Even more thoughts on Silent Hill 2 Remake

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, yesterday there was an Silent Hill stream. Mostly focusing on Silent Hill 2 Remake once again. Also shine some light on Return to Silent Hill movie as well. I think I made it clear how I felt about this. But I have even more stuff I gotta say from the new footage shown.

They finally announced the release date with a little surprising news along with it. The game officially coming out October 8th, later this year. The surprising part is originally they had an PS exclusivity deal. Now on that date with the PS5 version, we have Steam version. They release some of the voice cast for this new version.

I can only partly go off what's already shown. There's a huge chance I won't buy this game. Alone in the Dark reboot recently attempted to cash in on Resident Evil remake money. Obviously Silent Hill 2 Remake also guilty of that. I do like some character's appearances. I'm mixed about both James & Angela the most.

If I'm mixed about them, I'm likely not going to like Eddie's appearance in this either. James just not quite right, look I get it. Remakes are newer versions of classics. Of course, several changes had to be made. Which greatly affected the entire experience. For me, I'm just not sold on James in this version.

Not to come off rude or anything but what's wrong with Angela's face? She looks like she had work done in her mouth. I guess she hired the wrong dentist lol. I also not a fan of her new voice either. I felt they missed the mark heavily on her. I surprisingly do like Maria's appearance in this.

They shown more of the game play. You can quickly see the changes from the original game. I already criticize this but SH2 never was meant to be a combat focus survival horror game. It's almost like Konami trying to make Silent Hill into Capcom's Resident Evil. I'm still mixed on the graphics to a degree.

Art work is borderline neutral. They attempted to appeal to everything game play wise. If Saints Row reboot was proof of anything. It's not going to make everything happy. I do understand they had to modernize it. At the same time, they could've done a dramatically different style. They could've made something truly unique doing that alone.

For a first Silent Hill remake, things aren't looking well. Obviously, it's looking better than a lot of newer SH games. Audio wise, I hope they allow that composer do his thing. Akira is legendary in not only the songs but the overall audio for this franchise. He could make something small into a truly terrifying nightmare.

Silent Hill 2 Remake is also proof Konami doesn't listen to the fans. This has some of the shared issues as some of the newer SH games. I do think this game going to need a miracle or it'll further clement the franchise. Also with some shady tactics from Konami. It's almost like they want this to fall in order to rip people off.

Yes I have seen the deluxe edition deal, it's not great. Just for game itself is seventy dollars. Now with the additional stuff plus being able to play two days early. You get all of that for eighty dollars? I already felt Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game had a better deal. Let's do a quick comparison to further prove my point.

Yes I preordered Killer Klowns, proud of it!!! I'm a huge fan of the movie, I really wanna support this game. I already think it's better than Dead by Daylight. Honestly, this game really blew my expectations away. I really wanna feel that towards SH2 Remake but it's the exact opposite.

All of that for sixty bucks now that's twenty dollars cheaper than SH2 Remake. Considering both of these are appealing to their respective fan bases. Also being an horror franchise, I felt this comparison was necessary. The little girl Laura kinda works in this remake version. We only seen footage of a few bosses so far.

This game already coming off a little dated. Already a red flag for those going big on this. Honestly, I would be amaze if it doesn't suck. Killer Klowns is doing very well right now. Also that had teams with experience of similar horror multiplayer games. It's kinda sad when an multiplayer horror game beating it this badly.

Not only that I still want to see more Pyramid Head. Easily the most famous Silent Hill character there is. We don't have much to go on how they're going to handle the character in this version. It's better to say DbD version that's pulled from SH2 already better in comparison. I felt SH2 Remake might differ too much from the original game.

Obviously going to upset a lot of people. Killer Klowns at least maintain what we love about the movie. Silent Hill 2 Remake with nearly every major announcement kept disappointing me. I don't wanna say the worst game of the year. We're not even half way through the year yet. I will say this my hopes for it already gone.

Silent Hill 2 Remake almost came off as a failure from the start. I really won't be surprise to see this get an episode on What Happened? either. I hope Matt adds a lot to salt showcasing his disappointment in it. I'm already disappointed this is how they wanna bring the fans back. We already giving us the right SH game to remake in the worst possible way.

I do agree the original Silent Hill should've got remade first. It's no secret some do prefer SH2 more. SH2 is among the best this franchise has to offer. Unfortunately, Konami got greedy with the opportunity. Just based on how they are treating Metal Gear franchise right now. I don't think SH2 Remake going to do well.

Konami could've properly allow them to do the game how they want to. It's quite clear Konami gave the team just enough time to hopefully get the game finished. I don't think it's going to be the most rushed out SH game. If it surprisingly is, I refuse to buy this version. Considering the more expensive technology, they properly needed more time.

Silent Hill 2 Remake is mostly showing me alerting signs. I don't have a solid reason to over look any of them. Once again Killer Klowns being way better before SH2 Remake came out. Further kills my hope this version going to do well. If it's lucky, it might be able than Homecoming.

I really wish Konami would've done a very different angle at remaking Silent Hill 2. I can't even properly explain in words how legendary disappointed I am. I hate to say it, some of the newer Konami collection games way better. Let's not even compare this to the original SH2 game. If it can't match those awesome rereleases, don't even bother comparing it to a true masterpiece.

More thoughts on Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, for a few months stuff kept showing up regarding. The upcoming license game, Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game. A game some people are putting a lot of faith in. Either to be a great game of the franchise or beyond that to rival Dead by Daylight. Personally, I'm hoping Killer Klowns pies DbD but maybe that's just me.

Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game
They revealed a lot about the game play. You can tell from those teams experience with similar games. We could end up with a true definitive license multiplayer horror game experience. I already loved the idea of 3v7 matches with some of the humans being AIs. This also helps to find matches faster with Crossplay included.

You also can customize characters on both sides, I love that too. The humans has a few ways to win matches while the Klowns mostly has two ways. Either prevent the humans from escaping long enough or capture all the humans. Humans can down Klowns making it easier to kill em off. But the Klowns has respawners by default meaning as long those are in play.

Klown players gets as many opportunities as possible within matches. I also love this idea because DbD players are simply too toxic. The only way you are going to have any real fun is doing custom matches with people. There's a lot of weapons for both sides to help keep things interesting. Very recently, a new map was announced.

By now some people are getting tired of license games trying to cash in on DbD's money. To me, Dragon Ball doing that was the most unexpected. What I think is going to help this stand out from those games. The Klowns are such unique designed characters. You already know matches are going to be fun. Of course being an online multiplayer game, connection is a critical factor in that.

The original movie predates my existence, my brother was born roughly a month before the movie. I was born the following year with many classics like the original Puppet Master movie. Speaking of that, yes I'm also supporting Puppet Master: The Game too. Back to this, I also like the maps seem to be big scale for this many players.

I will be brutally honest, I really didn't like Friday the 13th: The Game had seven players taking on the killer. In my mind, there's so many ways things could go wrong. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Game felt unclear and repetitive to me more so than F13. Ratio of players is critical for balancing the game play.

I also liked you can throw away captured humans if another human trying to stop you. A major factor I respect is both sides has many character classes. Games like Resident Evil: Resistance done a great job with this. This means every playable character will be a notable different experience from each other. Which also helps keep you playing this for hours among hours.

Sadly the famous theme song won't be in the game. A little disappointing but it's possible a lot of songs took it's place might help with that. Several companies came together to make this. One of them left likely due to lack of experience to help the game much. I know some people are probably thinking. How do you turn a movie like that into a game?

Honestly, doing the game like this was the way to go. I felt we're going to feel like we're actually there with this. I had trouble doing that with Evil Dead: The Game on Epic too. Also I don't want to break the bank like DbD already doing for years, bloody vampires!!! Don't get me wrong, I do really wanna support the hell out of this game badly.

I do think this game has potential many people simply can't see until they play it. We're about to go into those who preordered the game play a week early period. They want to make a game that's truly unique unlike anything in the genre prior. They also want fans of the movie to really have a great time. As if all of us partying here like it's the late 80s again.

Yes this would be a spiritual successors to a lot of multiplayer horror games. Some already see this being the one to possibly rival DbD. From all that experience from all parties, we could be getting the long awaited DbD killer so many waiting for. Not only that, I do see ways this game going to be more friendly to gamers in the long run too.

There's no guarantee how bad the toxicity going to get sadly. What we can go by is most people playing this going to remember this game for years. Killer Klowns going from a low budget movie to a high budget game quite impressive. A lot of fans including myself waiting patiently for something like this. I'm happy both Debbie and Mike are in the game too.

For me, it just won't be an Killer Klowns game with two of the main human characters. I also hope we get some fun new maps on the way. I really want the developers to have fun with the concept no holding back. I do think this game going to have a lot of replay value right off the bat. The more stuff they added in, the more replayable it becomes.

I'm putting so much faith this is going to be a great multiplayer game. I'm mostly a single player games person. I confess some multiplayer games are so much fun. I really can't wait to start playing this soon. They set up a similar process of being randomly selected for either side. Honestly this could help somewhat with balancing things out.

I know some people are worried this might end up being too similar to those games. What I believe is the actual game play will soon speak for itself. I do think the amount of insanity awaiting to happen is going to be something you can't simply get from other games. Maybe Garry's Mod if you're lucky. I also liked sometimes as a Klown, you don't have to manual place captured humans.

