Verdict
F.F.
Before I start breaking this down. Both of them are supernatural beings possessing a corpse before their deaths. Which now both gotten reset within their respective stories making this more similar. Power was the Blood Devil while F.F. actually a very unusual Stand. Regularly it's an human with one or multiple spiritual companion souls.
In this rare case, F.F. is actually planktons with a hive mind. You know among the tiniest sea creatures in the oceans? Even for JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, it's quite a bizarre variation of the Stand concept. Planktons controlling an human corpse. Originally both their characters started as enemy. They ended up becoming main allies to the protagonists.
Both dies from the main antagonists of those parts within their respective stories. I figured to help paint an picture why do this matchup. I'm going to be honest, stats wise going to be close. Power could've had the stats advantage if she could left the corpse. Instead Pochita mentally confirmed through Denji drank some of her blood.
She could come back which led to her demise in the story. Although most devils can heal instantly from a single drop of blood. You would assume she's among the most broken due to her blood manipulation. However she never used it in a way she couldn't die. What I mean is if she had use blood manipulation to constantly regenerate.
In theory, something else would have to give as a price. Usually she creates weapons out of her blood. It is confirm she also can manipulate other living being's blood to a degree. Thanks to Chainsaw Devil within Part 2 of the story. We do know she actually represents blood on a conceptual level. Despite this, there's a few questions I had to answer.
The big one involving water funny enough. F.F. is heavily depended on making contact with water. By default, F.F. regenerates at a much faster rate. The actual question is who gains more within the water? We never seen Power used blood through water. We do know blood could mix with water. But that easily could work against her as well.
Power would lack a defense inside the body if any of those planktons gotten inside. F.F. making contact with water rapidly increases the amount of them. Power suddenly could be starting over from something like that. F.F. easily cover notable water areas. Power also lacks the major weaknesses to kill them. F.F.'s plankton colony is notably smarter than Power.
It also doesn't help Power's mind more like a child. F.F. Even if she figure out F.F. needs water to survive. She can only do so much to prevent F.F. from making contact with water. It's very possible Power never heard of planktons. Therefore, she doesn't actually know what they are going to hurt her. F.F. without water to a degree has regeneration.
Most devils requires blood to keep going or simply regenerate. Power biting F.F.'s corpse to get some blood is easily the stupidest move she could make. Eventually Power going to get low on blood. If she were to do that planktons could easily end the fight. Power using blood manipulation further accelerates the process.
The only way Power could win this fight is leaving the corpse. Suddenly her stats goes up just high enough to take the fight around. But even this form still has the same problems I mentioned. Power would need to quickly take F.F. out before making contact with water. Even if Power tries to prevent F.F. reaching water in a fight.
The very moment F.F. makes contact it won't matter anymore. Power isn't a strategist to begin with. Which isn't a good idea against her opponent. I don't think Power going to prevent that from happening. Realizing F.F. could fight Power from both outside and inside the body at the same time is terrifying. F.F. easily could keep Power busy until her organs gets attacked.
Power lacking some abilities to directly counter water. I really couldn't ignore this, F.F. has exactly what they need to win. Sure Power's regeneration does cover more fatal injuries. But F.F. can easily work around Power's greatest advantages. At the same time, Power can't work around F.F.'s greatest advantages made things crystal clear.
Even if F.F. had some of Power's blood inside. It wouldn't go far because there's too many planktons to deal with. It's safe to say even if Power attempted coming back through blood is another huge mistake. By that point she already defeated she can't do anything!!! F.F. simply has all over their bases covered while Power too clueless what she's facing seals her fate.
