GMK Godzilla
War Devil has a few problems with her potential. She couldn't fully mentally break Asa down. Even she stated if she could that her powers would've increase much more. Unfortunately the highest power scale goes in Chainsaw Man universe is planet level. Only Primal Fear level devils are that strong. This means it's impossible for any devil including them to go higher within the power scaling.
Not to mention, some connected devils like World War 2 Devil was devoured by Pochita aka Chainsaw Devil. By default, incapable of going her true full potential in the actual story. Even if she could've it does not matter!!! War Devil represents many forms of fear that's connected to wars. Which would give her the experience advantage in this fight.
She also made contracts with a few states connecting to millions possibly billions of people's lifes. Yet not even this going to matter as soon as I start talking about GMK Godzilla. She did fair well against Pochita later their merged form. Which was impressive within her own universe. She once transmuted Falling Devil, one of the strongest devils into clothes.
Even Falling Devil was reduced in her potential by Death Devil. Even if she wasn't, this still a rather impressive feat. War Devil has many surprises that ultimately won't do jack to Godzilla. Even if every single big attack hit him. War Devil created a large rifle rifle firing out nearly every weapon she or Asa created.
This gun failed to stop Falling Devil. The same devil confirmed humanity lack a method to harm Primal Fear devils. Denji twice rips through her body while she simply regenerated like it's nothing. This also confirms devils on that level are essentially immortal. Obviously War Devil can still die with the possible exception after Pochita devoured her sister Death Devil.
Which created a world without death. Although War Devil can still use up people connected to her. In fact she used up the population of Virginia with her nuclear punch. To clarify this version of the fight would still have death in existence. War Devil can transmute over a few thousands of miles on the planet.
Much faster regarding transmuting the famous American flag on the moon. Which would easily translate to being faster than light speeds. I just wanted Chainsaw Man fans to know I'm considering everything for War Devil. To be brutally honest, none of it going to matter in the end. GMK Godzilla isn't like most versions of the monster.
This version was a corpse possessed by lifes loss during World War 2 in Japan. A few million souls that's fewer to the estimated four US states worth of population War Devil has. I'm about to blow a lot of people's minds here. There was a movie that ended up getting a comic crossover sequel which is canon.
If I were simply going by power scaling in the movie. GMK Godzilla could've been planet level. In comparison, War Devil struggled hard against two Primal Fear devils. This is already looking bad for her. But wait it gets even crazier!!! Throwing in that comic sequel power scaling. GMK Godzilla scaled all the way up to multiversal level!!!
This is really bad for War Devil. By default, GMK Godzilla absolutely destroys her in overall stats. Like most versions of Godzilla, he has the famous broken regeneration. Eventually War Devil going to get low on blood as well as people she's connected to. If she indirectly hurts herself in an accident. She could cause herself to bleed out.
The worst part is this version of Godzilla could easily blow up the planet!!! Effectively ending every single life she's connected to plus her own in the process. Considering the stats gap, some of War Devil's biggest attacks won't happen fast enough. I still haven't mention the craziest factor in the entire fight. Still not the most ridiculous version of the monster either to clarify.
This version of Godzilla has a more powerful variation of the Atomic Breath. Which gotten upgraded to multiversal level of raw power!!! GMK Godzilla fought against Thor that led to a rather unexpected conclusion. This version of Thor was multiversal in power. They fought each other until they both died. They continued fighting in an endless loop.
GMK Godzilla fought this version of Thor to a standstill is truly mind blowing. This also proves GMK Godzilla has greater willpower as well as determination. War Devil may be smarter but there's no way she's transmuting anything of GMK Godzilla. Especially if her universe's power scaling limited to planet level.
She previously failed to transmute Denji into a weapon. The very moment she didn't view herself superior to him. It's quite obvious that's doomed to happen again here. Even if she could transmute a small part of GMK Godzilla. I don't think there's much she actually could. GMK Godzilla being multiversal would be too much ridiculous fire power to destroy Hell if War Devil escaped there.
War Devil willing to use such tactics to get what she wants. Which isn't going to fly against GMK Godzilla. She likely become too afraid to continue fighting. It also doesn't help she has a rather huge ego to a fault. GMK Godzilla used to fighting giant monsters. Yes devils could be absolutely terrifying in Chainsaw Man universe.
Not even connected to every one in the world going to change her fate. Majority of her attacks just be like mosquitos to him. There's also the possibility his blood too radiated to drink. Which could kill her as well as those connected to her. War Devil would be smart enough to not attempt it again. But this also prevents her from healing when she's low on people she's connected to as well as blood.
I know some might argue Chainsaw Man devils having a broken regeneration. Yeah a lot of those people don't know how ridiculous some versions of Godzilla's regeneration is. GMK Godzilla doesn't have the same limitations to his regeneration. Going back to endless fighting Thor, he actually could fight forever.
War Devil virtually has no way to survive at all!!! She could only do so much to delay the inevitable. Ultimately, War Devil represents every form of fear that's connected to wars. She couldn't use that to notably boost herself up in power facing GMK Godzilla. Basically War Devil is absolutely screwed with this massive of a power gap!!!