Quick note: Klown players can perform Klownalities. A parody of Mortal Kombat fatalities to kill off the humans in similar finishers. I simply like you have this by default unlike DbD. Which also means you could kill all the humans off to win too. But the previous two Klown winning methods are more willing to happen.

This alone makes things rather interesting in the long run. To me, it felt both sides has enough variety to constantly keep matches entertaining to watch. Also the actual graphics looks quite nice. I am dying to see pre launch game footage very soon. I'm going big for this one license game. I do plan to play the hell out of it in the near future, I always enjoyed that movie.

Even for a low budget horror movie, I easily could rewatch it a few times. There's not many horror movies I like that much. I do like a lot of them to clarify. Killer Klowns already has plenty of ways to surprise people by default. Especially if they never seen the movie. Thankfully they don't need to in order to play this.

Of course if you had seen the movie. You would already knew how to play the Klowns better before playing it. The movie always been my top pick for killer clown movies. I want the game to be this ridiculous carnival of carnage. I want to see people get creative with their builds. I especially want to see their own unique character designs too.

This game should be a huge love letter to the fans. I actually do think many people are going to feel that way. Even if it fails to live up to the hype, it's still going to be a truly fun multiplayer game. This was a concept no body could ever seen coming prior to the original announcement trailer. I do think this game has a huge chance against DbD.

My thoughts on Final Boss fights from Horror Themed Games (Mike Matei)

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I previously was aware the streamer Mike Matei. Who used to work for Cinemassacre website as well as many James Rolfe shows. Late last year, he made a rather awesome boss video compilation in time for Halloween. A lot of stuff came up since then. More recently I was finally able to enjoy the entire video compilation, it's amazing stuff.

Final Boss fights from Horror Themed Games

Every final boss fight you see is pulled from particular previous streams he's done. A lot of franchises are represented here. Especially if you love Doom, Splatterhouse and Castlevania. We also got The Addams Family, Gremlins, Ghostbusters and others joining the party. A lot of these boss fights are tougher than they look.

I do need to point out he doesn't use save states, rewinds or anything that makes games easier. When he beats a difficult game, he wants to do it with raw skill alone. A testament to how well he plays many retro games. The video compilation almost forty seven minutes long. This was a nice surprise for Halloween.

There's a good variety of final boss fights to keep things interesting. It's not clear how he went about selecting them other than all of these came from horror games he previously finished. Games like Castlevania 3 he's fully streamed a few times. If you want the actual stream he pulled footage from, he's wearing a red shirt you're welcome.

Other than his rage video compilations that get quite funny at times. Also sometimes gets offensive to a degree like Family Guy or South Park. I would say this is one of my favorite video compilations he's made. This gets you right into the mood of Halloween gaming wise. Mike had many years of being a video editor for James Rolfe, it shows here.

I know some people wish he would come back to The Angry Video Game Nerd. The main reason why he left Cinemassacre was he had different life goals. He mostly wanted to be a video game streamer while James wanted to do many things in comparison. I also liked we see a few consoles being played mostly NES having majority of these final bosses.

We also see Turbo Grafx-16, Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, SNES, Arcade and PC. This fits into my vision of Halloween, it needs to represent as much of everything as possible. Surprisingly he does a point & click horror game. He does one final boss fight twice. The later one is vastly different including Mike playing on the edge.

Usually when he playing on the edge, he's very quick to anger when he loses. You can tell he has passion for his work. I know stuff like that isn't for everyone. A handful of these games are very difficult. We are talking very little room of error, you have to be perfect to win or lose horribly. Honestly, I am hoping Mike makes another one in the next few years.

For me the most surprising method he used to win was against the Icon of Sins in Doom II. Originally in this final boss fight, enemies would start spawning in. Depending on difficulty levels determines how many invulnerable power ups you may have. The final boss has to be damage in a very particular way you can't do much to rush it.

You have this tall moving platform that's nearby another bigger platform with rockets for rocket launcher. You are suppose to quickly run off the platform when it's almost reaching the top. Thankfully you need a handful of rocket hits to win. But actually landing a blow to the final boss can be tricky.

Also the more damaged the Icon of Sins is, the more tougher enemies including Cyber Demon spawns. This room can get filled with enemies fast. This is one of a few classic Doom stages you can go beyond 100% killing all enemies status too. This final boss fight can be quite chaotic at times, he somehow does it without invulnerability.

He found a way to control aiming in Doom II to make it much easier to kill the final boss off. Otherwise the previous method I describe is the only way to win. No other weapons can reach the final boss. Eventually I need to get Doom Eternal, it's been on my list for a few years now. A handful of games like New Ghostbusters II and Splatterhouse: Wanpaku Graffiti.

They weren't released in the United States. Although many people here do own those games. One boss fight we see being played from two versions. Satan in Goblins 'n Ghosts, we first see the NES version. Later on, we see the same boss fight from the original Arcade version. He does play a modded version of a PC classic, Diablo too.

It's called DevilutionX, I didn't come up with this. This was meant to be a more modern port that works on my computers as well as some devices. This concept actually more common than people think. Many classic PC games in some form has versions made by fans like this. Eight out of ten times, the companies doesn't do it themselves leading the fans doing it instead.

I know I'm several months late from covering this Halloween video compilation. Honestly, I rather wanted to watch it when things stopped being busy on my end. So I can enjoy watching it more than having to limit how much of it I could watch while doing other things. Doing the later would've been giving this video compilation much disrespect, I refuse to do that.

As a joke, I would love to see someone make a game out of these final boss fights. Maybe that's too cruel of a joke who knows. I always welcome more Castlevania and Doom. I always been a huge Doom fan. Speaking of Doom, I do plan on getting PO'ed: Definitive Edition. A famous Doom clone that's a parody of that sub genre within FPS games.

I been giving hints to some future blogs to possibly look forward to. I don't plan on stopping doing that anytime soon. I highly doubt Mike will care to check this out. If he does and likes it that would mean a lot to me. I decided to fully rewatched this video compilation while writing this.

I personally wanna thank Mike for something I would've deeply enjoyed past Halloween. I do enjoy what I do see of his streams. There's a particular one people will look at me funny for confessing. He plays Infinite Pizza with the title of that previous stream being the word Pizza several times.

In this stream, he's in a full pizza costume with a background to match. He really went full in on the joke. The only thing missing was the ninja turtles lol. Back to this video compilation, don't expect this to be a rage Mike video compilation, it's not that at all. This is more of a pure game play video compilation with determination to match.

I guess we could say in some of these. He had to go Ultra Instinct Mike lol. Look I was dying to make that joke since I started writing this. Obviously this was well edited from start to finish. The ending of it may occur without warning. You can even tell Mike had fun making this. I'm crossing my fingers in the near future, he streams Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game.

Heads up, Killer Klowns from Outer Space: The Game so happens going to be the next game I'm going to buy soon. I already talked a huge deal about it. I figured to do a quick follow up blog next to help get some people ready for it. I for one very excited to play this. One of my favorite low budget horror movies of all time turned into a multiplayer video game.

What was my favorite childhood toy?

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, I usually talk about games, movies and shows. Sometimes I got full in on nostalgia, today will be no different. I had some notable toys growing up. There was one toy I played with for many hours. Especially when I was a kid watching Toonami. I also won't be surprise not many people are familiar with this either.

K'Nex
Essentially it was a known construction toy. The most famous among them in a huge land slide is LEGO. K'Nex is still being manufactured today. LEGO was much simpler in comparison. K'Nex had several different pieces to work with. You always had the option to create what the K'Nex kit suppose to be or get creative with em.

K'Nex involves some creative thinking to use. In more recent years, I have seen some rather impressive K'Nex creations. When people imagine an roller coaster, sure it can be done with LEGO. But doing the same concept with K'Nex was trickier to do. Also it actually would look & function more like an actual roller coaster.

LEGO kits can differ with not only the amount of pieces. But also different types of pieces depending on what can be created with em. Although the same is also true for K'Nex. You can also get the standard K'Nex cases filled with pieces. I remembered constantly cleaning up a lot of pieces by myself.

K'Nex creations can be whatever size you want em to be. Again you also can do that with LEGO creations as well. You can make anything you wanted. I used to create very flexible K'Nex figures. Popularity wise, LEGO is too popular for any similar toy to matter in the toy market. K'Nex to me always been the most impressive among em.

You also need to have enough of the right pieces in your own creations. Sometimes when you get low on em, you may have to use other pieces. Half the time this notably affects how your creation works while other times it surprisingly works better than expected. K'Nex also had particular pieces to create K'Nex figures.

These ones were much smaller to my custom K'Nex figure size. I would say roughly three time as big as those. You also can create vehicles that can be a lot of run to play with. When you do location projects, which I didn't do many of those growing up. These can be very time consuming.

Not to mention, parts of those creations can be a little tricker to pull off. Personally compared to mostly LEGO brick theme creations. I kinda prefer the actual appearance of an K'Nex location creation more. They also can be trickier to break in comparison. But this also means if something happens within inside them.

There's a huge chance you may have to take em apart in order to fix them. I also prefer K'Nex vehicle creations in a few ways. Considering games like Garry's Mod exists. Not to many so many LEGO games, why K'Nex never gotten a single one? I actually think it could be a lot of fun if they do it right.

