Anime Face Off Original vs. Remake #4 Hunter x Hunter with OVAs vs. Hunter x Hunter

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, around my early teenage years I got into Yu Yu Hakusho. Still one of my favorite animes to this day. I recently got into his more popular work Hunter x Hunter. Which was very different in comparison at the same time being one of the best stories I ever heard. Hunter x Hunter originally had one anime to be followed in Japan by a OVA series.

A couple years later, a new anime based on the manga comes. I would say just like JoJo's Bizarre Adventure the similarities & differences makes it difficult for a comparison. I truly respected the author of those stories. Hunter x Hunter manga is still running despite some long breaks it had in the past.

Hunter x Hunter 1999 version

Hunter x Hunter 2011 version

Round 1: Characters

Both versions of Hunter x Hunter has a lot of the same characters present. Some had a more notable role in the original version. Mostly there isn't a lot of key differences in what they do. However most of their appearances changed either a little or for many characters a lot. Both of them has a great usage of characters for it's time.

Hell it should be since the manga is one of the most popular in the world. Hunter x Hunter 2011 simply has more characters including a lot of chimera ants. Which is difficult to compete against in the long run. I should mention Hunter x Hunter 1999 OVA finishes off a story arc before fully doing Greed Island arc.

But they haven't been officially dubbed in another language. Hunter x Hunter 2011 covers all of that. A lot of interesting characters doesn't appear in the original version. The main characters themselves are respectively portrayed well. Although Gon's hair in the 2011 version is more accurate to the manga.

The winner of this round is Hunter x Hunter 2011 version

Round 2: Story

Both animes starts from the beginning of the manga. 1999 version technically left off with Yorknew City arc not finished. The OVA starts from that up till the end of Greed Island arc. 2011 version continues into Chimera Ant arc and 13th Hunter Chairman Election arc. I should mention like Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, 2011 version does quickly speed through a lot of story.

Although it doesn't felt rushed at all. Chimera Ant arc is the longest story arc in that version. From Chimera Ant arc to the end is going slower than usual. But it is barely notable after a while. The story in both versions is faithful to the manga. There is some filler stuff in the original 1999 version that alters the direction of story to a degree.

Let's be honest you are getting a truly great story. But you will get much more of it in 2011 version. Also the violence is more mirroring it's manga counterpart than 1999 version. They chose to tone some parts down in that version otherwise it wouldn't be allowed to air. It wasn't actually that violent in matter like Elfen Lied or Hellsing Ultimate.

The winner of this round is Hunter x Hunter 2011 version

Round 3: Animation

There was a big time difference between both anime versions. I would say both of them had great animation at the time. 1999 version is similar to many animes of it's time. 2011 version is unusual in it's quality. Although it is very great animation. Hunter x Hunter covers a lot of terrible moments. More faithfully done in 2011 version.

I would say in comparison 1999 version can be considered a little choppy. All the characters are done well while those same characters are really done well in 2011 version. They allowed much more gory moments in 2011 version displaying some amazing talent. I don't want people to think I don't like 1999 version.

I honestly like both of them with the animation not quite on level with 1999 version's OVA series. You can tell they were rushing them out but it isn't horribly done either like the new version of Berserk. You can clearly see 2011 version did take time covering what already has been adapted with 1999 version. At the same time covering newer arcs not animated before.

The winner of this round is Hunter x Hunter 2011 version

3-0 Hunter x Hunter 2011 version is the better anime. They may have sped through all the stuff 1999 version including it's OVAs covered. Plus adding two story arcs that are both great in their own right. The overall animation of 2011 version is widely superior. If you love the characters then 2011 version will give you more reason to do so.

Anime Face Off Original vs. Remake #3 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVA series vs. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, it's been a while since I wrote any entries in this blog series. To clarify a few of them are in the works. I haven't begun to start writing them but there will be a few more comparisons. My interest in Dragon Ball is very mixed due to the new anime in Japan right now. Unless I see a lot of requests for Dragon Ball Z comparison I won't do it.

I will post very quickly what to expect within a few months to possibly a little over a year's time. Keep in mind, one particular comparison could happen sooner or later. But I know a lot of people would love to see it.

