He also could pick an opportunity being one of two leaders in charge. to defeat Buggy publicly. So the marines have no choice but give him the position. When he felt like he's very close of finding the legendary treasure, which he very likely would do. Now there's going to be a lot of people leaving Cross Guild when that happens.

Top 5 TV Shows That I Love response
The original video to inspired me to making my own take on that concept.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fki5GjuIP-E
Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, not long ago I came across a particular video from Cinemassacre on YouTube where James talked about some of his favorite shows. I quickly decided to do my own take since I loved the idea of talking about some of my favorite shows. Of course, I'm not going to rip him off by reusing any of the shows he's selected.
A huge spoiler on his selection, some of them I'm not a fan of. A handful of them I'm actually a huge fan of myself. I figured to make my take on the concept more personal which I'll fully explain here. A little spoiler there's a tie on my selection that I'll also explain when we get there. Other than that I'm going to have a lot of fun writing about some of my absolute favorite shows ever.
Before I do, I got a lot of honorable mentions I do wanna quickly talk about. Trust me it wasn't easy just picking five to six shows in my case.
1. The Flash (2014 show)
I don't want to say too much because sometime next year I'm going to fully review the show. I will say The Flash has a lot of rememberable moments good and bad. The CW pushed the envelope with this show. It's a real shame they are going to end it with Season 9.
2. The Big Bang Theory
To me, one of the funniest sitcoms I ever seen. Everything is done so amazingly well, it nearly made the selection. It quickly became a timeless classic you just can't stop rewatching.
3. Night Court
Another sitcom show my dad introduced me to a few years ago that quickly grew on me. This was surprisingly well thought comedy I recently forgotten in a long time.
4. Tales from the Crypt
Despite the final season being not great except for the final episode. Most of it was incredibly well done for it's time.
5. Rick & Morty
Rick & Morty is out there stuff that's surprisingly funny at times. Ridiculousness doesn't even begin to describe this show lol.
6. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure
The best way to describe it is as strangely unique, you are constantly getting mind blown. Sometimes you are virtually left speechless.
7. Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
A fantastic adaptation of the manga series. This was very well done in my opinion. I do like the previous anime show but I felt Brotherhood stands out more in a few ways.
8. Gurren Lagann
Another fantastic anime show that I highly recommend. Gurren Lagann is possibly the best mech anime I ever seen!!!
9. Legends of Tomorrow
I already reviewed it here but what a crazy show about time travel. A very lackluster Season 1 to a show that kept getting better since.
10. Blood+
It's an adaptation of Blood the Last Vampire story but to me I felt it was beautifully done. Blood+ was a solid vampire show more people needs to see.
11. Trigun
Trigun is hands down one of the finest adaptations ever made. We have a man with a very high bounty yet ends up being the nicest person you ever meet now what you're expecting right?
12. Cowboy Bebop
The classic anime is still inspiring people around the world. It was such an unique show for it's time. Of course, the theme song is so nostalgic, iconic and virtually timeless.
13. Samurai Jack
Although it's labeled as a cartoon show, it strongly could pass as anime show. Some amazing story telling despite the ending which also can be said for Cowboy Bebop's case.
14. Celebrity Deathmatch (original series)
The original Celebrity Deathmatch still among my favorite shows ever. It's so amazingly well done for it's time quickly becoming a classic in it's own right.
15. Batman: The Animated Series
To me, this was the best Batman show I ever seen. Sure you could mention the 1966 show or Batman Beyond or both Justice League shows of early 2000s but this one was really amazing stuff.
16. X-Men
X-Men was a solid cartoon following a bad attempt at making a cartoon show. This one was mind blowing awesome including that amazing theme song.
17. Lucifer
I'm more recently gotten into this show, I quickly loving it. Lucifer is not at all what I was expecting from those trailers back in the day on Fox.
18. Supernatural
Supernatural deserves an honorable mention for so many reasons. It's a long show covering so many beings it's an exciting list plus some rememberable characters.
19. The Ren & Stimpy Show
The Ren & Stimpy Show is timeless fun. They took some risks that I'm still surprised Nickelodeon allowed back in the day.
20. Z Nation
Now here's a zombie show I could rewatch. Z Nation virtually does stuff with zombies you likely haven't seen before with well done humor to boot.
21. Invader Zim
It's a short lived show that eventually gotten a movie on Netflix. There's just something about this show I gotta keep watching it.
