like the surprise Billy doll face trap.

I hate to say most of these traps are absolutely horrible. In fact I will name the only two traps introduced in this movie worth rewatching. The Horsepower Trap was easily one of the craziest by far. You have a group of people that will all die brutally deaths. The Pain Trap isn't technically a real death trap since it appears in Jill's dream sequence. Still a nice death trap with a very short scene.

Most newer characters felt like throw away characters right off the bat. Not a single one of them stands out in a good way. The big game as I already stated wasn't the major point of the movie. This really upsets me since a lot of work goes into the big game trap. For those surprisingly new to Saw movies. A test meant to push you in ways you can't imagine. Some movies really went the extra mile.

In Saw, Dr. Gordon was suppose to kill Adam before 6 o'clock. If he doesn't Jigsaw will have Gordon's family killed. A well put together test that's mostly in one large bathroom that could easily go crazy. In Saw 2, a group of people are trapped inside a house slowly breathing in nerve gas. Some tests are meant for particular people within this game.

They have only two hours to find an antidote or die. What's worse is those that don't survive for three hours after the game started. Those doors will open except there's actually more going on behind the scenes. This trick by John pulls was meant to force Detective Matthews to go to the house. In Saw 3, Jeff can choose to forgive or let people he felt could've help him die.

At the end of this test, Jeff can forgive Jigsaw for forcing him in this game or kill him. Not knowing his wife has a death trap of her own connected to John's heart beat. In Saw 4, Rigs is forced to travel to a few select locations. Each one including his home has death traps. He must overcome his obsession to save everyone in 90 minutes. Also within that same time limit is Detective Matthews' life in the bounce.

In Saw 5, I already gave away the big twist of this big game. A reporter found out what actually happened leaving to a lot of deaths. Everybody else played a horrible role in that particular event. Two of them found out they were all meant to work together. This is because most of them are only looking out for themselves.

In Saw 6, William has a series of tests. He can choose to save some of his co-workers. Sadly three particular tests forces him to let people die. In the end, his family gets the final say if William can live or die. A nice twist considering the main person in those big games usually fails on their own. I also like this twist allowing someone else trapped for the entire game to choose to save or kill William.

At the same time has no real way of knowing when he has arrived for his final test. Honestly I thought it was brilliant conclusion to a big game test. How does Saw VII stake up to the previous movies? LOL it sure doesn't at all since Bobby has to save other people. As stated before none of these death traps in this big game are even worth mentioning.

In fact even I did take the time to describe just one of them. I would've wasted your time that easily could've went toward something much better. Guess what the test meant for Bobby is? Could you ever possibly guess he has to rip out his own wisdom teeth. By doing this with the tool placed in the room to get the combination to leave it.

I mean come on Bobby ripping out his own wisdom teeth by himself is your big idea? To me that completely missed the entire point of what a true Saw trap is. I would rather witness the death mask trap again with a explosive twist. Now that would've been miles better than that. I hate to say it none of the kills outside the traps are worth anything.

I should mention Agent Hoffman barely survived the improved Reverse Beartrap. By this point, everyone in the police department knows he is Jigsaw's successor. He goes out of his way to send a robot to gun up the place. He forces Jill into the classic Reverse Backtrap without the key. Unfortunately for him, his true test John left him is finally used.

Back in Saw 5, John confronted Hoffman about killing Seth to frame him. This led to Hoffman becoming his apprentice with Amanda. His true test & the final death trap set into motion by John is Dr. Gordon. I am not kidding the doctor who cut off his own foot to escape the room. It turns out he has secretly been involved with some of their traps.

This test I speak of was about if Hoffman survive, would he forgive Jill? Of course he doesn't leading to Gordon trapping him in that room for the rest of his life. You heard me correctly the legacy of Jigsaw ends literately by himself because of Hoffman. Oh ok I am beyond words in still trying to puzzle this twist.

Despite the major issue behind the ending, I do like Dr. Gordon is the one to stop Hoffman. This movie has virtually nothing good enough to keep you coming back. More like the absolute opposite since it fails in every possible category. What kind of conclusion of the story is this crap? It is very obvious at this point they were already done making these movies.