1. Hunter x Hunter
2. Neon Genesis Evangelion (show vs. movie series)
3. Berserk

Of course I do take requests so don't worry I want to make entertaining blog entries for anime fans too.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure OVA series

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Round 1: Characters

Both animes has the same main characters with some villain characters appearing on both of them. Although their stories is more similar than previous entries of this blog series. There are still clear differences between both versions. Although how most of their enemies are defeated remains the same.

In the newer anime, there's a lot more villain characters & their stands. They chose during both OVA series of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure to limit the number of stand battles. Their goal was stick more directly to the story. Let's be honest I'm surprised many things got allowed in both versions I'm not kidding.

Sadly among a closer look I simply learn more and have more reason to care about our heroes in the new anime. You do learn a great deal about all the main characters including the main antagonist Dio. Stands do count as characters with some of them being more interesting than their actual user. I didn't want this to be as one sided as it is but I have to give this to the new anime version.

The winner of this round is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Round 2: Story

Both animes are based on Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is still one of the longest running manga series in the world. I do need to state some important things before I start breaking this down. The original OVA series started with the later half. Due to a particular part with Dio reading an magazine.

It took the team a few years before delivering the second OVA series that makes up the first half. Star Wars & a few years later was The Lord of the Rings live action movies that done this. The story itself is should I say very bizarre lol. The new anime version is actually season 2 only covering Part 3 of the manga.

Season 1 covered both Part 1 and 2 of the manga. Which I do recommend checking that season out folks it is great stuff. This may cover a lot of key moments in both versions. Unfortunately due to them removing a lot of moments to speed up a more direct story take for the OVA series. They loss a lot of rememberable moments that were present in the manga.

Thankfully that isn't a problem in the new version. I do need to say those OVA series does a great job keeping your interest from the beginning. But this is based on the most popular portion of the manga. Therefore you should get more than that. I hate to say it but the new version has all the stand battles. They also kept in the humor and possibly some of the strangest anime moments I have ever seen.

The winner of this round is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Round 3: Animation

Originally I was going to do a violence category but they're very similar in that category to make it very difficult to pick a winner. So I decided with the big time difference to judge the overall animation. Keep in mind the OVA series do differ due to the Dio magazine scene. Originally release in 1993 to1994 with the second OVA series coming out in 2000 to 2002.

The new anime aired originally in Japan 2014 to 2015. I should mention there is thirteen OVA episodes compared to forty eight episodes of the new anime. I strongly felt both of them had amazing animation for their time. I simply felt some moments are better done in one version. I could say the same in vice versa.

Sadly due to the amount of story skipped over in the OVA series. I swear I didn't plan on doing that to begin with. There is more stuff to be animated in the new anime. I do need to say the impressive animation style of that version is truly amazing. They make every character in cool 3D animation while somethings remains in 2D.

I do believe this captured more of the nature of those stories by doing that. By the way the new Berserk somehow completely dropped the ball on doing the same thing. Honestly even small moments looks better than the best moments in the OVA series. I do recommend anyone trying to get into this franchise to watch both of them.

Although my choice is crystal clear at this point. I really do prefer the new anime for many reasons stated in this entry. The best possible way of summary of all that is it simply has more to offer in every possible department. I just finished watching it all play out on Toonami being very excited with every episode.

The winner of this round is JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders

Before I finish this if anyone is interested in enough of me covering Part 1 from the animated movie & the first couple episodes of season 1 of that anime. All I need from you is request it enough to make it happen.

3-0 JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders aka season 2 is the better anime. It takes what you loved about the manga in it's entirely. In comparison the OVA series was a solid first adaptation of Part 3. But don't you want more of everything in the long run? I strongly felt the new anime hits everything not leaving you disappointed or wanting more.

It covers much more from the manga including all stand battles and those missing characters. A lot of rememberable moments are present in full for your entertainment. This is easily one of the finest remake animes I have ever seen. Truly worth the time to check it out in it's entirely. I am dying to watch Part 4 aka season 3.

Top 5 Things I want in a new Twisted Metal game

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I always will be a huge Twisted Metal fan despite playing more recently on Xbox consoles. I just watched a video by David Jaffe on YouTube talking about the state of Twisted Metal franchise. Some of the stuff he said caught my attention to make this blog. A lot of us still want a new Twisted Metal game to play.

