More thoughts on Death Battle kickstarter event

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, as of earlier this morning. Death Battle's kickstarter ended. They were kind enough to give us Gru vs Megamind, thank you guys so much. I know someone in particular going to be very happy about it. This is more or less my thoughts on the entire experience from how I see it.

They raised $737,470, a little better than expected. Sadly it seem after a few days, people weren't thrilled. A few match ups that made it into the upcoming seasons. I felt they did great selecting matches up to a point. Not criticizing Ruby vs Maka & Gru vs Megamind while saying that either. I wasn't happy about Aang coming back but it's technically a better match up.

I'm still not happy with his previous episode. Then again I never was a fan of that franchise. I don't necessary hate it either. I will say it's somewhat overrated to the point it kinda annoys me a bit. Of course, the one match up from Tournament of Champions going to happen now. I'm talking Hulk vs Godzilla, congratulations you just killed Hulk a third time.

I kept getting more information on both of them. I can safely say Hulk is ridiculous sure. But he just isn't Godzilla ridiculous. As previously stated, they might go the full composite route. Which ultimately makes Godzilla too much for him to handle. He's so broken it's not even a fight anymore. This doesn't even have anything to do with me liking Hulk more either.

I got to talk about Ash vs Yugi, a lot of us remembered people heavily into both franchises in schools. Despite Ash having a lot more confirmed experience, his show went over nearly three decades!!! I still strongly believe Yugi is going to win. They likely going to do a mixed duel style. We see half pokemon while half Yu-Gi-Oh!

Yugi would hold a lot of unfair advantages in this fight. He virtually has enough control over it despite having to pick a card often. The rules are much more complex in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Not only that the Pharaoh can directly send Ash's soul to another plain of existence. He even has the option to remove something of his opponent from the duel.

Which could be game changing depending on things. Ash isn't that bright either while Yugi knows his game well enough to win. Yugi could potentially use more monsters at one time than Ash too. Ash also has little to nothing he can do about trap cards. He also can't do anything about cards that revives dead monsters as well as a few that transforms em.

A good example of this is Toon World. Which transforms monsters into toon versions. All of a sudden, you start to see how unfair of a match up this actually is. Another important factor is Yugi also a Shonen character. Yes, this is very bad for Ash since him and his monsters are possibly on higher levels by default.

Now Mahito vs Shigaraki represents the end of My Hero Academia and Jujutsu Kaisen this year.

Mahito vs Shigaraki, I previously done a prediction blog on it. I still got some stuff to say though. Shigaraki is easily one of the best written Shonen villians I ever seen. Mahito almost comes off as a more twisted variation of the same character. But minus the relatable backstory that helps make him more likeable.

I know a lot of people are excited for it. Even those that doesn't quite know both characters. Mahito is easily the more evil villain hands down, see what I did there? Again I'm rooting for Shigaraki, he's a great character. This is more interesting to me than Denji vs Yuji, I got reasons. "It's amazing what hands can do!!!" LOL

Ruby vs Maka is a fight people waited a long time for. We finally get Ruby's entire team onto the show. RWBY show itself isn't great anymore. Soul Eater Not likely better than it now. Look I'm a big fan of Soul Eater, I already stated to be rooting for Maka. Depending on which version of Ruby, it's a stomp that differs who wins.

Personally, I love the concept of two students with unusual scythes fighting each other. We might even see some Kishins and Grimms during this fight. Which would be kinda cool to watch them get hunted while they're fighting each other. It's questionable if Ruby's voice actress could reprise her role for it.

Considering a different company now owns RWBY. I rather a new voice actress takes over, it would work even better. Obviously to better represent RWBY, it's going to be an 3D battle. This would be a great Halloween episode too. They can do so much with this fight. It could be easily better than the last few volumes of RWBY not sorry!!!

Gru vs Megamind, my opinion changed so much since Tournament of Champions. Now I really wanna see this fight happen. This is going to be easily one of the finest episodes of it's season. Yes it will be similar to fights like The Doctor vs Rick Sanchez and a few others. They also gotta do this in 3D to better present both characters.

It would be cool if their teams gets involved as well. They really could do so much with the concept. It's going to be possibly worth for a season finale. This is going to be a close fight. They love the voice actors sounds identical to who actually voiced em in things. This would be truly amazing to have that as well.

Gru vs Megamind virtually has everything it needs to be a great episode. I would say more of an anti-hero episode since both used to be villains. Redemption is on the line, only one going to win. You can tell I'm excited for it. Not the one match up I'm the happiest for though. It's up there no doubt, they are going to have a lot of fun with this.

To clarify, the one match up that got in this shorter season I'm very happy about. Eggman vs Bowser, it's going to be one of the greatest episodes!!! As for the next season we also raised money for. I'm really excited for Simon the Digger vs White Lantern. I felt both these seasons are going to be among the best they ever done!!!

I will be brutally honest, I was avoiding to talk about the bonus episode. I'm not that interested into what I considered more of a Not Death Battle fight. Speaking of Not Death Battle, they recently started a new poll for a fight to happen on their web show. I voted for Chris Redfield vs Golem, as in the pokemon the joke was simply too funny.

Back to Light vs Columbo, people just don't understand how different it's going to go. This isn't going to be a fight like most of them. This is more of a weird game of wits. Either Columbo takes Light out or he gets tricked into giving Light his name. Light can make a lot happen through writing it in the death note.

For me, it's more boring than The Boys Battle Royale to me. Even Raiden vs Excalibur was a more interesting bonus episode. Also that's for killing Wolverine lol, you knew it was coming. Honestly I strongly recommend rewatching SpongeBob vs Super Friends Aquaman, it's way better. For more it's the more boring match up to get into the show.

The only real positive thing I can truly say about it is well being a bonus episode. I don't have to hold it to the same standards as regular DB episodes. At the same time, I have no real reason to watch it either. I rather see the chaos that is Mahito vs Shigaraki than this!!! I'm very happy they raised enough episodes for next year's season to cover the year.

We don't know if some of those episodes going to get moved into 2026. They already confirmed Wile E. Coyote vs Tom Cat still happening. Obviously, that's the one episode I'm looking forward to the most. I voted it in damn it, I'll drop everything to watch it. I'm very sure this will be well worth the longer wait with the insane possibilities that could happen, anything is possible.

Even more retro than expected

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I woke up this morning to some surprising stuff. I confess I slept in a bit. 2024 just isn't slowing down on the retro side, I'm loving it!!! My list already gotten much longer than expected. Plus the stuff I'm going to talk about here. I would be mind blown to get all of them soon, no guarantee though.

Resident Evil 2 hit GOG today as well.

1. Capcom Fighting Collection 2

Despite confusion over the title, I'm glad Capcom giving us more fighting games. I felt this is probably one of their most solid lineups in a compilation game to date. Personally, I would prefer Capcom Fighting Evolution not to be included. I'm already waiting for Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics.

Now Capcom giving us this too damn!!! They sure are obsess with compilation games. So many classics with some great extra stuff along with it. I guess it's not a surprise this is becoming my new standard game style. You get all of this for a good price, nothing additional is kinda sick. I actually played most of this collection before.

2. Castlevania Dominus Collection

Ever since I played Castlevania Advance Collection. I really wanted to play the DS Castlevania games. No one was expecting a shadow drop of that collection. The same day, Castlevania chapter hits Dead by Daylight no less. Not only we get those amazing Castlevania games. We also get Haunted Castle with a remastered version as a bonus.

Now we got a more definitive way to play all these Castlevania games. Sadly, this was the last Konami compilation game I was waiting for. Beyond this, there's virtually nothing left folks. I will say what a huge surprise Konami!!! I was really excited this wasn't a joke, it's quite real. I really can't wait to play these games soon, very high on my want list.

3. Tetris Forever

Digital Eclipse kept evolution of compilation games going with a game. Virtually every gamer loves, in fact the second highest selling game franchises behind Mario. I am talking about Tetris, we are getting an Tetris compilation. In the famous style to Atari 50 and similar compilations. I already know my wife would love this!!!

I still gotta get Atari 50 myself with a newer version coming this year. Well they're adding a lot to it that's paid dlc or you simply buy it altogether your choice. Digital Eclipse always done truly amazing job bringing back the classics. They are my main go to team for compilation games. Tetris is something that's truly special to us gamers, that's never going to change.

Conclusion

Right now I mostly wanna go compilation games with some exceptions. Killing Time: Resurrected and The Thing Remastered, I know are really going to kill it. I know Capcom Fighting Collection 2 coming next year, thank god for that. But so many of these classics coming back this year, I almost can't breath.

