Currently finished Season 3 recently.
He often send me match blogs his team does. I do miss the good old days of Death Battle prediction blogs of this quality. Don't expect virtually covering everything in terms of categories. Each having a list of stuff included. Although they do make sure to mention stuff on those lines. I actually spend a couple hours reading a lot of these entries.
I enjoyed majority of the ones I came across. As far I'm aware there isn't a bad entry among them. Occasionally he reveals these bias fan comments that's comedy gold. Let's say we got some real winners in here!!! They do their variation on Wiz and Boomstick. It's better than some of these web show knock off characters lol.
I felt the jokes are more notably funnier as well. They actually understand Bleach as well as Chainsaw Man unlike the web show. Just like that show they go over stuff regarding all the characters. Then they prepare the written scenario fights that's incredibly detailed. To a degree you almost can vision some of this action in your head.
A lot of these matches I honestly never heard of until I gotten linked their respective blogs. Let's put it this way it's a rather interesting line up. You know the ones you see several DB fans make videos about. At the same time, all of them simply makes sense. They took the proper time to do the research. It's much more accurate than the web show.
It's much more balanced than Mugen. Seriously some of these characters are stupidly broken in that lol. They also don't plan on doing any Marvel vs DC matches either. Honestly I been so sick of the actual show doing those. I don't mind if characters from either goes against characters outside those franchises. They come up with truly amazing points on stuff.
They done a fight for desertfox088. I already requested a particular match up I always wanted for a long time. These are a little lengthy blog entries. They do differ in length to a degree. Some matches just requires more critical points to be made. Not to mention, some of these matches are very complex. They don't leave any stones left unturned.
They sure keep everything interesting with each entry in a season being it's own theme. They do take requests that may or may not become future entries. They prefer using more Otaku characters. We are talking video games as well as anime. Both has plenty of truly amazing characters. Just reading one of these felt like a huge breath of fresh air.
Sure they do some matches you expect from time to time. Despite that, they are virtually giving you gold with these amazingly written DB blogs. When I did discuss a lot of matches with Keyblade_Sora. Nine out of ten times we instantly agrees who wins. I even confessed to a lot of characters I didn't know at all.
They do cover these characters even further than the web show. To the point before the next section you have a great idea what they're capable of. I know most actual DB fans aren't readers. I felt if some of them gave this DB blog series a try. It'll be like kids in a candy store. I don't have much to criticize despite pointed out an issue with Kaguya vs Temari.
I was quite nice to say to Keyblade_Sora. This originally written by a different team member. To me this didn't quite give you a solid reason for the encounter. It almost sorta came off like they just meet then fight that's it. I do like they changed it to being an fight both characters agrees to do. I still won't take any credit though.
I do think this DB blog series could truly become the stuff of legends. Personally I actually think they're already there. I'm often show stuff for a lot of characters. Obviously if I know em it won't take long for me to read em. A character I don't know I usually read a bit slower. There's some rather interesting characters they cover including a lot not even on the web show at all!!!
I also felt you simply learn more from reading about em than simply watching videos. Sure you might understand faster actually seeing what they could do. But reading about em ends up giving you much more critical information. This team is truly amazing at what they do. They really aren't bias towards anyone.
It's tricky to not be bias during prediction videos and blogs. Especially when your favorite characters loses. I just wish more DB fans listen to what others say rather than "No you're wrong!!!" Of course I got a few favorite entries I recommend reading. Some of which I really would love to see myself. I will pick matches from Seasons 2 to 3.
1. The Grinch vs Jack Skellington
2. Makima vs Kenjaku
3. Itachi Uchiha vs Byakuya Kuchiki
4. Spike Spiegel vs Revy
5. Master Chief vs Doom Slayer (their version)
6. Nemesis vs Subject Delta
7. Denji vs Rick Taylor
8. Hellboy vs Nero
Eventually I'll slowly read the entries I haven't before. I do appreciate the work that goes into these DB blog entries. They are being quite creative with the theme. I know some might view this as, "Oh they think they can do Death Battle better than the actual team I'll love to see them try!!!" It's way better than Cartoon Fight Club.
The actual web show spiritually following Celebrity Deathmatch. They do respect the characters for the most part. I'm not sure how they choose matches outside people requesting em. I'm sure whatever that process is simply better than most DB knock off shows. I know I got little room to talk since I'm assisted with Fan War in a couple episodes.
I rather have something to explain something really complex than a rather incomplete rushed explanation. Some of these verdicts might even convince you why they won. Sadly nothing cares bias people in versus debates. I do think they will continue onto some rather amazing DB blogs soon. I also felt they are going to blow a lot of people's minds if they haven't already.