22. Survivor
Survivor is a long running reality competition show. It just seems like just when you thought you seen it before something very unexpected happens.
23. The Amazing Race
This show is very well done in every sense of the word. We have teams racing from the United States into several countries learning a great deal about other cultures.
24. The Great Food Truck Race
This is surprisingly a great shorter length competition show. You learn a lot about restaurants as well as food trucks in general.
25. Hell's Kitchen
Now here's a show I really look forward to at times. Hell's Kitchen may have some challenges to expect but quickly knows you off in ways you won't believe.
26. American Dad!
To me, the finest among MacFarlane shows. American Dad! is beautifully done in every sense of the word.
27. Chucky
This is a follow up to Cult of Chucky that's surprisingly well done. Of course give it time, this has a chance at becoming the best entry like Ash vs Evil Dead done previously.
28. Soul Eater
Soul Eater follows a good amount of the manga before bridging off into it's own story. Personally I loved everything about this show.
29. Tom and Jerry (classic version)
This is a timeless classic many people still enjoy. It's a real shame the current direction of the franchise. I will say this you aren't living if you haven't seen Tom and Jerry.
30. Popeye the Sailor Man (classic version)
This is another great timeless cartoon that gets reaired on TV. Expect the levels of ridiculousness because this show has no borders in what they'll do I'm not kidding.
31. Hunter x Hunter (2011 version)
The original anime was decent but this was surprisingly way better. Yes they did speed through earlier stuff a bit but then it slows down to play the more critical story arcs perfectly.
32. Elfen Lied
They only were allowed twelve episodes but also one OVA episode. Everything about this show incredibly well even fully getting my wife's family's attention I'm not kidding.
Alright after the long list of honorable mentions it's finally take to start taking about the shows I selected for this topic.
5. American Horror Story
Here's a great show to watch close to or on Halloween. American Horror Story does one story or two stories in the case of Double Feature Season per a season. A good enough about the show is based on stuff that happened in real life with some levels of fiction thrown in. Everything about the show is so beautifully done.
Yes some endings are a little tricky to explain how they fit in. Sometimes some of the actors plays multiple characters like in Cult, Evan Peters plays several characters there. They brought in some huge stars you may be surprised got involved with the show too. American Horror Story has some light moments with some surprisingly darker moments.
Death there's a long list of the deceased here. This is similar slightly better quality to Tales from the Crypt. AHS chose this unique take on the concept of a horror anthology show. Although a spin off called American Horror Stories follows the usual format of that concept. Personally, I rather watch this for a lot of reasons.
This show does an amazing job getting right under your skin. Way better than a lot of horror shows over the years, I'm not saying any of those are bad either. What I am saying is AHS comes off being very realistic at times that brings out actual fear from people like it's happening right in front of you. At the same time you can't do a single thing about it.
Murder House is mostly about a particular haunted house with a long history of murders. Thus this is a ghost story with rather interesting ghost characters. Where it stands right now my favorite two seasons are Asylum and Freak Show, I felt those were as close as perfect. Personally I'm not much for witches but I'll give respect to how this show uses witches.
This show has guts to go to such dark places with their concepts. The special effects is mostly done incredibly well. Each episode felt more like a great series of movies. Considering some related channels to FX is more centered around movies that's not far off. I also liked how they connected a lot of these stories together.
The biggest criticism was 1984 Season. I will be very straight forward, this played too much off the 80s, camper movie vibes. Also it quickly becomes predictable while in most seasons that's the exact opposite. I will say a few moments were done well enough but that's about it, I just didn't like it very much.
American Horror Story bringing in people like Kathy Bates was pure genius. Each season felt like their own stories complete with their own rules. I also liked you don't even need to start with Season 1 to watch this show because how it's structure. Here's a show I highly respect to this day even after that one season.
4. Ash vs Evil Dead
It's a real shame this amazing show got canceled after three seasons. Ash vs Evil Dead really was that damn good. It quickly became my favorite entry in that franchise for plenty of great reasons. Like HBO previously done with Tales from the Crypt. STARZ fully allowed everything for this show which means nothing got removed from original airings at all.
Like AHS, each episode felt like a series of great movies. I constantly wanting more of it as time went on. Bruce Campbell still got it as Ash, he gets plenty of rememberable moments. The show even goes back in time for the first two entries I'm not kidding. Although it didn't change Ash still had a presence in Army of Darkness part of the timeline.
