Hello everyone I'm Jack Red, there's been talk about Sega possibly considering to making an Sega Dreamcast Mini. I had one of these back in the day, It quickly blew my mind. Some of which still haven't been topped to this day I'm not kidding. This is Sega's second most popular game console behind Sega Genesis itself.
Considering Sega knocked it out of the park with Sega Genesis Mini. I think the potential of this mini console could be difficult to top. Honestly, this game has some truly impressive games during it's run. It also so happens to be one of the most popular game consoles people are still making games for. This is now a legendary game console since what it started took a notable period of time before everyone else was doing it.
Stuff like playing online console wise as well as having paid & free dlcs. Not to mention, this was the very console to inspire Microsoft's Xbox. Which the later consoles also got inspired by Sega Dreamcast. I highly think Xbox 360 is virtually a new age Sega Dreamcast since it comes the closest to it's overall design.
I figured to give you not one but two lists. The reason behind this is the second one ended up being a longer list. Basically this list is filled with choices I would be surprise to in some cases very surprise to even see it get included at all. So I will start with my so sure selection of games to help give those who never had this console an idea how truly amazing it was.

Now if Sega decides to include any homebrew games. I'm sure the selection for that alone would be difficult. You might be surprised some classics like more recently Super Mario 64 are now on that console. Honestly, some Atari rereleases has some homebrew games included. So it would be surprising if Sega allowed some of those newer classics to this mini console.
I know a large amount of them are shoot em up style games. There's people out there that just wants more Dreamcast games. It is truly inspiring stuff as well maybe even more so. Stuff like Beats of Rage would be nice since there's little to no Streets of Rage games on the console. You know what screw it I'm doing a bonus third list right here, right now.
List 3 (homebrew games)
1. Another World HD
2. Beats of Rage
3. Gunlord
4. Flashback: The Quest of Identity
5. Last Hope series
6. Volgarr the Viking
7. Fast Striker
8. Redux: Dark Matters
This console is still inspiring games as well those within the gaming community to this very day. A large amount of stuff everyone else does was originally started with this particular console. Honestly, I really can't speak highly enough about how truly great it actually is neither can a whole group of people.
Sega Dreamcast was the stuff of legends. We got some truly impressive games for their time. It also was the first game console to successfully nail arcade perfection in it's ports. Some of which are still the best versions of those games I'm not kidding. A perfect example of this is Marvel vs. Capcom 2, it adds replay value in a way that keep you going for hours.
You can tell I would be very excited if Sega decides to make this. Sadly, Sega Dreamcast doesn't have as many official games as it's competitors. I know a lot of people compare it to PS2, Xbox and GameCube. But in my mind, it was more directly competing against PS and N64 respectively. Regardless, Nintendo many years later ended up pulling a similar move with Nintendo Switch.
I do see so many great games that can be included. A lot of people were deeply surprised how PlayStation Mini was handled. I still say that's better than how AtGames handled a lot of rereleases of their own Genesis products. I do think this console has something for everyone out there. You probably end up getting your mind blown like I once was.