At the same time, I'll eventually get em all. Then focus more on personal stuff for long term life goals. I can play games until the end but I also gotta live beyond the games too. Retro wise, we are virtually kept getting more food in all you can eat buffet at this point. They just kept bringing em out, it's mind blowing to say the least.

I am truly happy a lot of these games are coming back. I felt nostalgia to a ridiculous degree. Even outside games with X-Men '97. I personally wanna thank all these game companies doing this. It's not even Christmas, it really felt like one giant Christmas to us retro gamers. I just don't want anything huge games to show up at this point.

My thoughts about every Treehouse of Horror stories (Seasons 2-35)

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, we got two Treehouse of Horror episodes coming this year. Sadly in November but virtually locked in dates due to baseball. I figured to quickly discuss every previous Treehouse of Horror stories. Excluding Not It but I already covered that in greater detail in another blog.

Treehouse of Horror                 Season 2 1990-1991

1. Bad Dream House

2. Hungry are the Damned

3. The Raven

Bad Dream House involves the Simpsons moving into a new haunted house. Even for the first Treehouse of Horror story, it was quite creative for it's time. Hungry are the Damned is a parody of a particular episode from The Twilight Zone. The aliens kidnapped the Simpsons with surprisingly good intentions.

Lisa started to question this to the point, the aliens felt hurt by it. They get dropped off at home because of her. Even here doesn't hide how two face Simpsons characters are. The Raven is a surprisingly effective adaptation of the story by Edgar Allen Poe. James Earl Jones being the narrator was pure genius!!!

Treehouse of Horror 2 Season 3 1991-1992

1. The Monkey's Paw

2. The Bart Zone

3. If I Only Had a Brain

The Monkey's Paw has several adaptations over the years. It shouldn't be a surprise there exists an Simpsons version. Homer was given a mysterious monkey paw that grants wishes. However every wish ended up backfiring in some way. The Bart Zone is another parody of The Twilight Zone that's quite creative.

Bart can read minds as well as warp reality to a degree. This had a surprising good ending with everything considered. If I Only Had a Brain is a strange take on Frankenstein. Where Mr. Burns brings a robot with a human brain being Homer's to life. Personally, I felt they could've done a little more with it.

Treehouse of Horror 3 Season 4 1992-1993

1. Clown Without Pity

2. King Homer

3. Dial "Z" for Zombies

Clown Without Pity is more directly a parody of an episode from The Twilight Zone. It's safe to say to some degree also parodying Child's Play series. This was before they renamed it to Chucky series. One of my favorite Krusty stories they ever done!!! King Homer is a parody of King Kong mostly the classic version.

I felt they done a surprisingly great job with it. The ending is a little unexpected as well. Dial "Z" for Zombies is their best zombie story to date. Some of the funniest early Treehouse of Horror jokes. This was a great way to end the episode. Easily, one of my favorites among the series without question. A true timeless classic among them at that.

Treehouse of Horror 4 Season 5 1993-1994

1. The Devil and Homer Simpson

2. Terror at 5½ Feet

3. Bart Simpson's Dracula

This always been one of my absolute favorite Treehouse of Horror episodes. The Devil and Homer Simpson involves Homer selling his soul to eat a donut. Everything about this was so damn good!!! Terror at 5½ Feet is another parody of The Twilight Zone. I felt how they recreated it the way they did was amazing stuff.

Bart constantly freaking out almost the entire story works perfectly for this. Bart Simpson's Dracula is obviously a parody of Dracula. There's a lot of adaptations of the story, likely parodying the 90s movie I'm a huge fan of. There's a nice twist at the end that completes the episode just right. I may like this parody a lot, I still prefer Conker's Bad Fur Day parodying the same Dracula movie more.

Treehouse of Horror 5 Season 6 1994-1995

1. The Shinning

2. Time and Punishment

3. Nightmare Cafeteria

Virtually everyone agrees including myself the greatest Treehouse of Horror episode ever!!! The Shinning is a parody of The Shining. This might be a controversial statement, I prefer this over The Shining movie & mini series. This was truly amazing stuff for it's time. Easily, the best parody of a Stephen King story ever!!!

Time and Punishment involves Homer traveling through time. He kept changing things in the distant past with dinosaurs. You can tell the writers had a lot of fun with this. Nightmare Cafeteria involves the school staff devouring children. I felt this one was a good end to a great Halloween episode, I felt bad for Willie.

Treehouse of Horror 6 Season 7 1995-1996

1. Attack of the 50-Foot Eyesores

2. Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace

3. Homer³

Attack of the 50-Foot Eyesores involves characters from advertising coming to life. They cause wreck to Springfield. they had some good jokes thrown in. Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace is a personal favorite of mine. I'm a huge Freddy fan, I absolutely love this parody. Considering some shared things for A Nightmare on Elm Street remake.

This parody story was way better!!! I felt it was done perfectly, it's so good!!! Homer³ was quite an ambitious concept. Parts of it in regular animation with CGI representing another dimension. I'm even amazed Homer got sent to the real world, I felt that's well executed. It was a huge deal to do the CGI portion at the time, it was done amazingly well.

Treehouse of Horror 7 Season 8 1996-1997

1. The Thing and I

2. The Genesis Tub

3. Citizen Kang

The Thing and I involves Bart having a secret twin brother. I felt the twist at the end was done just right. The Genesis Tub is another parody of The Twilight Zone. Bart shocks Lisa who then by accident shocks a tooth. Which ended up creating a tiny civilization, a great parody indeed. The ending alone is enough to sell you on this.

Citizen Kang was a crazy final story. We have the two main aliens of these episodes. Homer gave them a terrible idea. By replacing the two candidates for the upcoming election themselves. They had some clever jokes thrown in. Honestly, another great Treehouse of Horror episode. All three of these stories are huge recommendations.

Treehouse of Horror 8 Season 9 1997-1998

1. The HΩmega Man

2. Fly vs. Fly

3. Easy-Bake Coven

The HΩmega Man involves Homer in a now apocalypse world. He ends up doing anything he wants without a care in the world. Eventually, the mutants shows up leading to a good ending. Fly vs. Fly is a parody of The Fly. Homer bought two teleporters from a scientist. Honestly, they could've done a little more with it.

Bart decides to mess around with them that led to parts of him split between two beings. Easy-Bake Coven is obviously a witch story. I do like we get to see the witches' point of view in this story. My favorite aspect of it is how everything led to the first Halloween. This is one of many classic Treehouse of Horror episodes people often thinks of.

Treehouse of Horror 9 Season 10 1998-1999

1. Hell Toupée

2. The Terror of Tiny Toon

3. Starship Poopers

Hell Toupée is quite an unexpected one. A criminal named Snake gets sent to the chair vowing revenge. Homer gets a hair transplant that led to several murders. Snake takes control over Homer's body until he rips it off his head. The Terror of Tiny Toon is among my favorite Itchy & Scratchy stories. Now this had creativity thrown in just right.

Bart decides to use something nuclear instead of batteries for a TV remote. Which led to him and Lisa going inside TV to become enemies of their favorite cartoon duo. Starship Poopers involves Maggie having a different alien dad. When Jerry Springer shows up, I felt that's the high point of that story. Especially when the two dads fights each other.

Treehouse of Horror 10 Season 11 1999-2000

1. I Know What You Diddily-Iddily Did

2. Desperately Xeeking Xena

3. Life's a Glitch, Then You Die

I Know What You Diddily-Iddily Did is a weird mix of I Know What You Did Last Summer with The Wolf Man. I just felt focusing on one of those movies would've worked better. Desperately Xeeking Xena involves Bart and Lisa becoming super heroes. A new super villain The Collector no not Marvel's The Collector.

He kidnaps celebrities including Lucy Lawless. I felt this could've been a little better too. Life's a Glitch, Then You Die involves Y2K. You know the world ends on midnight of New Years thing. It kinda felt like two different endings happening at the same time. Honestly, Desperately Xeeking Xena should've been the final story.

Treehouse of Horror 11 Season 12 2000-2001

1. G-G-Ghost D-D-Dad

2. Scary Tales Can Come True

3. Night of the Dolphin

G-G-Ghost D-D-Dad has Homer dies in a rather silly way. He must do good deeds to get into heaven. I felt they could've been a little more creative with it. Scary Tales Can Come True is sorta like Shrek in a sense. We have fairy tale characters mostly the Simpson kids aware of other stories. It felt like a self aware fairy tale that quickly become one that's not great.

Homer becomes one of the weirdest versions to date. Honestly, this should've opened the episode instead. Night of the Dolphin is kinda known among the Simpsons community. Dolphins decides to invade Springfield. Which led to the dolphins taking over the land. It's a concept that would only work here.