Maybe too many prefers LEGO to instantly not wanna do an K'Nex game. It also could be too many people are confuse how to properly work with K'Nex. Granted there is a notable learning curve while using K'Nex pieces. K'Nex creations can get quite bigger than you possibly imagined.

You also can recreate weapons from real life or fictional stuff you love. You also could attempt to create custom K'Nex stuff to wear. But stuff like this requires so much to work properly. K'Nex is always about allowing one's creativity go unbounded. Sometimes you will be truly amazed what comes out your head.

You also can get a huge container to put a lot of K'Nex pieces inside. This is a experience I know way too well as a kid. Being constantly surrounded by so many K'Nex pieces. I didn't own a lot of art games growing up. I think the closest one was The Adventures of Batman & Robin: Activity Center.

Which covered several game play styles but technically is an art Batman game on PC. I never thought after all these years I ever get to talk about that. Which indirectly ended up being possibly the best childhood Batman game. Yeah even more than The Adventures of Batman & Robin on Genesis, a famous difficult Batman game.

Just in case anyone was wondering, I had to look this Batman game up.

I know I'm getting a little off track here. K'Nex also does a lot of similar pieces in different colors. A good example being the long grey connecting piece. Sometimes you get those in black instead. I also had the more flexible variation that's a different color. Chances are you could get a lot of K'Nex pieces for much cheaper than buying em from a store.

K'Nex truly had potential in what it brings to the table. If you were willing to take risks, you could make some impressive creations. Some K'Nex creations do come with electric pieces to help the final structure work as intended. Of course, if you were skilled with technology to a degree.

You could take the chance doing an home made variation of those devices instead. Just don't end up like Fester in a bath tub then electricity. I know bad joke moving on, K'Nex used to play commercials more often too. I may not remember many of them off hand. What I do know is K'Nex always held a special place in my heart.

Ultimately video games taken it's place since then. But I never forgotten em for many years. Especially all the fun I had playing with them. LEGO also does a lot of crossover kits as well as license LEGO video games. I do think the right people could enjoy playing with K'Nex. Especially if they want something other than LEGO to play with.

The Good Doctor (2017-2024) Final Review

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, Almost a year ago I reviewed one of my personal favorite shows. The Good Doctor, as of last night they aired the final episode. Although I'm mostly focusing this review on the final season, I also wanna reflex on it on the way too. There's you're only getting one that's it. I also will be linking my previous review of the show to help save some time.

Previous review

By the way this final review does have some huge spoilers. If you don't wanna know any of this simply go away please thank you.

The Good Doctor (2017-2024)
To be honest I mostly got truly positive things to say about the final season. Sadly there's two major criticism I have for that season. The first problem I had was the length of the final season itself. Although the amount of episodes differ between seasons. This one was roughly half that length. Personally a few more episodes would've been a little better.

Ten episodes just isn't enough to satisfy me. I will say the last few episodes are incredibly well done. The other big problem I had might cause some controversiality. Late in a particular episode, Asher got murdered. This entire moment was very unpleasant to watch. Sadly this heavily impacted the following episode that made the baggage a little too much going into it.

It's not often when my wife would watch this show with me. I do recall Asher being among her favorite characters. They also had messages like the last few times they previously done to recreate real situations. Easily, the most controversial ending to any episode by far. Asher recently went back to his Hebrew roots for a couple within the hospital.

He also was a gay man that's so close to true happiness before this happened. Adding on that baggage, a lot of them had to leave Asher's ceremony to treat a lot of patients. Look I'm not trying to say I hated that episode. I just felt the Asher death moment alone felt like one of those throw it at the wall ideas. Almost like they wanted to get an reaction out of people especially when there wasn't any need to.

To me, his death already came off being a rushed in last minute idea. Then they realize that would have a bigger impact on the show. Thus, the following episode, we had a lot of them getting pushed in nearly every possible way. Asher's best friend, Jordan was obviously hit the hardest. It's no secret, a few episodes would represent her pain in some form.

Now that I didn't have a problem with. I actually would've criticize the writers for not doing that. They just loss someone special to each of them. At the same time, little to no time before getting hammered by patients. I will say both these episodes despite one decision heavily impacted them were decent. They also brought in two newer characters that's getting trained.

I didn't think one of them would last long. Boy don't I feel stupid seeing her success in the final episode lol. I do like the other new character. Sure it does play off the usual former Football African American player history thing. I would say this guy turned out to be quite interesting. I just wish he was in more episodes, I like the character that much.

Charlotte had to be the single most annoying character on the show. But the last few episodes she ended up fitting in well with the staff. Especially during all those patients in one episode. Dr. Murphy didn't have anyone else to assist in treating an patient. This moment was a milestone for those characters. Finally, the two figured out how to work together.

I won't be surprised if parts of her character's design was from that one lawyer. You know the one that almost had their own spin off show before canceled. I will be brutally honest, even they continue that show. I don't think it would've last long on television. Maybe it's me I kinda see that character in Charlotte.

I also need to mention the previous president of the hospital left. No he doesn't appear from this point on, I liked the guy a lot too. Even with a handful of moments I didn't like. Both Dr. Lim and Dr. Glassman ended up co presidents of the hospital. You also notice more families are forming as this season goes on.

Yes there is a time skip in the final episode. There were a few times, Dr. Glassman almost died on the show. He ended up dying offscreen six months after most of the final episode's events. This season really had some truly impactful moments. You further see how much Dr. Murphy grown as a person. I wasn't expecting him to get a daughter.

He ended up with two kids that almost made up for losing one earlier in the show. I also never imagine Murphy's wife Lea being this amazing person either. Their relationship does remind me of my own marriage. Not to come off rubbing anyone the wrong way. Some of these patients within the final season were a challenge to look at.

Dr. Murphy eventually became the new Chief Surgeon when Dr. Lim left the hospital. There's a few married couples including Jerome. Yes they do give him an happy ending as well. Especially after killing off Asher, I'm glad he does. I also liked we get to see an older Dr. Murphy do a speech. Sure some of the writing is a little out there.

I already got the perfect example, originally I considered criticizing Claire and Jared's more recent relationship. Early into the show in Season 1, they were basically friends with benefits. Although Jared wanted an actual relationship. He ended up getting fired while Claire got transferred out the country. During those years, Claire realized she actually had feelings for Jared along.

Claire was among the last patients they had on the show. There was a time I stopped dating my wife. A few years later, we gotten back together. We're still married to this day so I can kinda relate to this relationship they had. I'm also glad Dr. Glassman always was the father figure Dr. Murphy needed. I think the one lesson the final episode was telling people.

It's okay to let people go, it never going to be easy. They don't want anyone to suffer despite what they're going through. Dr. Murphy realized before Dr. Glassman passed. He still had a family to support him in life. This season doesn't get crazy like some of them do. The Good Doctor clearly left quite an emotional impact on my life.

I would say the final season is among my favorite seasons hands down. At the time of writing this, the final episode was the best season finale episode ever. There's virtually no cliffhangers at all. Can we be happy they actually ended the story for once? Also having Claire and Jared near the end made the show go full circle.

We also go through another full circle because Dr. Glassman was a major part of Dr. Murphy's life. Dr. Murphy ended up becoming a decent doctor. I guess we can technically say Charlotte would be in Murphy's spot. After all, she was a huge fan of his work. Yes, most of the season Dr. Murphy was rather harsh on her.

In his mind, he expects perfection. Dr. Murphy originally didn't want to be anyone's mentor. He felt his standards would be too high. He rather work without an team as stated on the show. There's so many times, teams gotten the most impossible operations done. It's possible someone like his wife made a fair point to him about that.

The Good Doctor is truly an emotional roller coaster ride. If you can look pass some controversial moments on the show. You are going to deeply enjoy watching this show for a long time. I do like most episodes at least one life lesson gets presented in some form. I can honestly say majority of this season isn't rushed out unlike The Flash.

I don't expect people to watch this to instantly understand autistic people. I'm autistic, I still have many things to learn myself. A lot of people doesn't realize this disorder affects everyone differently. Sure, I could recommend movies and shows where actors accurately portrayed the disorder. But there's a major difference between that and living with it like I am.

I'm glad two streaming services fully has the entire show now. The Good Doctor always felt quite real to me from the beginning. They saved a lot of people on the show. We even had an patient that though he was Jesus no joke. He turned out to be a decent guy. I will say after one horrible moment, the show bounced back strong.

One previous character that left came back during the final episode's time skip. Usually when characters leave the show. Either they left over major life choices like Claire getting a great job at an hospital or they die. I also will say I'm deeply glad we don't see Dr. Glassman die or I would've been upset. I did have several tears of joy during this final episode.

Some of these episodes to me are among the finest ever written for the show. I know some may question that to some of the earlier episodes. My favorite two episodes of right now are the final episode and most of the staff gets drugged. I previously talked about that drug episode. Ever since then, they never done anything like that ever again, what a fun episode that was.

Dr. Murphy does tackle some truly difficult decisions on the show. This season is obviously no different. The final difficult choice was letting Dr. Glassman go. He does with his help save Claire's life. Which led to an foundation for a great cause, I absolutely loved they done that. I'm still not used to the older Dr. Murphy look either but it does work very well.

Most of the final season is beautifully done. Not many moments felt like a lot of them in the earlier seasons. You know moments that doesn't quite play out the way you expect or clash with the story. Now this is something I really didn't expect to happen. The Good Doctor is a show worth remembering for all the right reasons.