I figured to give a top 5 lists of the stuff that I really would like to see in a new installment. Now a lot of people could agree or disagree. I honestly could care less since this is strictly my opinion on how to possibly make Twisted Metal great again. This franchise started something big that sadly got crapped on by some game companies.

5. Please attempt new ideas to spice up the car combat madness
Some people simply wants car combat while others something more like GTA series. One of it's competitors Vigilante 8 gave objectives while taking out your opponents. Twisted Metal in newer games had some interesting concepts. For me obviously I want Sweet Tooth to return. I also want some nice game play concepts.

In Twisted Metal: Black and Small Brawl you had to explore levels to unlock hidden characters. You don't have to give us huge ambitious boss fights. I was fine taking on Dark Tooth in TM2. Hell hidden areas like in many levels could have mini games for us to play. Considering there never was officially a Twisted Metal game compilation of any kind.

A good number of those games can be unlockables or place in as mini games. Especially for those that never got to play many of these classics. If you go the light route don't make it like TMIII and Small Brawl please. To me it took too much away from the dark, mysterious world of Twisted Metal. I rather have my Twisted Metal games being dark with great stories.

4. Make the world similar to what canned Black sequel intended on doing
According to PS2 port of Head-On, some of it's developers died in a plane crash. They did have some of their concepts to create Twisted Metal: Lost. I believe a huge part of the planned sequel was a big open world connecting all the levels. This feature by itself would've predated stuff like GTA Online. You don't have to wait long to go between levels.

Considering this concept wasn't finalized before. The Twisted Metal team could really do a lot with that concept. You could explore more than you usual do in most Twisted Metal games to find some nice surprises. I was very surprised not even Twisted Metal PS3 didn't do that. Despite some of it's similarities to Twisted Metal: Black.

You could have particular conditions for hidden bosses or power ups. I would love to see driving up a building from the ground floor or parking garage now that would be awesome. Twisted Metal deserves a lot more praise than it currently gets. You could work in so much content to keep gamers busy for a long time.

3. By making it online with plenty of ways to customize the experience
Although the number of people playing several Twisted Metal games isn't as big as many games. The fan base is willing to bring back servers to allow online play. Not many fan bases has that going for it. I felt it is time for a major change for this series. Considering how well many games are doing online.

I do believe in the right hands with the proper care. This new Twisted Metal game is going to blow people away. Not only they will be constantly added stuff but also have things you can buy. They really should take a page from Injustice 2. Please allow us to customize our characters like that game. You can make any vehicle of your choice slower but more power or faster but not as accurate in firing weapons.

This alone could be exactly what Twisted Metal needs to survive. I did heard about Twisted Metal PS3's multiplayer. A good amount of that must be in the new Twisted Metal game. Hell give us a map editor to allow us to create our own levels. You can truly bring the fan service & being close to the fans at the same time.

2. Calypso could be use as in game mission system including rare stuff
Obviously Calypso grants a wish from whoever is the victor of his contest. I think they could have him act as the person giving you events, missions or confirming a Twisted Metal tournament. Calypso is there for all the carnage, violent and blood. I felt this is the single best way of having him in the game.

Events that could increase your rank or gain rare parts you can use on your vehicles. Missions similar to Vigilante 8 in nature with the Twisted Metal twist. He could give out boss missions that would require several players to take it on together. Many MMORPG games has very big boss enemies that takes a ridiculous amount of people with no guarantee of success.

Hell it is a Twisted Metal game it should allow us to compete in the tournament. Honestly it would piss me off if that isn't in the game at all. Of course gaming is quickly going from single player offline games to massively online multiplayer games in the last decade. This could allow a lot of players to compete against each other in that style especially those who grew up playing them.

1. Allow the fans to create their own stories

Twisted Metal 4 allowed us to create up to thirty characters. Despite some of it's options being limited I still like the feature a lot. Now let's take it up a step further a lot of fans has theories of several characters. Why not allow them to recreate their very own fantasies in game? I think by doing this feature it will bring a lot more people into the game.

