Springtrap
Who actually has more experience can be a bit debatable. Both were responsible for a lot of murders before became something else. In a way this is similar to Michael Myers vs Jason Voorhees. One of them is an undead monster that's actually trickier to put down than Jason. I would have to give intelligence to Springtrap since he started a tech company with animatronics for a restaurant.
Chucky is still alive inside a doll confirmed in the original Child's Play movie. He does have a method to split his soul into multiple doll bodies. However the limitation being they have to be the same doll model. When Tiffany attempted to transfer her soul into a doll, it was a different doll. Not only that, Chucky already possessing it.
She can't transfer her soul into a doll that already has a soul inside. Now Springtrap has a weird tech advantage. He easily could transfer himself in a digital form within a computer's system. Chucky isn't a expert with technology that would be his remake version. Chucky also easily be overwhelmed by Springtrap's strength as well as weight.
An animatronic is a huge robot people sized. Chucky can be quick on his feet but Springtrap actually move faster than the eye can see. Springtrap being an undead killer inside a robot suit body. He easily wins the durability advantage including having a bigger resistance to fire. Chucky isn't used to dealing with an undead character within the main canon of his franchise.
Chucky could attempt to possess Springtrap. But we previously mentioned the limitations. There's a chance his animatronic suit could follow under that. Which means Chucky couldn't possess him. Even if he could, Springtrap being undead isn't afraid what Chucky could do. For example, Chucky could blow them both up like a father following an exorcism.
Unfortunately for Chucky, Springtrap has a rather unusual method to survive that. He can absorb aspects of other possessed animatronic. In particular aspects that allows spirits to bond to animatronics as well as their essential will to do things. As long Springtrap wants to kill anyone. Plus having the option to become a digital variation of himself makes death a questionable matter.
In theory, Springtrap could die but he just can't necessary stay dead for long. Try to think of it this way Chucky or an ally of his must says the words to bring him back to life. Which takes time compared to Springtrap suddenly coming back to life. Even considering Ghost Chucky, if he's in a location. He barely killed anyone he doesn't have much power there.
Ghost Chucky could manipulate machines to a degree. However I don't think he would know how to actually counter Glitchtrap. A group of Chucky dolls wouldn't change much either. Eventually they will turn on each other Season 2 of Chucky show. Not only that, Chucky simply lacks a solid method to actually harm Springtrap or effectively slow him down.
Any actual harm Springtrap could potentially bounce back from. Also being an undead killer he's more willing to go after Chucky in the craziest of situations that could occur during a fight. Chucky's voodoo simply not going to matter here. Springtrap also lacks limitations of a living being. He could wait for a notable period of time or constantly search for Chucky without breaks.
Again Chucky is a living person in a much smaller body. Eventually he's going to need to sleep, eat, drink and use the bath room. All of which going to slow him down to a degree. Chucky usually armed with knives easily would break on Springtrap's animatronic suit. To be honest, it's difficult to come up with any notable advantages Chucky could have in this fight.
Stats wise is Springtrap by a huge margin. Chucky can still die so many ways. In all honestly, Chucky is quickly going to be overwhelmed. Being a killer himself, he easily figure out what could Chucky do in a fight. Considering his tech background, he'll quickly figure out Chucky faster than in vice versa. Springtrap at his core is unbounded determination to kill.
Thanks to Michael, I just learned a rather crazy ability Springtrap has. Which also would counter multiple Chucky dolls. Springtrap through a touch can alter people both physically as well as mentally. All of a sudden, Chucky could be facing abominations of himself. Such a broken ability never shown in anything Chucky.
The same advantage would be game changing against Remake Chucky whose more tech theme than regular Chucky. By now you see Chucky is virtually screwed. Springtrap has too many advantages in this fight. Chucky's anger will get the better of him as well. Honestly, it comes close to not being what I would call a fight.
At least Chucky vs Slappy brings the dialogue with both being different style magic users. Springtrap more technical sounds more broken than Chucky's voodoo usage is insanity!!! Sure you could see this as David vs Goliath with Springtrap obviously being Goliath. Glitchtrap would be even worst since Chucky wouldn't be able to figure him out in time.
The worst part is Springtrap could absorb his soul through his doll body. Another concept Chucky wouldn't directly be familiar with. An exorcism is meant to remove evil spirits from a living body. In comparison, Springtrap stealing his soul with no counters at all. It's safe to say Springtrap is the correct winner of this fight.