There's some truly sick moments, let's put it this way. If you can get pass the first three episodes. Maybe you could stomach some of these disgusting moments. Like there's an episode where Ash had to search corpses in an morgue. There's another episode involving sperm donation location. The same episode, one of the deadnites possessed a porn magazine yes this actually happened.
Like the movies, they do fit in this twisted dark humor from time to time. There's a couple rememberable characters as well. The special effects are very well done I'm very impressed. We get to learn a lot more about Ash as well as the deadnites this time around. At one point, originally Kelly would've got revealed as Ash's daughter which later got used for a new character in Season 3.
Evil Ash makes a few appearances on the show as well. Some deadnites from the past makes an appearance too. Lucy Lawless aka Xena herself is on the show too. Pablo is like a son to him, he later left his business to him before the final battle shown on the show. Oh man wasn't that fight crazy or what?
Ash uses a tank against the biggest deadnite so far in the franchise. Ash ends up waking up in a future that sadly when cliff hanger happened. Oh come on, why so many shows end with cliff hangers like that? I still can't believe Ash actually commits suicide on purpose for a plan that almost fully worked. Even Ash's dad appears on the show.
There was even a time his famous car got possessed too. In all honestly Ash been through Hell on this show. They done a very good job keeping it refreshing yet true to the franchise. This felt like something that set the bar so high I don't think they'll ever surpass it. Ash vs Evil Dead is a great show more people should watch close to or on Halloween.
3. The Good Doctor
Don't worry I didn't select all horror shows. But there's still a lot of death present. Here's another truly inspiring show to me. The Good Doctor based on the Korean show of the same name. Which also ended up having a short lived Japanese show as well. Actor & producer Daniel Dae Kim who also plays Johnny Gat in Saints Row series is responsible for the US version.
It follows a young Autistic man who becomes a doctor. His mentor/father figure Dr. Glassman helped get into his own hospital. The show does focus a lot on Dr. Shaun Murphy. But it also focuses on a lot of characters as well. They do share a lot of live lessons on the show. Sometimes trying to mix in story with patients not doing well just doesn't work quite right.
There's a good variety of personalities for the staff as well as their patients. I know they're acting but they come off so natural like they're actually doing those actions. As a Autistic person myself, I can agree with a lot of moments I would've reacted similar to in regards to Dr. Murphy. You can count on there being drama it's virtually over filled at times.
Some special effects works while others not quite but at least you quickly get what's happening on the show. We get to see what it's like to be within their fields from the beginning was a nice idea. Don't get me wrong since this is the only hospital show I watched. I'm sure there's others that previously done the concept.
At the same time, how many of them done it with an Autistic person? Freddie Highmore does an amazing job portraying my disorder. It is similar to Rain Man with Dustin Hoffman, I'm not kidding both actors done it justice. The Good Doctor has some controversial moments including those in Season 5.
I been holding this in, I got very upset over the dead baby situation. Look I know this is a show but it's just how the show went about this particular situation could've been prevented. Sadly the lady in charge ends up not taking proper responsibility then places it on Dr. Murphy to that mom who loss the baby really piss me off.
I am happy Dr. Murphy got married but of course something horrible also happened the same night. On one hand we could be thrown into a major change or slowly going back to normal. The guy whose running the hospital seems like a cool guy I would love to hang out with. Dr. Parker is a very interesting character since he had a rough past including being a former police officer.
He ends up being an amazing doctor in his own right. Some characters we were introduced to early in the show moved on from the hospital. Although, one of them briefly came back for a short while. Some moments do get surprisingly intense at times. All kind of topics that ruins families gets brought up from time to time.
The Good Doctor is surprisingly a great show that takes some risks. Yes I really did not like Lea saying this following line, "Well you can't cure Autism!!!" whoever wrote that should've gotten fired. Autism isn't a decease neither a condition following an accident. No Autism is a learning disorder that I'll have for the rest of my life but hey it's one of the few disabilities that isn't bad at all.
When things gets crazy, you start emotionally freaking out. The show does feel like it's holding onto your hand telling you it's going to be alright. Honestly, this show is truly impressive how they go about things. It feels so real but at the same time it also feels like you're sorta there at the same time. The Good Doctor is a show I highly recommend to people.
2. The Simpsons/Robot Chicken (tie)
Let's talk about how this is a tie. Both shows are very creative that goes the distance for their specials. They're highly rewatchable in their own right. I felt I always come back to the same conclusion. Sure I could say Robot Chicken is a funnier show but The Simpsons left a bigger impact on pop culture. I also could say The Simpsons has very rememberable characters.