Hell I can imagine some silly but still dark stories while others will attempt to recreate Black style stories. All I ask is don't limit our choices in how we can create our own story. I really don't want to see endings similar to TMIII please. By doing this it helps get players more into the game long term. Nintendo did Super Mario Maker allowing almost everyone's custom levels online.

Thus also allowing other people playing those levels. If Nintendo found success with that then why can't Sony do the same with this? Just imagine it really will be our very own Twisted Metal world. All the ridiculous possibilities are literately at our finger tips. A truly unique experience that might even be unable to recreate is something rare in gaming.

Of course this is strictly my opinion not based or inspired by anyone else's.

Parts of this won't be in the actual blog but considering it will be a long one. I felt you could come back to see this since it will be much smaller in comparison. This will focus on what I simply couldn't add into the actual comparison. I felt this was possibly the best way of going about the issue covering every possible ground.

At a later time after March 2019 characters gets added. I will do a short blog talking about those characters in full detail.

Death Battle Fight Prediction: Galactus (Marvel) vs. Unicron (Transformers)

This is going to be a very lengthy blog. Please take as many breaks as possible. Trust me neither Galactus or Unicron is going to devour you. Unless Wiz and Boomstick somehow commands them to lol.

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, by now everyone at one point has requested Galactus vs. Unicron. Possibly the most epic fight imaginable among their big requests. Both of them are important beings to their multiverse with strong similarities. Honestly the animation alone is going to be insanely time consuming process.

I figured since this is such a huge request. I too have requested it a few times in the past. I really want to see how epic they're going to make this one fight. We're talking about a fight capable of destroying an entire universe maybe more depending on things. These two are insanely god like beings capable of doing ridiculous things.

The actual research part of it can surprisingly be misleading. I will understand that more in full detail in the verdict. I will say Galactus is one of my favorite Marvel villains. Unicron is possibly the single worst thing you can run into of that multiverse. You will be very surprised how this fight actually will play out.

I apologize in advance but a user on YouTube gave me a lot of important information on Unicron a few years ago. If it wasn't for this I probably wouldn't be considering doing this blog for fellow fans. Now I should mention even removing outside help out of this fight. We have two of the most powerful beings in fictional history capable of things you simply can't imagine.

Galactus

Originally he was a being of a dying universe. Not explained how he became the host of cosmic energy now known as Galactus. He must feed off planet's life force in order to survive. Galactus has transformed people into Superman level characters with ridiculous abilities. Even some of the strongest fought him at some point.

Unicron

At the beginning of the universe there were two gods. Primus the creator and all of that is good. Unicron the destroyer, chaos and all of that is evil. His usual disguise is that of an mechanical planet. Only Primus can truly rival him in power. Unicron wants to conqueror the entire multiverse. This guy is capable of things you simply won't believe.

Powers & Abilities
Galactus

+Supreme Strength
+Supreme Speed
+Supreme Durability
+Energy Projection
+Energy Manipulation
+Matter Manipulation
+Telepathy
+Telekinesis
+Healing
+Shielding
+Cosmic Teleportation
+Life Creation
+Size Manipulation
+Time Manipulation
+Power Granting

Despite not originally being a god like being. Galactus does indeed have an important role in the universe. After all he is the source of all cosmic energy considered by Mr. Fantastic to be the best energy. Galactus has proven to be something truly terrifying to civilizations among other worlds. Even those working for him are almost as scary to deal with.

I should mention Galactus has the Ultimate Nullifier capable of destroying & recreating universes.

Unicron

+Supreme Strength
+Supreme Speed
+Supreme Durability
+Energy Projection
+Energy Manipulation
+Matter Manipulation
+Telepathy
+Telekinesis
+Healing
+Shielding
+Teleportation around the entire multiverse
+Size Manipulation
+Time Manipulation
+Power Granting
+Transmutation
+Reality Warping
+Shape Shifting
+Cosmic senses
+Near Omniscient (allowing him to see on other dimensions and knows everything)
+Capable of making pocket dimensions/universes
+Acausality (allowed to exist outside the multiverse)
+Intangibility
+Capable of devouring spacetime itself (Seriously that is a thing)

Unicron stands for everything evil thus being a pure evil being. In another way imagine a giant robotic devil capable of ridiculous things that would be Unicron. Similar stories were told about a mysterious robotic planet devouring other planets. Obviously he hates his brother Primus and those a part of his legacy that's usually the Autobots.