Saw VII is a mess of a movie that most horror fans need to stay away from. Freddy's Dead had more rememberable scenes. Both attempts to end Friday the 13th movies had a lot more going than this abomination. Even Phantasm: Ravager had slightly more positive things going for it. This is a movie that not only got loss within itself but also completely missed the mark.

Considering this particular series was to tie in for several Halloweens. For this one to suck so bad, I believe most of you would agree. There is many movies out the same year more worth your time than this. Hell I'll name a few horror movies Killjoy 3, Puppet Master: Axis of Evil, Resident Evil: Afterlife and Stake Land. All four of those movies are much better than this crap.

The Killer Klowns Kollection from Bloodwave DVD

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I been waiting most of this year to finally get my hands on something truly unique. There exists a website called Bloodwave DVD. He has a killer great deal for sixty dollars. You can pick any twenty four movies you want. Also included is a nice hard case & selecting your own artwork with title. Who doesn't love free shipping because that's also a part of this deal. Well that's exactly what I did. Drum rolls please.........

https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1438511476256822&set=pb.100002939515028.-2207520000.1505959636.&type=3&theater
The front cover is one of many front covers for Killer Klowns from Outer Space. The back cover is balloons filling up the picture. I also requested for all the titles of the movies. This is the only listing present on the hard case to include Stitches.

Now I got quite a interesting story to tell relating to this custom DVD horror movie collection. A few months ago, I came across a youtuber called You and Your Horror Movies. Very nice guy, he told me about how he got that custom DVD collection. I decided to get into contact with Bloodwave DVD. Let's speed up to a few weeks ago. A day prior to Labor Day, I ordered The Killer Klowns Kollection. Later in that week, Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Thankfully the guy & his family didn't get anything major from it. Although it did delay my order a few days. As of September 20th, The Killer Klowns Kollection arrived.

He did sent me a extra movie but wasn't the one suppose to be in my collection. Thankfully he is sending me this movie for free. Of course I will be over joy when that happens. Easily one of the most solid DVD horror collections I ever owned. If I do end up saying anything negative it won't be towards him. More than anything he got most of my order right.

Alright I think it's time to quickly cover all the movies in this awesome collection. Most movies were hand picked by yours truly. I highly recommend buying from him since a lot of newer horror movies can easily go for more depending on things. It seems like roughly 70% of them aren't worth your money. Another reason I recommend it is you can do particular themes. In my case killer clown movies.

1. Amusement

Amusement is somewhat like a horror anthology movie. Where all stories do connect together in the end. Sadly the killer only wears the clown costume in one of those stories. Honestly it could've been a lot more than it actually was.

2. Clown

I absolute love this movie with a passion. Clown is similar to The Fly remake as described by Eli Roth. You have a family man that quickly took the place of a clown. Unfortunately what he put on wasn't a costume. This movie does a great job pulling you in. Wondering how it all plays out.

3. Dead Clowns

Dead Clowns is a rather weird zombie movie. A long time ago a horrible accident on the bridge happened. Most of the clowns didn't survive. After the town kept not doing stuff to even honor those loss. These clowns raise up from their watery grave to kill anyone they find.

4. Drive-Thru

Drive-Thru is somewhat of a horror movie gem. Horny the Clown is one of my absolute favorite killer clowns. I really enjoy most of the music but sometimes it got in the way of dialogue. I do like a lot of these kills. This movie has more to offer than what most people realize.

5. The Funhouse

The Funhouse is very similar in many ways to Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. Considering Tobe Hooper directed those movies it shouldn't be a surprise. This is a slow moving movie but once it starts picking up. You don't want to stop watching.

6. The Funhouse Massacre

One of the craziest movies in the entire collection. The Funhouse Massacre involves six psychopaths given the perfect opportunity to kill a lot of people. I would say if you don't like blood & gore don't expect to last long watching this. I do like both killer clown characters.

7. Gacy

Of course you knew there had to be a John Wayne Gacy movie. One of the most famous real life serial killers. Gacy covers his life up til his arrest. You won't get much entertaining out of death scenes. I will say the story is told better than some movies based on other serial killers.

