Theo Adam aka Teth-Adam aka Black Adam
Originally chosen to be the guardian but quickly became obsessed with power. This led to a child named Billy Batson to becoming Shazam aka the new guardian. Obviously he has the same exact powers as Shazam but more powerful. Black Adam is often regarded as one of the most dangerous enemies of the Justice League as well as the Marvel Family.
En Sabah Nur aka Apocalypse
En Sabah Nur lived long ago as one of the first mutants in existence. Nur found pieces of a destroyed Celestial. He chose to touch it that quickly transformed him into the mutant Apocalypse. For centuries, he wanted to put an end to mutants. Often considered a god among many. Apocalypse is easily one of the most dangerous enemies that X-Men ever faced.

For those confused to why I chose to include this. Most of the Marvel Family uses powers from Greek Mythology while Black Adam himself uses similar powers from Egyptian Mythology. I figured to do what I can to help preventing confusion here.
Apocalypse
Due to his shapeshifting ability, he can essentially have any power he wants. Yes he can have multiple powers at once. Therefore, unless there isn't something he can't do. I have to say he can do anything.
Weaknesses
Black Adam
Black Adam is known for not being mentally stable for time to time. He stays a large amount of time in his transformed state. More likely to go all out from the start that could screw him over. There are ways to remove his powers including those Apocalypse can exploit. Electric attacks can harm him in combat.
Apocalypse
It is still possible to over whelm him in battle. Apocalypse has centuries worth of anger over his own kind that could cloud to his judgment. It just isn't clear how many powers can he use at once. He does overestimate his enemies often. Other than that, his shapeshifting does a great job covering up his flaws.
Seriously the movie version looks a bit like Ivan Ooze from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers movie. I am amazed Saban didn't sue Marvel over that lol. I was let down how disappointing Apocalypse was in that movie.

Verdict
Sure there was that one time both of them took on a lot of big named characters at once. It is no secret this is a good fight. Sadly there are a few things I personally can't over look. Black Adam can be wore down enough to transform back or get his powers removed. The same can't be said for Apocalypse.
Black Adam is essentially the Marvel Family using similar powers from another mythology. Both of them have a history with Egypt that makes them incredibly old as well as experienced. Technically speaking, Black Adam has a few more thousand years under his belt. Regardless, this is where you would give the more experience fighter a win.
In this rare occasion, Apocalypse can have any powers he wants. He has shown to use multiple powers at once. It just isn't clear how many of them he can use at one time. What we do know is he has perfect control over them. Thus he won't use too many at once unlike most comic book characters in that case.
Sure one of Black Adam's powers gives him additional information. There are a few problems that works more in favor for Apocalypse. For starters, he has shown to be able to doing that himself. In fact, he can instantly know whatever he needs instead of awaiting for someone to give him the information like Black Adam.
Also, Black Adam has a history of mental problems. Apocalypse can play on this by telepathically taunting him to the point he loses it. Usually this is a bad thing in DC universe when it happens. But Apocalypse held his own against X-Men that has some Omega level mutants. For those no familiar with that, Omega level mutants are classified to being capable of destroying the world.
For example, Ice Man could easily kill most forms of life simply by freezing the entire place. Storm could use tornadoes or hurricanes to cause enough destruction to trigger a planet explosion. In other words, if they use too much of their destructive powers it can destroy the planet. The fact, Apocalypse can easily handle those Omega level mutants makes him truly terrifying in my book.
Obviously these characters aren't on the same power class as Black Adam. But it still means Apocalypse could handle similar forces with ease. Apocalypse can also make himself more resistance to whatever he wants. He also can absorb most forms of energy with no clear limit. Thus he could absorb too much of Black Adam's magic to causing him to transform back.
Black Adam with no powers has no chance against Apocalypse. Due to his shapeshifting, he can tank any force with ease. It isn't often we see him bleed either unlike times Black Adam had bled before. To clarify I am not low balling Black Adam by any means. I just felt majority of his powers simply won't do much to him.
Apocalypse might struggle early on in this fight. But as soon as he starts adapting to him, it is already over. I would say he's more of an adapter character than one that can do anything. Yes there's a major difference there. Apocalypse can easily do what Black Adam can do & potentially more. It is only matter of time before Apocalypse is coming.
Winner: Apocalypse
