SCP-682
I want to make a few things crystal clear. DC multiverse is vastly inconsistent. There's a lot of writers that wrote stories for many SCP creatures as well as concepts including other plains of existence. At their core, both of these can get rather complex, ridiculous and confusing. Scaling will be tricky since both these monsters are already insanely strong to begin with.
Doomsday was designed to be the ultimate life form through each death he experiences. Either comes back more resistance or immune to what just killed him. This by itself really limit how to potentially kill Doomsday for good. The same also can be said for SCP-682. This monster had some rather ridiculous experiments from SCP Foundation done.
Somehow SCP-682 always reminds alive. There isn't a lot of angles left to look at with these two. It's no wonder why so many people wants this match up. There's even a large amount of them thinking it's a draw. In terms neither could actually kill the other for eternity like Chuck Norris vs Segata Sanshiro.
I have to view this by a closer look at their powers. In particular how well they adapt to all kind of situations. This might come as a huge surprise to DC fans. As impressive Doomsday is, he has a few flaws holding him back. For starters, a prolong fight will cause his regeneration to slow down. He can only adapt to something that technically killed him once.
Which is a rather particular flaw to have with adaptability to survive anything. If Doomsday had intelligence, he wouldn't understand how his adapt powers works. He also isn't as determine in a fight as a mindless beast version. The more violent mindless version has notably longer stamina in comparison.
Keep in mind, I'm only comparing two major intelligent versions of Doomsday. As for SCP-682, he's notably smarter than a smarter Doomsday. His adaptability is actually terrifying since he's constantly adapting to something. Which actually could give him new powers to use against Doomsday.
His regeneration is much faster that never slows down. This would greatly prevent Doomsday from any major opportunity to end SCP-682 for good. Not a lot of people knows this. SCP-682 held his own against some SCP creatures including SCP-096 aka Shy Guy. No not the Mario masked henchmen character.
SCP-096 is another scary creature any method to see it's face. Somehow he'll know to come right after you that easily take out the military. Yet this creature became afraid of SCP-682 after an encounter. SCP-682 had limited experiments done because the higher ups at SCP Foundation. Well they didn't want that thing to become too broken of a creature to contain.
I know the big question is who do I think could possibly kill the other seemingly unkillable monster? This might also surprise people, SCP6-28 also has the ability to absorb other living beings into himself. Which Doomsday lacks a solid counter for. Doomsday could fight SCP-682 for a good while.
Inevitably Doomsday going to get absorb by SCP-682. Considering they'll be using the more famous mindless beast version of the character. I know my next point is more situational than an actual possibility. Doomsday also can be weaken by green kryptonite. It can not kill him but some people used kryptonite to control the monster.
SCP-682 can easily exploit such a weakness if he were to adapt kryptonite into himself. This is bad when SCP-682 goes right in to absorb him. Doomsday has faced many abilities within DC universe. There's always a chance a few abilities SCP-682 could be given. Possibly affect Doomsday in some way.
SCP-682 is a really ridiculous concept of a creature someone had to say it. Doomsday also could be weaken to be in a state of death. Not quite dead but could stay down long enough to count as a loss. In all honestly, Doomsday doesn't have something SCP-682 haven't faced before either. The best way to sum all of this up is SCP-682 literately Doomsday without limits!!!
SCP-682 has another truly ridiculous broken power. He also can remove pieces of Doomsday. Then effectively remove em from any time line!!! This means let's say if SCP-682 removes one of Doomsday's legs. Then he erases that leg from the time line it'll stay gone. Unfortunately Doomsday never encountered such an ability before.
This ability also could be used to erase your narrative or the "idea" of you as if you never existed!!! This also means any point in the fight Doomsday can be fully erase from existence. SCP-682 is among the most ridiculous characters I ever covered!!! This thing simply is too unstoppable!!!
I was a bit funny to actually go into power scaling. But SCP-682 could easily go up several tiers of power scaling if left unchecked. Which likely could happen in this fight. SCP-682 ends the fight with much higher overall stats. This thing has ridiculous potential the SCP Foundation absolutely terrified of.
Considering the absolute scariest things they actually are aware of. It really is saying a lot to truly how scary SCP-682 actually is!!! I'll be even more direct Doomsday already loss before the fight begins. The longer this fight goes on for, the greater threat SCP-682 going to become. There's no sugar coating this it's rigged for SCP-682 to easily win this fight.