8. All Hallows' Eve

Art the Clown made this movie a must have for me. This is a horror movie anthology that's surprisingly great. Art steals the show in a way you really won't forget. You haven't seen true evil until seeing Art the Clown. I will say this does get me in the mood for Halloween.

9. Clownhouse

Victor Salva's first horror movie back in 1989. Yes the same guy who made Jeepers Creepers trilogy. Sadly due to what happened during production. All official releases are very limited making them quite difficult to find. I will say these maniacs disguised as clowns are creepy.

10. 100 Tears

100 Tears is a low budget movie that does deliver in blood & gore. Some of these kill scenes could get people to throw up large amounts. Gurdy the Clown steals the show. One particular scene has a notable audio difficulty. Some of the goriest special effects I ever seen in any horror movie.

11. Killer Klowns from Outer Space

There's no hiding this is my favorite killer clown movie. A group of aliens similar to clowns is killing people around town. This movie is so outside the box I still haven't seen anything like it. I really like for a low budget movie, it sure blew me away. I really like most of the klowns appearances.

12. Killjoy

Killjoy centers on a dead man's revenge. A demon named Killjoy hunts those who are responsible for his death. Angel Vargas is over the top as Killjoy. This movie will seem like you are having a terrible nightmare.

13. Killjoy 2

Killjoy 2 has a group of people moving towards their destination. Until one of them made the grave mistake of opening a door. Some of them had the crazy idea of summoning Killjoy. Of course this made things worse. In some ways I prefer the original over this.

14. Killjoy 3

One of my favorite Full Moon movies. Killjoy 3 has a group of students that become trapped inside a house. This time Killjoy brought more clowns to the party. Trent Haaga redeems himself from Killjoy 2. Overall one of the best horror movie gems in my collection.

15. Slaughter High

Originally titled April's Fools Day. Slaughter High is a revenge story of Marty having his classmates going too far. Supposedly killing him in their last prank closing down their high school. Some key traits from Friday the 13th series is present here.

16. Dollman vs. Demonic Toys

Believe it or not this cross over movie is a sequel to three movies. One year after the events of Demonic Toys. Judith Grey a police officer who was pregnant in the original returns to this toy factory. This time she brought new friends their size to even the odds.

17. Demonic Toys

A demon in slumber for sixty six years inside a toy factory. His goal is to take a police officer's baby body for himself. Some intense death scenes in this series. I always have been a fan of Jack Attack. This movie is somewhat of a horror movie gem if you can look pass it's flaws.

18. Demonic Toys 2

Demonic Toys 2 ignores Dollman vs. Demonic Toys to be a more direct sequel. A particular toy is possessed to review two classic faces. Look I'm going to be brutally honest this was one of their worst movies. It is so bad that not even being good works here.

19. Carnival of Souls

I already own in another DVD horror movie collection this movie. Carnival of Souls is a weird movie for it's time. Without spoiling the ending, unless you do enjoy black & white movies that play on creeping you out. I can't recommend this to you, I will say it does creep you out.

There does exist a colorized version of this movie. Although done by another company, you can easily find this anywhere. This is one of the rare cases watching in both ways does differ the experience. Personally doing it in black & white does add more to the movie.

20. The Devil's Rejects

A sequel to House of 1000 Corpses, shortly following the conclusion. The police assaulted their house with a handful of the Firefly family escaping. Not only it plays out very different from the previous movie. We get to see more of the Firefly family's true selves. I love Captain Spaulding lol.

21. Krampus

Not to be confused with other horror movies based on Krampus or Santa Claus. Krampus is about a boy losing his Christmas spirit. Unwillingly summoning Krampus among him & his family. I got to be honest everything surprisingly works. I am really impressed by this movie.

22. The Gingerdead Man

The Gingerdead Man is a rip off of Child's Play. This maniac killed two of Sarah's relatives before escaping. He quickly got caught to be sent to death. Unwillingly Sarah & her co-worker helped revived him as a gingerbread man. Yes I am not kidding it is a rather ridiculous movie.