Treehouse of Horror 12 Season 13 2001-2002

1. Hex and the City

2. House of Whacks

3. Wiz Kids

Hex and the City involves Homer gets cursed by a gypsy. Everyone he loves when around him, bad things happens. This was a weird one to open the Halloween episode up with. I felt they made a rather fun story to watch. House of Whacks always stuck with me for years. I should mention, Pierce Brosnan voices the AI it works amazingly well here.

It's a parody of 2001: A Space Odyssey. Marge accepts to get the house fully robotize with an AI. The house eventually attempted to kill Homer over it's obsession with Marge. Easily, one of the best stories of it's era. Wiz Kids was a parody of Harry Potter. When the writers didn't fully know what it was, Wiz Kids could be seen as something else.

Treehouse of Horror 13 Season 14 2002-2003

1. Send in the Clones

2. The Fright to Creep and Scare Harms

3. The Island of Dr. Hibbert

Send in the Clones was among my favorite stories of it's era. I hope you love Homer because there's a lot of Homers. It's a parody of a movie called Multiplicity. Homer bought this device that appears as something you lay down that creates clones. Everything about it was a lot of fun. Honestly, I loved they went for that concept.

The Fright to Creep and Scare Harms involves Lisa doing the final request of a dead person. Who got revealed to be Billy the Kid with a weird ending you won't see coming. The Island of Dr. Hibbert, the Simpsons goes on vacation. When people around em suddenly became animals, a surprisingly happy ending I liked a lot.

Treehouse of Horror 14 Season 15 2003-2004

1. Reaper Madness

2. Frinkenstein

3. Stop the World, I Want to Goof Off

Another Treehouse of Horror episode I enjoyed a lot. Reaper Madness involves Homer killed the Grim Reaper. He ended up taking his place that led to some interesting stuff. Obviously Family Guy done it first but I love both their takes on the same concept. Frinkenstein is another parody of Frankenstein that's notably different.

Professor Frink revives his father in an attempt to repair his relationship with him. His dad decides to steal body parts from a lot of people. It indirectly plays off Jerry Lewis himself as well as his role in The Nutty Professor. Stop the World, I Want to Goof Off is another parody of The Twilight Zone that's kinda fun.

Treehouse of Horror 15 Season 16 2004-2005

1. The Ned Zone

2. Four Beheadings and a Funeral

3. In the Belly of the Boss

The Ned Zone is a parody of The Dead Zone. Ned gets into an accident. Among waking up when he touches people's hands foresees their deaths. I felt the writers were a little more creative with it than expected. Four Beheadings and a Funeral is a parody detective story. Personally it isn't much but you might find a little enjoyment in it.

It's mostly a parody of From Hell but you could also argue Sherlock Holmes as well. In the Belly of the Boss, the Simpsons get shrunken down with a ship. They traveled inside Mr. Burns to save his life. There's a weird ending you might not forget. I personally felt The Ned Zone was the best of them, I loved it!!!

Treehouse of Horror 16 Season 17 2005-2006

1. B. I. Bartificial Intelligence

2. Survival of the Fattest

3. I've Grown a Costume on Your Face

B. I. Bartificial is a parody of A. I. Artificial Intelligence. Bart goes into a coma, his family decides to replace him with a robot son. Which led to conflict between the two sons. Survival of the Fattest is easily my favorite of the three stories. It's a parody of The Most Dangerous Game. I felt this one felt like the most completed among them, it shows.

Mr. Burns hunts a lot of people for sport. Some surprising good jokes thrown in for a great time. I've Grown a Costume on Your Face involves a witch that gets insulted by the town of Springfield. She casts a spell to transform em into their costumes. I just wish the ending was much better than this. Overall, not a bad one to end an episode on.

Treehouse of Horror 17 Season 18 2006-2007

1. Married to the Blob

2. You Gotta Know When to Golem

3. The Day the Earth Looked Stupid

Married to the Blob is a parody of The Blob. Homer gets bigger the more people he eats. This was a surprisingly decent parody story. You Gotta Know When to Golem is mostly meh. It's a parody of The Golem (1915 film). This felt like a major missed opportunity. It's quite forgettable among Treehouse of Horror stories.

The Day the Earth Looked Stupid being a parody of War of the Worlds. Movie as well as the famous radio show, both heavily got made into a joke. A radio show caused paranoia to the town of Springfield. Which made the humans much easier for the aliens to take over than expected. They could've done much more with either section of the concept.

Treehouse of Horror 18 Season 19 2007-2008

1. E. T., Go Home

2. Mr. & Mrs. Simpson

3. Heck House

E. T., Go Home is a parody of E. T. that's more of it's own thing. Easily, one of the worst alien stories they ever done!!! This felt like a major missed opportunity. This should've been among the greatest parodies in the show's history. Mr. & Mrs. Simpson is a parody of Mr. and Mrs. Smith, it's not much either.

Heck House is the one story you wanna see. Some of the kids acted worst than usual. The devil whose once again Ned Flanders gave them quite a scary. This sorta felt like a spiritual successor to The Devil and Homer Simpson story. This was easily the best written among them all. I also loved most of the Seven Sins was Homer, that kinda was funny.

Treehouse of Horror 19 Season 20 2008-2009

1. Untitled Robot Parody

2. How to Get Ahead in Dead-vertising

3. It's the Grand Pumpkin, Milhouse

Untitled Robot Parody is well a parody of Transformers movies. This was a major missed opportunity. The story just doesn't come together with questionable moments. Not to mention the lackluster ending, a hard pass!!! How to Get Ahead in Dead-vertising is a surprising decent story. I would say most of it is a lot of fun to rewatch.

Homer by accident caused a celebrity's death. He ends up getting a job to professionally kill more of them. I did like the ending a lot despite a weird Abe Lincoln moment. It's the Grand Pumpkin, Milhouse is a parody of Charlie Brown's Halloween special. The Grand Pumpkin comes to life that goes on an rampage for mistreatment of pumpkins.

Treehouse of Horror 20 Season 21 2009-2010

1. Dial 'M' for Murder or Press '#' to Return to Main Menu

2. Don't Have a Cow, Mankind

3. There's No Business Like Moe Business

Dial 'M' for Murder or Press '#' to Return to Main Menu involves Lisa making a deal with Bart. Let's say some teachers die then one of them as well. A nice twist ending you might not see coming. Don't Have a Cow, Mankind, another zombie parody. This heavily played off mad cow burgers with Bart ended up being the cure.

To me, this was easily the best of the three stories. There's No Business Like Moe Business is a play based on Moe's Tavern. Homer gets a brutal death that kinda works. The singing was fine for the most part. I just felt they could've done more with it. I felt two of three stories are worth watching at least once.

Treehouse of Horror 21 Season 22 2010-2011

1. War and Pieces

2. Master and Cadaver

3. Tweenlight

War and Pieces is a parody of Jumanji where board games came to life. Sadly this also felt like a huge missed opportunity. All the crazy situations I would've done if I was the writer lol. Master and Cadaver, Homer and Marge saved a man while out to sea. This had a few major problems. The second story with how Maggie came in felt like two stories that doesn't properly connect to each other.

Such as it kept adding in twists to ruin the overall story. The ending with Maggie might've been the best surprise it had to offer. Tweenlight always been among my least favorites. I'm not a fan of Twilight series for many reasons. This parody of it was just uninspired and terrible, lackluster ending. There's plenty of vampire movies, shows and games more worth your time than this!!!

Treehouse of Horror 22 Season 23 2011-2012

1. The Diving Bell and Butterball

2. Dial D for Diddly

3. In the Na'Vi

The Diving Bell and Butterball is a weird Spider-Man parody. A spider bite Homer making him paralyze. Somehow he was able to use webs in the more joke matter. It simply felt like a stupid joke than anything else. Dial D for Diddly, this might come as a surprise. I am aware Dial D for Diddly was parodying Dexter show to a degree, It kinda works here.

I actually like this one a lot, Homer manipulates Ned to murdering people. Which led to God taking Homer's life before a reset happens. In the Na'Vi is among my least favorite stories. The best way to describe this parody of Avatar. It's almost like watching a mockbuster of that movie, it sucks!!! I can't even say one good positive for it at all.

Treehouse of Horror 23 Season 24 2012-2013

1. The Greatest Story Ever Holed

2. Un-normal Activity

3. Bart & Homer's Excellent Adventure

The Greatest Story Ever Holed centers around a small black hole. We are talking the kind of black hole you really don't wanna be close to. Eventually the town of Springfield threw too much into the black hole causing most of existence to get sucked in. Un-normal Activity is a parody of Paranormal Activity, it's alright at best.

Marge made a deal with demons that led to a mess up ending. I will be honest, I mostly care for the last story, Bart & Homer's Excellent Adventure. It's a parody of a few time travel movies. Bart changes the past with his parents. A rather unexpected ending to a fun time, I would recommend it despite not being Halloween like.