On one hand I'm quite happy they ended things this well. But on the other, I really didn't want this show to end. I know a major network decision led to many shows getting canceled or simply ending soon. I do like how all the characters fits well within these final stories together. Honestly, no one expected the show to be this inspiring to a lot of people.

The US version, the version I'm reviewing quickly out done the previous other country versions. In comparison the original Korean version had twenty episodes. The Japanese version lasted half that at ten episodes. The US version was notably the longest at one hundred twenty six episodes. I think why the US version lasted so long should be very obvious without even watching it.

The Good Doctor has many great things going for it. The show might not be perfect but still a very great show. Especially as someone that doesn't watch hospital shows prior getting into this show. I always felt this show was creative in how they do things. I also loved how everything led to such an beautiful ending.

The way everything plays out felt better than a lot of movies. Just the right level of everything for the most part. Nearly every major character being interesting in many ways. I can't say their acting when everything simply comes off being very natural quite personal. The acting in this season was among the best yet in the show.

Dr. Murphy is clear proof don't judge a book by it's cover. Sometimes you simply don't know what one can do unless you give em a chance. This is exactly why I'm enjoying Black Clover manga on the side recently. People like Dr. Murphy and Asta are truly inspiring characters too. Both were different from everyone else.

At the same time, they worked harder than everyone else to save other people's lifes. I know some people might find that comparison a little weird, I felt it was necessary. The Good Doctor I never thought would last this long on television when I originally gotten into the show with episode 1. They kept the main character's story a truly unique one that's inspiring people today.

Dr. Murphy learned so much from a lot of people to become a great doctor. From the beginning, he always wanted to save people's lifes. His first patient on the show, he wasn't even working at the hospital yet. There were a few times he also was a patient himself. He even risked his own life to help save a man that beaten him up at a bar.

The Good Doctor being a drama show does play amazingly well on the audience's emotions. Despite some moments on the way that may upset people. You do learn a lot from all these operations they do on the show. I think one of the greatest lessons the show told me. Be thankful for what you have in life. Simply watching this show helped made me a better person, I always be thankful for that.

My thoughts on Ryomen Sukuna Raid (Jujutsu Kaisen)

This is excluding Sukuna's previous fight against Hajime Kashimo. This occurred right after him beating Gojo. He wasn't involved with a lot of strategies the other sorcerers had to possibly take Sukuna down.

Current chapter is Chapter 260

This will be filled with spoilers for Jujutsu Kaisen. If you really don't wanna know any of this. Simply leave that's it move on. I also wanna say I did expect a much better final battle than this. I'm already going into this quite disappointed. Chainsaw Man Chapter 165 was more entertaining to me than this. Honestly if you choose to read this, maybe some of this you might agree with.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, Jujutsu Kaisen does have some crazy fights. Especially for the Dark Trio, this final battle against Sukuna is a rather mixed one for me. Indirectly it's technically better than Bleach's final battle against Yhwach. In terms of almost everyone fighting to take down Sukuna for good. Kinda like in Fullmetal Alchemist, almost everyone took on Father.

This might not come as a surprise, Yuji stayed in this insane fight the longest. It took a long time for Sukuna to finally started to show Yuji respect. Personally I preferred how Katakuri done the same towards Luffy in One Piece. He even went out of his way despite both being pirates to stab himself with his own spear for fairness.

By now many people likely comparing this particular fight to Madara Uchiha taking a similar stand. We also could compare that to Aizen late into the Arrancar Arc against a lot of characters. In all cases, we got someone very experienced, overly prepared and scary strong. All of that screams repetitive writing in a nut shell.

This is the biggest scale fight to date within Jujutsu Kaisen. It almost came off the heels of Gojo vs Sukuna. Despite the controversial ending, it was a surprisingly decent fight. One of the last truly well written fights in the series. Sadly how the author chosen to end that fight actually one of the worst endings to a fight yet.

All of a sudden, such a great fight got ruined instantly through this rushed conclusion to this. As of Chapter 260, I can directly talk about this. Gojo is back to finish what he started with Sukuna. I really don't think it's Kenjaku because Yuta went out of his way to make sure he's dead. Even if it were Kenjaku, I don't think his betrayal would go far here.

Kenjaku virtually the Shang Tsung of Jujutsu Kaisen. Constantly both swap to a degree gaining what essentially are those people into themselves, I say that's right on the money. Even a few characters you aren't expecting did show up like Miguel. Even bringing Jujutsu Kaisen 0 into this, he barely shows up within the story.

I had a gut feeling Todo would eventually show up. He does from Chapter 259 following Choso's death. I came to like Choso, I did feel bad for how his story ends. But he did go out the way he wanted to in the event he died. I guess it wasn't all bad I suppose. Maki being more like Toji tried putting up a fight against Sukuna.

Right now, a lot of characters' fate is up to debate. Mostly because Todo's technique funny enough. You can tell that famous clap on, clap off, the clapper commercial was an inspiration. Although the newest variation of it made such a technique borderline ridiculous. Not only his range notably gotten increased. He no longer needs to clap his hands for it to work.

Instead he has a device that greatly accelerates the entire process. We are talking swapping with anything marked 50 per second. This means the swapping occurring so fast, no one possibly can keep up with it. Not to mention, it could easily change on the fly without warning. Considering Yuji previously teamed up with Yuji against Mahito.

Now having Gojo teaming up with them, Sukuna really in for one hell of a fight. There's other famous moments I didn't like very much. Like Higuruma through Yuji's suppose strategy to kill Sukuna. The lawyer activates his Domain Expansion one more time. The plan was to give Sukuna guilty in order to carry out the death sentence.

In this case being a sword exclusively designed to instantly kill someone given that sentence. The easiest kill method they had available. However the questionable writing ruined this. It took me a long time to figure this bad twist out. Simply because Sukuna was carrying an cursed object recently given to him.

The death sentence Judgeman given actually went towards that object instead of Sukuna. Keep in mind, this was still early in the fight. Even Yuta, another special grade sorcerer had trouble with him. This guy can copy other people's techniques. He's accompanied by a special grade cursed spirit named Rika. This itself is partly from questionable writing.

Once again I have to bring Jujutsu Kaisen 0 into this. A huge spoiler for anyone that didn't read the short manga series or seen the anime movie. Yuta frees Rika's spirit during the conclusion of that story. Which occurred after Gojo eliminated Geto. It isn't made clear how parts of Rika's still with Yuta. Special grade beings were stated to wipe out nations in canon by Kenjaku.

I should point out a fight happening away was going on during all of this. Thankfully that remained as one on one fight with little shown. The entire point of this raid was in the event Gojo loss his fight. Everyone would work together to take him down. A possibility they heavily considered. I do mean heavily considered, Yuji took advantage being separated from Sukuna.

Right now, Sukuna possessing the body of Megumi. Yuji's plan before finishing Sukuna off is to free Megumi. The big issue is everything Sukuna done to break his spirit limits that possibility. Currently Megumi gave up allowing Sukuna as much control over his body as he wants. I bet Megumi fans are beyond piss right now.

This is exactly why Yuji kept giving Sukuna Black Flash. Black Flash directly targets the soul, in this case to weaken Sukuna's hold over Megumi's soul. This is starting to become his Getsuga Tensho. Oh come on you knew at some time I had to reference Bleach. Both these attacks has black aura. Yuji is essentially Ichigo with slight changes.

Sukuna in a flash back reveals his weird spiritual relationship to Yuji. Yeah check out this JoJo's Bizarre Adventure style family relation. In the spiritual wound, Sukuna devoured his twin brother. Then his twin brother eventually got reincarnated as Yuji's dad. But wait there's more no joke, Kenjaku strangely also has an unexpected family connection to him as well.

He possessed the body of Yuji's mother. Just when you think that would be the end of that weirdness nope. It also turns out Kenjaku in another body was the father of Cursed Womb: Death Paintings. What exactly are these right? Basically hybrid of humans and cursed spirits. You know like in Bleach we had both the Visored and the Arrancars respectively.

Which would make Yuji brother to all of them, nine to be exact. Believe it or not, that gets even weirder. Yuji agreed to devoured the remaining ones. Keep in mind, two of them previously got killed off. He devoured six of them to help better his chances. I am not sure if that's playing off the twin potential twist or not.

Maki with her twin sister, Mai had their potential limited because they share the same soul wavelength. To sum it up, it's two similar people with one potential. In order for one of them to increase their potential notably, sadly a twin must die. I personally dislike this twist with a passion myself. What a horrible way to ruin things.

The original backup plan concept was Sukuna meant to be weakened enough to kill him off. No body was expecting him to still have that much cursed energy left. Also Sukuna didn't eat his last finger. Somehow he was able to regain his full form. Another sign of repetitive writing. Sukuna's Domain Expansion changed but currently incomplete with a time limit.

This particular Domain Expansion had a very high kill radius. Of course, we got to talk about all these bending vows. Sukuna took a lot of short cuts within techniques by doing bending vows. They allow him to use techniques more easily with notable restrictions. I am just glad he isn't on The Price of Right show lol.

Obviously, there's a lot of people losing this fight. So much destruction for a final battle it's somewhat satisfying. I don't have a lot of positives regarding this particular fight though. What would further ruin it for me is if Sukuna activates the merger. A plan he didn't show much interest in prior. His only real interest with it is facing off with the merged being that's it.

