My thoughts on two movie trailers

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, it's been awhile since I discussed some movie trailers. Today going to be a rather unexpected ride. I knew about one of these following movies for a few years. The other movie I knew there been talks about doing something live action with a villain character.

Coyote vs. Acme

This Looney Tunes movie got a crazy story. In terms how we were so close never getting to see the movie. Warner Brothers. Discovery canceled a few movies. Nearly canceled another Looney Tunes movie before Ketchup Entertainment saved the movie. The Day the Earth Blew Up: A Looney Tunes Movie respectively.

Ketchup Entertainment also ended up saving Coyote vs. Acme as well. Like an handful of Looney Tunes movies. There's some CGI with live action style Looney Tunes movies. To be honest going by the trailer, this looked like the best one yet. Wile failed once again trying to capture the Road Runner.

He ends up taking Acme as in the famous weapons/gadgets company to court. Wrestler John Cena playing the opposing lawyer in the movie. I really felt the trailer was well edited. They picked the right shots to put in this trailer. I already wanted to see this Looney Tunes movie. Now I really wanna see this movie soon.

Back when people weren't sure what was going on? I was worried I wouldn't get to see this movie. They finally going to do this concept is mind blowing. Technically it was done differently in the classic comic series. But I still felt we're going to get many surprises. Of course, many Looney Tunes characters are in the movie.

For such an iconic Looney Tunes character finally getting justice. According to Will Forte whose playing Coyote's lawyer in the movie. From what he seen of the movie at the time, he thought it was going to be a great movie. I want it to be just as entertaining as Who Framed Roger Rabbit? that also had Looney Tunes characters in a similar style.

This concept by itself is already enough to pull people in. I'm sure so many people wondered the same question for decades. Why Acme inventions kept failing among nearly use? I do think they are going to deliver one truly amazing story. We may even see a side of the character we never seen before.

Let's put it this way, it needs to easily blow Space Jam: A New Legacy away or it's doomed. God that was among the worst Looney Tunes movies I had the displeasure of seeing!!! I do think it could be better than the original Space Jam though. Coyote vs. Acme is going to blow people's minds pun very intended!!!

This movie has potential to be among the greatest Looney Tunes movies ever made!!! It's more promising than the newest upcoming Tom & Jerry movie. In theory, this Looney Tunes movie going to possibly stand the test of time. I waited a long time for something this creative with the franchise to happen.

Clayface

Clayface is an atlas by a lot of characters. The original Clayface (Boris Karlo) dates all the way back to 1940. I always thought what an unique concept even for an Batman villain. One of the select few among them to have powers. Clayface is a shape shifter that can alter his/hers shape including transforms arms into weapons.

The first version of the character I know about came from Batman: The Animated Series. Which so happened to be the exact character with the atlas in the upcoming movie. Matt Hagen was a former actor before criminals forced chemicals down his throat. This caused Hagen to transform into the second Clayface in the comics.

Clayface is in a lot of show adaptations over the years. There is barely any live action versions. The last version being Boris in Gotham show. Even there he needed additional stuff to alter his face. For years, DC discussed doing another live action portrayal of the character.

I wasn't even sure a movie was still on the table until I saw the trailer. I will be honest it's going into a risky but right direction with the concept. Clayface is going to be a body horror movie. For those not familiar with the genre. Imagine movies like John Carpenter's The Thing.

We have a character that can alter their appearance. At times that's disgusting, difficult to look at. The fact they are actually attempting this in a movie. I just hope we don't get hit with Venom 2 movie situation. We finally gotten Carnage in a live action Marvel movie. But they ruined the potential of the character by making that movie PG-13!!!

Clayface already was an ambitious concept for a comic book villain. I know many people compare them to Marvel's Sandman. Yes I do see many strong similarities. Right now I'm hoping this portrayal of Clayface rivals Spider-Man 3's Sandman performance. At the moment from what I heard about Joke: Folie a Deux, this going to be way better!!!