Treehouse of Horror 24 Season 25 2013-2014

1. Oh the Places You'll D'oh!

2. Dead and Shoulders

3. Freaks no Geeks

Oh the Places You'll D'oh! is a mess up parody of The Cat in the Hat. Now I felt this is what I was waited for. I always enjoyed rewatching this story. Dead and Shoulders involves Bart gets his head off. His head gets attached to his sister, Lisa's body. Which led to a mess up ending, it could've been a little better honestly.

Freaks no Geeks is a parody of Freaks, Homer out played his hand. This led to the freaks giving him a mess up punishment. To be honest, this too could've been a little as well. Most of the episode felt rushed as well as uninspired. You should just rewatch Oh the Places You'll D'oh! then stop watching is a good idea.

Treehouse of Horror 25 Season 26 2014-2015

1. School is Hell

2. A Clockwork Yellow

3. The Others

School is Hell I actually enjoyed a lot. Bart gets transferred to a school in Hell. I felt they done a great job with this, I wanted more of it!!! A Clockwork Yellow is a parody of A Clockwork Orange, it's alright nothing special. The Others is a parody of The Others I'm not kidding. Honestly, you should just rewatch The Others you can't go wrong.

This was a nice surprise, the shorts Simpsons returns. Both Simpson families doesn't get along, no surprise there. Then we get a lot of interesting versions showing up at the end. Now this was one of the better 2010 era stories. I just wished the ending was a little longer, I was curious what other versions may show up.

Treehouse of Horror 26 Season 27 2015-2016

1. Wanted: Dead, Then Alive

2. Homerzilla

3. Telepaths of Glory

Wanted: Dead, Then Alive was a rather interesting one. Sideshow Bob finally kills Bart after all these years. After a while he stopped caring until he came up with a mess idea plan. He would keep reviving Bart to kill him repeatedly, they were creative with this. Homerzilla is kinda a huge disappointment. I kinda prefer Bartzilla from Bart's Nightmare game!!!

It's a parody of Godzilla franchise more directly the major US releases. Let's put it this way, King Homer was way better!!! Telepaths of Glory involves Lisa and Milhouse getting powers that quickly led to things. I did like the camera style to show what's happening, sadly everything else is meh. It truly was a very boring story to end an episode on.

Treehouse of Horror 27 Season 28 2016-2017

1. Dry Hard

2. BFF R.I.P

3. Moefinger

Dry Hard is a parody of The Hunger Games. It doesn't even compare to Robot Chicken's Smurfs version of the same concept. This felt like an unfocused story that played out too quickly. BFF R.I.P, Lisa's imaginary friend starts killing people. I hate to sound like a broken record here. Honestly, the sudden adding Mad Max to Dry Hard didn't help things either.

Considering you have an imaginary friend of someone killing people. This felt too safe as well as very uninspired. Moefinger is a parody of James Bond and Kingsman series. Bart becomes an agent to save the world. I felt American Dad's take on this was way better. Even Austin Powers had much more too, I miss those movies!!!

Treehouse of Horror 28 Season 29 2017-2018

1. The Exor-Sis

2. Corlisa

3. Mmm... Homer

The Exor-Sis is a parody of The Exorcist, it's a little better than expected. It's also possible they might've taken some inspiration from The Omen series too. Believe it or not, beyond this point things gets weirder. Corlisa is a parody of Coraline where Lisa deserves a parallel universe. They did like the surprises this story had in store.

The animation mirroring that film helped this stand out more. It's a surprisingly lighter story than expected. Mmm... Homer is the one story I'm really surprised they actually allowed to happen. Homer decides to eat pieces of himself to the point. The writer later regrets doing this on the show, it's a controversial story at that.

Treehouse of Horror 29 Season 30 2018-2019

1. Intrusion of the Pod-Y Switchers

2. Multiplisa-ty

3. Geriatric Park

Intrusion of the Pod-Y Switchers is a parody of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, plant like aliens swap places with humans. It's not as well executed when Looney Tunes done the same concept, big points for anyone that remembers that. Multiplisa-ty is a parody of Split, Lisa has multiple personalities. They also felt like Wiz Kids, they didn't properly recall the movie.

She terrorizes a small group of kids, it's meh at best. Geriatric Park is a parody of Jurassic Park, old people got their DNA altered. They ended up making dinosaurs, it's a funny concept that's poorly executed. This entire episode felt like a major missed opportunity. I can't even recommend one to rewatch, they are mostly meh at best.

Treehouse of Horror 30 Season 31 2019-2020

1. Danger Things

2. Heaven Swipes Right

3. When Hairy Met Slimy

Danger Things is a parody of Stranger Things, it's also the best story by far. Sadly beyond this it doesn't get much better. I will say Danger Things is not a bad parody of that show. You kinda wish an entire hour could've been this parody instead. Heaven Swipes Right, Homer dies at a baseball game. It's kinda a spiritual successor to the ghost story where he also dies in.

He wasn't suppose to die but couldn't return to his body. He ended up in another body, then a few characters gets swapped as well. It quickly gets old in record time. When Hairy Met Slimy is a parody of The Shape of Water. Selma falls in love with an alien. Again, this felt rushed like no tomorrow as well.

Treehouse of Horror 31 Season 32 2020-2021

1. Toy Gory

2. Into the Homerverse

3. Be Nine, Rewind

Toy Gory is a parody of Toy Story, CGI animation to mirror that franchise. Honestly, I really enjoyed this more than I expected. A nice twist ending, I simply wanted more. Into the Homerverse is a parody of a Spider-Man movie, Homers takes on Mr. Burns. This quickly gets meh when the story gets going. They really could've done more even as a separate spin off episode like Not It.

Be Nine, Rewind is the second best story here. It's a parody of Happy Death Day, Lisa and Nelson kept dying repeatedly in a time loop. You would have more fun watching Groundhog Day with Bill Murray. I will say they had a lot of fun with this. The ending might be a little confusing, it works. There's no question it was the most creative story out of the three.

Treehouse of Horror 32 Season 33 2021-2022

1. Barti

2. Bong Joon Ho's This Side of Parasite

3. Nightmare on Elm Tree

4. Poetic Interlude

5. Dead Ringer

Barti, the opening to this episode is a parody of Bambi. You see a deer Simpsons family getting hunted not much more to say. Bong Joon Ho's This Side of Parasite was suppose to be a parody of Parasite. I can argue it really isn't Parasite at all. Nightmare on Elm Tree is among my least favorite stories to date. Seriously trees are killing people?

Vincent Price tells a story to Maggie. Within the story he's telling we have her brother Bart. There's a mess up ending as well. Dead Ringer is a parody of The Ring or Ringu depending where you are in the world. Honestly, this was a rather stupid parody of a good franchise. The dead girl decides to go back into the well because of Lisa, not a good ending.

Treehouse of Horror 33 Season 34 2022-2023

1. The Pookadook

2. Death Tome

3. Simpsons World

This is among my absolute favorite Treehouse of Horror episodes ever!!! All three of these stories are well done. I previously discussed them in greater detail. I will say I'm still deeply impressed by their work. A very big recommendation to check this Treehouse of Horror episode out. This really was the best episode of 2020 era for these episodes.

https://jackred1989.blogspot.com/2022/10/bonus-halloween-blog-49-my-thoughts-on.html

Treehouse of Horror 34 Season 35 2023-2024

1. Wild Barts Can't Be Token

2. Ei8ht

3. Lout Break

We finally made it to the most recent Treehouse of Horror episode. At the time of me writing this blog, Wild Barts Can't Be Token is kinda meh. Bart gets sent inside a digital collection while Marge goes in to rescue him. I just wish they went a little more creative with it. I will say Marge slaughtering digital characters was a nice touch though.

Ei8ht is a parody of Seven aka Se7en, a non canon version of a previous Sideshow Bob episode. I will say this one surprised me the most, I liked it a lot. I love the ending, it was well written. Lout Break, Homer causes a viral outbreak where everyone becomes Homers. This felt like a spiritual successor to Homer clones story.

My thoughts on every Fandemonium matches (Celebrity Deathmatch)

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, not too long ago I talked heavily about Celebrity Deathmatch. I been considering to fully discuss all four Fandemonium episodes. Essentially fans voted for matches they wanted to see. I can say we got a rather interesting lineup. Altogether I'll be talking about eight matches that got voted in.

Obviously I won't be talking about the matches voted into MTV 2 version. Those doesn't even compare to these matches. I usually really enjoyed these episodes in particular. I'll also rank them after I'm done discussing the matches. Every season in the MTV 1 version had one Fandemonium episode.