Weaknesses
Galactus

Although his role to the universe is important. His very essence depending on him feeding off planet's life forces. Even to this day we still haven't seen a full power Galactus. Prefers to let his herald do most of the job. Heavily relies on using cosmic energy in combat. Out of the two Galactus is more arrogant.

Unicron

Unicron can only lose to Primus or those in his legacy. Despite that he really doesn't have any major flaws. Trust me folks I looked all over the internet. Unicron is truly a god that only has one true equal.

Galactus

Advantages
+More confirmed combat experience

Disadvantages
-More arrogant out of the two
-Relies heavily on using cosmic energy
-Relies heavily on his herald carrying out his orders
-Only Primus or those in his legacy can defeat Unicron
-Unicron is a being capable of existing outside the multiverse making the Ultimate Nullifier useless
-Unicron feeds off of cosmic energy
-Chaos is his direct source of power that Galactus can't take away
-Never revealed how truly powerful he actually is
-Isn't able to escape Unicron's ability to see through dimensions and outside the multiverse
-Most likely will run away from what can kill him

Unicron

Advantages
+Way more powerful
+Way more faster
+Way more durability
+Way more experience with his powers
+Way too many powers for Galactus to deal with
+Only Primus or those in his legacy can defeat him
+Technically is immortal

Disadvantages
-None

Verdict

The best possible way of going about describing this fight. Imagine putting someone as powerful you can be in one universe against someone whose as powerful in the entire multiverse. As many of you know a multiverse is an endless amount of universes that's all connected to each other in some way. This means Unicron is essentially infinitely times in every category over Galactus.

Yes Galactus has more confirmed combat experience. Some of the most able characters had to work with others to take him down. Granted Unicron has loss to the Autobots on a few occasions. But that was due to their leader is an descendant of his brother Primus. It has been widely stated only his brother or those in his legacy can defeat him.

Which means by default again Galactus loses. Similar to Ganon vs. Bowser fight the same thing. Now I could take the time to truly bring down how truly one sided this fight actually is. But lucky I don't have to since Unicron has the most insane feats I ever heard of. He can go up to billions or greater than the Speed of Light.

His striking power, lifting and durability are actually classified as immeasurable. This could mean several means to people. Some will misunderstood thinking Galactus could get pass his durability. Sadly in this case it actually no matter what Galactus does. He has no real way even harming Unicron at all.

In vice versa, Unicron is simply way too much for Galactus to handle on his own. Further proof he would lose this fight is the time he took on the Celestials. They are much higher on the power scale still a good distance between them & several insanely powerful beings beyond em. Unicron is virtually the second most powerful being in his multiverse only behind his brother Primus.

Now in that fight Galactus did take one of the Celestials down. Very quickly they took him down in record time. Why am I even bringing the Celestials into this debate you're wondering? Very simply both the Celestials and Unicron are god like giant robots with a lot of the same abilities. I should mention there is only one Unicron in the multiverse while there's a lot of Galactus in them.

This means every possible canon of Transformers actually can be used in this fight. Now Death Battle could allow that for Galactus but at a point they can't. It's kinda confusing to explain but imagine virtually all the possibilities. Great now imagine anyone could be Galactus in one alternate universe had Galactuspool I'm not kidding.

In other words they will inevitable hit a point they have to limit what to consider for him. Which could end up hurting worse in the long run. Unicron held his own against his brother. A being around The One Above All level in Marvel multiverse. I hate to say it Galactus fans not even the Ultimate Nullifier is going to help.

You see Unicron was one of the original things in his multiverse at the very beginning. This gave him the ability to exist out of time, capable of devouring spacetime and possibly multiversal teleportation. All of those can easily counter the affects of that weapon. For anyone not familiar what it is, the Ultimate Nullifier is capable of destroying & recreating universes.

Now the two biggest reasons Galactus will lose this fight. Galactus is the host of cosmic energy. But both of them are known for devouring it. To sum it the more Galactus uses that energy, the stronger Unicron will become. The simple biggest reason of all is Unicron also gets his power from chaos. There is no way Galactus can stop chaos in one universe let alone a entire multiverse.