I also can say that about Robot Chicken as well. Yes episodes of The Simpsons is longer with a lot of them in comparison. Robot Chicken bounces back with it's own uniqueness to all these animation styles. So I felt no matter how I go about trying to put one over the other, I think both shows truly deserves to be watching like no tomorrow for mostly the same reasons.
Pop culture itself is largely how both shows became possible. The Simpsons being the lighter side while Robot Chicken being the darker side. Although Treehouse of Horror episodes are also dark to a degree too. My point is I can't even describe one solid reason to put over the other without something else completely changes things.
1. Courage the Cowardly Dog
Here's one of my absolute favorite shows ever, Courage the Cowardly Dog. Now here's a very decent horror cartoon show for it's time. The show centers around an elderly couple living with their dog Courage out in the middle of no where. All these strange things that occurs is a major reason to keep watching it.
We're talking alien ducks, Kat, a snowman, Courage's computer, Mecha-Courage and a lot more. The pilot episode which came out a few years before the actual show was truly terrifying to watch. Of course, there's a few episodes that always puts chills right down people's spines. I always come back to a particular episode about King Ramses' slab.
The episode starts with cat thieves who are trying to escape the last plague but ends up getting devoured. Eustace being the greedy prick he is steals that cursed slab. Which causes King Ramses to start giving them the plagues. The first one is a flood where the house becomes flooded with water. Courage figures out how to stop the flooding.
The second one is a joke plague virtually bad music off a record player. Courage destroys it not long afterwards. The last one is a swarm of very hungry locusts. Usually people don't give up the slab died by getting devoured by locusts. Courage gives it back but doesn't stop Eustace's greed to end up getting devoured himself.
I felt they nearly done every possible angle they could've done on the show. It's a little weird how this show got canceled. It was not due to being too scary or low ratings. No the man in charge simply wanted to make other animation projects. He isn't involved with a crossover movie with Scooby-Doo. A lot of times, Courage gets on his computer for help on how to deal with things.
Sometimes he has to figure them out on his own. He does a few friends thrown out the show. I should mention a particular episode longer than most of them involving a mad scientist. He creates these cannonballs to remove happiness from people because of his own unhappiness. There's some crazy good special effects including parts of the live action usage as well.
To me, this is very inspiring stuff. It remains being a very interesting yet unique show at the same time. There's several jokes from time to time. Courage does try to help others despite the situations. Like having throw a much younger Muriel into a tornado moving in the opposite direction. To the one that transformed her into a child again.
They even made having foot fungus more terrifying I'm not lying. The title cards for each episode is well made. Audio department is mostly solid as well. I even argue this is even better the best Scooby-Doo shows there I finally said it. Some situations have very unexpected twists you won't see coming. Also they don't shy away from crazy possibilities either.
Like Eustace got trapped where his late brother's money was but he isn't alone or some giant squids from space. Somehow this show made the very unexpected into something normal. I strongly felt this show is aging beautifully well. There's also a CGI animation special that came a couple years after the show ended.
I actually talked to Marty Grabstein the voice of Courage through Facebook, he's a very nice guy. I simply loved everything about this show. This also was my late Mother-in-law's favorite show too. Honestly it not only stands the test of time but at the same time truly inspiring stuff. Courage the Cowardly Dog is a very good show more people needs to see close to or on Halloween.

How the Current Four Emperors are more terrifying than those originally introduced? (One Piece)
Hello everyone I'm XboxClown89, following Chapter 1056 of One Piece. I felt it's a good time to discuss how the Current Four Emperors are more terrifying than those originally introduced. This should be very interesting to the right people out there. Personally I got so much to bring up, I just love this story so much.
I should mention how one becomes an emperor of the sea. There's mostly two requirements that you need to fill in order to get that title from the World Government.
1. Defeat an emperor
2. Must have enough influence from people
1. Red-Haired Shanks
I want to start with the only member whose a part of both line ups, Red-Haired Shanks. He's a former member of Gol D. Roger. A man who died as the pirate king who changed the world. He's also a sworn brother to Buggy from the same crew. He also stayed in that position for a few years. Even after losing an arm, he didn't slow down.