Fandemonium

1. Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon
I'll try not to repeat anything I previously said about this match. It was very rare for both fighters to be voiced by the actual celebrities. It was a classic WWF/WWE rivalry that was too perfect for the show. Stone Cold was a great supporting character for the show. We finally get to see him fight in the ring was such a high point.

2. Adam Sandler vs Chris Rock
This is a rather mess up story. Both comedians refused to fight each other on the show. They chosen to take em by force through security. They literately rioted their homes to kidnap the comedians. Security stayed close by outside the ring to prevent either comedian to leave. They tried getting out of fighting each other.

Eventually that led to Referee Mills Lane doing the unthinkable. He activates the Fan of Fandemonium. Which is surprisingly in the video game. After a quick discussion they finally fight each other for real. They are forced to rush killing each other or they both die. Which the later ended up happening due to Chris' finishing move backfiring on the machine itself.

I will see they look as well as sound like each other. Chris Rock was nailed better in both areas. Some could argue he might've gotten done better in his MTV 2 version fight. It's hard to believe MTV 2 version of Adam nailed those better. I felt both matches are quite fun to watch. I could argue this was the best round 2 for Fandemonium episodes.

3. Jenny McCathy vs Carmen Electra
Just in case someone asks, this was years before Jenny married Donnie Wahlberg. This was a rather unusual matchup. We had famous radio host, Howard Stern as guest referee. Whose one of two guest referees in Fandemonium matches to date. He previously won a fight himself on the show. The ring was filled with mud, yes they actually done the concept.

A mud wrestling fight to the death. I still say Stern was one of the worst guest referees they ever had. He kept stopping the fight to attempt over stepping boundaries with both the ladies. For a main event match it's not much. A few changes would've made this better. To me I grew up watching the show, I just wasn't interested in this match.

Especially with the first two matches were way more interesting comparison. I felt all that awesome gotten slowed down a little too much here. The ending of the match is a mess up one. Let's just say Electra wished she was electric. She left quite an impact while Stern felt mixed afterwards. For me, it's okay I just prefer a different fight altogether to end a show on.

Fandemonium 2

1. Ben Affleck vs Matt Damon
Both actors were given a couple minutes to invent a device. You can guess the concept is invent stuff to take the other people out. Now that helped made this a more interesting matchup. There's some creativity thrown in, I respect that. Sadly there isn't much else I could say about this fight. Other than a brutal, mess up ending.

2. Ozzy Osbourne vs Rob Zombie
I'm a huge fan of both these musicians. I was very surprised when I first found out about this match. This also was a rather unique one to talk about. Rob Zombie held the record of two deaths within the same match, I will explain it. This was a surprisingly short match. Ozzy took out Rob Zombie by removing his brain.

Ozzy prevented the referee from ending the match. He then made Zombie's corpse became an actual zombie. Ozzy got a little too careless leading to Rob trying to devour him. A surprising end to the match when zombie Rob saves his brain. Out of no where the zombie threw his own brain too hard against the ground killing itself.

This concept was later done with undead Stacy Cornbred vs Debbie Matenopoulos. If you considered Frankenstein's Monster a zombie. They technically done three matches with zombies. I felt loved how evil they made parts of the ring. They even had lava at one of the corners. Honestly this was a fun match to watch.

I should mention a few more things. Ozzy previously fought musician Elton John. I felt both these musicians were nailed very well. I would love to go to a concert with both of them performing live. You might be very surprised to know this isn't the darkest matchup I'm talking about today.

3. Marilyn Manson vs Ricky Martin (Unplanned)
I was a little funny if I should discuss a match that's not planned. Originally, Marilyn Manson would perform his new hit song in the arena. Which was quite rare they do stuff like this on the show. This also marked Manson's final appearance on the show. His final opponent was musician Ricky Martin.

Martin later came back in the MTV 2 version to lose again. I guess Manson gave him bad luck on the show. I would say not to be disrespectful to anyone. It seems every match after Manson's first one just isn't as rememberable. He defeated serial killer Charles Manson. Then he took two bands out in a fight he wasn't even in.

He later came back to face musician Garth Brooks. Which I felt was his second best fight. Hanson tried getting revenge on Manson to only do themselves in. This had the most lines Manson said in a fight. I should also point out, Manson looks very different between his fights too.

Manson was performing his concert. Then Ricky Martin decides to crash his party. This quickly led to a fight on stage. Ricky was nearly on top of every move Manson doing. Until he made a rather fatal mistake. He devoured one of Manson's hands that mutated. Which led to his demise in a brutal finisher.

Fandemonium 3

1. Beavis vs Butt-Head
I also recently discussed this match not long ago. Thankfully there's a few interesting stuff I can say. For most celebrities, their pictures involving mystery fighters are in square frame pictures. In this very rare case, both these cartoon characters were given circle frames instead. Also, it was a parody of Looney Tunes with Beavis & Butt-Head thrown in.

They are among the shortest celebrities that ever fought on the show. I always been a huge fan of this fight for many years. Beavis & Butt-Head at the time was also an MTV 1 show. It had a short lived MTV 2 seasons. More recently, two seasons on Paramount+. The newest season going to air on Comedy Central, the same channel with South Park no less.

2. Backstreet Boys vs NSYNC
This was a rather unusual team fight. Usually when they do team matches like this. The numbers aren't even, obviously it's five against five here. What I meant by that is one team has fewer members than the other team. Also they didn't use the time machine. Previously both these bands loss on the show.

Nick Diamond, one of the hosts made a deal with the devil. He was very below the belt what he accepted to bring both bands back to life. A huge fan of the show suddenly got traded to Hell itself. Originally this fan was given a VIP experience for the episode. Both bands had a combined form that's very unexpected among a first watch.

I can say probably my favorite fight with Backstreet Boys. Not as rememberable as NSYNC vs Kiss though. I personally wasn't that interested in this fight. Look I know bands like them are heavily loved by the ladies. The episode felt like Beavis vs Butt-Head was for the guys. So I felt them doing this for them was fair game.

Fandemonium 4

Survivor Battle Royale

I finally get to discuss the single biggest scale match they ever done!!! They done some huge matches before. Like two giant robot matches with bands. As previously stated they done bands against each other a few times. I have just as many that they planned to do. But stuff happened that prevented those bigger scale matches.

Mostly The Lord of the Rings Battle Royale. Constant black outs led to all three Super Freak matches being replayed. The second Halloween episode was going to be bigger. We're talking a lot of people in all three matches. Unfortunately, zombies quickly canceled those plans. In their place were some rather interesting matches.

Brendan Fraser vs The Mummy being my favorite out of the three. Second unplanned matchup was Sarah Michelle Gellar vs The Vampire. This actually was Gellar's second match on the show. Her first match had a weird twist that led to both her and Neve Campbell. Who was her first opponent to be winners.

At the time, people thought a platypus was the killer. An episode parodying Scream with the phone calls. Gellar basically got off easy from that fight. No less against The Vampire though. She got sucked to death, not in that way perverts lol. I meant the Vampire drank her blood completely. I already mentioned the unplanned main event with the interviewers.

The actual match itself

I know I still haven't discuss the actual final Fandemonium match. I think it's about time I do, people voted in the cast of the first two seasons of Survivor. We may had a handful of matches that lasted an entire episode with breaks from them. Such as Kelsey Grammer vs Roseanne Bar and Sting Phil Collins.

This was the only time we had an entire match with this many celebrities. A lot of them does enter the ring. They made it a little crazier than simply enter the ring like normal. All of them were placed high above the ring. Guest referee, Jeff Probst was in charge of voting people in. The audience voted the cast in was a great idea.

Sadly around a little over twenty of them doesn't even get to fight. Indirectly due to time constraints, they didn't go longer than normal length for this. They didn't hold back on the violence here. My mom whose a big Survivor fan wouldn't like this fight. I was mind blown when I first found out about this fight.

The animation alone was truly impressive stuff here. I know it's difficult to believe this got voted into the show right? Especially since Survivor is a CBS show that's still going today. There's plenty of back stabbing as expected of the show it represents. I felt most of the cast on those seasons were portrayed well enough with Susan being the worst.

Tina ends up winning the biggest match in the show's history. But of course they had to get Tina take Probst out too. Let's just say Probst now knows what a torch putting a flame out feels like. They even made a Survivor style intro just for this Fandemonium episode. They went the full distance with this crazy Survivor Battle Royale in every sense of the word.