This is Kenjaku's plan involving Tengen as well as a lot of people forced into a merger. This also would greatly increase the rate of cursed spirit creations too. Basically full blown chaos awaiting whose left if Sukuna chosen to activate the merger. From the beginning, the sorcerers wanted to put an end to Sukuna for good.

Therefore activating this merger making that being the final antagonist of the story ruins it all. I already had more respect for Rien, the main antagonist of Hell's Paradise. Even Makima from Chainsaw Man Part 1 earned more respect from me. A good number of the chapters plays out like this. Someone joins in the fight, quickly Sukuna takes em out.

Yeah get used to that as you're reading the manga that late into it. I already wanna give up reading this story. But I made a vow with myself like I previously done with the Big 3. Although when I done that, I actually wasn't aware of that trio name existing for a couple years true story. Here, I knew right away I would do this with the Dark Trio.

Therefore, I must finish reading the manga series within that trio regardless how bad they get. I will confess for the next Bleach, Jujutsu Kaisen ended up disappointing me. Half the story was decent enough. The way it's currently falling, I thought Bleach had it rough. At least, the final story arc there had some rather interesting stuff going on.

This final battle feels like an eternity. I really can't wait for the day Sukuna finally falls. Sukuna used to be a decent villain too. I still like him more than Yhwach. Then again, there's not many manga characters I dislike more than him. Jujutsu Kaisen is trying so hard to be good. The actual writing with parts of the art work notably suffering.

Now it's difficult to imagine how the next few chapters possibly going to. Not only we have someone constantly swapping everything very often. We also have Gojo that has Limitless. Which by itself is a truly broken power to go up against. Plus Yuji having the potential to surpass Sukuna. It's only a matter of time before he falls.

There's no way Sukuna can keep up with all of that by himself. Even if the ice chick showed up to help. I highly doubt she would do much to help things either. This also could bring the broken casino guy into the fight too. From all of his fights, his powers virtually rigged fights. Therefore adding him into that makes it impossible for Sukuna to win.

This is assuming that possibility happens. Which it might or simply won't it's up to the author. Personally, I don't think they even need his help to win against Sukuna. I still have one other character to bring up despite their status for whatever reason still unknown. Nobara previously took a vicious blow to the head by Mahito.

They never confirmed if she's dead or it was possible to revive her. Assuming the possibility she might make a surprise return to further prevent Sukuna from winning. She can use nails on anything that belongs to her enemies like a voodoo concept. Obviously, Nobara can constantly stun up Sukuna. Further preventing him from doing anything.

Assuming five of these characters faces Sukuna. I don't see a possible way for Sukuna to win this. Up till Todo showed up, things were constantly looking grim. Following the long tread of the main protagonist never giving up. Especially when things gotten as bad as they had. Very recently, I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel.

There's a few possible characters that could return as well. Even Todo stated he isn't aware how effective the range of his technique to rescue a lot of sorcerers would be. I don't think the author going to give us an definition answer on that. The fact Gojo surprisingly came back already marks the end for Sukuna.

I still prefer if the author would've waited on having Gojo taking on Sukuna. This alone just made Gojo's death moment pointless. Not only that, the story itself already gotten too repetitive. I'm struggling to wanna keep reading this honestly. Also even if Sukuna activates the merger. Yuji might be the only one well enough despite how long in this fight he's been in to take that thing down.

We already figured out Yuji going to be the one to defeat Sukuna for good. I just wish this final battle didn't take so long. Even when Hell's Paradise had fights so close together in later portions of the story. The story itself remained interesting to the point you don't feel the repetitive nature of it. To me, it's becoming more obvious the author wants to stop writing Jujutsu Kaisen.

Not to mention, a lot of characters were involved with this fight. Quickly you became to loss track of who actually fought Sukuna there. A good amount of them didn't last long. Some lasted a little longer than expected. No body was expecting Yuji to still remain standing despite the punishment he endured. I should mention another weird twist.

Ui Ui, the little brother of Mei Mei look I didn't come up with these names. It got revealed not only he can teleport anything he's marked. He also can swap people's souls but in a way you have to find out what you gain. This was done to help better some of their chances against Sukuna. Yuji agreed to a lot of additional stuff with most of it being well bizarre.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure theme plays

On a more serious note, the actual dragging things out like this isn't doing it for me. If the final battle was notably fewer chapters. Maybe I could find some possible enjoyment in it. This all felt like a massive rush with everything considered. Even the joke fight that actually gotten me to laugh a few times was better.

You know such an important battle being bad when a joke fight ends up being more entertaining. This has to be among the longest fights in Shonen history. I am kinda curious to know what the actual longest Shonen fight ever done is. I'm sure that fight done way better than this. I'll even give Case Closed aka Detective Conan credit for such great story telling.

Despite the more kid friendly stories turns me off. Look I know it's a huge franchise in Japan. I have no real problem with it. Those stories are the only thing I don't like about it. Otherwise, it's one of the best stories ever written. A different style Shonen story deserves more praise than JJK. I guess I should also give praise to Death Note, another vastly different Shonen story that's way better than JJK too.

I will be honest originally I didn't plan on writing this. However doing so before the story ends. All of this won't be in the final review blog. Thus saving you time while reading it. I figured let's get what I can off my chest about it. I am deeply disappointed how the author choosing to end his story. I would be happy for the day it finally ends.

My thoughts on X-Men '97 Season 1

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, Today was the season finale of the newest X-Men cartoon show. X-Men '97, a direct follow up to X-Men: The Animated Series aka the Great 90s X-Men show. I been waiting a few years to see if this lives up to the hype or falls short. Honestly, as a huge X-Men fan I got a lot to say about the show.

X-Men '97 (2024-present)

Before I start talking about, this isn't a review. I will not be discussing anything too major. I will try to be as spoiler free as humanly possible. This really picks up right where the original X-Men show ended. This might be the new cartoon tread now. Let's make a sequel show many years after the original run. But title it with a particular year as a reference.

There's so many great shows that ended on cliffhangers. I think most of them in some way actually. The fact they gotten most of the original cast as well as the iconic theme song for this mind blowing!!! This is technically a reboot but also finishing what that show started. The original show aired on Fox a little over three decades ago.

Now this new sequel show streaming directly on Disney+. Which also has three more X-Men cartoon shows as well as most of the X-Men movies. As a kid, there were two particular mutant super hero teams I loved with an passion. X-Men and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, still a huge fan of both teams. I also should point the episode length is increased from twenty to thirty some minutes.

The final episode of the episode nearly forty minutes. But that's the final part of a three episode story arc. The original show had a lot of story arcs played out in two episodes. It wasn't often when one in three episodes was done. This felt like somewhat like the final season of Samurai Jack. Which also had a similar, shorter time gap from Season 4 to Season 5.

Samurai Jack became a notably darker story by this point. You can tell as faithful to the original animation. They did modernize parts of it to better fit the overall theme. This is the case for X-Men '97 staying very true to the original X-Men show. I know someone going to possibly mention X-Men: Pryde of the X-Men.

Which still stands among the worst X-Men shows. Technically we can say that's the worst because it got canceled after just one episode. Even the anime X-Men show had twelve episodes. Despite that being rather unfaithful to the source material. Where it stands right now I can safely say it's notably better than Wolverine and the X-Men show.

It's on the verge becoming better than X-Men: Evolution show. I don't want to sell X-Men '97 too high then it starts not being great anymore. It's a worthy competitor to the original X-Men show. This first season is a step into the right direction. This could cause Marvel Animated Universe from the 90s to return fully.

Currently there are talks about Marvel doing Spider-Man '98. Although it should've been incredibly obvious before that statement. Such a concept should've already been in the works. I can't puzzle why it took one particular moment, I'm not revealing which one. Although many websites already spoiled it, started the talks for that Spider-Man show.

Personally, if any of those Marvel cartoon shows should get a direct continuation. Other than Spider-Man and X-Men, I felt it should be The Incredible Hulk cartoon show. Sure I could've easily picked Iron Man cartoon show for a few reasons. I don't think what they had in that Iron Man show would work for this.

Maybe Silver Surfer if they do just right. The original Silver Surfer cartoon show had some impressive animation for it's time. The Incredible Hulk Season 2 was too different from the first season. Nine out of ten times, everyone going to pick Season 1 over Season 2. Most of these connected shows involves super hero teams.

We already getting that the best possible way through the X-Men. It's always possible for more crossover in Spider-Man '98 as well. I do think if they revamp parts of that Hulk show. She-Hulk wasn't done justice much within these shows either. This one could end up being a huge surprise to people. Indirectly, some people quickly remember the more famous live action Hulk show.

I don't think calling this The Incredible Hulk '97 would be good enough. No I felt change the title more than that to Hulk and She-Hulk Rampaging Adventures. I know that's cheesy but it would be a much better title as well as more directly telling you what the show is about. I don't think the current way how Warner Brothers is doing things going to answer back with bringing back the DC Animated Universe.

They were very quickly to cut both Arrowverse and DC Extended Universe's support off last year. X-Men '97 was a huge risk especially to the big fans of the original X-Men show. If they could pull this off then why not give us another Hulk cartoon show? X-Men '97 felt too perfect to the original X-Men show.