Shanks also kept his crew small but very capable to most situations. He was capable holding his own against other emperors like Whitebeard & Kaido. The later not being seen, it did prevent a particular war from becoming much worse. He also doesn't have a devil fruit where he gains a few advantages. Such as being able to swim & more reason to improve his haki skills.
This also makes Shanks surprisingly smart for an One Piece character. There isn't much revealed regarding to his past neither how he fully became an emperor at this time. What was confirmed is it did involve stealing the very devil fruit that got accidently eaten by Luffy. I felt Shanks filled both major categories required to become an emperor.
2. Marshall D. Teach aka Blackbeard
He hid under the protection of former emperor, Whitebeard for over two decades. He refused opportunities becoming a captain of his own crew for the Whitebeard pirates. He killed one of Whitebeard's captains to steal Dark-Dark Fruit. He quickly left with the Whitebeard pirates not pursuing Blackbeard except for his captain Ace.
From that point, he attempted a few times to capture Luffy in order to become an warlord. Which actually happened through capturing Ace following their duel. Thus he became a warlord in order to go inside Impel Down without causing alerts to take some of the most dangerous inmates for his crew. Yes Luffy goes find out about this stuff he's done.
Keep in mind, all of that led to Ace getting a public execution. Rather than going straight into it, they waited on purpose to go to war against the Whitebeard pirates. During that war, Ace gets murdered right in front of Luffy by Akainu. Who was one of three marine admirals at the time. He's currently the Fleet Admiral following his win in a long duel against Aokiji.
Blackbeard with his crew killed his former captain, Whitebeard. Then he gave everyone a huge surprise by stealing his Tremor-Tremor Fruit. Thus becoming the first devil user with more than one devil fruits. There was a follow up war where what remains of the Whitebeard pirates loss. Which resulted in most of their territories becoming his.
Officially became one of the Four Emperors through doing this. He also turned out to be surprisingly clever in his own right. Despite his cockiness, he does have scary stuff on his side. His crew became massive having a few thousands under his command. They are also known to directly hunt other devil fruit users.
3. Buggy the Clown
Buggy was a former member of Gol D. Roger as well as a sworn brother to Shanks. He chose to start his own crew to lose to Luffy. His popularity exploded in Impel Down and a particular war. Where thousands of people wanted to serve Buggy. The marines directly offered Buggy a position among the warlords, which he accepted.
Surprisingly he maintains his position until the system got disbanded. Which also means Buggy was once again enemies of the marines. It isn't clear how he escaped a vice admiral. They helped funded his mercenary business up to that point. Luffy defeating Doflamingo actually opened up more business for Buggy.
The big surprise came in the most recent chapter, Buggy with two former warlords are members in a new organization called Cross Guild. He went from a legendary pirate crew to an alright one to owning an mercenary business to being a critical figure in another mercenary business. Buggy is very lucky these crazy opportunities comes his way despite not doing much of anything at all to get em.
This organization issues bounties on the marines. Which caused the very people the marines are protecting could all of a sudden attack them. This also allows mercenaries tried of the marines to hunt them too. Of course, more pirates outside Cross Guild is allowed to hunt them too. This alone makes the world no longer safe even in countries protected by the World Government.
He went from being a villain character we didn't think much of to now an essential neutral character to the story. It is quite clear, he haven't done anything worthy of the title emperor. He already gained enough influence in a few ways. I do think there's other potential reasons for this as well. We don't know beyond three former warlords, how many former members are currently in Cross Guild.
A lot of them very likely has inside information, the marines doesn't want the world to know. It also could be just knowing them from experience and by reputation they may lack the current means to handle. After all, the World Government is fighting the Revoluntionary Army right now. This chaos will quickly becomes too much for even the higher ranked marines to cover up & they know it.
Buggy isn't a haki user, never shown to be intense in ways you would expect & turns out to be surprisingly lucky. Buggy likely has thousands working for him even if he isn't the leader of that organization. If it weren't for that I wonder who would've gotten Big Mom's spot among the emperors. I know some of you would likely say Law or Kid but they lack some of the necessary requirements for it.
4. Monkey D. Luffy
Obviously he's the main character of One Piece. We know so much about him making this possibly the easiest & the hardest emperor to write about at the same exact time. Luffy gain the influence overtime with impressive changes to countries his crew saved from possibly or already was hellish future. I think it's much faster to quickly list all the kingdoms he saved.