Galactus has no way to contact other universe's Galactus about that. Even if he somehow was able to, I doubt they would take him seriously enough to do something about it. Also there does exist Shuma-Gorath the god of chaos. He too feeds off Chaos the same exact way Unicron does. This also means the concept of chaos for them can co exist bridging to the Death Battle universe.

Winner: Unicron

Vigilante 8 review

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I knew about Vigilante 8 since my child hood. I got to play a demo of it on PlayStation. I seen it and Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense in a few magazines. I grew up around it's main competitor Twisted Metal series. I felt Vigilante 8 deserves more credit than it currently gets. Don't worry I will be reviewing the second one when the time is right.

Vigilante 8 was made by a small group of five people. Which makes bringing it to PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64 and Game Boy Color impressive. Yes Vigilante 8 beat Twisted Metal to handheld consoles. A lot of people don't know Vigilante 8 series is a spin off of Interstate series by Activision. They knew they had competition on consoles.

Twisted Metal series at this point had 989 Studios making Twisted Metal III & Twisted Metal 4. Both of them sold well enough to get greatest hits rerelease. Their strategy to take it head on was having Vigilante 8 on multiple platforms. Sadly it didn't help much in terms of sells but a lot of people do remember those games.

Personally it is nice to have an alternative to what you are use to in gaming. Sometimes you may prefer a more recently franchise over what you grew up playing. Vigilante 8 is centered around the 70s just like the game it spin off from Interstate '76. I always thought it was interesting to have a school bus on the cover.

There is actually a banned commercial that had a kid cursing. It was banned due to them using a school bus around the time a horrible school shooting happened. Which caused this bus to get changed to a prison bus in the sequel. Just imagine a commercial for a game during the 90s with a kid saying something like that not censored.

Vigilante 8 has eight default playable characters from the start. You have to complete the game to unlock five more characters including Y the Alien. You knew they had to do that joke somewhere in this game lol. What separates this from Twisted Metal series is many things. You don't have to worry running into people or having some of them attacking you.

In some Twisted Metal games you could have people attacking you. Another major difference is choice of music. Twisted Metal is more into metal songs while Vigilante 8 got lighter songs of a few categories. Vigilante 8 also has objectives for every playable character to complete. Yes you can still beat the level simply destroying your opponents.

Some objectives are very easy to complete while others can be tricky to pull off. A perfect example is particular sections of some levels can easily be destroyed. Protection missions is whatever the game tells you to protect make sure it doesn't blow up. In vice versa, it is much easier to do destroying missions.

Also this does include the final opponent at the end of every characters quest mode playthrough. Which means you can still fail in some of them due to what the mission is. I felt some of their levels are too easy while others took me awhile to complete. To fully unlock everything you need to complete every single objective all the characters including Y the Alien.

But if you want to unlock everything without cheating. You have to beat the game with everyone. I also like everyone has a different level selection with different objectives. Yes some objectives are shared but they also do it the opposite direction. I felt this gave me a huge idea how things are going on in this universe.

Vigilante 8 also lets you change the song that is playing. Here is another fact not a lot of people know. This also includes Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense, both of them on PlayStation 1. If you know the method you can play a different music CD while playing them. In other words you can continue playing while listening to other songs to help keep you going.

There isn't many levels but they're all a great size. The final hidden level is Super Dreamland 64 being exclusive to N64 version. Despite the name it has no connection with Nintendo's Kirby. They chose to make it as a parody towards many kid theme games on the console. Vigilante 8 also has different final bosses for every playable characters.

Although two characters face Boogie at the end of their quest mode. You also get arcade and survival modes to spice things up. In survival mode you can play against twelve opponents. Thankfully you aren't facing them at the same time. Yes it is possible to have them all being the same characters. I really would love to see him win against twelve Y the Aliens lol.

Speaking of him, most characters has four levels for quest mode. In his case he has five levels facing everyone. In most of their quest mode they only face the other team. Y the Alien is hands down the best character in the entire game to play as. Do you wanna know why? Y the Alien is fighting in his UFO.