Now it's time to rank every match in all four Fandemonium episodes from worst to best...
9. Carmen Electra vs Jenny McCathy
8. Marilyn Manson vs Ricky Martin
7. Matt Damon vs Ben Affleck
6. Backstreet Boys vs NSYNC
5. Ozzy Osbourne vs Rob Zombie
4. Beavis vs Butt-Head
3. Survivor Battle Royale
2. Adam Sandler vs Chris Rock
1. Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon

I felt Stone Cold Steve Austin vs Vince McMahon was possibly too good of a match to kick Fandemonium off. Not even the second match in the episode could top it. They delivered a rather, unexpected take on that rivalry. Everything about this match was so perfect. I can't find a single problem with it.

My thoughts on Doom + Doom 2

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, not long ago recently a new Doom compilation game came out. A few companies including Nightdive Studios made it. Nightdive already had a few remastered games planned this year, I really didn't see this coming. I can confirm this is hands down the most definitive version of both Doom 1 and 2 I ever played!!!

Just in case anyone was wondering, I recently gotten every achievement in two versions.

Doom + Doom 2 (2024)
If you previously owned either Doom game on most services. You automatically get this new version free. Which they previously done with the last versions of both Doom games. Thank you Bethesda for saving me money. Majority what's from the previous versions is in the newer version. You get a lot for your money with this.

You get four episodes of Doom 1, Doom 2, Master Levels for Doom 2, both halves of Final Doom, Sigil, Doom 2: No Rest for the Living, and Legacy of Rust. Legacy of Rust is two episodes that continues into Doom 2 essentially. In theory, we could see em as Episodes 5 and 6 of Doom 1. I know it might be a little weird to include Sigil.

Sigil 2 is among the mods you can play. Both Sigil mods were made by former employee John Romero. Sadly stuff happened during Quake 1's production that led to him leaving the company. Sometimes Romero streams on Twitch, he's a nice guy. Hopefully he'll make Sigil 3 in the near future only he knows for sure.

All previous mods that got added in the last versions are here. We actually can go further, they even added mod support opening the door to some Doom madness. You already have a lot of levels by default. Now possibly thousands of Doom levels you could play is mind blowing. I never seen either Doom game play this damn good in my entire life.

Achievement hunting can differ if you aren't cheating or not. It's very easy to get em all cheating. I don't mind since I always wanted to get every achievement in a version of both Doom games. This easily blew their amazing Doom 64 port out of the water. It rivals Blood: Fresh Supply and Quake II respectively.

I couldn't find the cheats option in the either version I owned. The last version had that, you can still cheat in the PC version through typing in codes. Game play wise, it's really good with one kinda minor issue. At times, I think it's the frame rate has trouble keeping up with the insanity. Some of these Doom levels has a lot of enemies on the screen.

I am deeply impressed how damn good this version of these Doom truly are. I really want them to remaster Harvester, which would be a controversial game to bring back. This made me even more excited for Killing Time: Resurrected. Yes I know I kept bringing that game up, it's my blog. I could talk about anything I want, I don't see an issue with it.

They even increased the amount of players for online matches as well as coop to sixteen players. Which is very mind blowing stuff coop wise. Multiplayer it's not that difficult to imagine. But ripping these levels apart with that many players is something. You may need to get a nice chair. A very decent snack unless you're about to eat dinner do that instead.

Make sure you have one of your favorite drinks then watch the madness goes down. You also get a newer soundtrack as well. Which I ended deeply enjoying as well. I love Doom music in general, I always welcome more of it. What a better way to open the door for Doom: The Dark Ages right?

I'm crossing my fingers, people vote in Master Chief vs Doomguy rematch to the web show. Death Battle, I been waiting since the original episode for that rematch no lie. Back to this, You also get the other nice bonus stuff like in their Quake II remastered. This is easily one of the greatest remastered games I ever played!!!

I always been a huge Doom fan. Now I got more reason to love it. Doom + Doom 2 is mind blowing stuff. It's difficult to stop playing it even with the mods. I bet the selection will get better soon. I been enjoying Simpsons and Helluva Boss Doom mods myself. You really getting so much for a great price.

This alone put Nightdive Studios among the most important game companies for me. Honestly, I was so impressed I'm going to jump on buying Killing Time: Resurrected as soon as possible. This is easily, one of the greatest FPS games I ever played period!!! You really can't go wrong with this remastered version of Doom + Doom 2, a very big recommendation indeed.

What If Jim Carrey Villain Battle Royale

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I had a rather interesting idea last night. I haven't written a fight not even a joke one in a long while. Also being a huge Jim Carrey fan, I figured to write this what if fight scenario. It won't be Death Battle style to better present all the characters. Don't worry I'll introduce our fighters in this joke fight.

This was inspired by Cinemassacre's Most Unlikely VS Battles. Ultimately the goal isn't about who wins. The true objective is how eventually all of them fights each other. I will try to make this as entertaining as possible. Oh I'm sure this is going to be a lot of fun to write. I can be as creative as I want, enough Jim Carrey for ya?

The Riddler
Batman Forever
A former employee of Wayne Enterprises, Edward Nygma became determine to prove Bruce Wayne was wrong. He later teams up with a criminal named Two Face. He became The Riddler that kept leaving riddles behind.

Cable Guy
The Cable Guy
A former cable technician that stalks a consumer. He's obsessed with television to the point, his many atlas came from several shows. He desperately wants a friend while kept over stepping boundaries. Ultimately he meant well despite everything that happened.

Dr. Robotnik
Sonic series
Sonic's nemesis that used to work for the US government. He's obsessed with taking over the world. To him, machines are reliable while humans never were. He clearly lacks humanity to the point of easily crossing lines without a thought.

This is my what if scenario for these three Jim Carrey fighting each other
Cable Guy parked outside an apartment. Unknown to him, Steven was going to cancel his cable out for the Box. However Dr. Robotnik intercept many of them getting sent to people around Gotham City. When his consumer received the package. As soon as he turns on the Box, a transmission played with Dr. Robotnik speaking.

"Greetings consumers you could have the Box."

"But at the cost of your freedom, robots!!!"

A lot of smaller robots shows up at Steven's apartment. Steven freaks out almost speechless what's going on. Just when he's about to be taken hostage. Cable Guy knocks at his door, Dr. Robotnik commands a few robots to attack on his orders. He didn't give them any verbal commands either. Dr. Robotnik suddenly came up with an idea.

"What's your name?"

Steven replies, "Steven."

"Oh okay Steven!!! I need you to tell the cable guy to go away or I'll destroy the apartment."

Steven walks up to the door then says, "Hello."

Steven refuses to open the door knowing what could happen. There was a brief moment of silence.

Cable Guy said, "Cable Guy!!! I got cable may I come in?"

Steven suddenly replies in fear as well as anger, "NO!!!"

Cable Guy demands to know why he can't do his job. Steven replies, "I decided to try out the Box."

Cable Guy asks, "Oh that piece of crap when you could own quality television in your own home!!!"

Steven replies, "I heard such amazing things about the Box, please take your stuff and go!!!"

Obviously angering the cable guy, he agrees to leave. Dr. Robotnik continues to talk to Steven.

"Good work, I could've got rid of him for good though."

Steven replies, "I don't think he's coming back."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "He better not, we aren't done yet."

Steven asks in confusion, "What do you mean?"

Dr. Robotnik explains, "Well Steven I plan to take over the world.

"I simply don't trust humas, I plan to use machines to do every task I sent out to do."

Steven replies, "There's billions of people in the world."

"There's no way you could kidnap the entire world!!!"

Dr. Robotnik in both anger as well as curiosity replies, "Never say never!!!"

Steven replies, "Is that a song?"

Dr. Robotnik replies, "More like a James Bond movie, it better not be a song haha."

Steven gets kidnapped by robots while the cable guy as he's leaving. He suddenly saw Steven getting taken away by robots. He does to pursuit the robots with his van. During all of this, Edward Nygma made a public announcement about introducing the Box to TVs in Gotham City. Following after doing this announcement, he checks the process of the Box on TVs around the city.

To his surprise, someone else altered his creation for their personal gain. The Riddler tells Two Face about this surprising news upsetting the duo. This cause Two Face to do more crimes while being pursuit by Batman. Nygma tracked where most of the Box are located. He was deeply shocked a local coffee shop had em.

Nygma arrives as The Riddler at Mean Bean Coffee Cafe. Dr. Robotnik working with Knuckles being away from the coffee shop. Agent Stone working his cover running the coffee shop.

Agent Stone asks, "What can I do for you?"

The Riddler replies, "Well I didn't come here for the coffee."

Agent Stone asks, "Then why are you here?"

The Riddler replies, "It appears the Box, my creation got stolen by someone."

Agent Stone replies, "I never heard of The Box, I have no idea what you're talking about."

The Riddler replies, "Oh I bet you do!!!"

Agent Stone prepares to shoot The Riddler but misses. The Riddler uses a variation of the Box on Agent Stone's head.