1. Drum Kingdom from Wapol
2. Alabasta Kingdom from former warlord Crocodile
3. Skypiea from Eneru
4. Ryugu Kingdom from Hordy
5. Dressrosa from former warlord Doflamingo
6. Zou from some of Kaido's crew
7. Wano from former emperor Kaido
Luffy constantly defeated scary people that even the marines had trouble handling. Luffy temporary got labeled by a newspaper company as the Fifth Emperor. By defeating Kaido with two more surprising reasons officially became an emperor. Luffy isn't afraid of taking risks either. Those reasons will be present down below...
1. his true devil fruit was the very one the World Government feared the most
2. Anyone with D. in their names is already labeled an enemy to the celestials
The Five Elders couldn't fully stop newer bounties from being issued in time. They knew leaving D. in Luffy's name would cause some royal families to get upset. Although not known to a lot of the higher ranked marines is a lot of royal families thankfully for Luffy's crew for saving their countries. So I felt that could be counter balanced here.
Luffy got away with surprising help after he punched one of the celestial dragons. He also got away after defeating two of Big Mom's Sweet Generals from her country. Luffy with his crew is winning a lot of people over despite the fact they're pirates. I also need to mention a mistake I made in my last One Piece blog.
I didn't know at the time, Luffy's devil fruit actually classified as two types which is very unusual among devil fruits. Human-Human Fruit Model: Nika is officially both a Paramecia and Zoan type devil fruit. Yes I am noticing a lot of people mistook the information as Luffy on the matter. To clarify it isn't two devil fruits, it's just one devil fruit that has traits to two types of devil fruits.
Luffy also has shown very impressive adapting as well as his haki mastery becoming one of the best. The fact he held his own against Kaido despite a few losses is truly impressive feat in & of itself. Luffy is the wild card in terms of his abilities as well as his insane will making him a truly scary pirate to face. Not only that, he also has several crews following him that's a few thousand members & counting.
We still haven't gotten to the other interesting reasons why the marines fear Luffy so much. Let's talk about family connections. His grand father Garp is currently a vice admiral for the marines. His father Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionary Army. His adopted brother Ace not only biological Roger's son but also felt like one to the late Whitebeard.
Along with Ace, Sabo joined in officially becoming a brotherhood. Sabo is the right hand man of Dragon within the Revolutionary Army that's currently being called the Flame Emperor. Luffy's main crew are among the very best in their fields despite being strangely unique like their captain. Luffy's crew is like a family to him & likewise.
Sanji turned out to be a former member/prince of Germa 66, which used to be a country within the World Government system until a few things happened. Zoro got some truly impressive feats himself, even out going his own captain a few times. Both Zoro & Sanji took down two of three members within the All-Stars within Kaido's crew.
The same two guys described to be on a completely different level from everyone else yet they loss against those members of Luffy's crew in mostly one on one fights. I can keep going how each member of his crew can be potentially scary as time goes on. Luffy clearly had more reasons than anyone for the marines to fear.
Jimbei himself was a former member of Big Mom's crew. The same can be said for Yamato whose Kaido's child. Robin was a former member within Crocodile's mercenary business before betrayal. Which makes Crocodile being involved with Buggy in two ways more interesting. Robin is the only person who fully can read the poneglyphs to under the truth of the World Government.
Thus that very important getting made public will be extremely bad for the World Government. I do need to bring up, Luffy once declared war against them by ordering Usopp disguised as Sogeking to burn a World Government flag. I felt Luffy is potentially the most balanced out out of all four emperor crews with Shanks' crew being the second.
Luffy made it crystal clear, he really dislikes the World Government. He wishes for everyone to be free. Luffy defeated three former warlords, Gecko Moria wasn't worth mentioning before that system disbanded. Even a former warlord Hawkeye once started, Luffy's scariest power is getting people to help him.
CP0 was previously ordered to assassinated Luffy even during a fight against Kaido. Which led to that CP0 agent getting defeated right afterwards. CP0 are unnaturally strong people as shown in a few moments within Wano Arc. They are also stated when involved anywhere something very bad happens. So you know the Strawhat Pirates best CP9 two years prior gave them more reason to do it.
Yes I know CP9 is a secret division among them. They do have similarities as well making both divisions very dangerous. A small but interesting connection is Luffy was given a particular straw hat that once belonged to the Pirate King by Shanks. If more higher ranked marines knew of this, Luffy would be even more potentially scary to them.
There's still one more critical thing I need to mention too. Usually the marines covered up stuff like a warlord got defeated. A lie about a high ranked marine defeated them. On one particular occasion, an admiral told the truth that it was Luffy that defeated former warlord Doflamingo. Which greatly pissed off his superiors.