This show absolutely nails everything it sets out to do. Easily, one of my favorite new Disney+ shows to date. As a kid who grew up with the original X-Men show. I was constantly over joyed how damn good this show was. I am about to say something some people might not like. This has to be the best X-Men adaptation I seen in a very long time.

It quickly made up for a few not great live action X-Men movies. Yes I'm looking you right in the eyes, X-Men: Dark Phoenix. Look I know I previously criticize the hell out of that X-Men movie. It's kinda embarrassing Fox screwed up the Phoenix so badly twice in X-Men movies. X-Men '97 is a worthy successor that many fans would enjoy.

Before anyone going to say the original X-Men show wasn't this serious. Yes it was, they weren't even afraid to get borderline racism in that show. The final episode of that alone is clear proof. They truly went the distance to make this a truly amazing show. If I recall, this also made in the same location as the original X-Men show too.

For me, every single minute watching this quickly brought back nostalgia. I felt like very happy to be an X-Men fan for many years. I didn't even think the day the show would eventually return like this. You can bet it came back screaming X-Men right in your faces like loud noises at IMAX threaters. You can tell they really took their time making it just right before releasing any episodes.

I'm not going to criticize it for an season having ten episodes. Just one episode was already enough to make me happy again. This also would be a great way for newer X-Men fans to get into the franchise too. I am deeply impressed how they went about this. Especially with some people having ridiculously high expectations, it somehow met em.

X-Men '97 is something that's going to change the world. In more ways than most people even begin to realize. I could see TMNT 1987 cartoon getting a similar treatment or one of the other TMNT shows. Although they previously done crossover episodes a few times. I rather have shows that do this than completely change the newer reboot versions.

I will be brutally honest here seeing Powerpuff Girls, Tom & Jerry and DuckTales to a degree. Those reboots are absolutely nothing like the original cartoon shows at all!!! Officially there's now three types of rebooting classic cartoon shows. This may get a little confusing for those reading this to follow. I will make sure to do my best to describe em down below...

1. Reboot cartoons that's toning things down

2. Bringing back classic cartoon shows for more shows after a few cancelations

3. Shows like X-Men '97 act as a direct sequel to those shows after many decades passed.

Simply repacking classic cartoons doesn't count

A good example of number 1 is hands down Powerpuff Girls. Originally it was a super hero team show that used to be quite popular back in the day. It technically has two different reboot shows. Powerpuff Girls Z being this weird Sailor Moon style anime show, I don't recommend it. Then the newer show with the same name as the classic one virtually no super hero stuff at all.

The same show also changed some women's appearances to not offend the female audience. I felt to some degree as a man that's going a little too far as well as could be seen possibly as sexist too. A good example of number 2 would be Family Guy. I know a lot of people don't like it for a lot of reasons. I always enjoyed the show despite how offensive it was.

This show got brought back twice from DVD sales as well as a higher viewer count on other channels. Which also briefly allowed King of the Hill to air it's last few episodes on Adult Swim. Fox went against their argument to not air those episodes since they wanted the show off the air. It's kinda funny now because that show coming back.

Mike Judge previously brought back Beavis & Butt-Head for a third time. Again that's a different streaming service, Paramount+ in this case. They don't change much after returning in some form. Then again the second run for Beavis & Butt-Head missed the point of being the actual show on MTV 2. For most part, those shows are still worth revisiting in some way.

I don't even need to do number 3 because this entire blog all about it. X-Men '97 is a great X-Men show many people need to sit down then watch. You don't even need to watch the original X-Men cartoon prior. Although doing so you will know exactly how X-Men '97 going to begin. In all honestly, this show deserves every praise it's been getting.

My thoughts on Egghead Arc (One Piece)

Warning, this is going to have a lot of spoilers. If you really don't wanna know any of this please leave right now.

Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, originally I did plan on doing an discussion about Wano Arc from One Piece. But I quickly realize that speaks for itself in a way I could never do justice. Also considering the madness that is Egghead Arc. I figured this would be a way more interesting story arc to talk about.

Egghead Arc
Manga chapters 1058-present
Anime episodes 1086-present

Recent chapter was Chapter 1114, a truly great chapter indeed

I felt this is majority what to discuss on the arc. I would even say one of the greatest arcs I had the pleasure of reading. I do plan to fully see it play out animated through the anime soon. Almost thirty years, One Piece is a surprisingly well written Shonen manga series. I couldn't be any happier to talk so much about it.

I really got so much to cover, this is going to be quite a lengthy One Piece blog to read. Maybe after fully taking the time to read it, you'll see why it's my favorite Shonen manga series ever!!! One Piece isn't rolling any punches, people are constantly getting sent flying as well as knock out. From start to finish, the entire story arc is really interesting stuff among the finest story telling I ever seen!!!

Of course we got to cover some events not happening at Egghead as well. I will see what I can do to prevent any confusion from happening. I will say even that stuff rather interesting. You really get to learn so much about the world. Some of the biggest mysteries ever actually got fully revealed too. This story arc is truly mind blowing at it's finest, really impressive work Mr. Oda.

All the major stuff that happened away from Egghead

I think I'll talk about the stuff happened away from Egghead first. In order to put my full attention into what actually happened at Egghead. There's a lot of flash backs that's critical to the story. We got to see a great deal of Dr. Vegapunk's past. He is based on one of the smartest men in history. Albert Einstein. Whom in real life had his brain taken out then preserved.

A lot of major stuff the World Government gotten was created by him. He also had connections to the Revolutionary Army, one of their biggest enemies in the world. Thus, you get to better understand things from both sides through his unique point of view. Up to a particular point, Dr. Vegapunk was a neutral character with some strong guilt.

Speaking of the Revolutionary Army, we also get to see Kuma's back story. Earlier in the story, he got introduced as one of the Seven Warlords back when that system still in effect. This also ties into his daughter Jewelry Bonney's past as well. She was one of the biggest rookies within the pirate world along with Luffy.

Sabo whose a huge name within the Revolutionary Army revealed more stuff from the holy land. I have to discuss a rather unexpected situation. King Cobra demanded an audience with the Five Elders. Things seem to be going fine until Im reveals themselves to King Cobra. All of a sudden, a private, nice conversation of a small group turns into a surprise assassination.

Sadly King Cobra, a decent king of his country died shortly afterwards. All six of these corrupt royals noticed a few unwanted visitors. Sabo and Wapol of all people witnessed the assassination of King Cobra. Wapol with Cobra's daughter Vivi are currently on the run. Neither of their kingdoms are safe anymore.

The Five Elders wiped out a different island completely with the Mother Flame. They still failed to take out their one target being Sabo. At that point in time, Sabo carefully arranged a call with the Revolutionary Army. He gets cut off before fully revealing a major secret the Five Elders been hiding. On and off we see Kuma not being himself traveling towards Egghead taking serious damage.

This island had an corrupt royal family that got prisoned by their own people. It's not clear at this present time other than Sabo if there's any other survivors. There's a huge chance it might just be Sabo. Which is kinda mess up to wipe out a country like that just to kill a man. It goes to show the Five Elders as well as Im are willing to do everything to prevent major secrets getting out.

Eventually Sabo does return to the Revolutionary Army. He has a private audience with both Dragon and Ivankov. He fully reveals everything he was going to say in that call. Now they know Im the actual head of the World Government. The Five Elders likely going to assume they all know about Im.

This will remove being captured off the table entirely. They will only be marked for death, they likely attempt using the Mother Flame on them in the near future. I know a lot of this is difficult to believe, we still haven't gotten to the truly heavy stuff right. We also see stuff with the Blackbeard Pirates that's also worth talking about.

I previously talked a little about Emperor Blackbeard defeated Law. Believe it or not, the craziest with that crew gets even crazier. A little while ago, Emperor Blackbeard with some members of his crew. They attacked former warlord's Boa Hancock's island. Originally he came to steal her devil fruit. Which usually involves killing the previous devil fruit users in the process.

The World Government decided to try out it's new replacement for the Seven Warlords. In the form of the Seraphim that are modified clones of the former warlord members. Briefly we see three more of them elsewhere. Two of them previously ran into Emperor Blackbeard and former warlord Hancock. We later see them with two more clones at Egghead.

Koby from the marines with a little help from Silvers Rayleigh. The former first mate of the late pirate king. He later confessed in his current state, he couldn't beat Emperor Blackbeard. Koby was lucky that Emperor Blackbeard agreed to his deal by taking him instead. No one would ever thought things would get even crazier on Blackbeard's main island.

Members of SWORD, former marines that still operates like them. Which also removes needing permission from someone very high rank to take on an emperor. The main reason for this is to possibly prevent going to war with them. I will say this unit I actually do like a lot. They are mostly decent people separate from those of the corruption within the World Government.

Vice Admiral Garp aka Luffy's grandfather joins the unit on a dangerous rescue mission. They were able to rescue Koby from the Blackbeard pirates. As of right now it's unclear what Garp's fate is. He didn't go down without a fight. Little to no information given since we last seen Garp. Obviously this is going to be made public upsetting his grandson Luffy a lot.

This might even cause Luffy to go to war with the Blackbeard pirates. It's hard to say when Emperor Luffy going to find out. Especially the insane incident he's now involved in. Thanks to Cross Guild, the World Government already stretched thin since it's founding. Yes all of this happened away from the main event itself with none of it being even remotely boring.

