Dead by Daylight and Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game comparison

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I got two vastly different comparisons with Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game. The bigger comparison will be coming in a few weeks. Today, I got a much smaller comparison that's going to be somewhat fun to do. Considering Dead by Daylight has The Clown, I wanna compare him to the Klowns from their game.

Obviously I'm a huge fan of evil clown characters. I figured surprisingly no one is doing this take on the concept. I think it's too soon to fully compare the two games. A little hint, the actual game I'm going to compare to Killer Klowns, I previously talked about before as well. It also came out the same year as Killer Klowns as well as both debut in the late 80s.

The Clown (Dead by Daylight) vs The Klowns (Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game)

Both sides has some unfair stuff going for them. The Clown kept getting cosmetics since his release a couple years ago. The Klowns is in a recent multiplayer horror game. There are some similarities as well as differences. End of the day, you decide which clown killer you prefer playing as in either game.

The Clown is one murder that uses a few bottles that's specialty made to drug people. He's alone like majority of the killers in the game. He does have a lot more build options with the perks as well as add-ons. He's armed with a knife to hunt down survivors. Of course, he laughs during matches.

The Klowns is three clown theme humanoid aliens that works as a team. They also have Lackeys that can be created from Cocoon Generators. The Lackeys either can make noises alerting the Klowns, jump survivors or pick up cocoons. To clarify, they will not hang up the survivors.

Dead by Daylight does have a lot more maps. I don't wanna focus on what DbD has that Killer Klowns does for this comparison. In both games, killers can hang up the survivors. They also have the option to kill em. In The Clown's case, he has a few mori methods to do so. Mostly he must hang em up at least once to mori em.

The Klowns can either kept using weapons on downed survivors to kill em or perform a klownality. The Klowns can do up to four klownalities in matches. The Klowns despite lacking Baby Klowns meant for traps currently in the game. They still cover more range within their abilities.

Klown Jump is basically their teleport move. LOL is a power up that's temporary increases stats as well as heals em. They got balloon dog to track survivors down. Invisible Car can be used to quickly travel around the map. They got a lot of weapons with two main types. One entire set of them is simply meant to capture the humans being different cotton candy rayguns.

The other set of weapons is melee with a more interesting variety among em. Unlike DbD, The Klowns as well as the Lackeys can be killed off. The Klowns will respawn after a short time period. Humans also has one chance to revive themselves in matches too. DbD is 1v4 matches while Killer Klowns 3v7 matches.

I personally enjoy playing these clown characters. I can't deny playing as The Klowns was simply way more fun. The Clown simply felt like he needed something to help better his chances. Other than The Klowns even using LOL a little on the slow side. Shorty is the fastest Klown in the game.

I also should mention there's different classes of Klowns too. Mostly their stats such as stamina, how much health and their speed differs a bit. I am so tired of hearing people saying, "The Klowns are too alike in the game play." End of the day, The Klowns has something for everyone while The Clown just falls short.

The Klowns are simply more well rounded. They work as a team rather than The Clown being by himself. They offer much more stuff they can use during the matches too. You also can do some customization with them. Even change their genders, I kinda like that. It does help people be more like themselves while playing the game.

Possibly next month the bigger Killer Klowns comparison coming.