23. Gingerdead Man 2

Yeah this movie is even more ridiculous than the last. Gingerdead Man 2 is somewhat similar to Seed of Chucky. This centers around a movie company that isn't doing well. Out of the clear blue someone brought Gingerdead Man inside. I will say this movie does go over board with it's humor.

24. Gingerdead Man 3

One of the most ridiculous movies in this collection. Gingerdead Man 3 plays out three parodies of classic movies. I won't spoil the ending but it is really doesn't make any sense. I felt the humor was coming off way too forced. Some of the worst special effects in Full Moon movies you ever seen.

25. Stitches

Stitches is about a clown entertaining at a kid's birthday party. Unfortunately the kids were being nasty to him. Their last prick led to his death in such a brutal way. Also who leaves a butcher knife up in the dish waster. You know you could lose a eye with that thing. Most death scenes are over the top. Six years later, Stitches comes back from the grave to get revenge.

Update: As of September 25th, Stitches came through the mail.

I hope you guys like my custom horror DVD movie collection. Personally I felt this was easily in the top five among my collection. I already have ideas which ones to play close to & on Halloween. Thank you for checking out my new collection.

Bad Horror Movie Sequel Wednesdays #13 All Hallows' Eve 2

Due to my package from Bloodwave DVD. I will be doing a few things relating to that package. I decided to release this a few days ahead. I hope you guys enjoy this week's entry.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, some of you are probably wondering. Would I consider doing lesser known horror movie sequels especially direct to video ones? Yes in fact I'm doing one in this very blog entry. By now many of you already seen All Hallows' Eve with Art the Clown. There's a lot of people that doesn't know about a sequel made a few years later. Yes one of those cash ins with as little ties to the original as humanly possible. You would think by now they would stop doing this.

This isn't actually a sequel to All Hallows' Eve at all. Yes both movies has a lady watching an VHS tape with most stories being played off it. But that's where the similarities end. We already starting in the wrong direction with no Art the Clown. Granted the guy who made All Hallows' Eve is working on a new movie based on the short film Terrifier coming out to theaters next month.

At least that guy is excused from not being a part of this abomination of a horror anthology movie. Even people not crazy about All Hallows' Eve loved Art the Clown. There is no excuse why he's not in the movie. Instead make way for an maniac wearing a big carved pumpkin mask. Unlike the original, this killer does show up early on but doesn't make his move until after the final story.

All that does is a terrible tease to us horror movie fans. Just imagine Freddy, Jason or Chucky show up earlier than expected to spook someone. Very late in that same movie finally kill them, it just doesn't work. What's worse is this really missed the mark of actually being a horror anthology movie in many ways. Most of the good ones has three to five stories.

Now take a wild guess how many stories not including the wrap around story is present in this movie? Would you ever guess eight of them? What were they thinking, they must've been on some serious drugs to think that could work. Full Moon has a few anthology style movies with their real movies cut down in length. Of course you still see all the important parts including kills.

Clearly they thought ahead how to go about that. Let's take it a step further everybody knows about The Simpsons' Treehouse of Horror episodes. Almost thirty episodes with three stories being told per a episode. Majority of them works way better than this garbage. There is a great reason why three or five stories being the limit. More than five stories leads to a disappointing pile of trash.

Also another thing that most horror anthology movies does that this movie surprisingly doesn't. In some of them at least one thing connects them. For example Stephen King's Cat Eyes, a cat is seen in all the stories. Some movies like Trick 'r Treat does connect to each other in some way. Guess what there isn't anything connecting all these stories.

Of course this would be different if we were talking about horror anthology shows but we weren't. Speaking of Trick 'r Treat, I felt All Hallows' Eve 2 is more of a cash in on that movie than the original. Both movies centers on several stories taking place on Halloween. Parts of some stories are similar to each other. At one point, they enforce the spirit of Halloween among people.

Not even the cover is hiding from this movie being deception. This movie was clearly made by a different company from those who made All Hallows' Eve. In a sense that would make it sorta like Creepshow III. Except that movie got slightly more of a idea how a horror anthology movie works. I do agree this movie is better than Creepshow III but they're both incredibly boring movies.