Among the conclusion of Wano Arc, Luffy with two rival captains decided to set out to different islands. Keep in mind, Luffy just claimed Kaido's spot among the Four Emperors. By now you already know Luffy's crew head to Egghead. A quick spoiler ended up being the craziest among the three events.

One of his rivals, Law went to an island Emperor Blackbeard claimed. This quickly led to the two captains fighting. Maybe it's no surprise to me, Law loss that fight. His crew got defeated with his submarine destroyed. Law got forced away from the island, he may return to get revenge on em. He previously defeated a former emperor with another rival of theirs Kid.

Speaking of Kid, he went to the island where the giants came from. He ran straight into Emperor Shanks in a rather quick fight. Again I knew Shanks was going to defeat Kid easily. No one was expecting Kid to lose this badly. In just one move, Shanks took him and Killer out. His crew got defeated with the giants destroyed their ship.

Now we have two of Luffy's biggest rivals that all three shared the same bounty of 3 Billion each. We also get to see some stuff regarding Cross Guild. I previously discussed Cross Guild in a previous One Piece blog. I may link that blog here to save you time rereading that same information. Also doing this notably helps cutting the length of this blog down a bit too.

Since then, a little more go added to that. Buggy over a transponder snail stated he wanted to find the One Piece. Which quickly angered both Crocodile and Hawkeye, the true owners of Cross Guild. Obviously, those loyal to Buggy going to work even harder to help make that goal a reality. Which in turn could actually force a particular situation the World Government doesn't want.

Just imagine all four emperors for different reasons arrives at the island with the legendary treasure. All the chaos just knowing that alone is going to be close to impossible for the Five Elders to silence. We got some heavy stuff we still haven't gotten to regarding the Five Elders. Now this is the very kind of stuff that's difficult to believe.

Finally we get to talk about everything that happened at Egghead

I have to start from the beginning for the crew. They ran into these weaponized sea kings that protects Egghead from unwanted guest. This was a government island at the time they arrived. Thanks to the World Government itself, Dr. Vegapunk with his six satellites. Satellites in this case being his counterpart creations with different roles.

Ended up being surprising allies along with Sentomaru. We find out CP0 were tasked to assassinate Dr. Vegapunk and his counterparts. We also learned the modified clones act in a chain of command. The full lineup from lowest to highest gets revealed. The highest actually being Bonney herself, a move the Five Elders gotten further angry over.

This alone makes whoever giving em commands essentially neutral. A lot of major weaponry the World Government uses, we learn their origins here. This also plays into Kuma's role in several ways. He left behind through his devil fruit powers memories of the truth. Which was actually meant to be her tenth birthday present but Dr. Vegapunk didn't want her to have it at the time.

For a little while, we fully get to see Kuma's entire back story. By the end of this, she was left in heavy tears. Eventually a lot of marine battle ships surrounded the island. An marine admiral in this case being Kizaru was tasked to take on a similar mission that CP0 gotten. We also learned he wants to be loyal to the World Government but he's forced to possibly kill people he cared for.

This is very similar to former warlord Jimbei during the war at the Marineford. He wanted to be a warlord for his dream. But he really didn't want to go against former emperor Whitebeard. Whose being protecting Fishmen Island while asking for virtually nothing at all in the process. This is the same situation but instead of a pirate, it's a high ranking marine.

What I love so much about this arc is we fully get to see everyone's true loyalty. Virtually for some characters lines were being tested to a degree. All of that intention brings a more eye opening overall experience. All of a sudden, parts of this story felt more real than it ever had previously. Egghead Arc was the perfect arc to beginning the Final Saga with.

He didn't arrive alone, Saint Saturn whose a member of the Five Elders came to the island too. He does succeed in killing Dr. Vegapunk. However the scientist delivers a rather unpleasant surprise. Before that surprise starts, Saint Saturn summons the remaining four members of the Five Elders to Egghead. The island already on the verge of getting destroyed, the situation kept getting worst by the minute.

There was some betrayal on both sides as well. Stussy was revealed to be set in place by Dr. Vegapunk within the World Government. She operated as a member of CP0 as well as a key figure in the Underworld. She virtually was a spy gathering up information for him. Funny enough, the actual person she's cloned from still alive.

We briefly see her when asked if her son actually the child of the late Whitebeard. It's a small, brief moment that's somewhat interesting. She assists in her allies escaping Egghead. She willingly stays behind to make sure that happens, a little sad I know. The other major betrayal is even more surprising in comparison.

One of Vegapunk's satellites, York openly assists the World Government in their mission. She believed they going to be true to their word to allow her to survive. Many signs through out the story heavily suggests a betrayal of their own is coming her way. If everything were to go according to her plan that is, she's suppose to be on the Vegapunks making that laughable.

Dr. Vegapunk's brain acts as a storage for the entire island. This is essentially a super computer in human form. One of the best examples I can give is The Leader from Marvel comics. Due to his mutation, his brain acts more of a mental variation of the Hulk's powers. Both characters has a notably bigger head with an even bigger brain that's an scientist.

I know some people are wondering what was Vegapunk's surprise right? In the event of his death, a prerecord message playing on many transponder snails around the world plays. The Five Elders are very focus on stopping this broadcast. Most marines around the locations are off the island on many ships.

Only CP0, Admiral Kizaru and The Five Elders remain on the island. Saint Saturn previously issued something a little worst than a Buster Call. For those not familiar with the story I'll explain what exactly is a Buster Call. It's a signal for the World Government to wipe out an entire island by force. This previously happened to Robin's home island many years ago.

The actual destroying process involves several battle ships directly attacking the island. They were targeted for the same reason Dr. Vegapunk had to get assassinated for. In both situations, people wanted to know about the Void Century. However there's little to no solid information regarding it. Any known attempt to look into it, the World Government vaporizes it altogether.

Obviously this heavily implies how the World Government actually got formed through something horrible. Which also ties into the one throne that's suppose not to have anyone on as well. There's actually more battle ships tasked to destroy Egghead than a Buster Call. If a Buster Call already bad news than this goes way beyond that.

The Five Elders are pissed taking out many threats with ease. The Strawhat Pirates and what's left of Dr. Vegapunk stands directly against them. These old men are emperor level beings with very few people can face em. The same goes for Admiral Kizaru as well. There's other notable factors in play I haven't even mentioned yet.

Such as a particular pirate crew filled with giants came to Luffy's crew aid. There's a mysterious giant robot that was last activated during the Void Century moving around. Bonney is helping out against the World Government as well. Kuma does show up to protect her daughter from Saint Saturn. Officially The Five Elders wants Vegapunk, Luffy, Bonney and Kuma dead.

Egghead is filled with some truly amazing technology. It's almost like Futurama or The Jetsons there. It's not what you expect from many marine locations we previously seen. Most weaponized sea kings got taken out. The same goes for the other Pacifista units. The modified clones are currently trapped. Even if they were activated, if Bonney gives em an order.

No one has higher command to them than her. Therefore, she would have to be either get knocked out or killed. Which would be suddenly bad for everyone else on the island. Just imagine having four modified clones, an admiral and the Five Elders. Simply doing the math, we got a total of possibly ten emperor level characters.

Now that would be simply too much for everyone else to handle. If that were the case, obviously their story would've ended there. Thankfully Mr. Oda didn't go into that direction. It's almost the situation of nearly everyone fighting Sukuna in Jujutsu Kaisen. In this particular case, Admiral Kizaru taking a nap yes even during the madness going on.

The Five Elders are virtually rampaging the island in anger. It's almost as if hell itself opened. Considering Saint Saturn used a particular method that could've been described as Satanism. I guess that wouldn't be too far from the truth. They are desperately trying to stop the broadcast. I am loving this chaos Dr. Vegapunk is causing them.

I probably should also mention the Five Elders all have mythical Zoan devil fruit powers. All of which pulled from a few mythologies mostly Japanese mythology. The giants are dealing with the many marine ships around the island. The two captains directly assist with Emperor Luffy. Officially attacking an Celestial Dragon also leads to a Buster Call as well.

Even their chosen method to escape is rather questionable at best. Zoro fought Rob Lucci a long time before he eventually wins. Two of the Vegapunks got killed off. Shaka acted as a leader among the other Vegapunks. Pyhagoras got killed by S-Snake, one of the modified clones. Three out of seven Vegapunks are killed off.

As stated earlier, Vegapunk's brain operates as the world's greatest computer. Mentally the scientist still alive, they didn't fully assassinate him yet. Three of the remaining Vegapunks assisting the Strawhat Pirates to escape. Regardless how this plays out, York going to get the bad end of the stick. I won't even think sorry for her either, she deserves it.

She was the one responsible for killing Shaka after all. Whose among my favorite Vegapunks. She quickly became my least favorite, such a spoiled brat she is. One recurring theme within One Piece is traitors always get something terrible to happen to them. Currently we got Lucci, an admiral and the Five Elders standing in the crew's way to escape.

It's kinda funny both Luffy's rivals got destroyed by the other two emperors. Emperor Luffy survives a much worst event than both of them. I also need to point out, some members of the Blackbeard Pirates witness the Egghead incident to a degree. Also this weird guy that's secretly traveled with the Strawhat Pirates willing to give some dangerous information to Emperor Blackbeard.