The Riddler waits a few seconds before asking his questions to Agent Stone.

"Agent Stone is it?"

Agent Stone replies, "Yes it is."

The Riddler asks, "Who stolen my technology?"

Agent Stone replies, "I can't answer that!!!"

The Riddler takes device off his head revealing he tied Agent Stone up.

The Riddler says, "No funny ideas, you already tied up cowboy."

Agent Stone replies, "My boss would kill you for this!!!"

The Riddler replies, "Really!!!"

The Riddler continues, "Do I look like I care?"

The Riddler continues, "I got Two Face, he's lucky he didn't show up instead."

The Riddler continues, "This coffee shop wouldn't be left standing."

Agent Stone replies, "This actually isn't a coffee shop."

The Riddler replies, "Oh I knew as soon as I took a quick look around the place."

The Riddler continues, "I may already have what I need from you anyway."

The Riddler continues, "I simply leave you here but I'll leave you a riddle."

Agent Stone replies, "Please my boss isn't going to take kindly to this!!!"

The robots arrived at the coffee shop with the Riddler already left. Cable Guy is parked a few miles away trying to be secretive while pursuing the robots. Dr. Robotnik with Knuckles used a portal to get back to the coffee shop. Very quickly Dr. Robotnik realizes something is wrong.

In anger Dr. Robotnik unties Agent Stone then asks, "What happened Agent Stone?"

Agent Stone replies, "We may have a problem doctor."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "What sort of problem?"

Agent Stone replies, "A crazy man dressed in green with question marks came by."

Dr. Robotnik out of curiosity says, "I'm already pursuing a super fast hedgehog."

Dr. Robotnik continues, "Now some man dressed up with question marks?"

Dr. Robotnik continues, "How could this get any stranger?"

Knuckles replies, "He shouldn't be a problem."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "Thank you Knuckles."

Agent Stone says, "He came looking for the Box devices we taken."

Dr. Robotnik says, "Interesting someone may rival my technology capabilities how unlikely!!!"

Dr. Robotnik continues, "I guess I may have to pay him a visit."

Dr. Robotnik continues, "Robots!!! please escort these people to a room."

Cable Guy watching from the window quickly gets back to his van. He decides to follow Dr. Robotnik who isn't using a portal to travel. He is using his floating vehicle to pursuit The Riddler. Despite the limited information, he quickly figured out who that man was. He sets a course to his hideout that's at an island.

Cable Guy quickly realizes as soon as he saw water. He had to swim not knowing how far out he had to go. But considering Dr. Robotnik and his robots aren't paying attention close by beneath them. He simply kept swimming while following Dr. Robotnik. After all, he wanted to save Steven from the mad doctor.

Probably a good time to mention Cable Guy ran out of gas a few miles before he saw water. He had to push the van by himself. The only way he knew which direction Dr. Robotnik was heading. He used a side mirror of his van. He quickly determine he's flying North from Gotham City. In his mind, nothing was more important than saving Steven.

Two Face was currently facing off with Batman. Robin being difficult because Two Face murdered his family. Knuckles was busy facing Sonic again somewhere in the world. The Riddler quickly gets notify about invaders on the island. The Riddler prepares to attack using the Giant Box as a weapon.

At the same time, Cable Guy quickly becomes aware of several henchmen in the water. Not to mention bombs placed nearby the island. Cable Guy had a more difficult time due to doing this alone with the long swimming section. He was still very determine to save Steven. Somehow Dr. Robotnik doesn't notice all of that going on beneath the water.

Dr. Robotnik flies directly to the top of the place. Cable Guy had to go in the alternative way that had a death trap. The long elevator with the floor that drops with spikes in the water. Cable Guy had to get quite creative to survive this trap. Luckily he had a lot of cables on him to help pull himself upwards.

He also brought his toolbox to disconnect the platform. He also knew if he didn't correctly position himself, he would fall to a watery grave. He was so determined to use a hammer to bust out lights to prevent getting blinded by em. He had a saw to cut a giant piece of metal off. He had enough cables to tie it tightly to allow it to drop while pulling himself upwards faster.

Surprisingly Dr. Robotnik and Cable Guy arrived at the top at the same exact time. The Riddler jumps down from his throne to confront Dr. Robotnik. But Cable Guy steps in, "Well I had it with you both!!!"

Cable Guy continues, "I came here to save Steven."

Cable Guy continues, "Also your Box sir sucks!!!"

Cable Guy continues, "Doctor your technology isn't impressive either."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "I got a robot army yet you aren't afraid maybe you're too stupid to understand."

Cable Guy replies, "Maybe you are the stupid one, didn't you lose to a hedgehog!!!"

The Riddler laughs, "You're both pathetic haha."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "You seem to be all alone, I think you're the most pathetic."

Cable Guy replies, "You dress up with question marks and you why everything eggs with you?"

The Riddler replies, "What's wrong with the question marks?"

Dr. Robotnik replies, "You probably not get it why do you even care?"

Cable Guy replies, "At least I'm the original one!!!"

Dr. Robotnik replies, "The original one, you're just a cable guy oh scary."

Dr. Robotnik continues, "I bet you give people half for your terrible services."

Cable Guy replies, "How dare you!!!"

The Riddler jumps in, "Both of you knock it off!!!"

The Riddler continues, "It's obvious we're all obsessed with technology."

The Riddler continues, "Why shouldn't we team up?"

Dr. Robotnik replies, "I'm my own boss I don't serve anyone!!!"

Cable Guy replies, "I serve many customers, I rather be in that boat than in a partnership."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "He couldn't do it because he already has a partner!!!"

Cable Guy replies, "Wait what?"

The Riddler replies, "Oh you saw through my deception haha."

The Riddler continues, "I do indeed have a partner, he should be any moment now!!!"

Dr. Robotnik replies, "I could say the same for Agent Stone and Knuckles but I trust machines!!!"

Cable Guy replies, "Compared to me, both of you are beneath my technology skills."

The Riddler replies, "I'm stealing brain waves from Gotham City that's a smart plan."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "Well I'm planning to steal the Master Emerald to conquer the world."

Dr. Robotnik continues, "Sadly only an echidna knows it's location."

Both Cable Guy and The Riddler laughs hard.

Cable Guy says, "Hold on an echidna knows where a Master Emerald is? HAHA.

The Riddler says, "Doctor you literately loss your marbles."

The Riddler continues, "You loss to a hedgehog now this!!!"

The Riddler continues, "You're better off working in a super market giving people half off."

Dr. Robotnik replies," I'm done being nice!!!

Dr. Robotnik continues, "How does it feel to be out smarted by a man dressed up as a bat?"

Cable Guy says, "Don't worry Steven I'm coming to rescue you!!!"

The Riddler says, "Riddle me this Eggman!!! Why does one become an egg? Don't they break easily?

The Riddler continues, "Also riddle me this Cable Guy!!! Why all the wires? Aren't you afraid to get tingled like in a spider's web?

Cable Guy replies, "Well I got enough to tie both of you up."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "I highly doubt it!!!"

The Riddler replies, "What makes you think that?"

Cable Guy continues, "Hey Eggman, here's a screw diver to fix that screw that gotten loosen in your head!!!"

Cable Guy continues, "I got my tools I could do anything!!!"

The Riddler replies, "All of a sudden let's get nuts!!! makes sense now what a world we live in."

Dr. Robotnik replies, "I would've been surprise but I was expecting this and that so it doesn't count."

Cable Guy throws a wrench at Dr. Robotnik's face.

Dr. Robotnik says, "Oh that hurts!!! I'll make you pay for that!!!"

The Riddler says as he's laughing at the wrench thrown at Dr. Robotnik.

"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball haha."

Dr. Robotnik loses it with these two in the same room. What seem like centuries, a three way fight about to occur on an island far away from Gotham City. One of them could win but other factors could come into play. Which also means none of them wins is a strong possibility too. Regardless of the outcome, I'm sure I would've gotten my popcorn with one of my favorite drinks to watch.

I basically combined the plots of Batman Forever, The Cable Guy and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 together. I am not sure how good of a job I done in doing that. This turned out to be one of the most fun blogs I written in a long time. I should consider doing this a little more often. I highly doubt the man himself Jim Carrey would read this joke fight scenario, it would mean a lot to me.

More thoughts on Egghead Arc (One Piece)

Current chapter at the time writing this is Chapter 1122.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, not too long ago I talked about Egghead Arc in One Piece. You would be surprised all the major stuff that came up within the story since I wrote it. The arc recently ended this week, easily among the most mind blowing arcs ever!!! The insanity scale is virtually broken at this point.

