We have two unusual famous Chucky knock off characters. Jack Frost not to be confused with a lot of similar titled things. This particular version is a very short lived, low budget horror movie slasher villain. His opponent, the Gingerdead Man has a similar story. Originally was the slasher in a short lived horror movie series before becoming an recurring character in Evil Bong series.
Full Moon Features is mostly low budget films. They ended up making more Evil Bong series than The Gingerdead Man movies. This episode could easily fit in as a Christmas horror episode. We got an mutant snowman fighting an possessed gingerbread man. We don't even need Santa, The Grinch or Krampus for that matter.
Update: both short live low budget horror movie franchises are largely known for being bad movies. They rushed out sequels that constantly gets even worst. They also previously shown the actual killers when they were alive prior to being supernatural slashers. Again ripping off Chucky in the original Child's Play movie.
We got a mutant snowman taking on an possessed gingerbread man. I don't think people are willing to go even sillier horror wise for the web show. I already seen enough to know who actually wins this fight. There's several major things they got in common, no this isn't a random joke fight thrown out there. Along with what I previously stated, both also involved with an unpleasant sexual kill scene.
They also hold an grudge against the very person that lead to their arrest. Both died then got transformed into rather laughable objects to continue their murdering sprees. Somewhat similar appearances, well it's an snowman taking on an gingerbread man for God's sakes!!! They also once used someone else's car to kill em with.
This is a difficult fight to take seriously. I'm actually on board just curious to actually see if Death Battle would actually do this fight or not. The jokes alone is more than enough reason to do this episode guys. Personally, this one going to be an episode. The joke itself may speak volumes, what the hell is wrong with you guys?

Jack Frost
Jack Frost was a serial killer up to his arrest. He was getting transferred when the transport vehicle had an accident. Jack goes to check when chemicals caused him to melt into the snow. This also caused him to be reborn using snow, a mutant snowman. I guess this got snowballed lol.
Gingerdead Man
Millard Findlemeyer was a serial killer. He killed some relatives of Sarah. Not long afterwards, he gets arrested. He gets put to death but his witch mother hid his ashes into a thing of gingerbread spice mix. He becomes alive again as his new body gets heated up. Well the cookie crumbles lol.

He used to have a weakness towards temperatures as well as Anti-Freeze. Neither is no longer an issue to him. Yet he gains a stupid fatal weakness in the form of bananas.
Gingerdead Man
His reborn body much easier to break. Either by simply breaking off pieces of him or too much liquid soaked in. Also he barely has any powers. He also isn't the brightest among the two killers here.
Verdict
Jack Frost
This was very clear cut who was going to win. Jack has a lot more powers with some could be used deceptively. Also the Gingerdead Man isn't smart enough to know bananas is Jack's one weakness. Gingerdead Man is getting stomp in stats. Jack also may have his mutant snowballs. Let's be honest, he doesn't even need to win this fight.
In that particular case, Gingerdead Man more screwed. Jack was capable of having an entire small island covered with snow at a fast rate. He was even capable of freezing an pool fast enough to trap an victim underneath to drown. Basically he would have more direct control whatever they fought. Jack also slightly smarter or at least more common sense in comparison.
Jack also has some form of shape shifting. Like he transformed himself ice like anvil to kill someone. He also can be the water with no real way to fight again. More of an ability from his second, last movie. So it wouldn't even matter if Gingerdead Man could melt him or not. Especially after fusing his DNA with the sheriff and more importantly Anti-Freeze.
Gingerdead Man likely might drink something. Then all of a sudden, Jack is killing him from the insane. He easily could force an icicle go through him or cause his head to explode. Like this lady about to get her picture taken roughly when it was taken. Again, neither Gingerdead Man has counters for. He even has the disgusting option forcing his entire snow mass inside of someone too.
Gingerdead Man's body is much less durable to Jack's. Gingerdead Man has to go out of his way to find any weapons. We do know, most of them are going to fail against Jack. The big question is if Jack were to eat Gingerdead Man. Considering a little above I said here, I don't think it's going to be a real possibility in this fight.
Would he become possess by him? Surprisingly, a particular scene confirms he can shape shift inside himself too. Which means, his spirit would have a difficult time possessing him. Not only that, he easily could crush Gingerdead Man to death while he's inside of him too. Gingerdead Man lacks counters to icicles, both in being used as a projectile as well as his icicle teeth.
Jack was even capable of decapitating an man's arm with just one snowball. I highly doubt Gingerdead Man could survive being hit by one of them. This is virtually a stomp, Jack has plenty of ways to kill him off. Gingerdead Man only has one solid means to do so. Unfortunately, it also could work against him too.
Jack also being much stronger making an direct fight a terrible idea. As for hiding in vents, Jack could simply turn into liquid to get the drop on him. It seems stuff like that or already having dangerous weapons as parts of his body, Jack always ready to fight. Even if we were to given him that one machine with lasers from Gingerdead Man 2 movie, it still wouldn't help here.
On the surface, Jack already has most the major advantages. Gingerdead Man ultimately fighting a losing battle. Even if he were to attempt using bananas against Jack. He's still the more difficult out of the two killers to predict. Chances are, Gingerdead Man wouldn't know how to use em neither gets a solid opportunity to do so.
What I am trying to say is Jack Frost actually more broken joke horror movie slasher villain in comparison. I know this is a huge insult but not even the Evil Bong movies he appears in helps his case. In majority of those, he's mostly just there with a few weird moments. The next big opportunity he had, he quickly got killed while in Hell.
Death is a weird topic because in a sense, both of them could come back. Gingerdead Man had a trickier time doing so after his death in Hell. It actually led to two similar characters being created. Eventually, he does return in a surprise cameo. Otherwise, he didn't do anything worth noting from those movies.
