Hi everyone I'm Jack Red, honestly what the hell Death Battle. More recently, you are picking some strange anime characters. But I knew for years, Dragon Ball fans really wanted Beerus to be on their show. Not long ago, six characters with only five of them don't have confirmed opponents. Thus, I am here to talk about several things on this topic.
I get it, Beerus is one of the most powerful Dragon Ball characters. We are talking about someone for sure to be on an universal level. Sadly, a lot of these fans didn't hold back from requesting some ridiculously stupid fight requests. I will be honest, if they go with the destroyer theme for his fight. One of the very few names that's constantly in my head has to be Ant-Monitor.
Although, I heard a rumor that might not leave to anything. This rumor claims Beerus might be facing The Spectre from DC comics. My first reaction to this is well congratulations Dragon Ball fans you really screwed Beerus lol. I am not kidding, The Spectre is really insanely powerful. He has virtually every power you could possibly think of.
Thus, he has way too many advantages that ruins this fight. Also according to the rules of Dragon Ball universe, Gods of Destruction can't erase beings like him or challenge other Gods of Destruction in combat. I even seen requests for Saitama from One Punch Man. LOL, you have an insanely powerful god to take on a character who no longer has limits.
This isn't much different from putting Superman against Beerus. My point is so many people just doesn't realize how ridiculously high the power scale in both DC & Marvel actually goes. Honestly, Beerus is a god that's mostly a title. Yes he can erase people but we don't know if this ability could work on someone from another universe.
Not only that Beerus himself couldn't travel between universes without his assistant. Anti-Monitor can easily do that with much powers on his own. We got a destroyer of one universe compared to an insanely powerful being that destroyed thousands of universes. Keep in mind, DC multiverse is virtually endless amount of universes.
This further bags the question how many universes did he actually destroy? Beerus isn't even allowed to fully destroy an universe without upsetting the balance or Grand Zenos. Let's be brutally honest, this will play out very similar to Thanos vs. Darkseid episode. Honestly, Beerus isn't on those character's levels.
Also, I kept bringing up many powers since Beerus doesn't have much else to use during combat. He still haven't mastered Ultra Instinct. Even if he had mastered it, sadly that doesn't even matter. Of course, DB will hype the episode up. Dragon Ball fans will quickly wear the news of it out. Not only that, Beerus is powerful but there's absolutely no way he could win against those characters.
The Spectre is so broken as a character I highly doubt anyone could break the record. His only weakness is most of those powers works while being bonded to an human host. But the spirit of The Spectre itself is immortal. Therefore, Beerus would need to erase him out of existence that simply isn't possible.
Anti-Monitor can survive universal explosions yet we haven't seen anything like this for Beerus. Yes I know Dragon Ball fans, "Oh he fought Goku that could've destroyed the universe just by fighting." Yes but you need to realize how much smaller their universes actually are to those in DC. What I am saying is that might be impressive level of force but it likely isn't anything major in DC universes.
Regardless who ends up facing Beerus. Unless it is up against someone he could actually win against. He is going to lose hard on their show guys. I hate to break reality to you guys but it's the truth. The Spectre or even someone like Dr. Manhattan isn't fair. Dr. Manhattan can survive something most characters can't counter through time altering.
There was an attempt to prevent him from becoming who he is today. Sadly, it didn't work meaning this guy is simply too broken as a character. He can easily survived being completely destroyed. He has all kind of abilities that Beerus simply can't compete with. I really hope Dr. Manhattan never makes it to their show.
I know some people brought up The Beyonder from Marvel universe. Originally, this guy was God of Marvel universe until he got tricked by The One Above All. The Beyonder is an insanely powerful being with a lot of powers. There was a time Dr. Doom used his powers before doing some serious damage.
He isn't as powerful as he once was. But make no mistake this guy would easily own Beerus as well. Honestly, The Mask could easily beat him as well. Some people really are bias towards episodes with Dragon Ball characters. Beerus isn't going to do much to wow people. Yeah, they could scale him to Goku thanks to his Ultra Instinct form.
I highly doubt that would change anything here. Even Ghost Rider could potentially take him down guys. The power scales goes way beyond Universal levels in both Marvel & DC. It actually goes as far as potentially destroying an entire multiverse. Not a lot of beings are capable of that. Imperiex has the power of the Big Bang itself.
Yes the single most powerful force in existence in one being could instantly destroy Beerus if he really wanted to. My point is Beerus just isn't as close as powerful as those characters. He could survive Popeye the Sailor Man thanks to his limited super strength from spinach. I highly doubt he could do any real damage to any of these characters.