I kid you not I almost fell asleep on this movie. Never a good sign for a horror movie. Let's be more direct absolutely nothing in this movie works. Some of the worst acting I ever seen in any horror movie. Not one story is worth rewatching. For a horror anthology movie that's just sad. Even Tales from the Crypt show made three movies being their own stories was better.

In fact, Ritual was much better than this piece of filth. Sadly I should mention a few more key things about All Hallows' Eve 2. Usually most horror anthology movies including those from Full Moon with shortened versions of their movies. Each one was given just enough time to play out. Thus giving us the illusion of several movies in one.

All Hallows' Eve 2's stories are way too damn short. Literately a few minutes at best, the original All Hallows' Eve gave all stories more time. Also the wrap around story was too lacking in many possible ways. You see a lady being on the phone to quickly look down stairs & doesn't freak out. If I were her, I would get the hell out of the house.

The ending portion of the wrap around story is a huge let down. By this point you already know this woman is going to die. She does stop the tape from playing but out of the clear blue gets her throat slash. Now that's just a horrible way to end a anthology horror movie. Tales from the Hood has a rememberable ending that many horror movies fans remember.

In that movie you find out the three gangstas are already dead & actually inside Hell the entire time. Even Creepshow III had a very slight better ending to the movie. All the effects are terrible that aren't worth revisiting in the near future. This movie already felt too dated for what it is. A true horror movie classic despite all the time passes will always be great to rewatch multiple times.

Yes I know I'm hitting the entire movie without speaking much on these eight pathetic short stories. The first story is Jack Attack not to be confused with Demonic Toys character. You see a boy & his baby sitter eating pumpkin seeds. However this pumpkin doesn't want to be carved. These seeds end up killing both of them & the dog. Oh okay that's where I start minding the level of horror.

The next story is The Last Halloween being set in a post apocalyptic world. Of course you won't realize that until the end of this story. A group of kids is trick or treating. But a man chose not to give them candy. It turns out those kids are actually monsters that are killing people. Honestly Halloween 3's plot with the masks killing people was more effective.

The Offering is one of those stories about giving something to a being as a price. Before I go on, how often do we see a story like this in anthology horror movies & shows too often. Already not working they decide to have the father to sacrifice his own son to this creature. Really movie is that the best you could do because I'm really not impressed.

The only story I might reconsider watching again but not much reason to do so. A Boy's Life is about a boy worthy why his father not being home. Later on he starts noticing something is wrong. Out of no where without actually seeing this creature. His mother gets dragged under his bed. Of course many of you heard about monsters under your beds & closets.

I really wish even if the creature look like crap to at least see what it looks like. Surprisingly you can't even see it's hands grabbing her at all. The Descent is about a woman who witnesses a murder by a psychopath. She ends up meeting him on the elevator or so she thought. The big twist is she was the crazy one killing people. Oh ok I do approve of that kind of end.

M Is For Masochist hands down my favorite story of this movie. It is the only one that doesn't flat out suck. Yes it is the shortest story of being less than five minutes. At the same time I felt that worked to it's advantage. A small group of kids take part in hurting a man later revealed to be one of their dads. The big twist is who ever kills that person becomes the new target of the game.

Oh ok now that's more like it, I only wish it was a little longer but still had fun watching it. Mr. Tricker's Treat is about a man killing people to use them as decorations for Halloween. This largely reminds me of a particular character from Trick 'r Treat movie. This story is easily the most rushed in my opinion.

We don't even get enough time to fully realize what's going on. You could look away for three minutes and be confuse. Alexia is about a man still not over the death of his ex. Her spirit starts to haunt him. I will say it is better than FeardotCom movie. I have seen more entertaining ghost stories. I actually enjoy Mirrors with Kiefer Sutherland.

Honestly two stories won't be enough reason to come back. By having eight short stories instead of the usually three or five makes it a train wreck. It felt like the movie itself really doesn't know what it wants to be. Most kills in this movie are surprisingly more boring than those in Creepshow III. This is one of the absolute worst horror anthology movies I have ever seen.