The World Government also chose to not hide Luffy defeated Kaido either. Although Wano isn't a part of their protection. Luffy has been through one crazy journey with more than enough reason to be the one to claim the legendary treasure One Piece. He also the youngest person to receive that rank as well as the only one not previously an apprentice of a pirate.
How all of this directly effects the world of One Piece?
Let's be honest it's going towards chaos. It was surprisingly more order direction when the story started. Now for several great reasons, the World Government going to fall to factors they can't fully contain. Luffy and Shanks are the good half of the Four Emperors. Yeah at times they may clash with the marines as well as other pirates.
Ultimately it's the other half of the Four Emperors that's bringing in chaos. We have Blackbeard whose crew murdering devil fruit users to steal their powers. If that wasn't scary enough, he has several thousands under his command. Which makes going to war against him not a good idea. Not to mention, his two devil fruits brings chaos to a level the marines can't potentially compete with.
Unless Blackbeard got too over confidence for his own good. Cross Guild virtually made even territories the World Government protecting potential war zones. Civilians, former marines, pirates, other current marines and bounty hunters can hunt them or use it as an excuse to do other illegal things. I really won't be that surprise to see that happening.
This also means countries Luffy saved may not be as safe as originally thought. The marines are currently in a war against the Revolutionary Army. Which is greatly limiting how many marines they have to send out or protect major locations. It may come down to the World Government making one of two controversial decisions.
1. Destroy most countries
2. Remove protection from all other territories to protect Mary Geoise
In one situation by destroying all other countries greatly limits potential threats. Unless someone created an loop hole they didn't know that saved a lot of people from such a feat. The other situation allows pirates to do whatever they want. Let's be real they already do that to a degree with places claimed by the emperors.
Thus fully doing that isn't going to be difficult for the marines to do that. They may lose a lot of members from both scenarios. Some possibly going to be killed by a corrupt higher ranked marine. Quickly forcing everyone else to stay. I imagine a brief meeting between Buggy and Blackbeard could happen.
Blackbeard won't be happy about Cross Guild slowly or flat out preventing further devil fruits from getting collected. Considering both these captains are clever in their own right. They might come to an agreement that might throw Luffy in as a condition since they're enemies of his. However due to how those bounties effect things, I don't see this agreement lasting very long.
Also Luffy in a weird way could ally with Buggy. Just hear me out on this, more of a crew member's idea. Both of them could see Blackbeard as a huge threat. We already knows Shanks does in the past. Just imagine three emperors working together in different ways just to stop Blackbeard is insane. Now that would be very fun to watch.
I felt Shanks will get involve when Blackbeard at least expects it. Buggy's bounties in more ways than one would prevent many plans from moving forward. Which helps with Luffy's crew to stand a bigger chance. Very likely giving the signal to his fleet to join in this war. All of a sudden, Blackbeard will be the one in trouble.
During that war, another war reaches a very critical point. The Revolutionary Army finally gets in close enough to end the war. I felt sometime after Luffy becomes the Pirate King, Robin's assistance they reveal the one surprise they never wanted to get out. Which in turn will cause bigger chaos in it's awake.
After so much chaos however, I do think with a new government in place. The world of One Piece will be more peaceful than it ever was. Sorta like the ending to Yu Yu Hakusho or close enough to that. So I do think all this chaos will eventually lead to something truly beautiful in the end. Blackbeard will die during the final story arc likely by the one man he should've finished when he had the chance.
Honestly the current way it's going to play out will be very impactful to the say the least. I actually wanna see it all happen just not all at once. Obviously way too much to follow at once, you quickly get confused or loss trying to follow what's going on. I predict Kuma will sacrifice the last of his will to openly screw over the marines then being forced to get killed by his rebel friends.
Conclusion
All of that tops having two former emperors with their own terrifying devil fruit powers as well as insane stats to boots. Kaido being a dragon man while Big Mom can manipulate souls literately however she sees fits. End of the day, we got a more potentially terrifying group of the Four Emperors fitting for the conclusion of such an amazing story lasting around twenty five by the time it ends.
The author did state he plans to finally end the story in three times, keep in mind this started in 1997 to the present. Yet the story still remains being incredibly well written is a true testament to the author himself. Honestly, I would even dare to say One Piece to me is virtually the perfect story ever told period.