I do mean dangerous information, we got a few ancient weapons in play. We don't know if they agreed to him to their captain or not. Assuming if they do, I felt the story arc after the next one being the island of the giants. We're going into a truly epic conclusion. Emperor Blackbeard could tasked his crew, an army at this point to find these ancient weapons for him.

We do know Wano and Fishman Island has two confirmed ancient weapon locations. Yamato whose Kaido's daughter but refers to as a he or rather as Oden. Yamato's gender isn't fully revealed at this time. However parts of what Yamato's going through at Wano through cover art arcs. Mostly helps give us a rough idea when he may finally join up with Luffy's crew.

Obviously, the Blackbeard Pirates got their eyes closely on Luffy's crew. Emperor Blackbeard knows it's a matter of time before the two captains face each other for the same exact dream. A good amount of this I really didn't even see coming. We went from the usual kind of chaos the crew goes through. Right into a very vastly different situation altogether.

This is likely going to end up like Big Cake Arc. Where the actual strongest enemy being former emperor Big Mom couldn't be defeated by the crew or their allies. Although along with former emperor Kaido, she later gotten defeated. In this case, I don't think any of the Five Elders going down. I do expect Admiral Kizaru going to get defeated by Luffy.

Emperor Luffy is simply too much for the marine admiral to handle. No body even came close to Luffy in taking him on. Assuming Zoro defeated Rob Lucci as his main victory. The monster trio within the Strawhat Pirates, a fact some people starting to ignore. Sanji the weakest of the trio usually defeats the third strongest enemy.

Surprisingly he haven't defeated anyone in this arc. Zoro defeats the second strongest in this case likely being Lucci. Luffy defeating Kizaru would help complete the somewhat incomplete pattern. Everyone working so hard to survive, they are used to being in such crazy situations. None of them compares to the Egghead incident.

The actual arrogance from some people comes into play. The usual Shonen power scaling structure. Obviously the main characters starts from the bottom with a few starting a little weaker than expected. Each major arc, the power scaling of characters increases. It starts a little in the beginning to help get readers into the story more.

Eventually, the power increase within the arcs starts getting notably bigger. The point I'm trying to make is the main antagonist Luffy defeats usually the strongest in that arc. If he can't defeat the actual strongest, he will instead defeat the strongest enemy he can defeat. Which is rare when that happens within the story.

This also means if Admiral Kizaru ends up taking that spot for Egghead Arc. He essentially would be more powerful than Kaido in Wano in theory. Considering what both characters brings to the table. A lot of them quickly states stuff like "Oh there's no way Kizaru stronger than Kaido!!!" Officially going by the actual story, it does confirm by that structure alone that Kizaru actually stronger than him.

I know this could be still seen as a little early to reveal my thoughts on majority of Egghead Arc. There's so much in the manga that's not even animated yet. Funimation dub wise, Egghead Arc would be Season 15 on record. Who knows this event may or may not get coverage to some degree. Either outcome isn't favorable the World Government.

Keep in mind, this is the first arc where Luffy being an emperor too. The entire story about his journey to becoming the King of the Pirates. It's a story I can heavily represent for many years to come. We might be going from major victories of beating a big name characters to surviving events like this. Ever since Big Cake Arc, Luffy's milestones are constantly getting bigger as the story goes on.

Quick thoughts on the possible aftermath

I strongly believe Luffy with his crew going to get quite scary increase in their bounties. Possibly due to the fact, the Five Elders wants Luffy dead. Just imagine his bounty simply goes up after confirming he ran into his father, Dragon. Oh the World Government would be beyond piss at Luffy. As if they aren't already from the many things he's done in a few years.

His bounty could even get increased knowing het met up with his father. If I had to do an educated guess how high Luffy's bounty going to. I would say roughly 3.7. billion bounty. I felt trying to do that with the other three emperors will be trickier to do. I will quickly list those possible future bounties down below...

1. Shanks' new bounty
$4.3 billion bounty

2. Blackbeard's new bounty
$4.1 billion bounty

3. Buggy's new bounty
$3.9 billion bounty

Keep in mind, Buggy does little to nothing. His bounty constantly getting scary high over this deception by Cross Guild. Shanks' bounty not going up much since he recently defeated Kid. Who had 3 billion bounty on his head with a massive gap in strength. Blackbeard's bounty should be even closer to Shanks' for many reasons.

Emperor Blackbeard defeated Law whose also had 3 billion bounty on his head. His crew kept gaining devil fruit powers while murdering the previous users. His crew took down Vice Admiral Garp. Whose bounty in Cross Guild would be equal to his grandson Luffy's previous 3 billion bounty. Also Saint Saturn noticed some of them were close by the Egghead Incident.

We will learn a lot more about the Void Century right up to the end. At some point, every member of Luffy's crew will achieve their dreams. The World Government going to attempt cause Hell to Luffy's crew. But in truth, the actual hell they're facing forced their attention to be a bit shattered at best. The beginning of a war with the Revolutionary Army going to start soon.

I figured following the next arc possibly could be the island where it all ends. Keep in mind, the way One Piece tells it's story expect a few years at best. The upcoming arc should be around Zou Arc maybe longer in length. There's always a chance the marines force them to leave again. We gotten some crazy arcs in a row, we do need this essential calmer arc.

Right before all the biggest chaos unfolds within the story. Obviously more about the Revolutionary Army as well as the giants will be revealed. Vegapunk's death marks the final straw for them. The final section of the Final Saga is going to be a very difficult one to predict as well to follow long term. Even if you took hours just carefully looking over every detail, it's going to be quite over whelming.

I could see a few massive wars happening during the conclusion. Both of them are incredibly obvious from the very start. By this point late into the story, you should be quite used to seeing how wars plays out. Usually we get one of them at a time going on. Now try to imagine the author has to kept switching points of views between two critical wars happening at the same time!!!

I do see the ending of the story coming. No one ever expected it to be this long. But in it's defense, I never gotten this interested into a story prior or ever since. Although I do enjoy stuff like Berserk, Claymore, Hell's Paradise and Chainsaw Man. There's still so much story telling left. One Piece is constantly breaking new ground.

Even after One Piece finishes, I highly doubt any current Shonen stories could match it's legacy in years. One Piece is a really great story that's virtually has everything plus more going for it. Honestly, it's locked in place among my Top 5 Favorite Manga Series. One Piece is legendary in ways the world doesn't even fully begin to realize.

Sadly I am expecting bad news with Garp. Either he's dead that's going to trigger a war or he survives but gets forced to leave the marines. After all, he wasn't suppose to take part in that rescue mission to save Koby. Regardless if he survives or dies, SWORD may assist Luffy against Blackbeard. Not only that his entire fleet likely going to show up with other allies they have.

We got two massive wars coming our way. The fate of the world hangs in the balance. I do strongly believe the actual ending to the story is going to be so amazingly well written. Virtually everything prior and that comes after can't even begin to rival it's greatness. Honestly, I do think Buggy going to lose his emperor position soon.

Very likely going to be a set up as an arrangement with Crocodile. Hawkeye himself made it crystal clear, he doesn't want to become an emperor. Crocodile so happened to share the same dream as Luffy and Blackbeard respectively. This turn of events could cost Crocodile losing Buggy's supporters. I don't think it would prevent him from achieving his goals.

The world is already in the verge to change even before Luffy became an emperor. it will keep changing right up to the ending into something truly beautiful. I don't think Kuma going to survive. Which would be sad considering what he gave up to make sure his daughter would survive. I do think he still got one major role left to play before his demise.

Not only that, if they chosen to destroy the modified clones. This further going to cause panic within the World Government too. They don't want to be on the bad end of the balance within the Great Three Powers. Losing their greatest asset being Dr. Vegapunk himself is a major loss to them. We don't know if they plan to replace em in the event they got destroyed.

Even if they had some sort of a backup plan. Mostly likely being abuse usage of the Mother Flame. Otherwise, I don't think with the major stuff coming their way. They would have enough time to properly replace em. Which isn't great for both upcoming wars. It's safe to say the World Government almost vulnerable enough to fall soon.

They also had to risk not using any Pacifista units until they figured a way to reprogram their chain of command. Otherwise, one order from Bonney would be too big of a threat for them to ignore. The Mother Flame was the one thing the Five Elders wanted from the island. Other than termination of Vegapunk with all his satellites.

The way I imagine the next arcs is possibly two maybe three arcs are left. One being the full ending arc showing how everyone's stories ends. Which I think is going to be rather interesting. Despite things, One Piece is taking it's sweet time to finish. I'm glad they are allowing the author to write the story how he wants to instead of rushing him like several authors.

The later causes some big name manga series to start not being as good with parts of the story either missing or causes some JJK bs moments to happen. Yes I'm not happy about some character's deaths there. The sudden change to get the manga stories to be shorter is backfiring on them. Maybe the companies should allow them some room to work instead of putting more pressure on em.

One Piece is a weekly manga series. A lot more chapters within a year possibly than those that does monthly. Which usually is one chapter for an month. If doing the math that's an average of twelve chapters a year monthly. Which further makes One Piece truly stands out the chapters comes out as often they do.

At the same time remains such a very great story. Some other notable great manga series like Hunter x Hunter and Berserk often kept going through hiatus periods. Also One Piece never falls to deliver after notable longer break periods either. This is a true statement of greatness. This might be controversial for me to say, One Piece is way better than Dragon Ball!!!