Egghead Arc
Manga chapters-1058-1122
Anime episodes 1086-present

I will try to keep things small. Vegapunk's message confirmed some more stuff the Five Elders didn't want made public. He confirmed major stuff regarding Joyboy I'll get that shortly. Vegapunk with his resources as well as somewhat limited information. He still ended up causing chaos revealing everything he knows to the world.

He also touched on the D. in people's name. There's a mention of several rare races the World Government wants gone. A war several hundred years ago caused majority of the world to sunk. He believes that same war secretly continuing on. Very close to the end of his message had more bombs dropped on the world.

Joyboy found against the ancestors to the royals that created the World Government. He also was revealed as the first pirate in history. Secretly, every pirate you could possibly think of followed in his foot steps. We also know he came from Elbaf, where the giants lived. Joyboy had a strong connection with the giant robot named Emet.

We actually get to witness some left over haki from Joyboy that were stored inside him for hundred of years. This effectively sent three of the Five Elders back down funny enough. The ultimate fate of the remaining Vegapunks isn't known at this time. Vegapunk even revealed major, surprising facts about the legendary treasure everyone wants.

You heard correctly, he talked about One Piece. He confirmed whoever claims it may rule the world. This alone cause chaos through out the world. A lot of citizens terrified while pirates are excited about it. Some marines may consider searching for it know that could be a terrible idea. After all, a few groups looking to take them down.

Not only that, a lot of people had to work together to held off the Five Elders. Of course, the traitor Vegapunk York figured out where the transmission for Vegapunk's message coming from. All of a sudden, they had to destroy the giant robot. It's very likely Emet won't survive the aftermath. These old guys are insanely tough people

Temporary Saturn got defeated by Luffy and Bonney. Yeah I gotta mention Bonney figured a way to transform into her own Nika form. It's technically imitation of Luffy's powers. But I felt it's somewhat close enough to be considered as another Nika to worry about. For the record, Nika in this sense the sun god.

There's not much with the clones in the arc. Considering all the madness going on, it's alright. Egghead was getting destroyed by the World Government regardless. They are upset some of their big targets escaped. Probably more upset with the late Vegapunk revealing all of that information to the world.

This is a very arc since battles aren't in the usual style. Once the Five Elders got involved, it was virtually everything else against them until it's over. Yes the Strawhat Pirates safely escaped through a rather questionable plan. Then again they survived similar things in the past before. We do know some of the Vegapunks are deceased including one sacrificing themselves to save others.

Vegapunk's message took a long time to play out. Officially the Five Elders stopped the conclusion of it. The damage control is going to be even crazier than I originally predicted. CP0 suddenly became less notable as the arc was ending. Again with everything going on, that's fine by me. We do have a more clear idea how strong Luffy is.

He isn't quite on Joyboy or the Five Elder's level of power. At the same time, Luffy constantly stood up to powerful enemies as the story went on. There's no way he was going to back down. Comparing Luffy to what we now know about Joyboy. We have a more clear idea how much crazier things are going to be.

Vegapunk did criticize Roger's crew for never revealing the true history of the world. I felt a part of the reason why they never did was because their captain suffered from an uncurable disease. They didn't want to disorder his legacy by doing so, I know a weird way to look at it. Another possible reason could be is they knew they couldn't do anything about it.

It's pretty insane that with several locations confirming most of the world sunken. The world was notably much bigger land wise until ancient weapons got used. Again Vegapunk made sure to talk about those too. Which also pissed the Five Elders off. Im, the mysterious ruler of the world upset with everything.

Obviously, we get to see so many characters. Including a lot of characters we haven't seen in a long time camo. This incident is going to be a critical factor in things to come. Following Elbaf Arc, the arc we're about to go into very soon. We're going to learn even more about Joyboy. I'm kinda excited to see what's going to happen there.

I felt either the following arc or the one after that should be the final arc. Yes I know about the Final Saga system, that's very helpful. You line all of those arcs together to create the ending portion of a very long story. Blackbeard on the verge becoming more dangerous with information on two ancient weapons.

Cross Guild through Buggy encouraging a lot of people to search for One Piece. Much to the dislike of Crocodile and Hawkeye. Basically three of the four emperors about to go head to head. I felt Shanks going to come in when they at least expect it. But he doesn't actually want the treasure. All he truly wants is the right person becomes his former captain's successor.

I don't think his crew plans to directly be involve with all the fighting. At the same time, he's likely going to be close by waiting to make his move. We're at the point, most important battles will be wars on a huge scale. There's still so much story left in One Piece, it's mind blowing. To me, it seems ever arc since Whole Cake Island Arc.

The World Government losing in the grand scheme of things. Luffy being involve with major stuff that constantly took away influence they had over the world to a degree. Plus Cross Guild working against them isn't helping things either. The very last thing they want is a war between three emperors.

This Arc revealed so much more than I ever could've expected. I am deeply impressed with the amazing work of the author. The World Government now has many controversial issues because of the late Vegapunk exposing them to the public. Again, I predicted the Five Elders with Im will cut themselves off to the world for some truly horrific plans.

If they can't control the people which is currently going into that direction. They are more likely going to take out islands regardless of nobles or not. They previously had before all of this madness happened. Now knowing they have access to Mother Flame. The world itself simply isn't safe. It might not even be safe if Luffy becomes the new pirate king either.

Then again I previously predicted two very critical wars happening roughly at the same time happening. Honestly, this was truly amazing stuff to read. We're a little over a thousand chapters, it's still this damn good!!! I felt the Strawhat Pirates earned their freedom from the hell they just escaped from.

The Five Elders is also likely going to take nearly every opportunity to take Luffy and Bonney out. Same with Wapol, Sabo and Vivi for a different reason. You could start to expect some rather controversial moves about to be played. I felt Vegapunk's message truthfully triggered the beginning of the end for the story.

Again I am rather curious to see how high Luffy's crew bounties going to be. There's virtually no way Chopper going to be notably cheaper than the rest of his crew anymore. He helped fought against the Five Elders to a degree. It is also safe to say Luffy further earned his emperor position too.

The crew took on chaos before but never like this. Somehow they always find a way to adapt as well as survive in any situation they're in. They previously survived a Buster's Call. Now a bigger variation of that meant to wipe Egghead off the face of the world. By now you start to wonder how much more ambitious do the World Government got to go to take em out right?

It's also safe to say Luffy could be getting more members for his Grand Fleet. A reminder, he didn't make that fleet. They were grateful to God Usopp whose a member of his crew. I wouldn't be surprised if Jimbei's old crew joins em too. Obviously, Bonney's crew going to join as well. I felt Luffy could end up with the scariest emperor crew in history despite how strangely kind he is.

I mean seriously this man can be a lot like Dragon Ball's Goku. Yes I know he's a major inspiration for him. I may come right out to say he felt like Goku's truest successor out of everyone to me. Luffy constantly pushes himself to do better along with his crew. It shouldn't be a surprise stuff like Egghead isn't enough to stop him.

This revealed so much that I almost don't have any real questions left. You could've gotten in with hundreds of questions. Majority of them are answered in this particular arc. Virtually everything led to up to a point everything going to change for the better not the worst. This is exactly the stuff of legends Oda writes.

You got a truly gifted author that deeply loves his own story. Originally it was going to last up to five years. Recently, this story continuing into twenty seven years. I felt this man should be given medals for his work. Virtually everything about this arc works so amazingly well. I honestly can't find even a small yet notable flaw in it.

Egghead incident going to level the playing field up to the story ends. We will see many epic moments outside these upcoming wars. We will learn more of the world before then. It would be nice we get a pleasant arc they don't have to worry about much. There's always the chance of a fight showing up, it's a Shonen story after all.

If Emperor Blackbeard gains two ancient weapons. These two epic wars are going to risk possibly destroying the world as we know it. Let's be honest, it's already heading into chaos. Even before Vegapunk's message got broadcast. It's only a matter of time before things gets much worst. I still predict with the author trying to show us enough of both these wars will be very difficult.

If there's any author that could pull off something like this, it's this guy. The world will change following the conclusion of both wars. Right now with the current direction of Cross Guild. We may see Luffy, Blackbeard and Buggy coughs Crocodile going head to head. Thousands of people fighting for the legendary treasure, One Piece.

The World Government fighting the Revolutionary Army for control of the world. I'm rooting for the Revolutionary Army to win myself. They know a lot of secrets the World Government kept over the years. Plus with the Revolutionary Army now aware of Im. Either confirmed or under an assumption, the World Government simply kill em no more capture alive on the table.

Both these wars are going to change everything in the grand scale of things. All of this simply from possibly paying too much attention to the story lol. I felt the Strawhat Pirates are going to win in the end. I also felt the Revolutionary Army going to win their war too. We could be heading to one of the most satisfying endings in history of Shonen Jump.