It's going to be a huge head ache to pull off the character in live action. We do know Hagen does shape shift a few weapons. People already going to be critical about CGI being used like this. But it's fitting due to many abilities Clayface can do. If we're lucky, they might do another Batman villain in a movie.

I also give them credit to release the movie in theaters close to Halloween. Which means they aren't going to hold back at all!!! Clayface as a whole always been among my favorite Batman villains. Even with Warner Brothers not in a favorable position. We can only hope they got enough support to deliver one hell of a movie.

Conclusion

I do think both of these upcoming movies going to be huge hits. Clayface going the risky route has a higher chance at success. But you never know what could go wrong? Coyote vs. Acme is going to make people interested into Looney Tunes again. I know some might lose interest after they seen the movie.

I wanna throw out this concept that might help with that. If they plan to do some of the biggest questions we ever had for Looney Tunes in movies like this. Then the door for some truly crazy possibilities are quite high. I do think Warner Brothers trying to save itself. They would be stupid to ruin either movie right now or they're history at this point.

Additional Batman villain movie ideas

As for a few possible Batman villains that could get their own movies. For me, one of my biggest requests to date has to be Mr. Freeze. By now everyone knows parts of his origin story. He was a scientist that specialize in cold temperatures. Until an accident altered his body to those temperatures nearly killed his wife.

In some versions of the story, his wife has a rare disease. Gotham show had a decent portrayal of the character. Way better than Schwarzenegger in Batman & Robin movie. You got a tragic origin story that's already going to bring people in. All they need is a solid story with the character.

I felt they really could go so much with Mr. Freeze. Another Batman villain that could be different for a movie is Ra's al Ghul. The legendary assassin having an origin story in a movie. They already have plenty of room to give us one hell of a great story. The movie could end with him becoming the new leader.

If they truly wanna go into a scarier direction. The Scarecrow is among the best choices among Batman villains. I know there's a lot of Batman adaptations with the character. But I do think if they get the right people involve. We could get the scariest live action version of the character to date. I know the newer origin story involves Crane's father.

I do think they got a lot to work with. We get to see Crane's past right up to him becoming The Scarecrow. I don't think the movie should end with that. Now that's a huge slap to the face. I do think roughly half way through he should become the character. At least give us more than The Dark Knight with Two Face.

No disrespect to Aaron Eckhart, I love his performance as both personalities of the character. Especially when he goes Two Face amazing work!!! I know the character was a bit younger than expected on Gotham show. I still respected that portrayal of the character. Notably better than their portrayal of Poison Ivy!!!

I know I just talked about Two Face. Yet I want to conclude things with another close friend of Bruce instead. A character I really felt they could do so much more than Two Face. I am talking about Hush, a former friend held a grudge against the Waynes. Hush had this weird obsession looking like Bruce. He still ended up becoming a skilled surgeon.

Hush could give us a truly fantastic story with the right people involve. Going back to Two Face, he's also among my favorite Batman villains. The character doesn't become Hush on Gotham show. I know a lot of people are dying to see the character in an live action movie soon. Those were my top choices, I don't think much could be done with The Riddler following The Batman movie.

I think Mr. Freeze is going to be a sad story. Hell any of these movies I'll watch especially if they were in a movie cinematic universe. But I hope they don't let things get like Marvel Cinematic Universe coughs Disney!!! I respect they wanna more directly follow on villain characters. All of a sudden, you wanna root for them going through such unpleasant situations.

In some cases, seeing them achieve their goals going to make you happy. It isn't going to be all sunshines and rainbows. But at least with villains you never know what to expect. After a good while watching heroes can get boring. This isn't meant as a direct shot to any of them in particular. I just felt villains could easily surprise people more what they could do than heroes.

For example, we got this person shooting up the place taking lifes. A hero suddenly gets inside to knock em out that's it. I know some people rather see a few possibilities than that's it. Villains could do something very unexpected or kill them or have them set up. The right villain characters you just can't stop watching.