Thus he is the only flying character that's very fast and can easily escape the worst of attacks. Also he has the most powerful special among all the characters. This alien doesn't mess around in combat. There is plenty of vehicular combat games on PlayStation 1 but barely any on Nintendo 64. Surprisingly the controls feels just like some Twisted Metal games on PS1 I'm not kidding.

Very recently I got everything unlocked without cheating on my own. I have trouble wanting to do that for any Twisted Metal games. I like all their quest mode is short but a lot of fun to play. Twisted Metal games has you playing more levels with tough boss fights. Personally I wouldn't mine if this game had those bosses.

Vigilante 8 truly deserves to be called the challenger to the king of car combat. In many ways it is better than Twisted Metal. Let's be honest you could play them both & still have a great time. End of the day they're incredibly different from each other leading up to a different experience entirely. Twisted Metal in my opinion had better endings but some jokes in Vigilante 8's are still funny.

I should mention voice actors aren't that common among N64 games. A lot of games that had them were ported of other games. There wasn't a lot of original games having their own voice acting. This is one of the exceptions still holding up great today. Vigilante 8 is easily the next best thing after Twisted Metal series.

Bonus fact I still don't know if it is even real or a joke or whatever. Supposedly there is a compilation for PS1 with Twisted Metal 1-3 and Vigilante 8. I can't confirm if this was indeed real or not. But it still bags the question why is Vigilante 8 with Twisted Metal!!!. Although Vigilante 8 does make it a much more solid package since TMIII sucks.

I really can't wait to play Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense for many reasons. I hope you guys enjoy my blog and I hope to see all of you later.

My Best Guess Who The Next Three Killers in Dead by Daylight likely going to be

Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, I may not put as much time as many people. When it comes to playing Dead by Daylight but I still have great guesses of which horror movie icons could be added. We already have Michael, Leatherface, Amanda Young and Freddy in the game. The possibilities are truly endless so I hope you guys enjoy my blog.

Mystery Killer in September 2018

My best guess for next month is Pennywise from Stephen King's It. The creature wakes up from hibernation to devour children. There is also a mini series & soon to be two movies based on the same book. No body truly knows exactly what is this creature. Pennywise usually takes the appearance of a clown to cause fear in kids.

Pennywise can shape shift with no clear limits. It has been stated in the book, it's true form a human mind can't handle. He has been around several million years predating the universe in an sense. This creature would be perfect to both him and consider him an early Halloween present. Yes I am aware The Clown was added a few months ago.

Honestly Pennywise is going to bring so much to the game. I felt since he use fear tactics that he should do that similar to The Doctor with madness. There is a lot of great possibilities what to do with him. Also this would be the first time you can play as a Stephen King character in a video game. Personally I felt he belongs in Dead by Daylight.

Mystery Killer in December 2018

For this month I went back & forward between a few possibilities. An evil Santa or a killer dressed up as him killing people. I strongly felt Krampus would be perfect for this game. Always viewed as the direct opposite of Santa Claus. There's a couple horror movies with him to boot. This guy will terrorize your children.

Just imagine how sick Dead by Daylight will make him. Krampus very likely will have a twisted Christmas theme map. By throwing in customizing him will bring a new level of appeal to the game. Usually Krampus stands out among most bad Santas you can imagine. I would be very surprise Krampus isn't coming to play.

Mystery Killer in March 2019

Granted this was between the Leprechaun & him. Leprechaun movies are now considered a part of St. Patrick's Day. In fact next year the new movie will air on Syfy. But I felt The Creeper sorta fits the theme more. Even his story that gets pass around states for every 23rd Spring for 23 days. The Creeper will be devouring a lot of people in that period.

In that regard he is similar to Pennywise. The Creeper could bring a map with his truck including the trap. Honestly this guy would fit in perfectly. Dead by Daylight do need something remotely close to a vampire. The Creeper could also have that song play when he is stalking survivors. You know similar to Michael having the Halloween theme playing doing the same exact thing.

Now this is my prediction based on several things. There is a strong chance it could be none of them coming. Dead by Daylight is continuing to grow into something truly amazing. Honestly this could be one of the greatest horror games ever made. I'm sure many fans has their own theories I just threw mine out there for others to see.
